From the very first email to when the last drink at our wedding was served, we had a fantastic experience every step of the way with Relish. Our main contact was Sam, who was wonderful to work with. Sam was responsive, flexible and very kind throughout the whole process. She really was there for us every step of the way (not just with food but with rentals as well) and was very patient with us as we had tiny changes to details over the months leading up to our wedding. The day went great in part because of Sam! In addition to Sam we worked with great servers and bartenders on our day. They were fast, efficient and friendly and served our plated dinner for ~105 guests quickly! And finally, the food was AMAZING! Everyone liked everything. We got tons of complements on the food, and everyone was happy with how the steak was cooked (which is no easy task). They also accommodated food allergies with no problem. We had passed appetizers, plated salad and plated meals as well and it all went over great. I would highly recommend Relish Catering and Events for their wedding day!

Amazing food, drinks. Our guests could not say enough good things about the food and every tasting we had was awesome. They offered lots of options and did a great job with our event. Rahea helped us step by step the entire year of wedding planning. Sometimes a little slow with communication but they were overall a pleasure to work with.

Relish is absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious, they are thoughtful and responsive, and made menu customization easy. I am a vegetarian and after attending many, many weddings with awful veggie options my top priority was to have a delicious, hearty vegetarian entre and Relish absolutely delivered on an amazing polenta stuffed poblano pepper. My husband was on the opposite side of the spectrum and wanted delicious steak and salmon options, and reported that he was pleased with both-- he would know, because Relish made a plate with both salmon and steak for him so he didn't have to choose. :) Relish also gave us a very reasonable quote (that was much, much less expensive than many other caterers we contacted) that I felt was definitely fair for the excellent service and food they provided. I would absolutely recommend Relish to anyone looking for a great wedding caterer!

We used Relish Catering for our wedding in July 2022, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The food was simply delicious. We got so many compliments about the polenta with romesco sauce, even from people who had never thought about eating polenta before. We worked with Shea at Relish, and she made the entire process as easy as could be. We really felt like she wanted our wedding to be as much of a success as we did, and it showed with the flawless execution by the entire Relish team on the day. If you want incredible food and a fantastic group of people to cater your event, definitely go with Relish!

We absolutely loved working with Relish Catering Company! Karen was a delight to work with and helped us design the perfect custom menu for our wedding day. Our theme was rustic elegance and we were able to showcase this theme with passed hors de oeuvres during cocktail hour and a more casual BBQ buffet for dinner. We were impressed with the food at our tasting and were excited for our guests to enjoy the food. Relish did not disappoint! Our guests absolutely loved all of the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have had! It was important to us that the food taste great and that our guests be well-fed. Relish delivered. Some of our guest’s favorites were the chicken and waffle bites with honey sriracha syrup, the mac and cheese, and pulled pork. The Relish staff team was also fantastic on our wedding day! They were professional and attentive and always had smiles on their faces. They made sure we had a plate of appetizers after the ceremony and brought us our dinner plates to enjoy. It allowed us to enjoy the food along with our guests. We highly recommend Relish Catering Company for weddings or for any special events. They deliver high-quality service and delicious food along with it!

Pick Relish. Their food is delicious, they are easy to work with, and they couldn't have done a better job. We did the taco bar buffet and the amount of compliments received on the food was incredible. For our cocktail hour the goat cheese stuffed poblanos couldnt stay on the plates they were so good! Working with Karen was great - she helped set us up with tastings, rentals, and walked us through the whole process. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Relish did an outstanding job at our wedding. We gave them a tall order with serving wild-caught Alaska red salmon to a bunch of Alaskans. The entire night I had people coming up to us saying it was the best salmon they ever had (even the Alaskans!). Not only that but people were raving about the appetizers too. Karen was a dream to work with and looped me into all the communications about food. Relish is fantastic. Also shoutout to the person who saved my husband and I a plate of all the appetizers and brought it to our seats to make sure we ate. So sweet and thoughtful! Thank you Relish!

Choosing a wedding caterer can be overwhelming since so much of the day depends on the food! We chose Relish for our August 2021 wedding at North Star Gatherings in Idaho Springs, CO and they exceeded our expectations in just about every way. We went with a BBQ buffet and I had multiple people tell me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! We also used Relish for our bartenders, cake and dessert. Everything was perfect! The cocktail hour food was so creative and fit with our venue/overall mountain vibe. I also felt like they went above and beyond to make our signature drinks special. Huge shout out to Rahea for guiding us through the process from start to finish and being so responsive. There were a couple times in the wedding planning process I felt like I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and Rahea was so helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend Relish!

Our venue recommended Relish to us for a catering service, and we are so happy we have them a call. The food was unbelievable, and Relish was exceptionally professional and responsive the entire time we worked with them. They really put in a fantastic effort to delivering a menu that was unique to us, and our guests have still been talking about how great the food was for weeks after the wedding. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for catering for an upcoming event!

Relish was fantastic to work with from start to finish! We had a vegetarian/vegan brunch wedding and they were super accommodating/creative. Our guests all commented on how delicious the menu was.

Relish Catering was an absolute delight to work with every step of the way from the menu tasting to our wedding day. Rebekah was extremely attentive and helped us design a delicious and affordable menu for our guests. She was so flexible with the many changes that came along with planning a wedding during COVID which I greatly appreciated. The only negative things I would mention is that apparently one of my guests had to ask the catering staff to be quiet as they were talking too loudly during Maid of Honor and Best Man speeches which I found to be disrespectful of the staff. A couple guests also mentioned that their place settings were missing pieces of silverware that were necessary to eat their meal.

Relish was such a great company to work with from beginning to end. Rebekah was incredibly helpful at our tasting and understanding when she could clearly tell we had no idea what we were doing. She was so knowledgeable of what they could offer and was great at helping us piece together our menu bit by bit. She was always there if I had questions or tweaks to the menu here and there and this was especially helpful when we were forced to change our venue and severely cut our guest list due to COVID. She was able to set up a walk-through at our new location on a severely limited time frame (we live out of state so I only had a few days in town to work with) and we were able to make a completely new game plan complete with menu changes, rentals and staff required to pull it off. It was so nice that our food and rentals could all come from one place! This made for such a smooth day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they set everything up in a timely manner (complete with quick tent set ups in the rain) and cleaned and packed out everything they brought. Now, for the important part – the food. It. Was. Delicious!! I think every single guest commented on how much they enjoyed it. From the passed apps to the dessert everything was amazing, and we even got leftovers to enjoy for days after. If you are looking for a professional company with friendly staff and delicious food look no further than Relish!

When we booked the Tivoli Turnhalle for our daughter's wedding, we had a choice of 4 caterers. After reviewing them all, we choose RELISH Catering and couldn't have been happier. The appertizers during cocktail hour were awesome, staff was even better! Family style meal was awesome - people kept talking about how good the food was at dinner. And then Relish brought in the Little Man Ice Cream cart for dessert - they even went out of their way to provide Dairy Queen fudge sprinkles (the bride's favorite!). Natalie at RELISH was delightful to work with, answered emails promptly, met us at the venue and the rental place to make decisions. She and her staff made the night a night to remember for our family. It was a 12 out of 10 for us.

The food was so amazing, and the staff was friendly and efficient! All of my guests kept complimenting the food, which is great considering wedding food usually isn't the greatest. I would recommend using them for your wedding.

They were a pleasure to work with and everyone said it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had! People went up for seconds and thirds! Truly one of our favorite vendors we were with for our wedding. Cannot recommend them enough!

We hired Relish Catering for our wedding and it was an incredible experience. The tasting was a lot of fun, very personal, and one of the most enjoyable aspects of the planning process. Relish was very responsive throughout the months leading up to our wedding, especially when it came to making adjustments and changes to our order. We worked with Rebekah and she was an absolute delight. The day of our wedding, the staff was excellent and took very good care of us. They were kind and respectful, and even our guests commented on how wonderful the catering service (for a plated dinner) was. The food itself was fabulous. All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed dinner. We had Colorado Trout as one of our meal options, and we fooled many of our guests who assumed it was salmon! They worked beautifully with our planner and vendor team, and played a huge role in the overall flow and success of the night. Relish did a great job with our daughters wedding dinner. It was a unique menu and they accomplished our requests and needs beautifully. When we had our tasting with Relish, it was by far the best experience than we’d had with other caterers. They helped us create our own menu from scratch and were able to accommodate all of our special requests. They were responsive and professional throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, everything was delicious and exactly what we expected. Our guests all loved the food. They’re a little more expensive than other caterers we considered, but the quality and service were worth it.

Relish is the best! They did our wedding and we are looking for a reason to hire them again. Courtney and the relish team were amazing.They promised an emotional experience and they delivered. My Dad, a professional chef, was impressed by the quality, preparation, and presentation. From the roasted vegetables to the beef and salmon cooked to perfection, we will be talking about this meal for a long time. let's not forget the absolutely adorable bartenders they were entertainment all by themselves. Thank you Relish for such an amazing experience. We will find a reason to hire you guys again.

Relish was absolutely amazing. From step 1 of the tasting all the way to our big day. My husband and I have a very strict diet and they were more than willing to work with us to find us the perfect menu for our wedding. We never had to worry about anything, they were always very organized and on top of everything. The food was amazing as well. All of our guests really enjoyed their dinner and spoke highly of them also.

Wow we love Relish!! They did an AMAZING job on the food, all of our guests were raving about how yummy it was! I especially liked that we were able to put together a custom menu with exactly what we liked with local and in season ingredients. We took home all of the left overs after the party was over, so even though we were too busy to enjoy it on the day of, the days after were a feast. Thank you Relish!

We really appreciated how flexible Relish was throughout the whole process. We were a little thrown off when they served us ham during our initial tasting but when we went for our wedding tasting we could barely think of any notes to give them. Everything was absolutely fantastic and tasted equally amazing on the day of. We had Thai peanut chicken skewers, plantain chips with avocado mousse, stuffed pepedew peppers and our FAVORITE - spanakopita. For our buffet, we had grilled chicken and Colorado trout with quinoa and lots of veggies. We loved how much of “us” the food brought with it. It totally reflected our personalities and taste in food. Although we were nervous after dealing with what felt like a lot of turnover, ultimately working with Rebekah made that all a distant memory. She was amazing and on the day of came and brought us apps herself. We also wanted to share apps and champagne by ourselves in the bridal suite immediately after the ceremony and they made that perfect. They helped orchestrate the entire day and just completely and totally came through for us. They did an incredible job and everyone raved about the food for days (including us!) we also loved that we were served first with a plate full of a little bit of everything. We left with barely any leftovers which we took as a pretty solid sign that our guests couldn’t get enough. Thank you Rebekah and Relish staff for helping make our day so amazing!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our family's dinner was expertly planned and executed. Food was thoughtful and delicious, servers were professional and polite -- absolute perfection!

Lots of communication issues but great food

Relish Catering is my go-to catering company. It was referred to me by a friend for a Christmas party. Each time Relish caters it gets better and better. I always get compliments on the amazing food. Relish also helps set the mood with beautiful decor to compliment the food. The people are great to work with!! Thanks Relish for a job that is always well-done!!

We had an amazing experience with Relish and Tegan for the catering of our wedding on 10/27/18. We first met with Tegan back in the Spring for an initial tasting and to get an idea of their role within the wedding. I was instantly put at ease when I met her because she seemed super on top of it! She seemed excited to take additional work off our shoulders and handle what she could. Our final menu was seriously awesome. We had passed apps -- the arepa and fried green tomato, yum! For our dinner, we had a choice of braised short ribs or chicken, then the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. We received so many compliments on the food being delicious and "not typical wedding food." Initially we wanted to get desserts somewhere else but after doing an additional dessert tasting (all included, not extra $$), we were impressed. So we had Relish do our delicious tasting cake and a smattering of other treats, like a Key Lime tart, pecan cookies, and mini cupcakes. More compliments for the desserts. On top of all of this, Tegan went above and beyond to help us nail down our rentals and get the most cost effective but fitting and beautiful decor for our wedding. I was super grateful because, again, one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you Relish and Tegan!!!

Our experience with Relish was wonderful. Stephanie is absolutely amazing at her job and was incredible to work with. She made everything so easy from the tasting and creating the menu, to the final walk through (which she came to at 38 weeks pregnant!!). The coolest thing was getting to do a second tasting, which was a final menu tasting, to ensure that we were going to love exactly everything on our menu. The staff day of was so professional and great. It was a plated meal, and everyone had their food in no time. The food itself was just as amazing at the tasting as it was the day of our wedding. Everyone kept telling us after the wedding that the food was incredible. Relish also did a dessert bar for us and it turned out awesome. The desserts were all perfect and our guests literally ate them all. So happy we had Relish as our caterer!!

Food was such a hit! For our wedding, we went with a non-traditional spread of mac n cheese, tacos, and sliders. Everything was fresh, presented beautifully, and the service they offer is top notch - I didn't have to worry about a thing during our reception. They even passed out appetizers for us. Super friendly, and you can tell they care about the food quality and guest experience.

We asked Relish to cater our wedding for our sit down dinner only initially. Then, since we wanted low stress and we loved the taste of the food, we ended up using them not only dinner but also for our hors d'oeuvres, wedding cake and dessert bar. We had to ask them to adapt the foods to family allergies and dislikes-no problems at all. They kept some hors d'oeuvres aside for us (bride and groom), made sure we had our food and gave excellent service to everyone. We had low stress and everything tasted great!! We got compliments on our food, desserts AND the service. I will definitely use them again if I have an occasion. Well worth the cost-which was a medium range.

Loved Relish! They were great to work with, low stress, and the food was amazing. Several guests at the wedding kept telling us it was the best food they had at a wedding and how wedding food is usually not memorable, but ours was. We talked to several other companies, but Relish was able to offer us the best price and their food was local and amazing. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and it really felt like they cared about our special day.

Stephanie was an amazing coordinator, and the food was great! They got rentals for us cheap, and Stephanie was super flexible with our ever-changing ideas. Many people told us how great the food was. They let us take the leftovers home, and even after two weeks the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Relish!

Relish provided amazing food (everyone cannot stop praising) for our wedding. Tegan is excellent, experienced and worked extremely hard to carry out all of our requests. The service was exceptional, food was delicious and made with local ingredients and the experience was better than we could have expected. We are so happy Relish was a part of our special day.

From the first moment I spoke to Karen, I knew Relish was the one! I explained what I had in mind, my budget and my wedding date. Since it was just 3 months away, they were fully booked! Much to my delight, Karen, the Owner, said she would take on my event and do it herself! Within 30 minutes she called me back with a menu plan and estimate. Needless to say, she and her awesome staff did not disappoint. Since I am in California and my wedding was in Colorado, I had so many questions. EVERY call or email was answered and always with a smile. They never made ma feel like I was bothering them (and there were LOTS of calls). I was amazed by how often the answer was, “That’s included” or “We’ve already handled that”. They also referred me to other EXCELLENT companies that made my wedding PERFECT! The DJ Guy, All Digital Photography, and at the last minute even a lighting professional! The food was delish! My guests loved it. Everything was so beautiful, the guidance provided from food, tables, linens, room set up, was priceless! My mother in law even hired them for another event! The Catering staff did a phenomenal job making my special day stress free. We just can’t thank them enough!

Tegan at Relish was great to work with! She helped us plan the perfect menu months in advance of our wedding. When the season came, we came in for a final tasting and were absolutely blown away with every dish they served us. We didn’t have to look into any other caterers. The food the night of our wedding was amazing!! Everyone was raving about the food all night- we were so, so please and happy with our meal and it was evident our guests were too. We loved that they only use locally sourced ingredients and ingredients that are in season. It was also cool to be able to pick out our entire meal from scratch and not be confined to one or two options. They will make anything you request, it’s awesome! They went above and beyond our expectations!

Relish is by far, hands down, the best food you'll ever have at a wedding! My husband and I used Relish for our wedding in early September. I can't count the number of people that complemented our food selection! Relish worked with local farms and seasonal foods, so our wedding was full of Palasade Peaches!! We worked with Stephanie. She was very easy to work with, helped us create our fully customized menu. They even served our head table, when we chose buffet style.

We felt completely supported throughout our entire wedding planning process with this company. They executed the day of beautifully. I would recommend Relish to anyone and everyone!

I have never tasted such amazing food before in my entire life! All of our guests raved about the food! It was EXACTLY what we wanted and specific to our dietary restrictions! They use all local and fresh ingredients which was really cool! We were skeptical on the price at first but we opted to do the buffet style to lower cost but I am so glad we still went with them because the food made the reception!

I highly recommend Relish catering. Tegan was great to work with; she’s very nice and was patient with me in deciding what the perfect menu would be for our perfect day. We decided on a BBQ (one of our favorite types of food) buffet for our wedding dinner and truly couldn’t have been happier. WOW is an understatement on how this team delivered. My husband and I got married July 2018, and the menu they created for our wedding was unique and delivered what we loved the most and our personality to our guests. We got so so many compliments from them - but I appreciated how quick and easy they were to work with when I wanted to make a change or update an item. The team was very thoughtful as well to accommodate all types of diets as well and gave many options to everyone, which our guests appreciated that.

I work at a venue in downtown Boulder and I am always impressed when Relish caters. Their staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Every guest feels like they are taken care of!

We chose Relish from the list of 3 caterers that were approved at our venue (Auraria Campus). They were the only place that invited us in for a chef prepared lunch and to design our custom menu. We worked with Natalie who provided wonderful suggestions and designed a delicious and memorable dinner and event. Relish also coordinated all of the rentals for the ceremony and reception, and the service staff for the reception. The staff was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Thank you!

We have attended multiple events where Relish did the catering, so we were happy they were on the preferred vendor list for our venue! Relish was easy to work with and responsive to our questions and ideas. The service and food the day of the wedding were excellent, although we did hear feedback from some of the guests who went through the buffet line first that they were a little stingy with initial servings (although plenty was left for seconds, I was a little disappointed that such an experienced caterer didn't have reasonable portions planned out to leave my guests with an even better impression of the food).

Natalie and team rocked it! We used Relish for our wedding reception dinner and they all did a great job. I was able to do a taste test a few months prior and we were able to narrow our choices down to just what we wanted. I wanted the food to be center stage for our guest and we were not disappointed! My parents operated high-end restaurants when I was growing up so there was pressure to please and Relish killed it. The on-site staff was great and very professional. Fabulous food and excellent service!

Brides Beware! Read the other reviews posted about how everything "fell apart the night of the event" which is exactly what we feared would happen after our opinion of a TERRIBLE tasting! We had dirty plates, there were bugs in the water, and the chef plated literally 3 oz of pure fat on one of the plates as a tasting item (it was supposed to be beef short rib)- gross in our opinion! When we mentioned our concerns, Tegan was very flippant in our opinion and said, "Can't go back and change the past, it is what it is, and I have another tasting soon for your date so I am not concerned." We would have been mortified if that was the service and attention to food they provided to us and our guests on our day. In our opinion, it seemed very impersonal to say the least. So glad we walked away and booked with another caterer!

From start to finish Relish delivered a wonderful wedding for us. What initially sold me on Relish was working with Stephanie at our tasting. She was the only caterer that worked with what I was looking for - for our wedding and didn't just give me menus to select from. I really wanted something different and unique and Stephanie did a great job of basically reading my mind and providing for us exactly what we were looking for. I also felt like they charged a very reasonable price for all of their services. The day of went smoothly, and their staff was wonderful and friendly to our guests. We received numerous compliments on the quality of our food! I would recommend any couple to use Relish for their upcoming event, especially if you're looking for something more tailored to you as a couple.

Relish Catering was absolutely amazing to work with and did a fantastic job on our wedding! We were frustrated with trying to find a full-service caterer before meeting Relish. We got married in a pretty casual setting at a farm and orchard and are low maintenance, "comfort food" people. We didn't want anything on the menu that we couldn't pronounce or had to Google to find out what it was, and Relish Catering was the first company we spoke to who embraced this idea and completely ran with it instead of telling us we were wrong (which a lot of other companies did!). Relish developed a menu for us that was perfect for the overall feel we were going for, and was flat-out delicious! We got a number of compliments from guests that it was the best wedding food they'd had (the mac and cheese was especially a hit!). Relish was also amazing to work with on set-up, décor, and the flow of events throughout the wedding. We were 110% comfortable with their advice, their guidance, and their suggestions, and we had the utmost confidence with our event coordinator (and had fun with her throughout the process too!). Relish made our wedding a completely stress-free affair and we were absolutely overjoyed with how everything turned out.
