get what you pay for. The service was great, my dress looked beautiful, and they delivered it right to my house within a week! To many this may not seem like a big deal but they are located in Lewisville and I live in Fort Worth so this was a huge time saver for me the week of my wedding. I could not have asked for a better experience and then I got a personalized email from the owner thanking me for using their business. I would recommend Pinstripes for any bride in the DFW area!

It was so easy and convenient to not have to take the dress anywhere and worry about getting it home. We got married on the beach and had our reception outside on a terrace, the bottom half of my dress was black and I thought it was ruined forever. y died when I saw the condition it was in - another words, the reception was a PARTY! There were alcohol stains and the bottom was black! She had removed her heels, ha! They did such an amazing job getting out the stains and even delivered it to her door! She is so excited and so am I! Then, Bill called me a few weeks later to schedule a drop off. Once again, within hours, I had my dress back in my possession and in PERFECT condition. It was cleaned and restored, in the perfect box! I cannot recommend these wonderful individuals enough!

She said "this is what I do, don't worry, of course we will remove the safety pins first". I trusted these people, so when my dress arrived, I thought of course there will be no safety pins inside. My wedding went really fast I didn't have time to check anyway. So after the ceremony, my girls were helping me with the bustle, they found a safety pin, bustle was done but it wasn't perfect, I thought maybe that's because it's too complicated or maybe they handled it too rough and one hook came off or something, we were on a schedule so I had to move along, so I went on with reception. Two days later I was looking at some of the pictures family and friends took, I noticed something doesn't look right with my dress, so I took it out from the bag and checked, there was another safety pin left on one side and it pinned so much fabric with it, so the whole time I had one side of my dress thinner than the other side. It's a dress with multiple layer so it wasn't too obvious but it was obvious enough to me to notice even from the pictures.... they washed and steamed my dress and I paid two hundred dollars and they left two safety pins in it the whole time, thank God it didn't completely ruined my dress but it could have, and it definitely ruined my pictures and left a huge disappointment in my once in a lifetime wedding. They handled it so rough that there was a panel in front that was longer than usual as well and it turned out the thread my seamstress sewed in front to alternate the length just came off. I kept stepping on it the whole time. It was my dream dress, and to have this kind of outcome and to be noticeable permanently in my pictures is beyond devastating. Future brides, do not use this shop, let my regret be your lesson.

I was delighted to hear that it wasn’t a problem and we confirmed the pick up date/time. They showed as schedule! From beginning to end the process was easy and convenient! Everyone was professional and very helpful with determining our needs. (Dry cleaning only vs. preservation) I was sent after pictures before the dress was all packed up which I greatly appreciated! The dress was then delivered as scheduled. I would highly recommend Pinstripes for your wedding gown dry cleaning and/or preservation.

I contacted them and they came and picked up my dress without issue. I felt confident that everything would go off without a hitch. Wedding dress preservation isn't a process that I wanted to mess around with especially with something so precious, but isn't proprietary to just one business. Knowingly going into this and paying double what other companies charge wasn't an issue to me because I knew I was paying for service and convenience. Service wasn't up to par in my opinion. I received a call on Monday, to set up my delivery appointment. I was told "tomorrow at 11" in which I agreed and promptly wrote into my planner to ensure I didn't make any overlapping plans. Tuesday rolled around and I waited and waited. Nothing. So I called and then was told that I didn't have an appointment for that day but the next day. I was fuming since I had blocked out that time from to accommodate delivery. I received what I can only consider a "customer service" apology, insincere and just completely fake from who I've gathered is the owner. I wasn't offered even a tiny 5% discount on services for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. In regards to my actual dress, like I said, it's not really a process that any other professional in the business couldn't do.

They graciously offered to take on the cleaning process and did a phenomenal job with both her wedding dress and my mother-in-law's mother of the bride dress. My family is forever grateful to Pinstripes for saving the day!!! Hurricane Harvey destroyed everything in their home, but Pinstripes saved the wedding dresses, I can't thank them enough!

Cotton Mill, got the bottoms dirty. Pinstrips picked up the gowns, cleaned perfectly (even better than they were initially) and then came after the wedding to clean a second time and preserve. Well worth the small amount of money spent to do what they did!
