Our entire experience, from beginning to end, was excellent! Andrea is kind, very knowledgeable and professional. To say FlowerWorks went the extra mile is an understatement. Our ideas, concepts, wishes, and most importantly our budget, were fulfilled. Having gone through the grueling wedding planning process, last minute changes are inevitable, but Andrea at FlowerWorks worked very hard to satisfy my last minute changes. Something that I noticed working with Andrea that I feel other shops are lacking, is the availability and promptness of communication. We were able to stay closely connected, sometimes after-hours even, and were never left waiting (long) for a response to our questions and requests. All in all, I can't recommend Andrea and her business enough. No wedding planning is perfect, I can assure that, but it was evident that FlowWorks worked very hard to ensure that our flowers were perfect for our special day. I would be wary of negative reviews, especially those that are short, trite, and posted without a customer name. Likely a tactic by a competitor to drive down the overall rating. My husband and I give a 5 out of 5 rating and highly recommend Andrea and her flower shop!!

Andrea was wonderful to work with. She went over everything that we wanted with us and brought pictures to make sure that our vision was the same as what she was picturing. I would work with her again.
