Ma Maison was our hidden gem; we had looked at multiple other venues and they just didn't feel 100% right. Ma Maison was the last one we were going to look at before we compromised. We walked on the property and knew we found our wedding home. The flow felt fantastic, the price was right, and the communication has been top notch. After our tour and the open house, we feel incredibly supported and relaxed about the process. They have great vendor relationships and offer complete flexibility in creating your dream wedding.

When my fiancé and I were considering venues, we wanted a natural, serene atmosphere with lush greenery. He and I love to travel throughout Europe and this space feels like it was ripped out of the wine country of Italy. We booked with Ma Maison over a year before our wedding date and we highly recommend booking early, if possible. This allowed for lots of flexibility when planning, paying and communicating with vendors. My fiancé and I wanted this to be a memorable experience, not a stressful one and our timeline allowed us to adequately dose our wedding planning month over month. We also recommend attending their open house. There are a lot of phenomenal vendors in attendance and we got the opportunity to visualize our special day at Ma Maison. We even got to meet Karen herself. Keep this venue on your radar when planning your wedding, we're certainly glad we did.

My fiancé and I attended only one open house and one is all we needed. The grounds are beautiful, intimate and very well kept. From the Grove to the Cathedral, to the Great Hall and everything in between, this space allows for a unique, diverse and fluid wedding. The pond and fountain are a great addition to an already top-notch venue. It also helps to work with a venue that has well-established relationships with high quality vendors, and Ma Maison meets that standard. I can really appreciate an owner that takes such pride in their business, brand and property. Karen and her staff really care and it shows through their commitment to excellence and well-rounded communication with their clientele. One of the most important things for us when choosing a wedding venue was the layout it was very inviting and was not complicated at all. Ma Maison’s big open spaces and beautiful walkways made decor planning very exciting. I would suggest visiting multiple venues in the area and comparing them with Ma Maison because the others personally did not compare with the magic and potential this venue has.

We knew as soon as we stepped foot on the property that Ma Maison was the venue for us! My dream wedding was always at a venue where the natural beauty of the area could sing, and that is definitely Ma Maison! For a Spring wedding where the Texas wild flowers are at their best, the wide open space of Ma Maison is a gorgeous backdrop for your special day. Because of its gorgeous layout we also got the best of everything with an outdoor ceremony, covered trellis for our reception, and a spacious great hall for our reception. Beyond that, there was more that made this decision easy: A couple HUGE wedding tips: ONE: look for a venue that has a good flow! What set the venue apart from all others is that it was developed as a wedding venue, as opposed to many other venues which were built for a different function and then converted. This means that they thought of a bunch of little details that make your day flow better! The bride and groom suites are on opposite sides of the venue to avoid accidental views, all pathways are paved so you won't ruin your dress, and their outdoor ceremony sites are properly oriented so that the sun sets at the perfect angle for those golden hour shots! There were so many little details like this that put Ma Maison ahead of other venues we considered. TIP 2: Look for a venue who makes choosing the rest of your vendors a breeze! Not only did Ma Maison narrow down the list of caterers, they only work with the very best! We saved plenty of time by choosing their preferred vendors and they provided helpful lists of vendors they work with which helped us big time! You will want vendors who are familiar with your venue space, as well as vendors who have an amazing reputation. As weddings are pricey, this saves you a lot of trouble in the long run. ONE EXTRA TIP: It's helpful to find a venue that allows for payments for the rental fee and already has chairs and tables available for your use. These are small details and flexibility that serve to make your planning process and execution of your dream wedding a breeze! I love this venue and I know my family and friends will be thinking of it for years to come!

If my wife and I could leave a ten-star review, we would! When we were looking for venues, we really wanted someplace that was both elegant and rustic, and Ma Maison was the perfect place. It looks like a villa plucked straight out of the French countryside and plopped into Texas with tons of lush greenery, elegant architecture, and beautiful landscaping. And that’s nothing to say about the owner and her staff. The owner, Karen, did a fantastic job walking us through the three places we could choose for the ceremony (we went with the green cathedral) and providing guidance for which would work best for a winter wedding. And our coordinator, Eduardo, was pivotal with helping us figure out the logistics for picking up/dropping off decorations, how people would flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, and working with catering to ensure everything was clean and ready for our guests. Ma Maison was also fantastic at helping us plan out our florals, where to display our cake, and where to make our grand entrance. Their flexibility and readiness were things that my wife and I valued over anything else. For the couples still looking for their venue, look for two things. First, look for a place that can cater to your aesthetic. Second, find a place with staff that can keep that aesthetic while pivoting as needed. Ma Maison’s reception hall was the perfect template for what we wanted, and their willingness to let us use DIY decorations made our wedding day look absolutely perfect. And while we did an outdoor wedding, the chapel was on standby in case the weather erred on the nastier side. Overall, we could not recommend this venue more for their aesthetic beauty, preparedness, and friendly staff!

We found our perfect location! Ma Maison offers such flexibility allowing for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The staff is so helpful and easy to work with. Also, they have most amenities, lighting packages, stage, etc on site for rent, making it so convenient. They have a list of preferred vendors who have been so amazing. It’s almost a one stop shop for everything you need. You couldn’t ask for a better venue!

Ma Maison is a stunning venue. My husband and I both fell in love with the venue on first sight. We just had our wedding there at the end of March, and the wild flowers were in full bloom, so it was extra magical (words don't do it justice, so take a peek at the pic I included). It was truly the fairytale, French garden setting of my dreams. There are several different (but equally beautiful) spots for ceremonies. This was perfect for us because we had a fusion wedding with two ceremonies! The venue was very accommodating about that and had the spaces ready for us as needed. There are also plenty of amazing photo spots. It's also a big enough venue, so guests could take their own pictures without interrupting our actual photographer. Karen and the team were fantastic to work with. They answered all our questions and sent us regular emails throughout the planning process. They were very clear with all instructions and requirements, very professional, and easy to work with. One thing that was super helpful is that they provide some items for rent directly, like a dancefloor, decor, easels, etc. I can't recommend this venue enough!

Karen and her team could host the White House at this venue. Do not go anywhere else for a Texas wedding. Our experience was 10/10 throughout all aspects before and after.

Cannot recommend this place more. We wanted a place that felt right and within minutes of walking the grounds we just knew. Karen was totally professional and supportive of finding us the best date to suit our busy lives as well. It feels like a unique collaboration of Texas/France/Italy and while is luxury in nature not totally over the top which sold us on our choice of venue.

The grounds and European inspired decor are stunning, along with multiple locations (indoor and outdoor) for a ceremony site. This gave us the variety we wanted/needed to accommodate guests at a summer wedding in Texas. We chose the indoor chapel! The bridal suite is breath taking and a perfect place to celebrate while getting ready with your party. Also important to us when deciding on a venue, was the staff being genuinely invested in our day and experience, as well as organized and communicative. Ma Maison has checked all these boxes and more. We toured the property as a couple and again with our parents that all had nothing but positive things to say. Each time, our guide answered all of our questions thoughtfully without rushing us to the next stop. Their list of vendors connected us with our caterer, our amazing wedding planner and helped narrow down more decorative details. It is truly a place that allows for couples' unique styles to shine and come to life on their big day!

We are having our wedding at Ma Maison on 12/1/23 and are SO excited!! The whole team at Ma Maison has been incredibly helpful through the entire process. Although we hope to have our ceremony outdoors at the beautiful Grove location, one of the most important things we looked for in a wedding venue was a beautiful indoor option as well in case of rain. Ma Maison has that covered with the chapel, which is almost brand new! With so many locations to choose from for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, you can fully customize this venue to your choosing and you can't go wrong with any of them. All locations are picturesque! We cannot wait for our hill country wedding at Ma Maison.

You MUST put Ma Maison on your list to tour when choosing a wedding venue in Central Texas. It's the only way you can truly appreciate the beauty of this Hill Country gem. The grounds alone are stunning and provide beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony or for photographs. We chose the chapel because we wanted a "church" feel to our ceremony. It was absolutely gorgeous and the beautiful wood cross provided the perfect backdrop. Our cocktail hour was held on the covered Trellis which is an amazing space on its own and just a short walk from the chapel. Once it was time for the reception, the doors to the Great Hall were opened. Walking in to the Great Hall is truly breathtaking. The architecture is incredible and provides the warmth and charm that many venues don't offer. We seated over 200 guests and there was plenty of room to spare even with a live band and dance floor. Ma Maison works with wonderful vendors and Karen, the owner, is an incredible resource for all things wedding. She and her staff, especially Eduardo and Michelle, saw to our every need. They truly worked to make our wedding day a huge success throughout the entire planning process. We loved Ma Maison from our first visit and we are so grateful we chose this venue for our wedding day.

When we toured Ma Maison it was an instant match for our wedding! The architecture is beautiful, like a Tuscan villa, which really brings out the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. The large spaces were also perfect for our ceremony and reception. The owner Karen was great to work with throughout the process, very communicative and helpful. They seemed very committed to helping our wedding be a success, and we greatly appreciated it.

We chose Ma Maison for two primary reasons. The first is obvious… it’s gorgeous! The multiple ceremony options, from the indoor chapel to the oak tree grove, photos by the stunning cast iron cathedral and the lake, the chance to have memories in the bell tower and the staircase, and of course the pétanque court that reminded me of the Luxembourg Garden in Paris. The second reason you’ll get to know when you visit. Karen is a superb host and operator. Her recommendations were spot on with our vision! She’s been a helpful partner as we plan our wedding, providing vendor lists and tips. Can’t wait for our wedding!

Ma Maison can be summed up as - “world-class” This was the first venue we visited and nothing else compared. The elegance of the venue surrounded by beautiful Texas hill country along with the one-of-a-kind green cathedral will make the perfect canvas for our daughter’s wedding. Ma Maison is hands down amazing! My fiancé and I fell in love with this venue when we first set foot inside. I just loved the cozy yet grand feeling of the Great Hall when I walked inside. I just felt like the Southern French/Northern Italian feel of the house made me feel like I was in the town where the live action version of Beauty & the Beast took place. What I was looking for while choosing a wedding venue in the Texas Hill Country was a comfortable, romantic, storybook venue with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that could accommodate a large guest count (>150 people). Ma Maison checked those boxes for sure! Even though this location is about a 40 minute drive from my church ceremony, I absolutely know it is worth the drive on the Big Day! I chose this December (2023) to get married and hopefully it will be nice and cool in the hill country. The venue is set up great for our reception because we are planning to use the outdoor Trellis area for cocktail hour then have the guests move inside the Great Hall for dinner and to dance the night away! I am truly excited to see how our photos turn out with all of the pretty locations to take pictures on the property. On top of being a beautiful place, Karen, the owner of Ma Maison is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help her couples. When I told her I was having my ceremony at a church 40 minutes away from her venue, she helped me create a timeline that made the day seem doable. She is also very organized and a great communicator. She has a great list of “preferred vendors” she shared with me to find everything else I needed to book for my special day including wedding coordinators, catering, bands/entertainment, hair and makeup, photography/video etc. Being an out of town bride, I appreciate her so much and felt lucky that she is invested in helping my wedding day run smoothly. She has made the planning process so much easier! I am also planning to have my bridal portraits taken here because there are just so many beautiful areas! Our contract conveniently came with an extra hour of use of the venue for a bridal or engagement photoshoot. I cannot wait to see how they turn out! We got engaged in Italy and the style of Ma Maison was the perfect match to what we envisioned. The grounds are pretty equipped with photographic spots, so you really don't need much decor or florals. The grooms suit and outdoor deck area is pretty sweet too!

I found Ma Maison on Instagram and as soon as I saw The Green Cathedral, I knew this was our venue! I scheduled a tour immediately, and ended up booking within a few days after speaking with Karen, which was a few weeks before the tour. The venue had everything we were looking for, and more. All the amenities, rooms, permanent furniture and décor made everything so homey and accommodating. I love the European style, it's stunning on it's own, we didn't even need tons of flowers/décor. A lot of love was put into Ma Maison, and it shows.

As soon as we drove onto the Ma Maison grounds, I felt it would be our wedding location. Once I met Karen, I KNEW it would be. The site is ideal, the numerous options and the indoor-outdoor atmosphere was exactly what I wanted.
