planning process. We got married in Asheville but live in Charleston, so she gave tons of great recommendations for all of our vendors. Obviously there is always some level of stress with wedding planning, but overall I felt so on top of everything due to Nikki’s help. I wanted to be involved in the planning process but needed someone to guide me, so if this is you then I recommend the month of package. A month out she pretty much handled everything and made sure all of the last minute small things were completed. I’m the day of everything went off without any issues! Beyond how helpful and organized she was, Nikki and her team were so kind. Truly a calming presence throughout the whole wedding planning process and the big day. I’d recommend Nikki to anyone!

They also helped keep us organized during the planning process--would have been really difficult to do without some gentle guidance. My only complaint is that we had a very uncomfortable "30-days-out" planning call with the owner Nikki. It felt like we were being drilled by a drill sergeant on the details of our wedding, and made to feel like we were stupid for not having answers to some of her questions (no I didn't know I needed to decide what two witnesses were signing my marriage license 30 days out, for example). My fiance and I both felt very discouraged and put off after the call. To be fair, we did plan our wedding on a short timeline (5 months) so were a bit behind in the planning process--but I felt the bedside manner of a wedding planner should be more encouraging and understanding.

We met with them multiple times, they kept us on track with timeline, they sent us recommendations for vendors, we used their discount codes for Minted and Generation Tux, and - most importantly - they made sure everything ran smoothly on the actual day. They're very organized and on top of their system, and they really know what they're doing. If you're anyone other than a professional wedding planner and you need coordination/planning services, hire them!

I can’t tell you how many people told me I was such a calm bride leading up to and on the day of the wedding. I kept saying “well, if you have a planner like Nikki, there is nothing to stress about!” She took care of everything and I can’t recommend her enough!

But come the day prior and day of—they’re worth their weight in gold. I selected Carolina Love Events based off my venues preferred vendor list and was paired with Heather almost 16 months out from my wedding date. Heather was very helpful so far out providing recommendations for vendors, and just basic questions. As the day got closer she coordinated more phone calls and created a detailed timeline with the vendors I selected and phone numbers. One week out she took over everything. I was hesitant to pass over all control of this day to nearly a complete stranger but the day went off without a hitch! Everyone was on time with deliveries, where they needed to be for pick up and she even distributed envelopes with tips to each vendor at the end of the evening. She and her assistant Megan were SO HELPFUL on the day of. They made sure we stayed on timeline, from the ceremony to the last song. We were hand delivered our first drinks, a mini charcuterie board during cocktail hour and the meal served…all the things we’ve heard from our married friends you need to make sure you do (eat!!). Finally, I showed up to the venue with a box of greenery and a picture of how I wanted the tables to look with printed table lists and said “I trust you guys”. Simple and elegant was what I was aiming for and they delivered!! We could not have asked for a better team to support us! If you’re unsure if the day of coordinator is worth it, take it from me, they are absolutely worth the peace of mind that the day the day runs smoothly. I highly recommend Carolina Love Events and Heather for anyone’s wedding!!

Nikki picked me up from the chaos of planning and delivered everything promised. She was so easy to talk to, like we knew each other forever and made me feel so at ease during this process. She is the type of planner that is easy going but very thorough. I felt that she cared just as much about our day as we did. With her guidance we chose the best vendors and couldn't be happier with how or day turned out. We also used her for our floral services and that was just the cherry on top. She executed the vision for flowers perfectly, especially my bouquet (which is her favorite to make) was breathtaking. verything was PERFECT for my day. I was lucky enough to work with her for more than 2.5 years thanks to covid and she was a huge support as we had to make tough decisions in postponing. She is incredibly kind, professional and supportive. However, if you have a vendor that is not doing what they should be, you better bet she is ready to put them in their place for you. Carolina Love Events is the whole package!!

After being completely overwhelmed, Nikki swooped in with her soothing angelic presence and made everything so much easier. She is organized, she is kind, she is patient. She is THE BEST!!! I could write a book and just sing her praises. My wedding day was perfect and she is the reason. I don't just consider her my wedding planner. I consider her my friend. d dedication to her couples! Ours was a "destination wedding" and Nikki was constantly available to answer any and all questions we had. She provided amazing insight into other local vendors, hotels for room blocks and even provided a PDF of recommendations of things to do and where to eat/drink in Asheville - which was super helpful in putting together our website. Any vendor we told her we planned to work with, she knew them personally and had established relationships which made us feel so at ease since we were planning the wedding from afar. We also used CLE for florals and all our arrangements were STUNNING - we had an arbor for the ceremony, greenery along the twinkle lights in the tent, gorgeous bouquets and other floral decor - it was all literally out of a dream. Nikki also referred us to a vintage furniture rental company and worked with them directly taking one more thing off our list! We had a beautiful vintage lounge set for guests to relax, amber goblets to complete the look of our table setting and other pretty decor to complete the vibe. It was perfect! Nikki truly read our minds and knew exactly how to bring our vision to life. Pankti (also at CLE) helped us with our signs - from calligraphed seating charts and programs on huge vintage mirrors to watercolor art for our signature cocktail menu, she is such a talented artist and we're so happy we were able to work with her. Not only was Nikki an angel leading up to the wedding, but also "saved the day" on the day of! While we did have a rain plan, the ceremony was planned to be outside, and the day-of, I was a tad stressed watching the "chance of rain percentage" steadily increase in the forecast. Just as the party bus showed up at our AirBnB to take us to the venue, it started downpouring, thundering, lightening - you name it, either way it was not looking good. As we pulled up to the venue, the rain had stopped but we could still hear thunder rumbling in the distance and I knew any minute that it could start downpouring again. Nikki assured me the week before that she can always adjust the timeline a bit and usually finds a hole in the storm to hold her ceremonies outside - and sure enough - we not only had our ceremony outside, but the sun came out just as I started saying my vows. I know it's crazy to say Nikki controls the weather - but I will say this woman is a wizard at tracking a radar and I was so thrilled she was able to time everything perfectly. The whole CLE team was so chill and on top of everything and if anything went wrong we have NO idea! Nikki made sure the entire night ran smoothly and on schedule and it was perfect! Having Nikki there made the day so much more enjoyable, and definitely gave us the peace of mind we needed so we could just enjoy ourselves. Major, major thank you to Nikki and the whole CLE team!

I reached out 2 months before my wedding and from the beginning intro call, I knew Nikki & team were going to be the perfect fit. They hit the ground running to get caught up to speed on all of my elements- immediately taking over vendor & venue communication. Nikki and Heather's attention to detail was incredible and their quick responses made me feel so secure leading into the final weeks. On the day of the wedding, if something went wrong, I had no idea. We were completely able to unplug and enjoy the day. I did hear about a few obstacles around needing more liquor, etc. and Heather reached out to my father and maid of honor to help coordinate rather than pulling me into the mix. She really understood my vision and helped all the other vendors execute on it and I can't stress enough how smooth the day was. "Experience" and "Timeline" was super important to me and Heather was on top of it. We are still getting comments about how smooth all of the elements were when transitioning from ceremony to cocktail to reception to dancing, etc. Thank you thank you thank you! We smile ear to ear when we reflect on our day and that is because Heather allowed us to be fully present.

with a friend I had known for a long time. Pankti always had my back and asked all the right questions to make sure our big day was exactly what we wanted. I knew from the get go I was in good hands because after my first call with Pankti she had sent me an email with a spreadsheet of vendors she had worked with and recommended (only ones available for our date) with quotes already included. I don’t know how people plan weddings without planners and certainly not without a planner like Pankti. Every other wedding planner I talked to was more expensive and offered very limited calls and emails etc. Pankti helped me from day one and answered every question I had. I don’t even want to think of all the emails and calls she had with all the other vendors not counting the ones I was on. Pankti was so polite, professional, organized, easy to get along with… she even found small ways to help us stay on track with our budget so we wouldn’t be stressed out on our wedding day. Our venue manager even said before the wedding that they were already working on the next weekends wedding because ours was already so ready and put together because of Pankti. We also used their vintage rentals and it really made the space extra special. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner I hope you reconsider. You will not regret it. And make sure you ask for Pankti <3

very whim. She was knowledgeable, focused, efficient, and super friendly. I wasn’t as involved in the planning, but my wife legitimately considers Pankti a friend now. Our wedding was everything we dreamt it would be. It went off flawlessly because Pankti was there to make sure that it did. She kept my wife calm and level headed throughout the planning process and during the event itself. From a practical/financial standpoint, the price was shockingly reasonable for the amount of work Pankti put in. I honestly cannot say enough positive stuff about Pankti. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts and in our memories. Thank you Pankti!

From Day 1 of planning to our send off at the reception, she was there every step of the way taking care of all the details and making wedding planning FUN instead of stressful. When COVID hit - we initially had a 200+ person wedding planned but at the last minute (a month before our wedding date, actually) - Nikki and her team were able to quickly adjust our plan to include only 42 people. It was an amazing Plan B because of Nikki's quick adjustments to the new venue and coordinating with all of our vendors....thank GOD! To be completely honest, I wish I had a more personal relationship with the team because, at times, I felt like they had so much going on (granted, we were planning during a worldwide pandemic…) that our day wasn't as special as I thought it should be. (I know, I know, I sound ridiculous because all Brides want their day to be the only focus for their Coordinator, but being a Wedding Coordinator in the past, my vision was that we would be besties (lol) and I didn’t get that feeling.) I do, however, highly recommend Carolina Love Events for making your day look and feel as your best day ever - Nikki listens to your concerns and offers help with your budget. She knows the area vendors very well (we live in South Carolina and didn’t know the area as much) and will work super hard to get things planned at your liking. partial planning due to the pandemic and it was the best decision we could have made. We began planning a destination wedding before the pandemic started, and had a date lined up for October 2020. There were times we weren’t sure we could make it happen. Nikki was there for us through it all - even if we were going to have to reschedule. She communicated with vendors and touched base with us often, and made us feel at ease in a time where that felt impossible. Carolina Love Events was also our florist, calligrapher, and made available wedding rentals. Nikki was able to create a color pallet and floral arrangements that matched our style perfectly. She is very creative and made our visions come to life based on our Pinterest board. From the beginning, Nikki was very responsive to our inquiries. She is clearly knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She supports you throughout the process, she is empathic to stressed out couples and sensitive situations. Nikki was extremely professional and cares about her couples as well as the event. She made personalized connections with us and makes time to fully focus on you when you communicate. We could not have asked for a better planner / company. She remained cool, calm, and collected in tense moments. No idea where we would have ended up without her advice and direction! On top of Nikki’s skills, she is a great person, treating bridal party, family, and guests with kindness and respect. She puts a lot into her career and we could not recommend Carolina Love Events more for your wedding.
