Susan was recommended to me by the Antique Loft in Hoboken, the venue where I recently had my daughter’s Quinceañera. From our very first phone conversation, I knew that Susan was going to be the perfect event planner for my daughter’s event. Susan is professional, responsive, personable, and very organized. She collaborated very well with the caterer, DJ, florist, and photographer. She went out of her way to make me, the stressed-out parent, feel completely supported. Everyone at the event commented on how smoothly everything ran, and how Susan was on top of everything. She gave thoughtful and well-researched advice and guidance when I asked for it, but was always respectful of our unique cultural traditions. I highly recommend Susan – she is an invaluable asset to anyone looking for help planning and executing an event!
I hired Susan for our fall conference to coordinate the catering timeline, troubleshoot and execute the run of show for our 2 day event at Ogilvy. Susan's staff and her ability to work with the client allowed me, as the catering director , to focus on our other events we had going on those days. She kept me informed through out the event and our client absolutely loved working with her as well. She was great! I will definitely have her again.
On September 30th, Susan helped plan and managed a very complicated NYC home wedding for me. It was six hours long with guest arrivals and food changing every two hours. It went off flawlessly mainly due to Susan’s excellent event coordination. I have worked with Susan many times over many years and she always excels!
Working with Susan is simply such a pleasure, we’ve worked together on several events now, and my biggest appreciation for her detailed work, is also the ability to flex, adjust and move with the beauty of events.

On September 30, I catered a very complicated wedding at the home of one of my clients. It was six hours long and the food changed every two hours. It was extremely successful due in part to Susan’s wonderful event coordination. She organized staff, rentals and staging perfectly. This event was only one of many that Susan and I have worked together on and I highly recommend her for any event big or small.
Susan and her team are bar none the most reliable , professional and thinking team I have ever worked with. Whether you throw an elegant dinner with French Service at them, a book launch with 100 people and difficult celebrities, or just a simple family gathering, you will always know that the right tone will be hit, the service will go smoothly and you won't have to think about anything, and you will find things in perfect condition after. I will not longer plan an event without them .
I don’t think I could properly convey how incredible Susan is. My husband and I don’t know what we would have done without her. She was kind, organized, thoughtful and such a great person to work with. Our wedding was perfect because of her. If there was an issue throughout the day she would come to us with the problem and then options to fix it. Our whole bridal party was impressed with her and kept saying “what would we do without Susan” I’m not exaggerating! We reached out to Susan pretty last minute and she jumped right in and I’m so grateful for her. I could not recommend Susan enough. Having her around was fun and I just can’t believe how AMAZING she was.
Susan and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I got married at the Art Factory which is a challenge because of the esthetic and size of the building. Susan handled the entire day with grace and professionalism. She made sure we had the most special day without a care. I cannot recommend her enough not only for your big day but for any event. I will forever be grateful to have her on my team on our special day.
Where to begin…We decided to have an unconventional wedding (Immediate family hosted at an Airbnb). From the first time we spoke to Susan on the phone, she totally understood what we were trying to do. We initially hired her to help with day-of coordination, but she helped us with so much more. She was thoughtful, had great attention to detail, and was always willing to speak to us either by phone or email leading up to our wedding day . On the day of the wedding, Susan really made sure that we were only focused on celebrating and having the best time. She made sure all of our vendors were on time and that the day ran smoothly. Overall, she was great to work with; easy-going, personable, and super nice. We would recommend her to anyone!
I cannot say enough great things about Susan. I hired her for day of coordination for my wedding and she was perfect. Truly listened to my needs and understood my vision. My family adored her as well. If I ever host another big event I will definitely be hiring her again!
Susan was a total life saver! She is a very calming voice of reason and is highly organized and knows her stuff. She gets it done and was amazing during planning and the day of. I couldn't recommend her enough!
Susan was amazing. She tailored the wedding to be exactly what we were looking for while keeping us within budget. She took care of everything and was always a calming presence. She helped to keep the family drama to a minimum, while always being understanding about it when it did occur. Most importantly, on the wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything went smoothly, with Susan correcting any minor hiccups. She also had awesome recommendations for the band, caterer, etc.
Susan is an absolute gem to work with! From our very first interaction, she was responsive, thoughtful, organized, and dependable. She was always happy to hop on the phone to talk through any questions I had throughout the planning process and was quick to share insight and ideas. On our wedding day, she handled any and all last minute hiccups with grace and discretion (the elevator to our venue space broke right before the ceremony but Susan worked with the venue to swiftly figure out a solution) and she was a huge help in making sure myself, my husband, and our families and wedding party all enjoyed the day! She truly went above and beyond and we couldn't have done it without her!
Susan was amazing and made the entire wedding planning process and the wedding day, painless and stress-free! My husband and I took on the almost impossible task of throwing a backyard wedding for 50 people in three weeks. However, Susan made all things possible. She stepped right in and was able to offer her services, from making sure I had everything on my list and ordered to finding me a florist last minute. I do not believe that I could have done it without her help and because of her, my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day.

My husband and I hosted our small wedding at a family members home in Quogue, NY. Susan and her team were recommended by the family member and I didn't hesitate to immediately jump on board. Susan's service level and attention to detail was impeccable from start to finish. We planned this wedding in a short couple of months from California and I never once worried that my vision wouldn't be executed exactly as I wished. The night was absolutely perfect. It ended up raining and everything moved inside seamlessly. We all still talk about how much fun, how beautiful and exceptional our wedding was. I couldn't have asked for better. I would absolutely recommend Susan and team to anyone hosting a wedding now or in the future! She is intimately involved in every detail, honest, kind, helpful, and just an overall wonderful professional to work with! Thank You Susan for making all of my "perfect" wedding dreams come true!
Susan was called in a week before the weddings as things were getting out of control I had hoped to handle all that is involved in planning and exacting all the details myself, but I can't imagine where i got that idea. Our wedding was large, in NYC at the 15th St Quaker Meeting House, We had music there,and light refreshments in the coutryard as guests arrived. After the wedding, all the guests had to sign the wedding certificate, the guests then had to be boarded on buses to go across town to magical townhouse with several different dining areas, a bar and private areas, a trio when guests arrived and a DJ afterwards, our wedding venue at 632 Hudson St, which is an multi storied plus an after-party down stairs after 10. I share all this to give you an idea of how complicated the event was. Susan was amazing, she coordinated everything and everyone: The caterer, the florist, the wedding cake,the seating at the meeting house, the signing of the wedding certificate. the venue owner, the photographe, the video maker, the Wedding goodie bags, the gift table, and guests that had to be driven home to Long Island. Susan was a Blessing. Professional, elegant, charming, smart, good natured, and, so, so good at what she does.
Susan was so lovely to work with! She was organized, insightful, funny and had so many good ideas to share. I got married on a mountainside where she brought it all together and made magic! I felt so unorganized but she made it all come alive flawlessly. I relaxed and really could enjoy the day, which I remember loving! She even took a button off her coat to give to me to sew onto my shawl (it was a winter wedding). Susan is a creative thinker and a stellar wedding planner. Hire her!

I personally have planned/produced/sold/catered over 300 weddings in NYC. On my wedding day, Susan ran things for my wife and me, set in an indoor/outdoor wedding setup in a raw space, ceremony, bar, dinner, reception were on site, in brooklyn, so that we could enjoy our moments and hang/dance/eat with our guests; I feel like She is a true professional who leaves no stones unturned. Susan can eliminate just about any blindspot in a plan with discretion, and with style, and I also feel that she could solve any problem on the fly with grace.
