Our wedding at "A Barn" was a dream come true... The venue itself is stunning, and Robin's dedication & support made our special day as perfect as could be. Leading up to the wedding, Robin went above and beyond not only as a host but as a friend. We are forever grateful for their warm hospitality & will never forget our beautiful day in Dayton, Maine :)

Robin and Mark were incredible to work with. A BARN is a beautiful venue situated in a quiet area. Robin was with us from the beginning to answer questions we had, offer advice, and execute the day of our dreams.it wound up raining the day of our wedding and Robin and Mark were able to effortlessly transition to an inside event. We received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly the day ran, all thanks to Robin and Mark! We could not recommend them more!

A Barn is a beautiful spot and Robin and Mark were wonderful to work with! Robin is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and a problem solver. She responded very quickly to all of our questions and had great suggestions when asked. Throughout the planning process, Robin will help to make sure all the details from the venders to the timeline are complete, so the days leading up to the wedding are stress free. On the day of Robin and Mark went above and beyond and had all the small details covered to create a wonderful stress free day for the bride and groom.

A Barn was the first and ONLY venue my now husband and I visited. When searching for venues we came across A Barn and there was something about it we loved just from the photos! We went to visit and not only did we fall in love with A Barn itself but Mark and Robin as well! Robin was so helpful with recommending other vendors and overall a great resource through the planning process! She was always very responsive, kind, honest, and thoughtful. On the rehearsal and actual wedding day, Robin and Mark as well as the vendors we had worked extremely well and the whole day went so smoothly! We do not have enough words to say how much we LOVED working with Mark and Robin and having our extremely special day at A Barn! We would one thousand times over recommend!

Mark and Robin truly went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day went flawlessly. Robin had a plan A, B, C and D for any situation that could possibly arise - she is a magic maker and problem solver! Robin answered any questions I had promptly and professionally, and is very experienced in all aspects of a wedding. Not only this, but the venue itself is breath-taking. From the bridal suite, to the barn, to the patio and beyond, this property is the perfect place to get married. I cannot thank Mark and Robin enough for all they did to make my day beautiful and memorable.

EXCEPTIONAL! We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the beautiful day we were able to celebrate at A Barn. The venue it self is rustic/elegant barn with immaculate grounds and gardens wrapping around. Our meetings in advance with the owners, Mark & Robin, to prepare for our big day made all of the difference. They made the planning and prep process stress free and our wedding went seamlessly. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue to host your wedding we highly recommend, A Barn!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t say enough good things about A Barn. Robin was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout our wedding planning, covid postponement and then wedding planning again. Having her and Mark by our side relieved so much stress! They handled any and all little hiccups during our wedding, to the point where my new husband and I didn’t even know about them. They are true professionals and are worth the investment themselves. Our day would not have been the same without them! They have come to feel like family. The venue itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained and photographs so well! The barn, back patio, yard and bridal room exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful to have been able to begin our marriage at such a wonderful place. A true dream come true.

When my daughter and her fiance chose A Barn for their wedding I knew it was a gorgeous venue. What I subsequently learned was that Robin and Mark are so helpful in many ways that I never even thought about. From helping plan the timeline for the event to making sure that everything was perfect and all were happy on the wedding day, they were so great to work with and it made everything stress free so we could enjoy the day. Everyone raved about the wedding. It could not have been better.

Not only are the grounds beautiful, but Robin is such an easy and helpful person to work with! We unfortunately had to postpone our summer 2020 wedding to 2021, but Robin was so understanding and flexible. She truly made the process stress free and she continues to offer to help in any way she can. We cannot wait until summer 2021 to finally be able to enjoy this gorgeous venue!

We had such an amazing experience working with Robin and Mark for our wedding day. I really thought finding a venue as an out of state bride would be a huge challenge, but Robin made it so much easier. She was prompt to answer my dozens of email and hundreds of questions. The barn, the pond and the bridal suite were prefect for all of my wedding day needs. Robin made sure every detail was addressed and covered. And when Robin had to graciously back out as our day of coordinator, she found a replacement that picked up right where Robin left off. Even though Robin couldn't be there on the wedding day, Mark stayed all night to help make sure things went smoothly. He even broke out a blow torch to help light all of our sparklers faster. The barn is gorgeous, spacious and just stunning. The beautiful carriage out front is the perfect addition. Every time we had to go there for planning meeting, being there just felt right. Like it was where we were meant to get married.Everything there was perfect. We had such a spectacular time there and can't say enough about how wonderful Robin and Mark were to us. We highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married!

We had an absolutely perfect wedding day in October 2018! Mark and Robin were the best! They were very attentive and accommodating for anything we needed to make it special! I would highly recommend this venue!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at A Barn. Robin and Marc were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire wedding planning process and went above and beyond the day of our wedding. There was a Nor Easter the day of our (supposed to be outdoor) wedding, but Robin and Marc were able to move everything indoors. Not only were they accommodating, but they helped the whole event run smoothly without any stress to my husband or I. At first I was saddened we would not be able to do the event outdoors but Robin was able to make the barn and tent look so absolutely STUNNING the storm felt like a blessing in disguise! Our guests are still talking about how wonderful they were, how cool the setting was and how special and amazing the day was.

I can't begin to express how happy we were to have chosen A Barn for our wedding venue!! Robin and Mark were absolutely incredible to work with. I was pretty overwhelmed by how much work it is to plan a wedding, but Robin truly made everything so easy. She has so much experience, is tremendously organized, and a great communicator; she helped us think through everything we needed well in advance of the day, and made us feel so calm and relaxed and worry-free about how the day would play out. Truly, her coordinating skills alone are worth the five star rating - but let's not forget how absolutely gorgeous the barn and property are! The barn has that beautiful rustic charm (and already comes with lovely decorations, with dried flowers on the walls and beautiful lights and white drapes around the gorgeous iron wagon wheel chandeliers - we had very little additional decorating to do on our own!). At the same time, it has all the modern amenities that make the event go more smoothly - the bathrooms are actual bathrooms (many barn venues make you rent portopotties), they have a beautiful and brand new kitchen prep space and catering serving nook, along with a separate bartending nook, which means fewer rentals and an even easier time for your vendors. They also offer propane heaters for inside the barn, which was a lifesaver for us on our cold and windy October wedding day! The pond was a beautiful space for the ceremony, and Robin had so many tricks up her sleeve to help us figure out how to decorate that space as well. The venue also comes with adorable wooden benches for the outdoor ceremony space, and tables/chairs for the interior of the barn. I honestly wish I could give this venue ten stars because they are so worth the value in every possible way. You can tell that Robin and Mark love what they do, and care deeply about making your wedding the most fantastic day. Ours absolutely was!

We really got lucky when we found A Barn in Dayton. When searching for a barn venue on a budget we were put out by venues that were ridiculously expensive and inflexible. Mark and Robin, the owners of A Barn, were very much the opposite! They have a lovely venue and reasonably priced wedding packages that allow you to choose however many extras you'd like. I would really suggest springing for the day of coordination that Robin offers. She was amazing! She kept all of the vendors on the same page so well that we never even thought about it! They suggest certain vendors from the area, but allow you to pick whoever you'd like as long as they have the necessary licensing and insurance. A Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding, and Mark and Robin went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful barn wedding!

Every bride hopes for the perfect wedding day, but let's be realistic here. I am an organizer, so naturally I had my wedding notebook etc. I had all my ducks in a row. On the wedding day there were several things that didn't go according to plan. However, my groom and I were determined for it not to ruin our good time. Robin and her husband Mark were fantastic! To setting up centerpieces and rentals, to improvising boutonnieres (apparently I miscounted how many I needed), to driving to our hotel because we forgot our marriage license! Robin and Mark went well beyond what was expected of them and I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help keep things running smoothly. Their prices are reasonable and they've added the new patio which looks great in the back of the barn. I'm more than happy to answer any questions that future brides might have about our wedding experience.
