I’m so happy we went with the Renaissance for our wedding ceremony and reception! We had a lot of guests flying in for our celebration, and the location was so convenient for folks to get to. We also received a ton of compliments from guests on the aesthetics of the venue (both our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception), the food/drinks, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Crystal and the catering team have amazing attention to detail and were so easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend the Renaissance!

The Renaissance helped us with accommodations for out of town guests and also a farewell breakfast the morning after the wedding. They were so easy to work with, responded quickly to our questions and gave us great service while we were there. The rooms were clean and spacious and the parking was free. It was a great decision to stay at the Renaissance Austin.

Since 95% of my wedding guests are from out of state, we were looking for a venue in a prime location within Austin, and have our ceremony, reception, and hotel stay all under one roof. I've always loved all of the Marriott hotel properties, and I was hesitant to even contact the Renaissance Austin Hotel because quite honestly I didn't think it would fit into my budget, but I'm so glad I did! As soon as my husband and I first walked into the hotel, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married and signed the contract very soon afterwards ! It is classy, beautiful and the Atrium ...is just absolutely gorgeous! I had the pleasure of working with Erica and Maureen whom have been so friendly, warm and welcoming since day one! During our menu-tasting, I had requested for a different sauce to be made for our entree dish, and when I came back for a second tasting, the chef did such an amazing job! We've received so many great compliments on the food, how beautiful the hotel is and how much fun our guests had! The Renaissance Austin Hotel will always hold a special place in my heart!

Our wedding was in Dripping Springs but we had our guests stay at The Renaissance Austin Hotel. We had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner there and a lot of our guests checked in Thursday and stayed until Saturday or Sunday. We were so impressed! They did such a great job. All of our guests really liked staying here. It is a very clean hotel and the staff is so nice and helpful. Check in was smooth and everyone commented on their rooms being so nice and clean. The food is great and just a warm and friendly vibe that makes guests feel welcome!! Thank you to the team at the Renaissance Austin!

I had the privilege to host my wedding at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The venue is gorgeous, and the staff is amazing. My event ran so smoothly. If anything wrong went on, I had no idea about it. They executed everything with perfection. The food was incredibly delicious. My wedding day was exactly how I imagined it being and I wouldn't have hosted it anywhere else.

I was so pleased with the whole event. They were kind and on top of things the whole time. The venue was gorgeous and they followed all of our instructions to the T. There were a couple of VERY minor slips up, like one table didn't get a number on it, and we didn't have anyone telling us which layer of the cake was fake which lead to an awkward but funny moment when it came time to cut the cake. Other than that, the day was perfect! This was largely do to their very capable staff. I would absolutely recommend them. The event coordinator that came with the venue gave good suggestions for the whole flow of the evening but backed off if I decided not to take her advice. They were also responsible for the cake and food. The food was UNBELIEVABLE and the service was the absolute best! As for the cake, I have never received so many compliments. I gave the baker a pictures of a cake I wanted and explained what I wanted different and he NAILED IT! Not only did it look outstanding but I had people raving about how good it tasted for weeks after. The cake wasn't that important to my husband and I but it was great to have it wonderfully made.

Our experience with the Renaissance was amazing! They were so helpful with every step of planning. Our guests raved about the food and the beauty of the hotel as well as the ballroom. Every staff member was so wonderful! Especially thankful for Lisa and Adria who were so helpful! I am so glad that we chose this as our reception venue!

The Renaissance was our reception venue, and everything turned out great. I chose this venue as it was close to home and the church, and one of the big reasons was that it had a hotel included which would be safe for our guests. We got an amazing rate and were even able to get it honored for extra days for our close family. We used Glass Oaks which was gorgeous and loved the fact it was detached from the hotel. We received numerous compliments on the food, cake and the service. The only glitch we had was that they initially didn't have the liquor at the reception set up so we had to quickly remind them to fix this ASAP, which they did :) Our sales contact and event manager were great, very responsive and always available to meet when needed. We even got our pictures behind the hotel as it was a beautiful natural background. All around a great venue I highly recommend!
