Randi helped us to plan the most amazing Italian honeymoon. We wanted to visit 4 different cities, and she took care of all the booking and scheduling for us, which was a lot given the multiple stops/trains/etc. The honeymoon was incredible, and the hotels she selected for us were best in class. She even helped us to navigate options on Viatour for a private wine tasting in Tuscany. She is truly a travel expert, helps you to take advantage of the best deals, and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I were looking to book a honeymoon in the midst of Covid-19. Let me be the first to tell you that this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of RanJan Travel. We worked closely with Randi and she put all of our worries of traveling during this tough time at ease. She kept us constantly updated with travel regulations up until the second of boarding the plane. The streamline of communication didn’t stop there. She was with us every step of the way! We were very pleased with our experience! We will definitely be using her services again.

We hired Randi to help us plan our honeymoon in May of 2020, and we just got back. During that time there was a lot of uncertainty about travel but she was able to guide us through the process of finding a resort that made us comfortable. We wanted an all-inclusive, adults only resort with private villas. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to find that in our price range but Randi was very helpful in helping us find one that exceeded our dream vacation. We ended up at Cocobay Resort in Antigua which was romantic, low-key and beautiful. She supported us in understanding regulations leading up to our trip which was very helpful. She got us a room upgrade too! Then, on our way home our flight was delayed and she reached out and solved the issue with the airline and supported us through that whole process. I would absolutely recommend using Randi for her extensive knowledge of resorts and her ability to take all the planning off our hands and keeping in mind travel regulations.

We picked Randi because she is located close to where we live, but all our communication was over the phone. She was soooo helpful in planning our Spain honeymoon! She puts together a few options of packages with flights, hotels, etc. and customizes it to your needs. She even books tours for you if you want! And she texted us while we were away to make sure we were all set. Absolutely recommend her as your travel agent – she will make your life easier while you plan the rest of your wedding!

Randi is a fantastic travel agent! She helped us with our honeymoon to Italy and Greece and couldn't have made it smoother if she tried! She sent us so many suggestion, from hotels to flight times, to restaurants, etc. She helped arrange transportation and texted me several times throughout the trip to ensure we had the best experience. I cannot recommend Randi enough! She got us incredible pricing on the most beautiful resorts and had wonderful suggestions on which cities to visit/how to make our timeline. Randi is incredible! She helped us plan an unbelievable honeymoon to Italy and Greece, got us the best flights and hotels at great prices, and ensured everything we needed was taken care of throughout the planning process and during the trip. She helped out when we were unhappy with a room in Florence and got us the best upgrade of our entire honeymoon, to a bi-level suite. Randi is extremely attentive and responsive, and she checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our honeymoon was totally stress free thanks to Randi. We cannot recommend her enough, and we look forward to using her again for future vacations!

We worked with Randi to plan our honeymoon in Jamaica. We had previously stayed at the Grand Palladium, but were interested in a new experience and weren't sure where to start. Randi suggested a great number of places, including some on different islands (we had told her we'd be interested in looking elsewhere as well). Randi highly and personally recommended the Iberostar Grand in Jamaica and we ended up booking travel there. It was certainly less expensive working with Randi than it would have been to book things on our own and as prices dropped later in the year, Randi was able to adjust, which also saved us money! We did run into one issue where I was not able to check-in online before the flight, but Randi was very responsive and helpful when I called her in a panic and we were able to print our boarding passes with no problem at the airport and made our flight without any rush. Our resort was absolutely gorgeous and the food was maybe the best I've ever had - our honeymoon was amazing and Randi definitely did a great job recommending, planning, and assisting us on our travels! Randi was such a pleasure to work with! She made our search for the perfect destination so easy. She was accessible on weekends and night when we were available and set up everything for us quickly and affordably. She even checked in to make sure we got there ok. I will definitely be using her again in the future.

Randi not only booked our honeymoon to Hawaii, she first helped us figure out where to go by sharing her personal knowledge of many global destinations and asking us our preferences! It was a complex reservation with 5 flights, 3 hotels, and 2 car rentals, but Randi handled it effortlessly, ensuring that all details were addressed and our travels would be smooth. (In the midst of wedding planning, we were delighted to hand-off all the honeymoon decisions to a trusted professional.) I did benchmark with other travel sites online, and I am confident that Randi secured us discounted rates for luxury accommodations! Randi was also very helpful in recommending and arranging excursions and tours. Shortly after each flight landed, Randi sent us a text message to check-in, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in each hotel room. It was an ideal honeymoon with many perks, thanks to Randi! BUT we most appreciated Randi’s services when we checked into our final hotel on Maui. While the room was quite nice and there were no major problems, the resort and level of service didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 5-star Hawaiian resort on our honeymoon. We replied to Randi’s text that night, and we awoke the next morning to messages from Randi who had already made arrangements with other resorts (should we decide to switch), as well as the hotel’s general manager, who Randi also contacted to convey our disappointment. The general manager immediately upgraded our room and whole experience. In the end, it not only exceeded our expectations, it was truly better than we could have dreamed. Randi is the travel agent you want on your side! We look forward to upcoming trips that will be booked by Randi!

Randi was absolutely wonderful to work with. Planning our honeymoon was SO easy with her! Always quick to answer phone calls and emails, always friendly, and is truly concerned with making sure your expectations are met. Randi helped us step by step to secure our dream honeymoon to Jamaica (Montego Bay) and we would have not been able to accomplish this without her (well in terms of knowing where to stay and where to find reasonable prices). She recommended us to Secrets St. James and we had a wonderful luxury experience. She was able to book us a non-stop flight, an ocean view room, and a few other perks as honeymooners. She checked in often to make sure received necessary documents, if we had any questions, etc. On the day of our arrival, the first person we heard from was her (via text) to ensure that we were being treated hospitable and to see if she could answer any questions. I was simply blown away by her professionalism and dedication to ensure that our honeymoon went so perfectly...and it did! We told her our interests (for example we are foodies) and she led us to a wonderful resort with great restaurants and guided us to select an all-inclusive option, and that was the best decision ever! We ate, drank, and did it all over again everyday we were there...simply put it was HEAVEN. We also took advantage of some local excursions and she was kind enough to give us some insight about prices and visited the spa (Using a honeymoon discount). If you are looking for someone who will LISTEN to you and help you make your dream vacation a reality...she's your lady! I wish we would have been able to honeymoon longer, but we have already entrusted our future trip (HOPEfully a 1 year anniversary trip) to Randi and we know we are in good hands. Its a blessing to be able to speak so highly and confidently of a vendor.
