Hi! We’re Kevin and Cailey, the husband and wife team behind Reel, a wedding photography and videography business dedicated to capturing love stories with artistry and authenticity. Cailey is a master stager, photographer, and photo stylist with a deep love for all things wedding. She takes pride in getting to know couples on a personal level, ensuring their story becomes an integral part of her work. With an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling, she captures each moment beautifully and authentically. Before we took Reel full time, Cailey worked in talent acquisition at one of D.C.'s leading public relations agencies, so you can trust that every detail of your day will be handled with care and precision. Kevin is dedicated to creating cinematic wedding films and stunning images. With a passion for photography, cinematography, lighting, and audio, he brings an artistic and technical edge to every wedding he captures. Before launching Reel full time, he spent over a decade in the creative arts, serving as a staff photographer for the U.S. Department of State and later as a creative video producer at a leading agency. He loves crafting uniquely tailored, one of a kind wedding films that you’ll be excited to share with your guests. Together, we blend artistry and expertise to create timeless wedding films and photographs that you’ll cherish forever. We’d love to get to know you and capture your special day!

Cailey and Kevin perfectly captured the best day of our lives! They were so responsive throughout the entire process, delivered our gallery in what I’m pretty sure was record timing, and provided several different options for us to continue reliving our day (i.e. photos, wedding film, live streaming for ceremony). Highly recommend their team to anyone getting married!!!

Cailey and Kevin were so great at making us feel comfortable for our engagement shoot. As inexperienced models, my fiancé and I were a little nervous and were afraid we would be awkward, but Cailey helped relax us and our pictures turned out fantastic. Cailey does such an amazing job at this! Truly her calling. I went into the session a little nervous as I had never done a photo session before, but she made us feel incredibly comfortable. It was like a good friend was there taking pictures of us. Along with that, her talent is incredible. She knew all the best angles for the given background and her editing skills are top-tier. We're really looking forward to having her at our wedding day and seeing the magic she can capture.

Cailey and Kevin from the start we’re absolutely amazing. The process of finding a photographer especially in the heat of COVID was so exhausting but from my first phone call with Cailey I knew they would be a great choice. My fiancé and I just finished our engagement session with them and we’re blown away by how professional yet comfortable they were. We were so nervous having never done professional photos before but Cailey gave us great direction and we actually had fun with it! Kevin was even scouting out new places around for photos while we were shooting in another spot. I’ve been hearing for weeks from friends how incredible the photos were! They gave us a sneak peak of photos so quick and we got our full album within a few days! I am so excited to use them for our wedding in October!

Cailey did our engagement shoot and did a SPECTACULAR job. I can't emphasize this enough. She was super flexible and gave us lots of recommendations for locations to have the shoot before hand. When we decided on a last minute location change, she had no issue and totally understood. We ended up choosing a spot we had never been to before and she knew all the perfect places to capture amazing photos. We were a little nervous to be in front of the camera but she guided us through the poses, told us where to stand, and what to do. It was never awkward like we thought it would be and we had such a fun time. The whole experience was super fun and then getting the pictures back was icing on the cake. They turned out AMAZING and went above and beyond our expectations. Cailey truly has an eye for capturing couples and I will definitely be recommending Reel Film & Photo to all my friends. I can't wait to see what they're able to do at our wedding!!!

My photography session with Cailey was the easiest and best experience I could have imagined. She made me feel comfortable immediately and I felt so confident with her knowing what poses looked best. She directed me in a way that was polite and made our time very efficient. The photos I have are so special and I loved having her joyful spirit behind the camera. Having my picture taken is not my favorite activity but I had so much fun with Cailey I need her for all future photos! Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Cailey and Kevin will be more than satisfied with the experience and the final pictures.

I was initially on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding, but after my consult with Cailey and seeing their work- I couldn't pass up on this amazing addition to complete our day. Could not say enough good things about Cailey and Kevin! I had the honor of participating in a styled shoot with Reel Film and Photo along with several other couples and a group of amazing vendors back in November. They are incredibly personable and easy to work with, flexible, kind, and dedicated to capturing every beautiful detail of your wedding day. We had so much fun working with them the day of the shoot and felt so at ease! The The online gallery of photos that was produced as a result far exceeded my expectations! Due to our wedding taking place only two months earlier during the pandemic, our photographer regrettably was unable to work with us that day. We were so fortunate and it means the world to us to be able to now have such a wealth of beautiful shots captured by this team for years to come. All to say I highly recommend Reel Film and Photo. You will not be disappointed!

We had the luxury of working with Kevin and Cailey who are my now BIL and SIL - for our 12/12/2020 micro-wedding. Kevin and Cailey generously offered to create our wedding ceremony film and capture getting ready, "first touch", and reception photos. It was amazing to see them work their magic first-hand. Cailey actually suggested that we rework our day of timeline (thank goodness), which gave us time to do a "first touch" on the rooftop of the hotel we were staying in, which we had not originally planned to do and this ended up being one of my favorite moments of our wedding day. Kevin came up with the idea to film us individually reading our vows ahead of the ceremony, which created for a special moment and the chance to wash some of my nerves away! The entire day, they made us feel comfortable, laugh, and really "work it" for the camera while not feeling intrusive. Kevin & Cailey delivered a beautiful video as well as a gallery of photos and in doing so, treated us like clients rather than siblings - professionally sending links and galleries via email once ready. I can't suggest Reel Film & Photo enough. You'll receive beautiful content that you'll find yourself watching and looking at for a lifetime, and you will have so much fun with Kevin and Cailey as they are capturing your special moments.

I had a wonderful time with Reel Media! Cailey and Kevin are incredible and are so kind. They are attentive to detail and make things fun. They took care of me and two other brides during a styled shoot about a week ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, kindness, fun, and creativity of them. The sneak peeks I’ve gotten have been absolutely breathtaking!!! Kevin and Cailey are incredible!! We were looking for a photographer to do our "change the date" photos, and we are so happy that we chose them. They were very responsive, provided great recommendations for locations, and made the entire experience very easy and natural. We also had our 7 month old puppy with use during the photo shoot and they were absolutely great with him! And we couldn't be happier with our photos. I would highly recommend Reel Film and Media for any occasion.

Kevin and Cailey are fantastic to work with. My fiancé and I were lucky to come across them on a DMV wedding group, and were SO impressed with them. Both Cailey and kevin are master photographers and really capture the intimacy and authenticity of our relationship in the photos. Cailey was very attentive to postures, positioning, hair positioning and poses to really get as many beautiful photos as possible. Kevin was fantastic with creating photo opportunities with lightening at sunset to get really unique photos that turned out to be some of our favorite. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family because I am so highly satisfied with their services and attention to detail and timely responses for planning photos. I have also decided to chose them for our wedding photos and cannot be more excited!!!!!
