Mariah is absolutely amazing! She was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and was the only coordinator I spoke with. After our consult call, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She was truly a life saver and worth every penny. I could not have gotten through my wedding without her. She was super responsive and checked in a lot throughout planning to make sure I was doing ok and see if there was anything I needed. She created a timeline for planning to ensure that things were getting done in a timely manner. This was super helpful as I had no idea how far out I had to do certain things and made me realize there was things I had to plan for that I was not aware of. She also helped correspond with all of my vendors and helped keep everything organized. We had a little hiccup the morning of our wedding, as one of the makeup artists had to back out due to a family emergency. She was super fast at getting in touch with the venue and working it out so that we could get into the venue earlier to allow more time for the two artists that were still coming to still get everything done on time. On the day, she and her assistant helped set up our ceremony space and helped flipped it to our reception space. Right after our ceremony, she had cocktails waiting for my husband and I before we took pictures and allowed us to have private moment before the reception, keeping the door blocked to make sure no one came in to disturb us. Anything I needed, she and her assistant were there. They were great at anticipating my needs sometimes even before I said anything. They helped everything run smoothly. If there were any hiccups, she obviously took care of them discreetly, as I am not aware that anything happened. She truly helped make our wedding day extra special. I could not be happier wit Mariah and her whole team!

I've DJed over 90 weddings now, and after working with Mariah and her team last night I can say with confidence that they are as good as it gets! Mariah and Cress worked seamlessly with me the whole night - clear communication from the get-go with a very low-stress vibe. It was one of the smoothest weddings I've ever worked. Can't recommend them enough!
From the moment we started working with Mariah, we knew we made an amazing decision. She made the planning process so seamless and easy. My now husband and I live in New York, and Mariah and her team were able to provide local Atlanta vendor recommendations, which saved us hours of online googling, calling vendors, comparing costs, etc. Mariah was able to suggest floral arrangements, provide seating charts, answer all vendor questions, and go to vendor walk throughs on our behalf, which saved us SO much time.

Mariah and her team were truly spectacular! From the moment we were shown our venue and hiring her to be our wedding planner and day of coordinator to the very end. She kept us on track, had amazing suggestions, took care of really everything between communication of vendors, hotel blocks, etc and us. It was seamless. She made this time in our lives, the planning period and day of the wedding something to enjoy for us and we had the time of our lives at our wedding. My wedding day was an absolute dream and I owe every detail to Mariah. Lost our venue 4 months before our wedding? Mariah already contacted more. DJ has a death in the family 2 days before the wedding day? Mariah had all our requests ready for the new one. Forgot ALL the garnish for the bar at home the morning of? Mariah’s got it. Floral arrangements start falling 10 minutes before the ceremony? Mariah’s team has it handled. Lost the back to my earring an hour before walking down the isle? Mariah gave me hers. If there was anyone born to do this job, that will put just as much love and care into your big day as she would her own while making you feel like the most important person in the world, it’s Mariah. If you think you don’t need a planner, you’re wrong!! When you start trying to find one you can trust, CALL MARIAH!
Just after signing the contract I thought “do we really need a wedding planner???” It quickly became clear that yes, YES we did! Mariah did all the research and communication and kept us regularly up to date. Most important was that she allowed me to keep my sanity through the process! On the wedding day she was in charge and made sure everything happened as was planned. She was helpful, organized, pleasant and patient! My daughter and her fiancé could not have had THE most spectacular day without her!

From the Groom’s viewpoint who was equally involved in the planning process, Mariah went above and beyond every single expectation I had. She’s perfected the planning process from the day of our engagement all the way through the day of (a little over a year). She made planning a breeze by giving us enough options for our visions but made sure all the options were within our budget. We had constant contact with her the entire time. The day off, she was like the magical fly on the wall that made the day seamless. Not that I’ll ever have another wedding but Mariah will be the only requirement have.
Mariah and her team were spectacular. From beginning to end, we felt incredibly taken care of and knew we were in the best hands for our wedding. From monthly calls (to weekly as time got closer), vendor coordination, and vision planning, Mariah made all our wedding dreams come true. She handled all communication flawlessly and truly took away the stress of wedding planning and made it so enjoyable for us… not to mention, she handled hundreds of texts and last-minute requests from us the week leading up to our big day and always made herself available. We had the time of our lives at our wedding and are still receiving so many compliments…. It is truly all thanks to her and her amazing team!
Whew! A beautiful, fantastic wedding, everything my daughter dreamed it could be and more! Mariah was integral to pulling everything off smoothly. Planning an out-of-town wedding with my daughter could have been difficult, but Mariah seemed to know what questions I would have before I even thought of them. She kept us on track, on budget, and worked amazingly well with our vendors. They all knew and respected her, which is extremely helpful. She had lists and timelines, and knew when something needed a personal touch.
The day of the wedding can be hectic and nerve wracking, but it wonderfully peaceful and happy with Mariah in charge. She and her assistant were punctual, knew what to do and who to speak to, handled all of the deliveries, made sure everything was ready, assisted with corralling the wedding party for photos, sent everyone down the aisle on time, and made the reception flow seamlessly. That is no easy job! She handled it with grace and charm.
I would highly recommend Mariah to anyone who wants the dream wedding they have always imagined to come true!
Mariah was a dream to work with! From the first phone call to discuss my vision, to the clean up after the wedding and every detail in between. She helped fill in holes during the Month of planning where I wasn't sure what to do. Fixed issues day of as they popped up, seamlessly. She is incredibly kind and easy to work with.

If you’re looking for the best wedding planner in the ATL and surrounding areas, look no further than Mariah Caitlin Events!!! I did a lot of research before choosing Mariah as my month-of coordinator. She not only has affordable services (well worth the value and more!!), but she also goes above and beyond to give her couples their dream wedding day. I got married on what might be the coldest day of 2022, but all along I was planning on it being a warm day. You know what they say about plans… My husband and I got married in some beautiful gardens, and on the morning of our wedding there were snow flurries. I was devastated thinking that we’d have to move the wedding ceremony inside the (albeit beautiful) tent. Mariah worked quickly to come up with Plan B to have the ceremony inside the tent. Then a miracle happened and the sun came out. I was bound and determined to have the wedding outside like I’d planned all along. Mariah pivoted without hesitation and got all the vendors and everything lined up to make the ceremony the most perfect outdoor ceremony I’d always dreamed of! It was very cold outside, but I wasn’t stressed at all because of Mariah and her team. They ironed out all the details. When we saw the weather forecast she made sure we had plenty of propane heaters ordered for the tent so that the reception would be as warm as possible. My husband and I truly couldn’t have had our dream wedding without Mariah. I can’t recommend her enough!!! I only wish I’d used her for full-service wedding planning! Even with her only being a month-of planner, she helped me tremendously and I wasn’t stressed at all in the month leading up to the wedding. Hire Mariah, just do it - you will NOT be disappointed!!!!
Incredible would be an understatement to describe how Mariah is personally and professionally. I found Mariah through a friend who used her for her own wedding, and Mariah truly exceeded all of our expectations for our day. We used her for the full wedding planning process, and I couldn't imagine not having her for the whole process. Mariah thinks of everything and then some. She creates timelines and monthly "To do lists" for you as a couple to make sure everything is on track. She helps keep a budget. Whatever you needed help with, she was there whether it was in the contract or not. We never once felt overwhelmed through our planning process because Mariah carried our backs every step of the way. Mariah thinks of every detail and truly made our vision for our wedding day surpass our expectations. It was gorgeous, fun, and incredible thanks to her. She is the most composed, put together, gracious, go getter for whatever your needs are through the wedding planning process and day of. The only bad thing I could say is I wish I was able to spend more time with Mariah professionally and personally through our process. She is truly the best!
Mariah was absolutely incredible!! From the first call that I had with her I knew she was going to be amazing and she did not disappoint. Mariah is an absolute gem! I would highly recommend reaching out early in your wedding planning for her assistance and expertise. We opted for the "month of coordination" and she made the entire time leading up to our wedding as stress free as possible, even planning our wedding from out of state. Looking back, I wish I had used more of her planning services, too! She is so organized, responsive, kind, and personable. After seeing how much knowledge and expertise Mariah has in her industry at the groom’s sister’s wedding in 2019, Mariah was our only choice for our full service wedding planner. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and we are still talking almost daily of how amazing Mariah and her team was during the entire wedding planning process. Mariah’s team was on top of every detail and made for a stress free wedding day! Each member of Mariah’s team truly cared that our wedding day was our dream come to life. I booked Mariah and her team for 3 months before and day of. If you are considering adding the extra help in addition to the day of, I highly suggest you doing so. Mariah was extremely helpful with planning the remaining details before the big day, coordinating with all the vendors, and answering my never-ending questions. I'm also convinced she has an identical twin because she was doing so many different things on the day of the wedding that I swore she was in multiple places at once. Our wedding day was perfect with as little stress as possible (just the remaining underlayer of stress that the bride lives with immediately after she gets engaged); I know that would not have been the case if Mariah was not there. I was able to pass my vision off to Mariah and she brought it to life. Knowing Mariah had everything handled, allowed me to be present and fully enjoy my wedding day.
It's taken me a while to find the right words to express how grateful I am for Mariah and her team. After getting engaged, I hired Mariah to help and guide me through the wedding planning process from start to finish. Mariah made planning a wedding a BREEZE! Mariah is masterful at her craft! We chose the complete planning help package and it was the best decision we could have made. My daughter was working full time and in grad school, and planning a wedding was more than we could handle. Mariah listened and helped us find the best venue and vendors. Where do I even start! Mariah is truly the best at her job. I hired Mariah as our month of coordinator because our venue required us to have one, but I truly wish I had hired her as our full time planner because of how amazing she was. Mariah took every task off of my plate the month of and I couldn’t be more grateful. She coordinated a final walk through with my venue 6 weeks out and was asking questions and confirming details I would have never thought of. We hired Mariah for our wedding in May of 2022, and it was the best decision we ever made! We invested in the full year planning because I knew we would need someone to help us stay organized with deadlines and an professional opinion that we could trust when it came to picking vendors. What I didn't realize, was the amount of care and attention to detail we would receive. Mariah is the perfect balance of gracious and punctual. From month to month, Mariah would help us prioritize our tasks and if we fell behind on something she would help us come up with a solution to get back on track.
Beyond that, there were so many things that Mariah handled that were not in the job description. From helping my mom pick out her Mother of the Bride dress, to fighting for me with my venue to hold off on giving an answer for a rain plan, which ultimately ended in allowing me to have my special day outside, RAIN FREE, Mariah does it all!
In addition, if you are looking for a planner who understands the importance of hospitality and making sure every little detail is covered for your big day, then Mariah is 100% your girl.
I have never met a more selfless woman than Mariah. My husband and family still to this day believe that we could not have pulled off our wedding without Mariah Caitlin! A million thank you's do not even come close to being enough for all you did for me the year leading up to our wedding and on our special day. I am forever grateful to you!
Both my daughter and I are Type A personalities and highly organized. We’re used to doing everything ourselves because we want it done right! However, my daughter hired Mariah for month of coordinator & it was the best decision ever. I remember meeting Mariah for the first time at our venue walk-thru 30 days out and was blown away by the detail, questions directed to the venue staff, as well as the incredible knowledge Mariah had. I felt like (and absolutely knew) we were in such good hands.
Then on wedding day I knew we were in good hands. Mariah reminded me twice, “we got this, go enjoy the wedding.” The smallest details that most forget about, well not Mariah. She had everything, and I mean everything, under control & completely organized. She’s a rockstar in our book!!!!
Mariah is an absolute ANGEL! She is kind and understanding. I hired her for month of coordination for my June wedding. From the first call I could tell she was something special. She never forced any vendors but was so happy to suggest people she recommended when asked. I had the coordinator at the Country club move to a different job and was assigned a new point of contact. I was so worried as there was moving parts and many things that were already in place. She was on top of everything and made sure the day ran without a hiccup. She was even in the kitchen making sure things were perfect! Mariah made my wedding dreams come true! She was the piece of the puzzle we didn’t know was missing, but without her and her AMAZING assistant I don’t know how the day would have been. We hired Mariah for our wedding that was initially supposed to be in May of 2020- fast forward to June 2022, and after two postponements, we finally got to have our wedding. Mariah stuck with us through the entire process and went above and beyond her "month of coordinator" duties. From consoling us when we had to re-schedule, to helping us with different vendor situations, to even re-working our floor plan to accommodate the crazy Georgia heat- she was absolutely amazing.
She was on top of every detail during our wedding walk through and made our wedding day itself absolutely seamless. She made our rehearsal and day of timeline run so smoothly. The day of our wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything except cherishing time with our families and wedding guests.
My only regret is not hiring Mariah as a full planner. She truly cares about her couples and does everything to make sure they are able to relax and enjoy their day. I would choose Mariah again in a heartbeat and can't wait to watch her continue to grow!

Words fall short to thank Mariah and her team for the support, attention to details, and care she showed during our wedding planning process and wedding day. Mariah worked tirelessly and executed flawlessly on our out of town wedding. We cannot thank her and her team enough for helping us make the memories we have today from our wedding.
Mariah is an amazing wedding coordinator. My daughter's wedding day could not have turned out any better. Mrs. Broome has a calming nature that makes the bridal party and family feel warm and comforted. She was on top of every detail. All of the vendors made comments about how wonderful Mariah was to work with, as well. Not only is Mariah a wonderful asset to your wedding planning, but her team is phenomenal, as well.
Let me start off by saying that my husband and I could not have gotten married if Mariah had not been there and been so involved! We were planning a wedding from NYC in ATL and Mariah was hands down the best money/decision that we made throughout the entire planning process. My husband and I are both type A control freaks and Mariah and her team allowed us to actually enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and the actual wedding day because everything was handled perfectly. Not many brides can say that everything went perfectly at their wedding, but I truly can not think of one thing that went poorly on our special day (or I was not aware!) and that is 100% due to Mariah's organizational skills and calm demeanor. A perfect example of how amazing of a planner she is - a few days before the wedding, one of our buses broke down and wouldn't be available. Mariah called me with two possible solutions and all I had to do was pick one. There was no panic and the solutions were already worked out before I knew anything was wrong. Also the way in which she manages all of the vendors and their timelines is quite honestly priceless. As a bride I can't imagine having done that myself or having one of my loved ones handle that either. So if you are on the fence about wedding planners in general or booking Mariah, I will just quote the person that recommended Mariah to me and I found this to be very true - "DO IT, DO IT NOW, MARIAH WAS OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING!"
If you need a wedding planner with talent, class, and mad organizational skills, Mariah is your person! When our outdoor spring wedding looked more like it would be a winter wedding with highs of 34 degrees, she sprang into action. She reassured the bride (my daughter), who was heartbroken, that she could transform the reception tent into a beautiful site for the ceremony. We rehearsed in the tent and were prepared to make the best of a disappointing situation.
The morning of the wedding, the sun came shining through. My daughter told Mariah she wanted to try to have it outside. Again, Mariah sprang into action to make my daughter’s dreams come true! Her positive and calming manner had even this flustered mother of the bride feeling confident it could happen. It turned out so beautiful and magical. It didn’t just happen by accident. Mariah made it so!
That was just the ceremony. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful she was during the reception and afterwards. She kept all of us on schedule, and that’s no easy task! I highly recommend her! She is the best in the business!

My daughter got married in April of 2021 at White Oaks Barn in Dahlonega, GA. She found Mariah and instantly knew she would be an amazing wedding planner and coordinator just based on their initial phone call. From the start, Mariah handled every detail of wedding planning and kept us on track with the timeline. She made my life, as a mother of the bride, the easiest thing ever! Mariah is the BEST!! Everything was so detailed and she kept me on top of the wedding planning process. Every phone call was not only talking about the actual planning of the wedding but also just catching up on life. That’s something that is so special and goes a long way! My wedding weekend ran so smoothly and I give complete credit to Mariah. If I had any doubts or worries, she was there to take care of them and she handled everything without me even knowing. She took everything I said and turned it into the most perfect wedding weekend! One of my favorite parts of the wedding day was when Mariah kept me company right before walking out to the ceremony. She calmed me down and made me feel so excited for it all! I would recommend her to anyone who values a planner/coordinator who is organized, responsive, thoughtful, and someone who you’d keep in touch with!
If i could give Mariah more than 5 stars i would! If you are looking at reviews and wondering if you should hire Mariah, you don’t need to look any further. We postponed twice due to covid, and Mariah was just as involved each time. She was so positive, attentive, and understanding during a challenging time. On the day of, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was able to have a fun filled day without one ounce of stress. I never worried about a timeline, making sure people were where they should be or doing what the needed, If the reception space looked good, or anything because Mariah took care of everything. Everything turned out exactly like i wanted it to- all thanks to Mariah. My sister is getting married in August and was thinking of going without a day of coordinator for budget purposes. After my wedding day, my parents and sister saw so much value in the services that Mariah provides (not to mention what a joy she is to be around!) that she decided she NEEDED to hire her, too. Unfortunately Mariah wasn’t available but was able to offer other trustworthy recommendations. Mariah would be my first choice over and over again and I will refer her to all my other friends getting married for years to come. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did!!
Mariah went above and beyond throughout our entire wedding planning process. Our wedding was postponed twice due to COVID, but despite that, Mariah was always attentive and kept in touch throughout all of the delays. She stayed calm and was a sounding board to lean on, even when things got crazy at the start of the pandemic.
I'm a project manager for a living, so I was a bit nervous about passing over the reigns to someone else, but Mariah was on top of everything the entire time.
When it came to the actual wedding day, she created and managed the timeline, down to every last little detail we had previously discussed. This gave us the ability to truly take in every aspect of our day and be in the moment. Our wedding day would not have been the beautiful and stress-free day that it was without Mariah at our side every single step of the way.
Mariah exceeded my expectations and made sure my daughter’s wedding was perfect! We had to delay the wedding because of Covid which meant extra work coordinating with vendors twice. Mariah gives great advice and works seamlessly with vendors and is never overbearing. I highly recommend her!
I have never been more thankful to have booked a vendor! Mariah was the best thing to happen to the wedding planning process. Mariah is the most responsive, sweetest, and organized wedding coordinator I had talked to. She always knew exactly what I needed before I think I even knew! Where do I even begin with Mariah?! She is hands down the best wedding coordinator!! She is so responsive and organized it's mind blowing. She takes all of your stress away and puts it on herself. Her and her team look at and think of every detail to help your day run smoothly! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is so happy to see you on your special day! Mariah does not charge enough for all of the behind the scenes work she is doing! I can't recommend her enough!!
Mariah is absolutely amazing. Seriously, you NEED to hire her! Every single communication leading up to our day was flawless, detailed and perfect. She thinks of everything and top of that, her energy and attitude make her such a joy to be around. I just cannot with Mariah. She was referred to me by another coordinator, and man did she live past my expectations. Mariah could tell from a very early point that I am very type A and she was so exceptional with seeing my vision and running with it. I sent her inspiration for table decor, and she and her team just so seamlessly transitioned what I was envisioning to real life. I cannot express my happiness with this team and the amazing experience they created for myself and my husband. Mariah took over the reins about a month and a half left to go and just let me relax. I truly believe that without them the experience would not have been the same for me. She was able to take all of my planning and execute better than I could have ever done alone. It is because of Mariah that I will always tell a bride to "GET THE COORDINATOR"! and that I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND, EVERYONE I know to Mariah.

She was very helpful in helping with all of my questions prior to the wedding, assisting me with anything extra she could help with and was always there when I needed her!! I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Mariah is! I first contacted Mariah when my husband and I got engaged. Little did she know we would change the date three times, because my husband is in the military. She handled each change with ease. She contacted all of the vendors and made for the adjustments without a hiccup. Needless to say Mariah is an absolute lifesaver and my perfect day would not have happened without her.
Throughout planning our wedding, I was in law school and my husband was stationed in Japan. To say we had very little time is an understatement; however, every step of the way, Mariah would have phone calls with us and lay out our timeline, keep us on track, and help guide me. Mariah made sure we knew what was going on and planned everything to a tee with me. There were so many times when I didn't know what to do and I would ask Mariah her opinion and she absolutely never led me astray. She helped me think of every little thing, especially when I didn't have time to think of the little things. Two weeks leading up to my wedding, I was taking the Bar and I was completely removed from my wedding planning. I knew, however, that Mariah had everything under control, and I would show up to my perfect day. Needless to say, I did show up to my perfect day. And during my perfect day, Mariah made sure everything went perfectly, and I was always taken care of.
Words can't describe how amazing Mariah is. She was truly a life savor, and I do not believe I would have had the wedding of my dreams without her. She was there for me every step of the way and always accessible. Hands down a dream come true! Five stars doesn't do Mariah Caitilin Events justice!
Our wedding was very budget-conscious and involved lots of DIY. But one thing we wanted to spend the money on was a Day of Coordinator so that we could relax and enjoy our wedding day. Mariah was in our budget and what made me reach out to her was reading a review online that said something like, “I would trust Mariah with my first-born child!” I can now say the same myself!
The venue walk-through with Mariah was so helpful at the start of our planning process. She has a way of gently suggesting what might work and what might not without any judgement or negativity whatsoever. She is supportive while keeping you based in reality and thinking of things logistically. She is a true pro who has seen it all and can offer you different suggestions of what people have done in similar situations if you’re not sure what you want. She has an answer for everything!
During our wedding week and on the day of our wedding, Mariah and her team truly went above and beyond. Problems were solved before I even knew they existed. I didn’t even know it was raining until I needed to make the final call to wait it out or go to the rain plan! I’m sure there were tons of little things that went wrong or had to be dealt with, but I was blissfully unaware—which made my wedding day feel absolutely perfect.
My husband and I spent so much time thinking about everything from the big picture to the tiniest details while planning our wedding. It was so awesome to sit back and forget it all on our wedding day, and to have it all appear in perfect order, as if by magic (but of course it was actually due to Mariah and her team)! We got exactly what we were looking for when we decided to book Mariah. Being able to truly experience and enjoy our day was PRICELESS.
BOOK MARIAH FOR YOUR WEDDING! She was truly amazing. Nothing was overlooked, every detail was taken care of. Mariah was the perfect amount of present and behind the scenes. She was there when you needed her and out of sight when you didn't. My husband and I come from an event background and skeptical when booking a planner. I truly couldn't have imagined our day without her. There simply too much to take care of on your own and Mariah knows what she is doing!! Don't delay, book her immediately!
I am a high strung, anxious person, I'll be the first to admit it. I put a lot of pressure on myself to have the "perfect" wedding but I had no idea how it was all going to come together the day of. I was stressing major during the planning process, however, the very second I booked Mariah to take care of the coordination, 95% of my stress vanished. I'm not being dramatic, it honestly felt like a weight lifted. I came away from our first in-person meeting on a high (which she came ALL the way to meet me by my office during dinner time although I know it was no where near her home or office on a rainy, rainy night). I just knew that I was in good hands and she'd take care of everything and anything I needed.
A few weeks before the wedding she took care of all vendor communications so I could focus on other things, and not get stressed out which happens easily with important decisions. I told her everything I was worried about prior to the wedding and she assured me she would take care of everything. And she did.
The day of the wedding, Mariah was a beast. She had her checklists and her schedule and every little and big duck in a row. As far as I know, everything went seamlessly. Not once did I feel stressed out about how things were going at the venue. When we were running a bit behind on schedule getting ready, she assured me all was good. And it was. We were actually ahead of schedule. (By the way, she made the schedule and made sure all of the vendors were in the loop, which would have completely sent me over the edge if I'd have had to deal with that.)
Mariah and her assistant set everything up exactly how I wanted it for the ceremony and the reception. I couldn't even have imagined it would look so good and get put together so quickly! I had departure gifts that were to be set out at each place setting with a tag put around them, and they did all of it! She is quick on her feet, a problem solver and a go-getter. We had a hiccup after the wedding when we found out the groom's gift was missing, and she was in constant contact with me and other vendors trying to get the issue resolved.
I honestly don't know if I would have survived the last 3 months of wedding planning without Mariah and I KNOW I wouldn't have survived the day of. I would trust her with my future unborn child and my life decisions when I'm old. I don't even think I got to see a large bulk of what she helped with the day of and my parents vouch for her that she was amazing. THANK YOU MARIAH! <3
Mariah did such an amazing job helping me plan my wedding. I was so stressed about coming up with a rain plan and the "little details" and didn't know where to start planning! I highly recommend Mariah for her professionalism and her dedication to providing a personal touch! She really knew what I wanted, even when I didn't! Thanks Mariah!
