Kuipers Family Farm was a perfect wedding venue! This review is going to be difficult to keep short because I have so many compliments I can give to this venue. First of all, the venue itself is beautiful! It’s the perfect rustic scenery! The food was amazing! We had the pot roast and chicken vesuvio. Highly recommended both, but the pot roast blew us away and was so different. The donut bar for dessert is an absolute must! And the best thing about this venue was their staff. Nick, the manager of Kuipers, and Annie, the wedding coordinator, were amazing! Nick was so easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted for our wedding day, and made the whole process so easy! Annie was my right hand girl on our wedding day! She was absolutely amazing with helping me with pictures, making sure I had a drink in my hand, and really took care of our family and bridal party! Many of our guests came up to us and complimented how amazing Nick and Annie were on our wedding day. Not only that but all their staff went above and beyond for our wedding day. Kuiper’s is absolutely amazing! Me and my husband started visiting the orchard every year for the past 8 years. We even got engaged in a row of their apple trees last October. Once we met with Nick, we knew we wanted Kuipers to be the venue for our wedding. Planning stresses me out and they included everything from food, decor, and scheduling. It was truly a one stop shop which was a huge selling point to us. Annie was our day of coordinator and I cannot say enough kind things about her. She handled everything! Even our DJ mentioned that he has never seen an event manager work as hard as she did. I had a lot of bridesmaids so they let us come in early to get ready. They handled all our special food accommodations. We had access to the entire property so I know my pictures are going to be absolutely beautiful. I could seriously write an entire essay about how incredible their team is. Book Kuipers for your wedding. You won’t regret it!

We choose Kuiper's because the venue sold itself from the very first tour. The property is beautiful and allows for all sizes of weddings. Nick was fantastic with helping us plan our wedding all the way up to the big day. Annie was amazing with everything and anything we needed on the wedding day. I could not have asked for a better venue and support team to help me plan my dream wedding. We would highly recommend Kuiper's to any couple starting to plan out their big day. Please go take the tour, you will not be disappointed!!

The most amazing venue ever. They took care of everything, it was really a one stop shop. Everyone said it was the most fun wedding they attended. I would highly recommend using them.

Where to even begin?! BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER. When my husband and I started dating over 5 years ago we started a tradition going to Kuiper’s during Fall. After meeting with Nick initially we knew we wanted to get married here too, it was a no brainer! From the very beginning Nick was AMAZING. We had over a year to plan our wedding and booked with Kuiper’s pretty early on. I had changed my mind on many things leading up to our wedding day and Nick was always available, responsive, communicated well, and accommodating! He was incredibly easy and fun to work with and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. The entire staff at Kuiper’s are super friendly, professional and so helpful! They were organized and knew exactly what they were doing. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever imagined and a big reason for that is because of the staff and Nick!! Anything that we needed they were on top of it. They even had one person there to follow us around while taking photos to hold drinks and help with my dress and other things- Like our own little personal assistant/helper! It was unexpected and helped us out so much!! It was so nice of them to provide that. Everything that day went so smoothly and our guests absolutely LOVED everything about the venue. There was so much to do! Dancing, s’more station, yard games, etc. We are still getting compliments that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to! And the views! You can’t beat it!! I cannot say enough good things about Kuiper’s Family Farm, the staff, and Nick!! It was such a beautiful day that we will remember forever. And we can’t wait to start a family and continue the tradition in Fall and we love that we can go back to visit everyone that works there too! Nick, Annie, and the ENTIRE team at Kuiper's was AMAZING! Our day was so special because of them! Everyone that was at our ceremony and reception have continually said it was STUNNING! They helped set everything up and take everything down day of, the rehearsal was smooth and easy thanks to them as well. They worked with us with food that was allergy/Celiac disease friendly, EVEN OUR CUPCAKES!! I will certainly recommend Kuiper's Family Farms to anyone look for what I called "a boujee barn" wedding.

We had such an amazing experience getting married at Kuipers!!! Nick and his team were overly phenomenal and did far more than we ever expected!!! Our decorations were set up beautifully, and they added additional touches to make it more special for us! Nick and the Kuipers team never made us feel like anything was out of reach for our wedding. We had a list of 5 venues we wanted to check out, and Kuipers was our first and only one we actually saw because they had everything we wanted and more! Everything was inclusive and it helped us not stress so much because we knew everything they had for us was what we wanted and more. During the pandemic, Nick and his team were so kind and checked in with us to reassure us that even if changes needed to be made, our wedding will be what we wanted! We felt so great that we had the option to get married outside (one of the last nice weekends for the fall luckily!) but we loved that we had the option for indoors without having to overly plan it out, and both spaces were beautiful!! We loved that we were able to have signature drinks and the apple cider slushee drinks were so delicious!! The food was so good and when we did the tasting it was hard to pick! Nick and the team even went above and beyond when our bridal party thought we were having Mac and cheese…but it was the menu from the previous wedding, and rather than just move past it, his team whipped up a platter of Mac and cheese for our bridal party without question. That Mac and cheese is a part of so many funny stories we hear from our family and friends. Nick and his team was so attentive with our vendors, our guests, and our bridal party. We were not only excited to get married at Kuipers, but the Kuipers team felt like they were a wonderful part of the day with all of us! My husband and I loved Kuipers when we would go in the fall for pumpkins and apples, and joked about getting married here (Kuiper is my husband’s last name) and we love that we have a place to go with our family for years to come that is not only fun, but brings back amazing memories of our wedding day! Could not recommend a venue more!!!

Where do I even begin? Nick was FANTASTIC to work with, and his team was a phenomenal extension of him. We looked at several venues and when you take into account all of the costs that start adding up, panic sets in. This was the ONLY venue we saw where this feeling did not happen. Kuipers truly is a one stop shop. They think of EVERYTHING and it is all inclusive (food, alcohol, tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces, decor - you name it, they probably have it AND they set up and take everything down). I did bring in some of my own decor, but even if I had not, our wedding would have been beautiful as their natural decor and centerpieces are fantastic! We had several planning sessions along the process where Nick would check in to make sure everything was going smoothly and he was always available to answer our questions. He even helped construct a timeline for the day of so all our vendors could be on the same page. There is a ton of space all throughout the venue. The weather was less than ideal for our wedding day, so we had our ceremony inside. They set up the indoor ceremony space, and afterwards converted the room over to the reception layout while cocktail hour was going on in a different space. It was a huge relief to have all of this taken care of without myself or my family/friends having to move tables and chairs around. Even though it took place in the same room, our reception looked totally different than the ceremony - almost like we had it in two separate areas. It was an awesome feel. The day of could not have gone any smoother. Nick and his team were there every step of the way to ensure our day was perfect. The timeline he created was “spot-on”. The food was amazing- we highly recommend the chicken limon and beef brisket. We chose the donut and ice cream bar for dessert and our guests loved it! We also opted to do a late night snack (pizza) and there was so much variety. Everyone has raved about our food. The bartenders were fantastic. All the staff present were so professional and on top of it. Kuipers is amazing. Our family and friends had a wonderful time and we have been asked several times about when we could get married again because the day was SO much fun. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. If I had to get married all over again, this is hands down the place I would have wanted my wedding at. Thank you so much to Nick and his team! You are all amazing :)

The amount of flexibility, responsiveness, and kind gestures we received while working with Kuiper's and their team cannot be understated. We had our original wedding date to be in May 2020 until the pandemic hit in full force. We were able to work with Kuiper's to reschedule, and then reschedule again since the pandemic didn't die down by our second date. When we finally had the wedding it was everything we dreamed it would be. The venue had that rustic look we were looking for and the set-up exceeded our expectations. We had our wedding indoors due to weather but it may have been better that way! The ceremony décor looked amazing and during the cocktail hour they rearranged it into the dinner and dance area. We had around 150 guests and at no point did the place seem packed nor empty. Working with the event planner there, Nick, was such an pleasant experience. We wanted everything to be perfect for our special day and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. This included changes here and there to what they normally have for décor and beverage selection. Without being asked they even shuttled people from their cars to the venue area to keep our friends/family out of the snow! To us Kuiper's was the perfect choice.

If you are looking for a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue with the most flexible, kind and helpful staff ever.. then Kuipers is your venue!! Due to COVID-19, my husband and I split our wedding up. In November 2020 Kuipers let us host a 10-person ceremony and dinner with our parents and siblings so that we could still get married on our original wedding date. They also worked with us to plan a reception the following year as our Anniversary Celebration!! Both events turned out absolutely wonderful and we are forever grateful for Kuipers patience, guidance and cooperation. The aesthetic at Kuipers is simple, elegant, rustic and cozy. My husband and I, as well as our guest, had a wonderful time and enjoyed talking with the staff members throughout the night. For dinner we had pot roast, chicken, roasted carrots and Mac-n-cheese.. *chef's kiss* ... AMAZING! The donuts are always delicious and the donut sundae bar was a huge hit! I highly recommend Kuipers Family Farm as a wedding venue. They will work hard to ensure that your day is truly the best day ever!

I can not say enough amazing things about Kuipers! Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the people are so incredibly helpful and fun to work with. Nick was truly remarkable with all that he did to help make our day special. He worked with us on accommodating certain parts of our day and the menu. He even helped with our decorations which made it so much easier for us! It was so nice to have a venue where so much is already included to take the stress off of finding a ton of different vendors. Also, the food was delicious! So many of our guests could not stop talking about the food and of course the cider doughnuts! Our wedding day, Nick and the rest of the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and we enjoyed having them celebrate with us. It truly does not get better than this!

My husband and I got married at Kuipers on 7/17/2021, so that being said I took a long time to write this review because I really wanted to sit and reflect to be able to write something so perfect. My husband and I are very low key people or least we like to think we are. We booked with Kuipers on 03/2019 and then covid happened. Nick Meyers kept us sane. Half of this post alone could be about how wonderful he is. When we found out that Illinois was implementing phases, we knew that the wedding we wanted wouldn't happen the way that we wanted it to. Nick immediately answer any questions and helped us pick a new date, one year from our first date. We were kept in the loop and got to enjoy the benefit that came from covid such as an outside bar. One of reasons we picked this venue is it fits the mold of a barn wedding, yet has the safety and security of a wedding that would have been held in a reception hall i.e., air conditioning in the middle of a midwest summer. The Main reason we picked Kuipers is because you can continue to make memories at your venue well after your wedding. When we choose to have kids we can take them back year after year to the place we got married and started our lives as husband and wife. How often do you get to go back to your venue and do this? When it comes down to the details it is simple and timeless and honestly doesn't even need much decorations, because the venue speaks for itself. It is also all inclusive, which means that we didn't have to figure out tables, chairs, linens, food (and wedding cake), center pieces, etc. They provided signs that they already had as well and have a million and one places for photos to be taken. The staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly (we even got some to dance with us by the end of the night)! We were able to make some last minute chances (2 weeks before the wedding). Honestly I could go on and on about how perfect this venue was to us. It made our dreams come true and is a venue that will have your guest talking about for awhile!

I can't recommend Kuiper's Family Farm for your wedding venue enough. I found them through The Knot, immediately reached out because it looked so cute, and once I talked to Nick and toured the venue I couldn't say no. This place was better than I could've dreamed. Nick in particular went above and beyond, doing more than I would've expected to make our wedding day perfect. I didn't have a care in the world on the wedding day because Nick and his team took care of everything, down to our tiniest details and requests. He met with us multiple times leading up to the day, allowed us to set up and hold our rehearsal dinner at the venue the day before, provided us with tons of free decorations, tore everything down completely on the wedding night, and always responded to my emails quickly and by answering every one of my million questions! He was just so great to work with and such a joy. Not to mention the venue is absolutely GORGEOUS. Please consider Kuiper's for your wedding, you won't regret it!!! <3

We were pleased with the views and the location. When it came down to the wedding day we realized that the fine details were not communicated. My wife and I were having to answer questions not at all our area of expertise. The day was not what we had dreamed and imagined. The promises of Nick and how things were promised be a certain way never happened. The false promises when it came to our wedding day was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. My wife and I tried to address the Day of wedding issues that we experienced with Kim Kuiper. Every issue that came up on the day of was blamed on us and had taken no responsibility. With the amount of money we spent at the farm we didn’t feel that we had received what we paid for service wise. Kim Kuiper stepped toward my wife and spoke to her out of anger and I was floored by the way we were treated as a paying customer that just wanted to understand what happened and also be compensated for their mistakes as we paid over$10,000 and all we wanted was some ownership on things that fell through the cracks. Looking back we should have met the owners of the farm first and then we could have seen who we were sowing into.

In all honestly, our wedding was not perfect, which no wedding is. However, we were promised a LOT that did not get done and being that we were the last wedding at Kuiper, we felt that. The wedding of our dreams was not a reality, especially after spending 10k for this venue. We chose to reach out to the farm with our complaints. We spoke to someone initially that was so sweet and empathetic and said the owner would be emailing us to talk further. But instead, she met us with “the customer is not always right,” “if you are expecting us to say we wrong, you will not get that.” And many other nasty remarks. All we wanted to hear is, wow, we are so sorry you had that experience what can we do to change your view on us as an organization? (Good customer service). We came in weeks after the wedding due to our honeymoon to pick up our stuff as promised and came to find out that the wedding favors we spent hundreds of dollars on were missing. Again, we were ushered back by a sweet lady to be then told by Kim Kuiper. Basically, we should be grateful for what they did decide to gather due to it not being in the contract to hold anything… even though the wedding coordinator told us that everything would be there. As a grad student, I knew I wouldn’t have the time to plan a wedding and knew that Kuiper family farm had a day of coordinator, not knowing it would be the same person we’ve dealt with during our entire process… and was blamed for not hiring a wedding coordinator. I DID NOT know the difference and was told that everything we needed would be handled. That was a lie, and I was blamed in the end. If you are looking for a fantastic venue, this is the place; however, the food, promises of a fabulous wedding, not needing a dress rehearsal and prating minutes before you walk out, essential things not put out that were important for your wedding, and being treated like the scum of the earth DO NOT BOOK NOT Kuiper. I’m sure Kim will try and write something below to save herself, but honestly, if you are interested in the nasty emails she sent, I’m more than happy to connect with you to share that this place was not what we expected and maybe because we were the last wedding.

If you have any doubts at all about booking with this venue, erase them immediately and go with it! I don't think I have enough room to write how much I loved this venue. Nick is truly one of the best people in the business. He made everything so easy and stress-free. Here were just a few of the highlight: -He worked within our budget (HUGE!!) - Whenever I had a question or concern, he would respond almost immediately with an answer or solution. -He never made me feel crazy when presented with some of my out there ideas -HE WAS AN ANGEL TO MY FAMILY--who was quite difficult at times -He was present the whole day-whenever anyone needed him-he was there -He allowed me to bring stuff throughout the week so we were less stressed the morning of with bringing stuff over. -I was so nervous about not hiring a wedding coordinator, but with Nick we truly did not need one. -He has an amazing staff that helps set up and break things down at the end of the night. The food was PHENOMENAL-people were absolutely in love with it (get the pot roast). There was 2 fully stocked bars-one inside, one outside. The donut bar was such a huge hit. The venue was so gorgeous it brought so many tears to my eyes-truly exceeded my expectations. There was SO much to do in addition to dancing and eating-a bon fire, so many scenic places to go on walks, bags, and SO MANY AREAS to hang out. We had back up plans and backup plans to the backup plans. Truly I have not one bad thing to say!!!!! The best part about this venue is that we do apple picking here every fall, so we still have so many more memories to make in our life ahead at Kuipers. :)

Where do I even start?? First of all this has got to be one of the most underrated beautiful venues I’ve ever attended/planned a wedding at. Secondly the staff is so beyond 5 stars I can’t even describe it. I first started to work with Kuipers when I took over my friends wedding planning. Nick was responsive, organized, accommodating, hilarious and just an all around awesome human to work with. After such an awful year and people having to move their weddings around Nick and his staff were there to help us with anything we needed. Countless back and forth requests, sites visits and just any minor details Nick had it covered. Then just when I thought he couldn’t Impress me more, you should have seen him the day of. Running around hanging decor, checking in every single step of the way on the day. If you need anything he was there. I have never worked with a more hard working vendor/human in my life. He also just made the process so incredibly stress free. His cool and collected personality really puts everyone at ease and makes the process so enjoyable!! He was born to be in events that is for sure!!!!

Nick Meyers is an ANGEL. Kuipers was our first choice for a wedding venue and we booked with them at the end of 2019 for our wedding 12.05.2020. They included tables, chairs, linens, basic centerpieces, and food & beverage. My fiancé and I live in Seattle so as difficult as planning an out of state wedding already was, the pandemic hit right after all of our vendors had been booked. Even though we had plenty of family and friends try to convince us to postpone, we buckled in for the long haul- determined to get married in 2020. We kept in constant contact with Nick, he is the BEST communicator. When sending him a quick text it was rare to not get a response from him within 5 minutes! Nick is easily one of the most likeable, easy going people I have ever met. When my family was bombarding me with questions and unnecessary stress, Nick was there to reassure. When my brother-in-law caused a scene, Nick was the first to let us know what had happened. As the months went on we continuously cut our guest list, made changes, and forged forward. 2.5 weeks before our wedding date Illinois’ Governor Pritzger announced no gatherings larger than 10 people in the county that Kuipers is in. This was it, the moment we feared. We had no choice but to cancel our wedding in Illinois. We were devastated. We contacted Nick and together with the Kuipers team they were able to refund us all but our deposits. My fiancé and I re-planned our wedding in Seattle in those 2.5 weeks. It was a beautiful, clear & sunny day in Washington. We got married outside with the mountains as our backdrop and would you guess who was sending us a text on our wedding day telling us he was thinking of us? Nick Myers. Even though our wedding at Kuipers never happened I cannot recommend them enough as an incredible all-inclusive venue and as outstanding human beings. Nick was Team Jo + Anthony from the beginning. No matter what the world threw at us we were a team and in it together, and for that I am forever grateful! Thank you Kuipers!! More importantly, THANK YOU NICK!

If I could give this venue, their staff, and the breath taking views more than 5 stars, I would! I cannot say enough great things about Kuipers Family Farm and their staff, especially Kathy. We have had numerous compliments from our guests about how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and how kind the staff members were. If you're on the fence about whether or not to do the cider donut sundae bar, DO IT! Our guests raved about it, and still continue to do so! Overall, our wedding was absolutely beautiful and one of a kind. Thank you, Kuipers, for making our special day one that we will always remember!

The experience I received at kuipers was absolutely amazing. Breath taking views, fabulous staff Nick and Kathy truly thought of everything and were there to explain and help you think of things you might not have. They helped us with individuals with disabilities and individuals with food restrictions with ease. If I could do it again there is nothing I would change because they were amazing! Thank you for all you did!

We couldn't have asked for anything better for our wedding at Kuiper's! Nick and Kathy were the real MVPs through the wedding planning process and helped us navigate all of the madness on the big day. The farm is absolutely beautiful. We were able to take pictures all over the property and in the orchard making for beautiful backdrops everywhere. So many guests talked about how beautiful the property is and how delicious the food served throughout the night was. Nick and Kathy offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to do (ex. wedding programs) and helped us make sure the day went off without a hitch. They worked with us to make sure we were able to do everything we wanted to do with our wedding and helped us cut corners with cost where possible. We left on our wedding night feeling part of the Kuiper's family and can't wait to go back in the fall during fall fest to relive our wedding day and reflect on all of the memories. Getting married at Kuiper's was easily the best option we made throughout our wedding planning process!

There truly are no words to describe how wonderful of an experience we had working with Kuipers. Throughout the entire planning process they were available around the clock to answer questions. Kathy and Nick went above and beyond to ensure every detail was more perfect than I could have ever imagined possible. Kathy has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to event coordination. Kuipers is a very down-to-earth venue and I highly recommend them for weddings, apple picking, donuts, etc.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to have a wedding and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the venue in which we had chosen. Our wedding was a little unique and different from what most would chose when choosing a rustic/farm theme. We had decided to make our wedding super hero themed, we love being different from others but I had always wanted to get married on a farm setting. Kathy and everyone that made our day super from the complicated table clothes all the way to the cake created, we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Everyone that made our day move smooth through out the whole day we are grateful for. We literately waited until the last minute to decide if we wanted to move it inside or keep it outside as a storm was heading our way but thankfully we were able to have it outside and it was the best decision! It was so beautiful. The staff made sure that everyone was well taken care of throughout the entire event! If you are thinking about having the train for your wedding I would highly recommend it! It gave the guests something to do during cocktail hour and I had many guests saying how awesome it was! Overall I would give more stars if I could and don't second guess this place it is truly breath taking and will be a great choice!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this venue!!! The staff made our day perfect and stress free. Kathy is the day of coordinator and she was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better than her and her staff. If we had to do it all over again we wouldn’t have changed anything thanks to the venue!!!!

Kuipers Family Farm was the perfect venue for our day. Kathy and her staff did a phenomenal job on our wedding. She was always near by and was able to answer any question or concern we had. The day went by so smoothly and I felt so at ease knowing Kathy was in charge. We would have needed to pay for a wedding planner if it was not for Kathy. Our guests raved about the beautiful venue, train ride and donut bar. I would recommend Kuipers Farm for any couple looking for a wedding venue. They are excellent at creating the perfect day to celebrate the start of a marriage.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Kuipers. The wedding was 7/20/18 and of course it rained so we had to move the ceremony inside, they were so so helpful in setting up and gave us some great decorating ideas. Laura, Ruthie and Kathy were fantastic. The venue was spectacular, service was great, never an empty water glass, food was great but of course the donut bar was what everyone talked about....my advice....make sure you have the donut bar! - restrooms were clean. The bridal suite was such a plus. So close to the hall for easy access. It was truly the best venue I have ever been to!

My heart bursts when I think about our wedding day at Kuipers Family Farm on June 30, 2018. I was planning my wedding from Los Angeles and so I needed a venue that was going to be very responsive, flexible and reasonably priced. Kuipers was all that and more. They allowed us to have the property for the whole day which was very rare when looking at venues. We were the only wedding taking place at the property and the venue has everything you could need - didn't need any extra rentals. The venue is HUGE and our guests were able to play corn-hole, take a train ride around the property, sit by the fire pit, or dance in the barn. There was so much to do and see and the property is beyond beautiful so your pictures will be stunning (attached a few of mine but haven't gotten them all back yet). I really think our wedding is going to stick out in all of our guests' minds as one of the best weddings they have ever been to. The staff at Kuipers was super helpful and friendly - it was all so easy with them, which took a huge load off my shoulders. You will remember this day for the rest of your lives and Kuipers will make it perfect!

Kathy and her team were on point on July 6, 2018. I am a DJ and work all over Chicago. Rarely do I get the hospitality that I received from the second I walked onto the property. (If they treat the vendors this way, you can imagine how great the paying guests get treated!) The venue was clean and organized and because of all that, the party we had was epic. This is a quality venue with a unique setting. Great job to your team and thank you for a excellent night!

One of the best places in the world. The service was amazing. Kathy was absolutely the best. She kept everything on track and made us feel like we were on top of the world. And Al knows how to run a tight ship (all positive). Our guests were blown away by the venue and we could not have been more pleased. It is a wonderful place with amazing people. Pro tip: be prepared for a bit of wind if the ceremony is outside.

Kuipers was the most scenic perfect backdrop for our big day! Al and Kathy were absolutely amazing to work with! Everyone keeps telling us how gorgeous our wedding was and it would not have been possible without this place right here! Only issue I had is that they ended us at 11pm when we clearly said midnight as did our contract! Would have loved to keep the night going as long as possible. All in all though if you are looking for the perfect rustic venue for a wedding THIS IS YOUR PLACE. You will not regret it!

We fell in love with Kuipers the second we saw the property! It is so beautiful and looks so amazing in our photos! Everyone that works there is so nice, accommodating, and honest. They even gave us a wedding gift on the day of! They were the perfect venue for us!

We cannot say enough great things about Kuipers! We had a Champagne Brunch on a Sunday and the amount of compliments we received about the food and environment was never ending. The staff at Kuipers was so helpful in planning and even more amazing when it came to the day of the wedding. They made us feel like family and like we were right at home. They handled crazy relatives, helped the few children we had, and went above and beyond in making sure we got what we wanted. Wish I could do it all over again.

Al and Kathy were absolutely amazing! They helped make everything flow smoothly and make our lives so much easier! The venue is drop dead gorgeous! The staff is helpful and kind. We loved our food too! Check out this venue it is amazing! Thank you Al and Kathy!

There is no business side, only customer care and relationships. The honesty, communication, making it about US, made picking Kuipers the easiest decision of the entire process. Over our time with them, we fell in love with Al and Kathy, and when it was time for our wedding to be over, I realized how much I’d miss them. All of our guests had the best time, commenting on the food, scenery, over all atmosphere, and friendliness of every single staff member. If I could do it all over again, I would.

Al, Kathy and the whole Kuipers team made our wedding day absolutely perfect! After touring the venue with Al, my husband and I knew it was the exact place we had been looking for. We loved having the whole venue to ourselves for the entire day. Al kept in contact throughout the whole planning process answering any question I had, even my late night texts sent with a question that was keep me up. The day of the wedding, Al and Kathy made sure everything was going smoothly and relieved a lot of stress off of my husband and I. Kathy made sure we had food to eat while taking pictures and even packed us leftovers to take with. All of our guests could not stop raving to us about the venue. We even got a beautiful gift from them to hang in our home to always remind us of that beautiful day. We are so glad we picked Kuipers for our wedding venue- we truly do feel like part of the Kuipers family.

I had the pleasure of touring Kuipers with Albert. I absolutely loved the venue and everything they offered and Albert was a pleasure to work with. And that price is really great, just saying. Unfortunately it ended up being a little too far from home for my parents liking but had it been a little closer we most definitely would have gone with kuipers itwas my top pick. Any bride who gets to have their wedding here will be so lucky!!

We loved Kuipers. Al was so encouraging and embraced our special food requests. Who asks for brunch and ceviche? We do. And they helped us do it. They also worked with us and within our budget and were incredibly agile when it came to the amount of planning and preparation we were able to do in so little time. The farm is beautiful for a ceremony and the barn is magical for a reception. Highly recommend.

Kuipers was probably the single best choice I could have made for our wedding process. The venue is stunning, unique and quite simply fun! My husband and I are fairly laid back and being able to enjoy lawn games, the orchard setting, tractors to climb on, a donut sundae bar instead of cake, and a variety of other fun touches truly made the day us. In addition to the farm itself Al and Kathy made our day the absolute best it could be; how many folks will bribe the flower girl to go down the aisle with donuts?! A majority of my family, and quite a few guests, commented on how truly helpful and kind Al, Kathy and their staff were. We truly appreciate their efforts in accommodating every need and making the day/days leading up to the event as painless as possible.

I got married in June at Kuipers Family Farm, and it was perfect! My husband and I love going to their apple orchard in the fall, and when we found out they are also a wedding venue, we knew it would be a great place to get married. Albert and Maribel, the event coordinators, are wonderful to work with. Throughout the process, they made sure every detail was taken care of and took away a lot of stress of wedding planning. The food was catered by Upper Crust Catering, and everything was amazing. We had pulled pork sandwiches, beef brisket, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw… it was all so delicious! At first I was hesitant about the buffet option but we decided to go with it to save on cost. I was very impressed with how well it was organized! They had two stations set up, and staff serving the food, so the lines moved very quickly and people didn’t wait long at all for their turn. For dessert, we chose the donut sundae bar option - apple cider donuts (fresh-baked!), caramel sauce, whipped cream, and other various toppings. Everyone loved the donut bar! They even had flavored syrups to go with coffee- many people commented on how that was a nice touch! I can’t rave enough about this venue and the staff- everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Truly a wonderful place to get married!! We have beautiful pictures and memories from our wedding that will last a lifetime :)

I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have found Kuipers to host our wedding. The entire process of planning with them was so easy and fun—they were professional, personal, and extremely flexible. I had a ridiculous amount of wedding guests come up to me both at and after the wedding to say that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. People absolutely loved the diversity of places to go there—dance floor, bar, campfire, orchard, yard games, etc. There was something for everyone and people absolutely loved it. While the venue is truly amazing, what sets this place apart is their dedicated and friendly staff. I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to do whatever it took to make our day perfect. I cannot thank them enough for creating such a perfect a memorable day for my husband and me.
