Brandi and her team did an amazing job! They made my bridesmaids and myself look gorgeous, they were lightening fast and efficient. Makeup and hair lasted all day even with the heat and a tad bit of rain. I swear Brandi is a ninja she is so lightening fast with glam and gives you exactly what you want. She did my full hair for my wedding in less time than it usually takes me to straighten it and it was perfect. Also I strongly suggest paying for the bridal butler. We had Caitlin and she was amazing! Got us all Starbucks, charcuterie board, champagne, steamed all the dresses like just amazing! These ladies really made the wedding day getting ready process absolutely seamless.

Refine is nothing short of amazing. Personable, flexible, proffesional, accommodating and amazing artists. I had a very indecisive bridal party who needed a little guidance on how hair/makeup should look. Brandi and Shea immediately provided their professional opinions and got to work. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. The salon is adorable and they really made my girls and I feel welcomed.

I came here for my color, and now back for hair and makeup for my sister’s wedding. We all look like super stars and everyone is so fun and relatable. We appreciated the variety of free snacks and drinks, especially on a busy wedding day.

I had an great experience with Refine Beauty. I booked a wedding package for my bridal party and it was perfect. The salon staff were extremely organized and we could exchange messages and details about the services we were requesting via their portal. Shea was amazing! She created a beautiful hair and make-up look for me on my wedding day. She was very professional and skilled. She consulted with me and my bridesmaids to make sure she was creating a look we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend Refine Beauty to every bride.

I chose to use Refine Beauty for beauty services for my wedding because it was a one stop shop. I could have spray tan, wax, an hair done by the same salon. Scheduling was a bit difficult to reach the event scheduler. I was originally assigned to a hair stylist, but my trial went quite poorly. The up do was not what I asked for and fell out after a few hours. I expressed my concerns to salon owner and was reassigned a new stylist. Lindsey was AMAZING on my wedding day. She was able to style my hair just as I wanted and it held all day long. I was grateful they listened to my concerns and ultimately was happy with the final product

The communication and attention to detail was on a part of the amazing job they did. They did such a beautiful job with the hair and makeup. I would absolutely use them again.

My hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and myself was beautiful. It looked as good at the end of the night, as it did at the beginning. My eyes popped in all the photos! I ended up going with extensions for my wedding. After Shea finished coloring my hair, the extensions looked so natural. They were perfect! I seriously recommend Refine Beauty. They listen to what you want and offer so much.

They did an amazing job with our hair and makeup. It lasted all night and looked flawless. They were efficient and we finished with extra time making things much less stressful.

Overall quality of the ladies was great, everyone that was at my venue was nice and accommodating, however, I had a lot of stress and last minute changes from this vendor. When I had both my hair and makeup trial and my spray tan they rescheduled on me somewhat last minute for pretty much every appointment I scheduled. The week of my wedding I could not get responses from them when I texted and called to see what time the hairstylists would arrive on the wedding day and didn’t find out until I physically went up there and asked in person. My spray tan trial went well and then when I went in for my actual spray tan for the wedding, the lady I had scheduled with wasn’t there even though she assured me she would be doing my spray tan, and then she didn’t write down what she used on me and I ended up being quite a few shades lighter than I wanted to be for my wedding (again it wasn’t bad, it was pretty, but not exactly what I wanted, which was what I got in my trial.) Then for my hair and makeup trial I had gone over exactly what I wanted and they provided it, however, I was told a week before the wedding (when I went in person to ask them questions) that the other owner (who I hadn’t had a trial with) would be doing my hair and makeup, so really… I paid money for nothing since the person who did my trial wouldn’t be doing my hair and makeup on wedding day, which was annoying. Then the day of my wedding, that owner didn’t show up either and I had someone else entirely, so I went through three changes of people. They also didn’t bring airbrush to the venue which is what I specifically asked for in my trial and the girls had told me they had no idea that’s what I wanted and had no idea what my colors/look I was going for so again a big lack of communication on the owners/coordinators part. My hair and makeup still looked really good which is the only reason I’m giving two stars and not less. I loved the services I got, but honestly the stress and lack of communication I had about it was not really worth it to me. Weddings are a big day, and hair and makeup is usually one of the most important things to brides and there shouldn’t be added stress about this when all of the prep work was done prior. Overall, this vendor needs to be more organized and really cater to each bride if they are going to provide these services because I was honestly not left very happy with how everything went down

I was extremely impressed with the high quality work this team managed, while also staying ahead of schedule, and very professional. The Refine Team did amazing work on the entire wedding party, even those who were nervous about someone else doing their makeup were impressed! I was very happy with the outcome of my hair and makeup, and even more glad that they gave our bride the BEST experience, one she really deserved. Awesome work, super professional, super friendly/easy to chat with, very timely. They also had an adorable, very accommodating space to hang while waiting for services!!

Recently used refine beauty for my wedding on 5/13 for me and a large bridal party (7 women), 5 junior bridesmaids and three mothers, I can not say enough about the timeliness and professionalism from start to finish. I would recommend them over and over! I got non stop compliments on my hair and makeup and they made me feel like a princess. THANK YOU REFINE!!

I booked Refine Beauty for my wedding hair/makeup last month and cannot speak highly enough of Brandi and the scheduling staff. I scheduled a bridal trial several months before my wedding and brought in pictures of the hair and makeup look that I wanted. Brandi looked at the pictures and just did it. Then on my wedding day, she created the exact same look. I was so impressed and happy with how she brought my vision to life, and I felt like a queen all day long. I was extra appreciative of Brandi’s patience and flexibility on the wedding day when some of my initially indecisive family members suddenly decided that they wanted services added! My husband and I did not have a wedding party, but our family was in the processional, so Brandi ended up doing my hair and makeup along with three others! The service was absolutely exceptional and I could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Worked with them for a bridal expo that I modeled in and they were fantastic! Very kind, professional, and accommodating. They were able to work with our large model party and everyone looked great! Plus they worked well under pressure and were very flexible when our party caused some changes of plan from the original schedule we had.

Brandi was an amazing person to work with. We had a small mix-up in times, but she went above and beyond to get myself and my two daughters styled and out in time for the big day. Ihad a classic 1950s starlet vibe which Brandi pulled off effortlessly and tamed my wild child's curly, wave locks!

They did amazing! Shea and Brandi’s hair and makeup last all day and looked absolutely amazing. They’re super nice and patient. 12/10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Shea did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was extremely attentive to what I wanted and paid close attention to the best products to use for my skin and hair. I’m always super nervous about getting my makeup done because I have very oily skin and it has a tendency to look wet and greasy. But with Shea, my skin was absolutely perfect all night. She was very professional and easy to communicate with as she was very quick to reply! I would recommend Shea to absolutely anyone - she is the best!

Beauty Undefined was so great to work with! They showed up early and were ready to go right away for my bridal party. They are so much fun to be around and made my big day much less stressful. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and looked beautiful. They also had us done thirty minutes before we asked so we had time to sit and get stuff ready before pictures. Nothing but amazing things to say about this team! They were wonderful.

This entire beauty team did an awesome job on everyone’s makeup. Brandi gave extra care to my requests and gave me advice on what would be best for my oily skin. Brandi was even a able to adjust to the agreed time on our contract and come earlier than what I had originally requested, which was much appreciated! They made my entire wedding party look beautiful.

I did a lot of research before hiring Brandi. I did a trial and agreed to do airbrush cosmetics on wedding day, as she demonstrated in the trial. On bridal shower day, Brandi cancelled on us due to “ hurting her back” and offered no other options. I dismissed it and just moved on. A few days before wedding day, Brandi discovers she might have Covid. She chose not to get vaccinated before going to Cancun a few weeks before our wedding. She did send her sister, who was good and much more friendly than Brandi. However, she had no knowledge of our contract, and had no airbrush cosmetics with her. We had no choice but to accept whatever makeup she had with her. The four of us were so unhappy with our makeup and had no recourse at that last hour. After the wedding I expressed my concerns to Brandi. She didn’t recognize any error on her part and didn’t accept responsibly for violating our agreement. And she even expressed that I wasted so much of her time messaging her prior to the wedding. So you aren’t allowed to ask questions prior to your event. If Brandi shows up for a job, she’s good, but I would consider other options who are actually vaccinated.

Brandi did our makeup for our wedding in St. Charles. Brandi was very prompt and arrived on time. She had all five us ready to go with makeup early. Her communication via email was sometimes a little delayed in responses but texting her was super fast. She really listened to what the girls wanted. I am definitely not a huge girly girl and Brandi really listened to that and made my natural features really pop so I didn't feel like I had a lot on. She was super good with dealing with my sensitive and acne prone skin too which was an enormous concern of mine. She really provided great advice on what to do so my makeup stayed on and was comfortable all day- and I didn't break out afterwards! It was over 105 heat index and all of our makeup stayed on. We had to change our wedding because of the COVID 19 pandemic and Brandi was super understandable and accommodating during the whole changing process. I am glad she was available on my new date. Only reason she didn't get 5 stars was the fake eyelashes fell off on my mom after the ceremony and a few girls said that they felt they should have been cut down a little. Besides that she was fabulous and I would definitely recommend Brandi for bridal party makeup!!! Thanks for making us look amazing!

Brandi did an amazing job doing the make up for all the girls at my wedding! She was on time and did a great job listening to what every girl wanted, I had a lot of my bridesmaids tell me how happy they were with her work compared to make up they have gotten for other weddings. She even came by later that day to do my mother and mother in laws make up too and they loved it! Definitely book her, you won’t regret it!

Brandi is so talented. Her love for makeup is truly inspiring. Not only is she great with makeup, but hair as well. Brandi is really willing to make your special day perfect and will do whatever it takes. Her skills are incredible and I would highly recommend her. If you’re looking for an all in one package, Brandi is your girl.

Brandi Patton did a phenomenal job! The place was super cute and clean. Allowed us to bring in champagne to have while we were having our hair and makeup done. Brandi is very professional and also was easy to Talk to. I hadn't used her before or had been to the salon, but I will recommend her services and the salon to all my friends! Thank you Brandi for making my wedding day enjoyable:)
