On the day of the wedding, there were a few moments throughout the night that we felt could have gone more smoothly with the staff. Staying on schedule was very important to us but we felt like there was a lack of urgency/awareness of our timeline to keep on schedule, so occasionally we were having to focus on that rather than being in the moment, for example our ceremony started a little late even though the bridal party was ready to go. We heard from multiple guests that they enjoyed the buffet food but received small portions which was unfortunate and were denied second helpings. The reception area was spacious giving our guests plenty of room to dance, utilize the photo booth, etc without feeling crowded. Overall we had a great experience with Remi's Ridge and would happily do it all over again.

Everything was picturesque - truly a dream come true for us. Most importantly, the staff at Hidden Falls is nothing short of amazing. Working with Alex, Tara, Destanie, and everyone else along the way was a wonderful experience. The staff had no trouble answering our endless questions as we planned our wedding from far away and made everything perfect for us. I know it will sound dumb but, I wish I knew what happened to the rest of our cakes, I just saw a lot and wish I had the option to take some cause I was not able to actually enjoy much. The maintenance could have used some work, there was, what looked like, bird poop on the upstairs window where we did our first looks and I wish those had been cleaned so they wouldn't show up in pictures. There was potholes outside where lights had been in the ceremony area. Because the ceremony chairs were white, you could see how dirty they were, I assumed they would make an effort to clean them prior to the event but was proven wrong. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves, but these cosmetic details did bother me.

When it comes time to renew our vows, we will more than likely do it at Remi’s Ridge again. All of our guests could stop talking about the beauty of the venue, and the amazing food they served us. with any questions or concerns I had regarding our upcoming wedding. The venue is beautiful and absolutely breathtaking in person. We got many compliments on our wedding day and so many people asking us where we got married on our social medias. Unfortunately, the morning of our wedding was not as expected. Upon arriving to the venue our floor plan was incorrectly set up and not what was sent to the manager by my coordinator prior to the wedding. The response I got from the general manager was pretty rude, and made me feel like it was our fault they accidentally used an incorrect floor plan. I spent my morning moving tables and removing table cloths along with my bridesmaids, not exactly a great start to our wedding day. We purchased a bar package with 2 beers and 4 spirit selections. We submitted our beer selections to the venue prior to the wedding. During the wedding they did not have the beer we selected and were serving a different kind. When my dad questioned this, the bartenders said they were told to use whatever was left from the wedding the night before. I thought this was extremely unprofessional since I went out of my way to make a bar sign that was not used because they served whatever they wanted that night. Overall I am happy with how the wedding turned out despite the few things that went wrong. The ceremony backdrop is beautiful and looks stunning in pictures as well.

COVID19 was an unexpected bump in the road, but I was reassured that I would be able to move my date if necessary and was told of all precautions the venue was taking to ensure everyones health/safety. I spoke with Brittany for my final details meeting and she did an amazing job at noting all of the details I wanted. For the day of, I had two coordinators. Jesse was helping in the morning to go through our rehearsal and his positive attitude and instructions made everything go smoothly. I called multiple times throughout the morning to ask for different things while setting up and he had everything I needed within minutes! For the actual event, we had Kaley helping us to make sure our timeline was as on point as possible. She was so sweet and helped everything move flawlessly. I am in awe at how she met me the day of and was able to execute everything perfectly! Overall, I fell in love with this venue because of how beautiful it was and didn't require extra decoration. The bridal/groom/family suites were wonderful. We got so many compliments on how pretty everything was and our photographer got so many amazing shots. Definitely recommend having your wedding here!!

The staff were wonderful in being focused on the details before and during the wedding. I am most appreciative of how helpful and caring the staff were to focus on our wedding day. The food was amazing and tasted great! Loved having the options and the ability to still make accomadations for our grandparents and friends who had allergies. With covid still a scary thing, we were told we cannot post pone again to a safer date nor get refunded for all the money we would lose due to guest count being cut in half this time due to COVID. Corporate and upper management were TERRIBLE at communicating, not willing to work with us what so ever, and did not have our best interest at heart. They had already spent all the $$ we had prepaid since we were 4 days away the first time. If you book with Walters estates make sure you know everything up front and ask all of your questions now that COVID is a big thing on contracts. Besides the management being awful, the venue itself was absolutely stunning, the wedding turned out to be perfect with the help of Brittany who works at Remi's Ridge. She was our onsite coordinator and was so amazing, she went above and beyond to make our covid wedding day so special. the food was amazing and all our guests had a great time. They do have sanitization stations and all wore masks which made our guests feel safe.

the ceremony is gorgeous and the reception area was perfect for my 200+ guests. BUT... The number of negative things that we faced with this venue far outweigh the good, sadly. First: The fact that we had to basically demand the staff provide a working lock on the bridal and groom suite is ridiculous. At our final details meeting the bridal suite and the lockers inside the room, all had non-functional locks. After reading reviews from over a year prior that had also complained about broken locks on doors it was apparent that my belonging being safe was not a priority to them. Luckily after much complaining, the locks were replaced thankfully and our belongings were safe. Second: At our reception, we had ordered new york strip steak to be served but got prime rib instead. The on-sight coordinator was supposed to have all this information in line correctly for us. We dealt with 3 different on sight coordinator and none of them had any information that the other coordinator had taken from us. So it was a constant game of playing catch up. Third: The number of last-minute fees we had to pay was crazy. I had to pay extra in order to get into the bridal suite early enough for my bridal party and myself to get ready on site. Even though I had the venue for the ENTIRE day. Isn't that why you have a bridal suite? So the bridal party can be there on the morning of the wedding. You reserve the venue X amount of hours but we weren't told that we would have to end our reception an hour early because we are also paying for "clean up time". So even though I paid for my reception to end at 9 they told me EVERYONE had to be out at 8 because they need an hour of cleaning time. So once again we had to pay 700+ dollars to extend the bar time (which also ends an hour before the reception does) and reception time. This was not mentioned when going over the contract. And after paying a lot to get married here last minute thousands of dollar fees did not excite us. The staff needs to thoroughly go over all of this before clients sign. In conclusion, this venue has a lack of organization, information, personability, and honesty. I DO NOT recommend this venue because of all the headaches we had to experience here. I feel like I had to dish out constant money just so we could have a happy wedding.

We booked Remi’s Ridge for the venue, and also booked every single casita, house, and lodge for our entire wedding party. Every aspect was smooth because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our coordinator, Morgan M., blew us away with how great of a job she did. We weren’t sure what to expect, but any expectations we had were far exceeded by her professionalism, her outgoing personality, attention to detail, and ability to organize chaos. We met with her a month or so before the wedding day to iron out final details and she was not only organized, but extremely helpful in offering suggestions and putting us at ease. She answered any and all questions we had and gave us pro-tips for preparation. She basically lifted all weights off of our shoulders and allowed us to feel relaxed before the wedding. When the big day came, it seemed as though she had superpowers because it felt like she was in five places at once, organizing vendors, guests, and keeping everything on schedule. Not only was she working extremely hard, to us it felt like Morgan was a guest of honor who enjoyed our big day as much as we did. We didn’t hire a coordinator, but if Morgan would have been available for hire we would have taken that opportunity without a doubt. Any couple that gets to work with Morgan in the future should know that they’re in the best hands and are truly blessed to have her in charge. You only have one shot at making your wedding day absolute perfection, and Morgan did exactly that for us. - Annat & Weslyn W.

We planned our wedding from the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Brittany was there to answer any of our questions any time of the day via email, text, and phone calls in a timely manner. Both girls made our night stress free! I would not change a single thing about my wedding and I can’t thank Brittany and Emily enough for all that they did for my husband and I!!

r weekend started with rehearsal on Friday afternoon. Chandler, our day of coordinator, was there and very prepared. It was a large wedding party, and she got them organized and running very effectively. There were some last minute changes needed for wedding next day (moving table, adding table, etc.) and she handled it expertly. The Wedding Party was staying on-site at The Treehouse for the weekend. It worked perfectly as the venue for the rehearsal dinner. There is a large room, capable of holding 50+, along with tables and chairs stored, to utilize for the event. Very convenient and well stocked! It provided a home base for the weekend and a place to coordinate decorations, etc., prior to the venue opening. The day of wedding, Morgan met us at the facility around noon to help us start decorating and resolve any concerns. (Chandler was joining us around 3:00 pm as she was closing out the night and working the wedding and reception.). Morgan helped set up a surprise for the bride and groom (thank you!) and was very helpful with the wedding party decorating and setting up. This was a pretty large wedding, with approximately 225 guests. Chandler took over coordinating the night events. She worked tirelessly the whole night, allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy the evening. She ensured the schedule was kept, the wedding party lined up timely, worked closely with the DJ and ensured the buffet dinner went smoothly. She kept me apprised of everything and provided for a smooth flow to the event. After the event, she helped us clean up and clear the venue. I can't thank Chandler and Morgan enough! They were extremely professional, but also open to ideas and enthusiastic about making the day special for the bride and groom! Thank you for a beautiful wedding and working so hard behind the scenes to pull it off! A couple of notes on lessons learned for other future wedding parties: 1. The place is beautiful - you don't need to overspend on tons of flowers - the venue, greenery and waterfalls are a great backdrop and don't require much more adornment. 2. The place is far for last minute things forgotten! The Treehouse was great to rent the night before as it allowed us to ensure we had everything prior to the big day. 3. Gifts - I "hired" one of our friend's teenager to watch the gift table during the actual wedding and early part of the evening before everyone was inside. Saved a lot of worry and concern, and ensured no issues! Thanks for a great event! You made the day very special... and, the pictures are amazing!

Calm, collected, supportive of me as the bride, and was on top of everything! She did an incredible job. I know the plan was for the venue to assign her a helper as we had a pretty big crowd. She nailed it but I’m sure she would have appreciated having more hands on deck. We had family and friends stay on property in the casitas and the day off communication for access was a little slow. The catering company they have was not exceptional in my eyes. The food was decent but the communication with them and the florist, and the lack of urgency in cleaning up was not that great. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and a STUNNING location!

he venue was, I don't know if I would recommend it for any bride that is out of town and not within driving distance. It is very difficult to schedule anything with them that doesn't fit their schedule. Before you sign, the company will go above and beyond to make sure you book with them. They even let me stop by to see the venue when they had a wedding later on in the day. But once you do, that catering is over. My family and I live over 2 hours away and only have days off during the week here and there. So trying to visit the venue for any reason during the planning process is difficult and the employees didn't make it any easier. There were multiple times my in laws wanted to see the onsite lodging to plan for the rehearsal dinner, but the venue never had anything open. When it got closer to the wedding date, they didn't really work with me to schedule my details meeting on the day I needed even though I had told them months before. My mom had to get upset with them just for them to work with us on the day we needed. Overall, our wedding turned out amazing and it was beautiful, but I would just keep in mind that they will not really work around your schedule even though you are spending thousands of dollars at their location.

I planned my wedding from Midland, TX so communication through emails, texts and phone calls were crucial to the success of the big day and I appreciated the staffs flexibility and prompt responses. This was was the first venue I had looked at after getting engaged and I was truly taken back with how beautiful it was in person. I continued my search all around TX and looked at a total of 13 venues, but my mind kept coming back to Remi’s Ridge. It was easy to see that no other venue I had seen compared to it and my heart was set on having this place for making my dream wedding a reality. We rented the casitas the night before and night of the wedding along with the treehouse for the rehearsal dinner as well, and all my guests that stayed there had nothing but great things to say about the cleanliness, ammenties and convienance of staying on location. The only recommendation I have is that you have some type of lapel mic for the ceremony so guests can hear you if you choose to get married in front of the gorgeous waterfalls. Our DJ was happy to bring some and guests got to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfalls but still hear what was going on. My wedding was a perfect a night I will never forget and that is all thanks to the amazing team and staff at Hidden Falls. If you’re debating what venue to choose look no further, THIS IS IT. It books up quickly for a reason.

She preformed amazing on the big day & helped keep me calm!! We also dealt with Abigail and she was just as amazing. She was there the morning of wedding day & was doing all she could to make sure the day was going to go as planned. It rained all morning on the day of the wedding and they had the venue set up for my ceremony inside and out (very prepared). They went over the top to accommodate! The rain stopped just in time for the ceremony and instantly, they tore all the chairs down inside and then set up inside & prepared it for the reception in a flash. I could go on and on about how happy we are with the experience at Hidden Falls. All my guests loved the venue and thought it was beautiful. Thank you everyone at Hidden Falls for everything!!!

the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and usually pretty quick to respond. You will talk to a different person every time you contact them, so just know that going in, but they always make you feel like your wedding is the most important one, even though they have hundreds happening! They will assign a specific person to your wedding the month of, but our girl was sick come the day of, so I actually had a completely different person on our wedding day. I had hired my own seperate day of coordinator before-hand since the venue coordinators don't oversee decorations, so it was okay, but I would have been so stressed out without my own coordinator! Anyways, illness is completely understandable, and it still turned out to be an amazing day. Some of the cons come into their policies, which are mostly understandable, but still frustrating. Their premium bar selections include things like Shiner and Cupcake Moscato. Sorry, but those are not "premium" choices, and if you only want to do beer and wine like we did, they're the best they offer. You can pay a stocking fee and pay per case of nicer alcohol if you like (in addition to the normal price per head of premium drinks) but you can't take any leftovers with you (so, what happens to those?) nor can you bring in your own cases and hand it over to the bar. It also felt like a waste to spend that per head price if you bring in a lot of cases of the better choices. There were other little policy things too that were annoying, but we dealt with them. Despite those frustrations, we couldn't have picked a more perfect location for our day. It fit our theme perfectly, and the few photos we've seen so far are absolutely breath-taking. The fact that tables, chairs, and a lot of decoration elements are also included in your rental fee is definitely a huge help as well! If you like the aesthetic, you will absolutely have a gorgeous day!
