in for my trial on what I wanted. On the wedding day they were so attentive and fun! They did a great job on all our hair and makeup! I highly recommend them!

t and a tad bit of rain. I swear Brandi is a ninja she is so lightening fast with glam and gives you exactly what you want. She did my full hair for my wedding in less time than it usually takes me to straighten it and it was perfect. Also I strongly suggest paying for the bridal butler. We had Caitlin and she was amazing! Got us all Starbucks, charcuterie board, champagne, steamed all the dresses like just amazing! These ladies really made the wedding day getting ready process absolutely seamless.

fficult to reach the event scheduler. I was originally assigned to a hair stylist, but my trial went quite poorly. The up do was not what I asked for and fell out after a few hours. I expressed my concerns to salon owner and was reassigned a new stylist. Lindsey was AMAZING on my wedding day. She was able to style my hair just as I wanted and it held all day long. I was grateful they listened to my concerns and ultimately was happy with the final product

going with extensions for my wedding. After Shea finished coloring my hair, the extensions looked so natural. They were perfect! I seriously recommend Refine Beauty. They listen to what you want and offer so much.

had both my hair and makeup trial and my spray tan they rescheduled on me somewhat last minute for pretty much every appointment I scheduled. The week of my wedding I could not get responses from them when I texted and called to see what time the hairstylists would arrive on the wedding day and didn’t find out until I physically went up there and asked in person. My spray tan trial went well and then when I went in for my actual spray tan for the wedding, the lady I had scheduled with wasn’t there even though she assured me she would be doing my spray tan, and then she didn’t write down what she used on me and I ended up being quite a few shades lighter than I wanted to be for my wedding (again it wasn’t bad, it was pretty, but not exactly what I wanted, which was what I got in my trial.) Then for my hair and makeup trial I had gone over exactly what I wanted and they provided it, however, I was told a week before the wedding (when I went in person to ask them questions) that the other owner (who I hadn’t had a trial with) would be doing my hair and makeup, so really… I paid money for nothing since the person who did my trial wouldn’t be doing my hair and makeup on wedding day, which was annoying. Then the day of my wedding, that owner didn’t show up either and I had someone else entirely, so I went through three changes of people. They also didn’t bring airbrush to the venue which is what I specifically asked for in my trial and the girls had told me they had no idea that’s what I wanted and had no idea what my colors/look I was going for so again a big lack of communication on the owners/coordinators part. My hair and makeup still looked really good which is the only reason I’m giving two stars and not less. I loved the services I got, but honestly the stress and lack of communication I had about it was not really worth it to me. Weddings are a big day, and hair and makeup is usually one of the most important things to brides and there shouldn’t be added stress about this when all of the prep work was done prior. Overall, this vendor needs to be more organized and really cater to each bride if they are going to provide these services because I was honestly not left very happy with how everything went down

I was very happy with the outcome of my hair and makeup, and even more glad that they gave our bride the BEST experience, one she really deserved. Awesome work, super professional, super friendly/easy to chat with, very timely. They also had an adorable, very accommodating space to hang while waiting for services!!

wedding and brought in pictures of the hair and makeup look that I wanted. Brandi looked at the pictures and just did it. Then on my wedding day, she created the exact same look. I was so impressed and happy with how she brought my vision to life, and I felt like a queen all day long. I was extra appreciative of Brandi’s patience and flexibility on the wedding day when some of my initially indecisive family members suddenly decided that they wanted services added! My husband and I did not have a wedding party, but our family was in the processional, so Brandi ended up doing my hair and makeup along with three others! The service was absolutely exceptional and I could not be happier with how everything turned out.
