ed white balsamic was nicer on the plate than brown, to many cocktail changes, and all the way up to our big day. We felt very taken care of. They were very thorough and helped out when many questions came pouring in! Make sure to call when you need support - someone typically called back shortly. Overall, the food was INCREDIBLE, the evening staff and bartenders were helpful beyond belief, and they did amazing with set up/tear down! We are so happy with the Relish team!

We wanted a taco bar for our wedding and didn’t know if we were going to be able to make it happen, but the Relish team made it happen and elevated our ideas to something phenomenal. The food at our wedding from the charcuterie cones at our cocktail hour, to the pre-set salad, to the buffet was extraordinary. We were married a month ago, and continue to get compliments on how great the food was at our wedding. On top of the already amazing food, the service was exceptional with every single person who was a part of the Relish team. They brought us food to our private room so that we may have a moment to ourselves right after our ceremony, served us at our sweetheart table so we had an opportunity to eat without any interruptions, and continued to check on us throughout the reception. Their service was something we continue to get compliments on, from how kind the staff was to the thoughtfulness of serving kiddos immediately so they did not have to wait for the buffet. We cannot thank Sam and the Relish team enough for helping us to create the best day of our lives and HIGHLY recommend them to any couple that has the opportunity to work with them!

She really was there for us every step of the way (not just with food but with rentals as well) and was very patient with us as we had tiny changes to details over the months leading up to our wedding. The day went great in part because of Sam! In addition to Sam we worked with great servers and bartenders on our day. They were fast, efficient and friendly and served our plated dinner for ~105 guests quickly! And finally, the food was AMAZING! Everyone liked everything. We got tons of complements on the food, and everyone was happy with how the steak was cooked (which is no easy task). They also accommodated food allergies with no problem. We had passed appetizers, plated salad and plated meals as well and it all went over great. I would highly recommend Relish Catering and Events for their wedding day!

gs with awful veggie options my top priority was to have a delicious, hearty vegetarian entre and Relish absolutely delivered on an amazing polenta stuffed poblano pepper. My husband was on the opposite side of the spectrum and wanted delicious steak and salmon options, and reported that he was pleased with both-- he would know, because Relish made a plate with both salmon and steak for him so he didn't have to choose. :) Relish also gave us a very reasonable quote (that was much, much less expensive than many other caterers we contacted) that I felt was definitely fair for the excellent service and food they provided. I would absolutely recommend Relish to anyone looking for a great wedding caterer!

We really felt like she wanted our wedding to be as much of a success as we did, and it showed with the flawless execution by the entire Relish team on the day. We were impressed with the food at our tasting and were excited for our guests to enjoy the food. Relish did not disappoint! Our guests absolutely loved all of the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have had! It was important to us that the food taste great and that our guests be well-fed. Relish delivered. Some of our guest’s favorites were the chicken and waffle bites with honey sriracha syrup, the mac and cheese, and pulled pork. The Relish staff team was also fantastic on our wedding day! They were professional and attentive and always had smiles on their faces. They made sure we had a plate of appetizers after the ceremony and brought us our dinner plates to enjoy. It allowed us to enjoy the food along with our guests. We highly recommend Relish Catering Company for weddings or for any special events. They deliver high-quality service and delicious food along with it!

food was incredible. For our cocktail hour the goat cheese stuffed poblanos couldnt stay on the plates they were so good! Working with Karen was great - she helped set us up with tastings, rentals, and walked us through the whole process. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Karen was a dream to work with and looped me into all the communications about food. Relish is fantastic. CO and they exceeded our expectations in just about every way. We went with a BBQ buffet and I had multiple people tell me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! We also used Relish for our bartenders, cake and dessert. Everything was perfect! The cocktail hour food was so creative and fit with our venue/overall mountain vibe. I also felt like they went above and beyond to make our signature drinks special. Huge shout out to Rahea for guiding us through the process from start to finish and being so responsive. There were a couple times in the wedding planning process I felt like I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and Rahea was so helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend Relish!

s and affordable menu for our guests. She was so flexible with the many changes that came along with planning a wedding during COVID which I greatly appreciated. The only negative things I would mention is that apparently one of my guests had to ask the catering staff to be quiet as they were talking too loudly during Maid of Honor and Best Man speeches which I found to be disrespectful of the staff. A couple guests also mentioned that their place settings were missing pieces of silverware that were necessary to eat their meal.

She was always there if I had questions or tweaks to the menu here and there and this was especially helpful when we were forced to change our venue and severely cut our guest list due to COVID. She was able to set up a walk-through at our new location on a severely limited time frame (we live out of state so I only had a few days in town to work with) and we were able to make a completely new game plan complete with menu changes, rentals and staff required to pull it off. It was so nice that our food and rentals could all come from one place! This made for such a smooth day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they set everything up in a timely manner (complete with quick tent set ups in the rain) and cleaned and packed out everything they brought. Now, for the important part – the food. It. Was. Delicious!! I think every single guest commented on how much they enjoyed it. From the passed apps to the dessert everything was amazing, and we even got leftovers to enjoy for days after. If you are looking for a professional company with friendly staff and delicious food look no further than Relish!

The appertizers during cocktail hour were awesome, staff was even better! Family style meal was awesome - people kept talking about how good the food was at dinner. And then Relish brought in the Little Man Ice Cream cart for dessert - they even went out of their way to provide Dairy Queen fudge sprinkles (the bride's favorite!). Natalie at RELISH was delightful to work with, answered emails promptly, met us at the venue and the rental place to make decisions. She and her staff made the night a night to remember for our family. It was a 12 out of 10 for us.

wedding tasting we could barely think of any notes to give them. Everything was absolutely fantastic and tasted equally amazing on the day of. We had Thai peanut chicken skewers, plantain chips with avocado mousse, stuffed pepedew peppers and our FAVORITE - spanakopita. For our buffet, we had grilled chicken and Colorado trout with quinoa and lots of veggies. We loved how much of “us” the food brought with it. It totally reflected our personalities and taste in food. Although we were nervous after dealing with what felt like a lot of turnover, ultimately working with Rebekah made that all a distant memory. She was amazing and on the day of came and brought us apps herself. We also wanted to share apps and champagne by ourselves in the bridal suite immediately after the ceremony and they made that perfect. They helped orchestrate the entire day and just completely and totally came through for us. They did an incredible job and everyone raved about the food for days (including us!) we also loved that we were served first with a plate full of a little bit of everything. We left with barely any leftovers which we took as a pretty solid sign that our guests couldn’t get enough. Thank you Rebekah and Relish staff for helping make our day so amazing!

She seemed excited to take additional work off our shoulders and handle what she could. Our final menu was seriously awesome. We had passed apps -- the arepa and fried green tomato, yum! For our dinner, we had a choice of braised short ribs or chicken, then the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. We received so many compliments on the food being delicious and "not typical wedding food." Initially we wanted to get desserts somewhere else but after doing an additional dessert tasting (all included, not extra $$), we were impressed. So we had Relish do our delicious tasting cake and a smattering of other treats, like a Key Lime tart, pecan cookies, and mini cupcakes. More compliments for the desserts. On top of all of this, Tegan went above and beyond to help us nail down our rentals and get the most cost effective but fitting and beautiful decor for our wedding. I was super grateful because, again, one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you Relish and Tegan!!!

The coolest thing was getting to do a second tasting, which was a final menu tasting, to ensure that we were going to love exactly everything on our menu. The staff day of was so professional and great. It was a plated meal, and everyone had their food in no time. The food itself was just as amazing at the tasting as it was the day of our wedding. Everyone kept telling us after the wedding that the food was incredible. Relish also did a dessert bar for us and it turned out awesome. The desserts were all perfect and our guests literally ate them all. So happy we had Relish as our caterer!!

Needless to say, she and her awesome staff did not disappoint. Since I am in California and my wedding was in Colorado, I had so many questions. EVERY call or email was answered and always with a smile. They never made ma feel like I was bothering them (and there were LOTS of calls). I was amazed by how often the answer was, “That’s included” or “We’ve already handled that”. They also referred me to other EXCELLENT companies that made my wedding PERFECT! The DJ Guy, All Digital Photography, and at the last minute even a lighting professional! The food was delish! My guests loved it. Everything was so beautiful, the guidance provided from food, tables, linens, room set up, was priceless! My mother in law even hired them for another event! The Catering staff did a phenomenal job making my special day stress free. We just can’t thank them enough!
