The wedding coordinator Jasmine. The hotel venue, staff, food, everything was amazing (10/10) except for my experience with Jasmine, unfortunately. I would NEVER recommend to any bride getting married here if she is still working in this position. She is not qualified for the job role and it shows. Luckily my guests had a good
Time, but unfortunately I did not because of the constant stress and worry she had me feeling on this day. I was in tears as I worked so hard putting together the wedding of my dreams and did everything in my power to make her job easy- only for her to gaslight me on my wedding day. My husband and I came in to view the venue last year. We met with Tricia. She was nothing short of spectacular. A few months later and I tried reaching out to Tricia but learned she no longer was there anymore. I never received an email from anyone informing me that I had a new event coordinator. There were NUMEROUS unresolved issues/ unanswered questions through the entire planning process. Here’s a few things that went wrong: She was SILENT at rehearsal, it was frustrating for me as a bride to have to coordinate 30 People, line everyone up, etc. I was so embarrassed. Our final receipt was incorrect and she never resolved it. She said it was because the accountant department was new. Wedding day came and she was missing. I saw her one time around 1pm and then again clearing our salad plates. She never tried to find my husband at any point to coordinate anything with him, never helped coordinate the rest of the bridal party before ceremony, never made sure my husband and I didn’t bump into each other. I set up a few things (signs, mirrors, backdrops) I asked her multiple times to come get them out of the getting ready room, She never showed up. My bridesmaids carried everything out in their robes & slippers. My father in law was running back & forth all day while I got ready, helping setting up tables making sure they were how I wanted them to look.
During reception there was a glass vase that broke in the hall way (where guests, including my kids, would walk and mingle). I asked her to have it cleaned up and she promised it would. Needless to say it was never cleaned, I picked some up with my hands and then had to walk over and ask the front desk to have someone come clean it. She never used the scissors I provided to cut my aisle runner- instead it was bunched against the wall in the ceremony room. She never used the rug tape I gave her, so the aisle was coming up and people were tripping. She told me they don’t do high tops for cocktail hour, even though that was a previous promise and even a picture on the website. She asked us what booze we wanted, we said Tito’s for a signature cocktail drink, there was no Tito’s at the wedding (that was embarrassing because I had a signature cocktail sign with Tito’s in it), never offered us breakfast for the bridal party in the morning, never offered us late night bites, insulted me when I told her I wanted white platters that I would provide for desserts (she said no one will be looking at my dessert platters) and offered to serve my desserts on dirty old cutting boards instead. The list goes on and on our wedding day she showed how terrible her work ethic was and how unqualified she was for the position. It is a shame to the hotel and is not fair to the reputation of this business, the hotel staff, and future brides to be working next to her.

We recently got married on New Years Eve and we are so glad we chose Renaissance as our venue. Everything was amazing from the staff, service, decor, and the food! We booked our venue almost 2 years prior to the event and unfortunately had 3 different venue coordinators within that time, which was very stressful and frustrating. Ultimately, Tricia and Jazz came in and made sure every single detail of our event was beyond perfect. Our guests cannot stop raving about the beautiful event space and the amazing food!

Our winter wedding on 1/13/24 was absolutely perfect from start to finish while working with Tricia at the Renaissance Hotel. I cannot begin to put into words how wonderful every single detail of our events went from the rehearsal, to the wedding and breakfast the following morning. Tricia made sure everything was stress-free. Her connections with vendors in the wedding industry were also impressive. For example, she helped us coordinate with Montilio’s for our cake, with Mike at Tavolino for our rehearsal dinner, and with Melissa at Six String where the after party was held. Tricia made sure my husband would be able to check into our suite early the day of the wedding so the groomsmen could have ample time and space to get ready. Furthermore, she made sure not only myself and my husband were happy, but also all the members within the wedding party. For example, the chef made grilled chicken for my bridesmaid who had not been feeling well (something not even offered to other guests), engineering helped glue a sandal strap that broke for one of our guests, and making sure the wedding party was fed and hydrated the day of! We were so busy during cocktail hour that we did not get to sample the appetizers; however, Tricia had extras on our sweetheart table during dinner. Additionally, Tricia made sure we actually ate our dinner as we were preoccupied mingling with guests. Guests could not stop raving over the delicious food. Items came out in a timely manner and hot. We choice the filet mignon, chicken roulade and pasta primavera. The late-night pretzel stand was also a big hit!
Throughout the day, two employees (Jess & Hayley) who worked specifically in the hospitality lounge (where the bride got ready) and the sweetheart table, were both incredible. They checked-in with myself and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed. Both could not have been more helpful, professional, and personable. Even the staff not directly tied to the event, such as the employees at the front desk, especially Ellen and Julia, were a pleasure.
My husband and I decided to spend an extra night, which I recommend for everyone! Tricia left snacks and goodies in the suite along with a bottle of champagne and a sweet note. She also took the time to text us periodically to make sure we had everything that we needed. She truly made us feel like VIPs!!! I can say with absolute certainty if you are looking for a magical night that will be seamless, look no further than Tricia and the Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place in Foxboro.

We recently got married at the Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel and we could not be more pleased with our experience from beginning to end! Tricia, Jazz, and the rest of the staff made our night perfect in every way! We did not have to worry about a thing. Our guests continuously raved to us about the food and the venue itself.
Tricia was incredible throughout the planning process at checking in with us every step of the way to ensure we felt comfortable and ready to go. Any questions we had were answered fully and promptly so we never felt in the dark. They were also helpful in connecting us with vendors they had previously worked with. In the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day, we never had a worry because we knew Tricia had us covered! I cannot recommend the Renaissance enough!!

We held our wedding on 12/2/23 at The Renaissance at Patriot Place for both our ceremony and reception and I could not recommend this venue enough, our wedding day was amazing. We worked with Tricia and Jazz and knew from the first phone call with Tricia we were in the best hands. Both Tricia and Jazz were attentive, helpful, organized, professional and so easy to work with! The planning process was smooth and stress free with their support throughout the process. The night before the wedding a wedding dress mishap occurred and Tricia and Jazz were both there for help, support and were able to make a stressful situation calmer and help get everything worked out. Communication is key and both Tricia and Jazz were always available and the most helpful.
The staff at the Renaissance were also all amazing, they only employ rockstars. Everyone from hotel check in, to the restaurant bar, event servers and bartenders were all so kind and helpful. They attended to any and every need and request presented. A huge shout out also to Hailey, our attendant, who went above and beyond and was so kind, funny and helpful. She made getting ready in the beautiful and massive bridal lounge at the hotel a breeze.
Our guests have been raving about all the food (cocktail hour apps, display tables and dinner meals), hotel (rooms and decor), event presentation and atmosphere for the past two days, calling it one of the best weddings they have ever been to! I personally think it was the best one I have ever been to and I am so lucky to call it my own! Not only did our vision come to life but our expectations were exceeded. Look no further than The Renaissance for your venue, it is truly a gem and they have the best staff you could ask for on your big day. Thank you so much Tricia, Jazz, Hailey and all Renaissance Staff who made it the best day ever!

We cannot express our utmost gratitude for this venue from the front desk down to the room attendants, everyone interacting with us during our wedding this past Saturday was professional, genuinely happy and easy to work with. Tricia and Jazz were truly the rockstars of the success, Tricia was attentive, helpful beyond explanation, professional, personable and truly passionate about putting our vision to life and for her job. We appreciate everything she did throughout this process and throughout our day to make it the best weekend of our lives all while creating a sense of calm and peace, and supporting my family. And Jazz was sweet, caring and helped create the vision I wanted for our day from the ceremony to the reception. I cannot recommend this excellent venue enough.

Tricia Cummings was my daughter’s wedding coordinator. A consummate professional with an approachable, caring personality.
She addressed all my daughters needs and our family throughout the day. The event went smoothly due to Tricias ability to manage a large wedding party and wedding guests. Since booking with this venue in 2022, it has been a journey but with the ultimate payoff. We experienced wedding coordinator turnover which I think lead to mixed messages on what we can and cannot do. Regardless, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Tricia came in and really turned things around. She is always so personable and confident. It was clear that she is seasoned in what she does! I was blown away on my wedding day of how nicely everything came together. Everyone raved about how awesome the food was, including my husband who is a picky eater. The space is beautiful! It was perfect in every way!
In the end, it was all worth it and I appreciate all the staff at the Renaissance for their hard work. Thank you!!

We had an absolutely AMAZING wedding at the Renaissance in May 2023. We had booked awhile back and had been through a few coordinators, however everything transitioned seamlessly! We started working with Tricia a few months before the wedding and she did an absolutely amazing job! Everything went perfectly and it was such a beautiful venue. She was so thorough, helpful and great at following up and she nailed down all of the details! All of our guests raved about the wedding and said the food was the best they've had at a wedding! We are still receiving compliments!
I was very set on having everything under one roof, and the Renaissance made that all possible, I would highly recommend it! And it's great there's a second hotel next door for additional room blocks!

The Renaissance Hotel has proven themselves to be worth every cent you can give them and then some. My wedding was originally planned for November of 2020 and had to be delayed MULTIPLE times after due to issues both worldwide and personal. Never did I feel unwelcome or a burden by anyone who was working with me. On the contrary, I was treated with compassion and care. Because of the length of the engagement, we went through a few different event coordinators, all of whom were fantastic, with Tricia being the one to see me through the finish line. She was invaluable during the final stages of planning and especially on the day of.
Speaking of day of, the wedding itself couldn't have gone better. All decorations were handled exactly like I wanted them to be or even better. The food was delicious; the service was immaculate; and I have never heard so many guests compliment a venue as much as they have done in the weeks since. I really can't do enough to recommend this hotel for events and weddings in particular. You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing day at the Renaissance, the venue looked so beautiful decorated to our specs. The food was amazing, the service was top notch, with no complaints. Our coordinator was with us 100% and helped very professionally to get us through the day as well as the lead up.

I first signed with this venue in 2021 - the hotel went through 3 wedding coordinators during my planning. Trisha was the third and she was honestly a breath of fresh air. Before she came along I lost all of my faith in this hotel because of all the turnovers they had with wedding coordinators , I was ready to take my money, and eat my losses. She really is AMAZING at what she does and the Renaissance is VERY lucky to have her. I am very type A and so isn't she! She has a very calm demeanor to her as well. She worked very hard for us and I appreciate her so much - my whole family and bridal party loved her.
The hotel itself is beautiful and it was so clean and the food was 10 out of 10 the chef they have is absolutely amazing. Everyone enjoyed the food! They accommodated my guests with early check in and late check outs. The wedding space is stunning! I had the time of my life at my wedding and had zero hiccups day of! I am truly grateful.

The Renaissance staff, Tricia, Hailey and Ramon were amazing. Tricia worked with us to put my wedding dream into reality. She reached out weekly, checking in, sending updates and always telling me she's just a phone call away. She wasn't just my wedding coordinator, she was my friend. She helped me in so many ways (including bustling my dress in the day of). Hailey and Ramon were awesome on the day of the wedding. Hailey made our girls luncheon special and made sure we were all satisfied. She also made a plate specially for my husband and I at our cocktail hour. Every detail was executed.
Tricia and her staff are so warm and make you feel at home. The Renaissance is an amazing place to have your wedding.

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND*
Overall, we are very pleased with how our wedding weekend went. It was a bit of a journey and given some recent negative reviews online, we’re going to take some time to tell our story so that future couples can feel assured they are in good hands!
We booked for our Dec 2022 wedding in August 2020. Everything was seamless at first- our coordinator was very responsive and a joy to work with. We felt she really understood our vision and it was all coming together well.
Unfortunately, she left about a year into the planning process and her replacement was less than helpful. We felt like we were starting over and it was immediately clear that this coordinator was extremely unorganized. When she ultimately left the remaining staff seemed to know next to nothing that we had spoken about as there was no record of it.
We were nervous in Nov 2022 when it did not seem like things were getting better. We were informed a new coordinator was hired but it would be a couple weeks until she was fully onboard (meaning we would not meet her until about 2 weeks before the wedding).
Enter: Tricia. She was our saving grace and the biggest reason that we will recommend this venue. She called me 16 days before the wedding and went through everything from start to finish. The big difference here was I never got the dreaded sense of starting over again but rather the conversation was to simply put us on the same page and to put my now-husband and I at ease.
I met Tricia in person the following week to walk through a few things and that was also when I first met Chris, the food & beverage director, in person. He also very quickly became such a helpful resource in our final days of planning and during wedding weekend. We brought in a fair bit of decor that we did ourselves and I was stressing about it all being set up and then taken down and packed away at the end of the night. Wedding day was perfect but I actually want to highlight the morning after. By the time I came down to the lobby, everything was packed and in like-new condition all thanks to Tricia, Chris and their staff! We rented silk florals that needed to be returned to FedEx and Chris took care of that himself since the hotel serves as a FedEx pick up location. It was one less thing to stress about and we are so incredibly grateful!
Some quick specifics:
-Very reasonably priced especially considering what’s included in the packages
-The spaces are gorgeous and recently renovated. It was perfect for our modern, sleek, glamorous vibe for the night.
-We had access to their spacious club room all day which served as both a bridal suite during the morning and then a lounge for the entire wedding party to hang out after photos.
-The food was phenomenal and we were extremely pleased with the kitchen and waitstaff. Everything was put out in a timely manner and our guests are still raving about the late-night taco station!
All in all, there were some rough times in the past year as the hotel dealt with staff turnover but currently, they have the ultimate A-team on board and it will only get better from here as they do more events together (I couldn’t believe they had only been working together a couple of weeks!). I highly highly recommend Tricia, Chris, and the rest of the staff at Renaissance Hotel Patriot Place to future couples!

I would never recommend anyone to have their wedding here. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but to have a venue with this many issues just creates such a horrible experience. I signed my contract in February 2021 for my November 2022 wedding, I was in love with this venue,It was everything I was looking for. We worked with them for less then two years. In this time I worked with THREE different wedding coordinators. Each time having to start over with our plans and re-explain everything to the next employee, since no one could ever find the notes from the previous. Our last coordinator we worked with quit 11 days before my event. I then had to work with their boss on my day. I was told he had done many events over the years and used to be a coordinator himself. They were very apologetic for us having to go through all of this, offered to buy us dinner & drinks during our meeting like that would help us in anyway. I felt like my wedding was thrown together last Minute and everything we planned out over the year was slapped together quickly. I was very unhappy with the entire experience. I was told my Ceremony would take place in front of their large window in their event room with a curtain put in front of it , they took the curtain and hung it in the middle of another Section of the room creating a very squished & crammed look to our ceremony. They stated that they “wouldn’t have time to build the dance floor after the ceremony so it had to take place in the middle of the room. The last coordinator told me they do it all the time , there are even pictures on their Facebook of how I wanted it to look. At my rehearsal i was asked many times for my guest’s meal chart since they “couldn’t find it” It was sent to both of the previous coordinators when they originally asked for it . They said they were contacting my vendors (photographer/dj) both said they never heard from the venue and even reached out &never heard back. Everything was very uncoordinated & sloppy. We paid for our guests to have a champagne toast during our reception as part of our package, we never got champagne. They said they would freeze our anniversary slice of cake, I found it sitting in my bridal suite at the end of my wedding on a table with a piece of hair stuck in it. We were supposed to get a complimentary breakfast the next morning, we did not. We were told that we got a later check out time the next morning but we were rudely woken up by an employee, angrily banging on our door asking us if we “ever planned on leaving today.” We were told we would get a military discount, we never got this either. The hotel told us we would get “thousands of extra marriot points” added to our account for our inconveniences on top of the points we should already have from having a wedding at their hotel, my account still says zero. My vendors said that it was very clear they all had no idea what was going on while speaking with them that morning. While getting my hair &makeup done I was asked so many unnecessary questions. For example , “how should we set up the aisle runner.” Made my morning more stressful. I was told to wait in the bridal suite before the ceremony & they would come get me when it was time for my entrance, they forgot to get me & I sat there waiting. We understand that employees quit but all of the obstacles and stressful moments it took for me to have my “big day” were completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Amy Norton to plan our wedding at Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel. We had originally planned our wedding for April 2021 but due to the pandemic, chose to push our date back to December 2021. Amy was helpful every step of the way - hopping on innumerable calls with us and keeping us up to date on all of the ever changing regulations around large gatherings. We ended up (finally!) having the wedding of our dreams two weeks ago. We planned 5 different events with Amy over the course of our wedding weekend and each one went off flawlessly. The week of our wedding saw a large covid surge that had us on the phone with Amy up until the night before our wedding making last minute changes to our guest list, wedding party and seating chart. Through it all Amy was calm, professional and so supportive. In addition to the pleasure of working with Amy - the Renaissance is just an all around great venue. They have so many incredible spaces to offer from their cozy lobby area we used for cocktail hour, their gorgeous ballrooms and even a club lounge we were able to use for getting our 14 person wedding party ready complete with 6 hair and make-up artists. We loved that guests who wanted to were able to stay over throughout the weekend without any added transportation needed. Overall, we had an incredible experience planning our wedding at the Renaissance and would highly recommend it!

We planned a wedding in October of 2020 with COVID regulations in effect. We were very fortunate to have this venue due to the excellent staff who helped us plan every detail. Amy who was the event planner was very sensitive and helpful in the planning process. The wait staff was friendly and many of our guests commented on their excellent service. Cannot recommend it enough!!

My husband and I got married at the Renaissance in November of 2019. We had an amazing experience! Our journey started with Chrissie Sue, which I may add, was a HUGE reason why we booked this venue. She was down to earth, told you the truth, and the answer was yes to all of our requests. We booked about 2 years and half in advance. Later towards the date, we started working with Jennifer Tavares. She picked up everything without a single stumble. I'm very anxious person and have a large European family pressuring me on a lot of details. Jen was my god sent miracle. She was there to calm down my parents (in their foreign language) to reassure everything was perfect. AS IT WAS! I received SO many compliments on my wedding that my heart is so full. Food was delicious, staff was humorous, the room was updated. There is not one thing I could negative I could say about the venue. They are accommodating, understanding, friendly, and "DO THEY'RE JOB" ;-)

My husband and I got married a little over a month ago at this venue and all I have to say is how wonderful this venue was! We started working with Chrissie Sue and she was great and then we ended working with Jennifer and Amy who were amazing to work with. This place took everything I had pictured for our wedding and made it into something even better than I ever could have imagined. The food was amazing and the staff is so friendly here! These are amazing people to work with and make the wedding planning so smooth! I would recommend this place to anyone and I wish we could go back and relive our wedding day. It was truly perfect!!

My husband and I got married about a month ago at The Renaissance and we could not have asked for a better experience. Chrissie Sue and Adam were a pleasure to work with. We were lucky enough to be able to use the Revolution Ballroom for our ceremony and the Patriot Ballroom for the reception - both rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the food!!! Our friends and family are still talking about it. It was just an incredible night.

I cannot say enough about this venue, it’s staff, and especially Chrissie Sue. We had our wedding here on October 13th and the day could not have gone better. From the day we schedule a walk through and booked the venue, chrissie sue was there and always available. We had a few severe peanut allergies attending our wedding so we decided to do a peanut free event. She and the kitchen staff were on top of this and made everyone feel at ease about the food they were eating. This venue went above and beyond. We keep getting phone calls from family and friends raving about the food, the space, the overall vibes, and none of it would have been possible without the staff and Chrissie Sue! Words can't even express how Amazing our experience was . Our daughters wedding was 10/06/2018. Ceremony/Reception. Both in the Revolution room with the most beautiful large hanging crystals that twinkle with the up lighting. The ceremony was absolutely magical which they set up 100+ chairs for our guest then during cocktail hour transforms back for the reception. First the Renaissance provided outstanding service and the food was Unbelievable!!!! Went with the middle package., with the one hour Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres "Incredible " We had the filet and bake stuff shrimp called the duet , fantastic !! every bite melted in your mouth. Everyone raved about the food . The whole process was flawless from the beginning to the end of that night. It's all because of the fabulous Chrissie Sue Chubka. Let me tell you all about Chrissie Sue she went above and beyond to create a breathtaking unforgettable night with our vision of a glitz and glamour Hollywood theme. And being huge Patriot fans added Patriots theme to cocktail hour out near the lobby/patio . Chrissie Sue is truly a one of a kind rare gem in her profession!! You need someone like her to trust and be honest , to help guide you through the process of planning such a big event. Let's be honest it's a lot of money for one night . She will be by your side and gives 100 percent of herself!! She really does invest herself into your event. I don't know how she does it but she makes the planning process seamless and makes you feel like your wedding is the most important event happening . No matter how many conversations/tex I had with Chrissie Sue she never made you feel like you were bothering her or crazy for bring in 11 bins of decorations like 98 crystal globes and 4 foot Field goal post lol and believe me when I say she was just excited to see all that bling as of I showing her. Talk about impressive like the morning of the wedding she personally came up to our room and greeted my daughter and I at the door with her bubbly self with a great big Good morning girls ...ask me to go with her to take a peek at the room. Well when she open the doors to show me the final look (Remember 98 crystal globe candle holders) , acrylic mirror silver name Place setting /photo booth magnets placed on and in everyone's napkins , Mr & Mrs lights,K&K lights, sequin runners,table cloths, tables settings etc etc details after detail 11 bins worth of stuff.... sooo the doors flew open OMGGG I was blown away I actually did stepped back a bit I was taken back by SURPRISE I couldn't comprehend at first what I was looking at or where are we I was trying to get my eyes to adjust to focus oh my God !! oh my God !! beyond my imagination in my wildest dreams think the room would look so beautiful absolutely stunning ! Actually I cried , All that hard work pay off !! Chrissie Sue work 17 hours that day made sure we were taken care of right to the end into the next morning "WOW " Chrissie Sue and her staff out did themselves!! Our wedding was the time of our lives that our friends and family continue to talk about!!!! The food was to die for, the room was spectacular, and Chrissie Sue was nothing short of a miracle worker. From start to finish she held our hands throughout the whole wedding process to make our dreams come to life! We were the first wedding in the newly renovated Revolution Ballroom and it is truly breathtaking. Every single detail of our wedding was flawless. Our guests told us how much they appreciated the flow of the wedding. From start to finish, everything was perfect. There was never any lag time to sit around and wait for the next thing to happen! Our ceremony flowed right into cocktail hour and kicked off right into our reception which flowed seamlessly everyone knowing exactly where to go and what to do! The food the food the food!!! The chef is AMAZING!!! I can't wait to go back for dinner just to eat the food again!!! The waitstaff and bartenders are so friendly and happy! We have not one complaint about our wedding! From the first meeting, to the day of the event, Chrissie Sue exceeded our expectations! With detailed checklists and organized meetings, Chrissie Sue helped to make the planning process manageable, efficient, and enjoyable. When looking for the venue for our wedding reception, we could tell from our first meeting that we would be in great hands at the Renaissance. After touring approximately 10 venues, it was clear that Chrissie Sue’s experience, knowledge, and excitement for event planning was above and beyond, and the Renaissance would be the best choice for our wedding reception. Chrissie Sue’s expertise in event planning led to a smooth and fun wedding reception that we are so grateful for! On the day of our reception, we received so many compliments from our guests about the service, the food, and all of the details of the event space. In addition, the service staff at the Renaissance, led by Kristin, was amazing! Our guests raved about the food and personalized service provided throughout the reception. We had our wedding here on June 23 and I cannot thank Chrissie Sue and the entire Renassiance staff enough! We had an amazing experience from the beginning of our planning to the day after our wedding. Chrissie Sue made it very easy and straight forward for us and was awesome to work with. We are so happy we went with this venue. Also, if you have a chance to book Pat the Patriot, I HIGHLY recommended it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Chrissie Sue and the entire staff at the renaissance are absolutely amazing. The list of vendors that they work with are awesome, they accommodate any and all food allergies with no problems (this was something that was important to me when booking a venue as I myself suffer from a food allergy). What I envisioned my wedding in my head to look like came to life at the renaissance and more!! I could not ask for a more perfect day and the entire event planning process was seemless. Highly,highly recommend considering the renaissance for ANY event!

From start to finish, our wedding planning experience with Renaissance Patriot Place was flawless, fun and easy. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Here are a few reasons why:
The Venue:
We hosted both our ceremony and our reception at the Renaissance, and it was beautifully orchestrated and set up. If you have any anxiety getting married in a hotel (I understand the pressure to get married somewhere unique), put those anxieties aside. The venue was stunning - the ceremony room was transformed into a gorgeous aisle, and the reception ballroom was stunning with the uplighting, Chivari chairs, and the perfectly sized dance floor. It’s also located in an area where your guests can stay the weekend and have a blast, before and after the wedding. The hotel rooms are top notch as well.
The Food:
We hosted our rehearsal dinner, our reception and a day-after brunch at the hotel, and every single meal served was delicious. It’s not often you go to a wedding and get phenomenal meals, and our guests loved the meals, and were constantly complimenting (and even surprised!) at how good it was! Endless compliments to the chef and kitchen staff on the amazing food.
The Staff:
Chrissie Sue Chubka is a master at her craft, and knows exactly how to plan your day, as well as how to run it the day of - she is organized, fun, and knows exactly what to do and when. Chrissie Sue, I hope you read this and know you are amazing at your job!
The event management, servers and bartenders at the Renaissance are also amazing. Sarah, Donna, Nicole (you ladies are awesome!) and team were so fun, kind and genuinely interested in making sure our experience was perfect.... and it was! Our guests continuously complimented how amazing the staff were. They truly made the experience that much more amazing.
Ease of Planning:
I can truly say that I was not stressed at all during the wedding planning process, or on the day of. That is due in no small part to the expertise of Chrissie Sue and her team, as they knew exactly what to do, what questions to ask, and more or less did everything. And for the services they didn’t provide (DJ, photography, etc) they had great recommendations, and worked with the vendors seamlessly so the event went off without a hitch.
Pat the Patriot:
If you have an opportunity as part of your package to have Pat the Patriot join your reception, do it! This was AMAZING. He absolutely made the evening, stayed even longer than he was hired for, and even stopped by after out of costume to chat and make sure we had a good time. You are incredible – thank you!
I truly can’t recommend the Renaissance enough. Our weekend was perfect and will be a memory that we, and our guests, will never forget!

Words can’t even begin to explain how amazing our experience was. Krista was phenomenal!! We had a 2 year engagement, and krista was there the whole way to answer any questions we had. As a bride, I never worried or questioned that things would go smoothly. We had an amazing ceremony and everyone had a blast at our reception. The Renaissance was the top venue on my list. Upon meeting Chrissie Sue, I was certain and confident that my wedding day would be perfect here. After meeting Krista, the coordinator, I could feel the stress melting away. Krista gave great suggestions and insight. She worked hard to help turn my NOLA vision into a reality. She developed a menu with New Orleans flare and even had caipirinhas added to the restaurant menu so that the alcohol would be available for our signature drinks!
The menu tasting was absolutely AMAZING! The chef even recreated a cultural dish that was very important to me. Unfortunately, the quality of food during the tasting did not match the day of the wedding. The soup was cold and the cheddar biscuits were definitely not the same. We had snapper at the tasting yet my guest were served salmon?! A few of my guests had to opt for the filet because they do not eat salmon although, the filet was superb.
My wedding favors were left on the bar. Guests were taking more than one and most did not receive one. My mother was pretty disappointed and not very happy as she took pride in these favors and wanted to pass them out to each family as they left.
I can say, that Krista did apologize and tried to make it right with a refund for the price difference between the snapper and salmon and some rewards points. She also mentioned that she wanted to have the chef recreate the wedding dinner (the correct way) for my husband and I as a personal touch and to "do something special" for us. Both my husband and I have tried to get in contact to schedule it and have yet to hear back.

So glad we found this gem! The Renaissance provided the best food and service by far, and so professional! Very impressive! Krista Little went above and beyond, worked tirelessly to help us create a wedding more beautiful than we could have imagined! Our wedding was small, only a little over 50 people, as it was a second wedding for both of us. I was delighted that The Renaissance was willing to host such a small wedding, as other venues require over 100 guests. This meant that we would not be relegated to some restaurant's little banquet dining room, but could host our wedding in a ball room, instead! Krista did an amazing job at planning and organizing, so that our wedding was both beautiful and intimate. She designed the layout so that it looked and felt elegant and the space did not make our small wedding of 53 guests feel lost in a large ballroom. In fact, everything was so impressive, that our guests raved about our wedding, literally for months after! Our cell phones were blowing up with texts from our guests, saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and they'd been to lots of weddings, as the average age of our guests was around 60. That is saying a lot!!! They all said the food was amazing, and the tables were absolutely beautiful, and vibe was elegant and so warm and intimate, which was exactly what we were trying to attain. Krista nailed it! Very classy! Our flowers were by Designing Images, one of the vendors approved by Renaissance, and the owner, Carole, did an amazing job! She listened carefully to my vision, and made it even better by adding a few extra touches. I was beyond thrilled when I saw the finished bouquets and centerpieces! These two women, Krista and Carole, are so creative and dedicated to their craft, you can't go wrong with them on your team! Thank you for helping us create the wedding of our dreams!

What a wonderful venue! My daughter's wedding was here last weekend and we could not have been happier with the hotel and staff. Chrissie Sue and Krista were both so easy to work with. Krista listened to what my daughter and her fiancé envisioned their wedding to be and made it happen. There were a lot of small details Krista made sure were taken care of. We had a little hiccup with one of the vendors the night before and Krista assured us not to worry she would get in touch with the vendor and take care of it, and she did just that. The staff the day of the wedding were professional and personable. They did a superb job making sure everyone was was taken care of. I don't think I realized just how much detail goes into planning a wedding. We didn't have to worry about most of those details, Krista and her staff took care of them. Brunch the morning after did not disappoint either. The selection of food was delicious. The tables even had some of the decorations left over from the night before. It was a nice touch. I don't think there is one thing I wish they could have done better, everything was excellent. I would highly recommend The Renaissance Hotel.

When we got engaged last winter, we knew that we wanted a fall wedding and started the search for a venue quickly. As huge Patriots fans, we thought what could be more fun than a wedding at Patriot’s Place. We met with Chrissie Sue whose knowledge, expertise, and passion is incredible. We booked immediately!
We were connected with our event manager, Krista, who similarly has vast knowledge and enthusiasm. She helped us through every step along the way and her suggestions were right on point and consistent with that of an expert in the field. Her responsiveness to e-mails, attention to detail, and upbeat personality is everything you want and need in an event manager. She will make you feel at ease throughout the entire process!
The event staff at the Renaissance is professional and friendly. The food was exquisite and so was the service. Krista helped us add some touches of Patriot’s Nation to our wedding including a personalized jersey as the guest book and an appearance by Pat the Patriot.
Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Our vision of our wedding night was a night filled with amazing food and drinks and nonstop dancing. The Renaissance made that happen and far exceeded our expectations.

There aren't enough positive words to describe our experience with the Renaissance at Patriot Place! From our first contact to the sales team, we were already impressed. When we had our tour and consultation, we immediately knew the Renaissance was going to be our venue. Not only did we love how fun and unique the hotel was, but we were blown away by the amazing staff. Chrissie Sue is nothing short of fantastic, and she made the entire planning process so simple and easy. About half way through our planning, we learned that Chrissie Sue would not be available for our wedding day, and we were transferred to another coordinator. Upon meeting Krista, we instantly knew we were in good hands. Like Chrissie Sue, Krista listened to our vision, made great suggestions, and made everything come to life. She was with us on the day of our wedding, and she made sure it was perfect. Even though Chrissie Sue couldn't be there on our wedding day, she took time out of her busy life to call my room just to chat and say congrats. Once again, I was blown away by her kindness and thoughtfulness. These traits were evident in the entire staff, including the head chef (forgive me for forgetting his name!). He met with us at our tasting and customized our menu to fit our tastes and personalities (pierogies hors d'oeuvres for two Polish families?! It was a hit!). Our guests are still raving about how good the food was! Thank you, Chrissie Sue, Krista, and the Renaissance for a wonder experience and a perfect wedding day!

My husband and I got married on NYE at the Renaissance Hotel. Everything was perfect. The decor of the hotel in itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Chrissy Sue did an amazing job with booking the venue for our big day and answered all of my questions. Krista, our event coordinator, stayed in touch throughout the entire process and always answered any questions I had (even if they were ridiculous). She understood my vision for the wedding and helped me pick linens/decor that matched my theme. If there was anything wrong or awry behind the scenes, she made sure I never knew about it. The food is DELICIOUS. My guests have been complimenting the food and I've even heard from some that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Everything was convenient in terms of the hotel providing lists of vendors to reach out to that they partner with- there was no guess work or searching and costs were always disclosed up front when working within the package you choose with the hotel. I cannot thank Krista and the Renaissance enough for making my wedding day everything I ever wanted. I wouldn't change a thing!

My husband and I were married on November 25, 2016 - only a short 7 months after he had proposed. Needless to say, once we picked our date, decisions needed to be made fast. I was lucky enough to work with Chrissie Sue Chubka. She made the whole wedding planning process seamless. At no point did I feel like deadlines wouldn't be met or that I had less options because of the short timeframe. Everything from the teamwork, food & ballroom to the hotel itself was perfect.
Chrissie Sue - I don't know how she does it but she is phenomenal at what she does. Her fun, energetic personality never dims and she really invests herself into your event. She put an extra special touch to everything. She was also aware of our budget and respected it to the very end. Her whole team felt like they were part of the family. She made my husband and I feel like royalty. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
Food - Oh my goodness, the food. AMAZING. We had the filet and roasted chicken for our guests - EVERYONE raved about it. Our passed d’oeuvres were on point and I wish we could have them every week! And visually they looked like artwork!
Ballroom - We had our ceremony in the Patriot Ballroom. It was a perfect spot. The room gave us the soft, intimate feel as we said I do. The reception was in the Revolution Ballroom. When we were announced by the DJ and saw the room for the first time, I was blown away. The whole room was stunning and by far exceeded what I was expecting. No matter how many conversations I had with Chrissie Sue or the endless questions/comments, I still never expected in my wildest dreams that my wedding would be as perfect as it was.

Our main focus going into our wedding was overall convenience for our guests while still maintaining an amazing feel. The Renaissance did more than deliver!! Working with Chrissie Sue was the best part of our wedding planning process. She was so thorough in her details and explanations that we knew exactly what to expect. I'm sure some venues can me you feel like you are just another client, but working with Chrissie Sue made me feel like I was planning my wedding with an old friend. Any question or issue we had was responded to quickly and always with the utmost professionalism. The day of wedding coordination was what really set Chrissie Sue and the Renaissance apart. Most weddings have small hiccups (some big) but our hiccups were barely felt because of the attention both Chrissie Sue and her staff gave our wedding. Our wedding guests were in awe with the ease of their stay and the flow of events. I couldn't recommend this venue more, more so because of the level of service Chrissie Sue provides to her clients. There's working with someone who is just doing their job and then there's working with someone who absolutely loves their job, and that makes all the difference.

We just had our wedding yesterday at The Renaissance Hotel in Foxborough and felt we needed to leave a review immediately because we were blown away with the final product of the last 15 months of planning. Krista is AMAZING! She was very responsive with emails and phone calls, she ensured she would take care of any and all requests- which she did and she transformed out thoughts and visions perfectly! It was a night we will never forget. The hotel blocked rooms for our guests, were very accommodating to everyone and treated us like royalty. The beds are crazy comfortable! The food was awesome! We have not heard 1 bad thing about the food. The options were great and the final product was very tasty. The packages they offer will suite your every need and are a great deal for what is out there for wedding costs these days. We also held a rehearsal brunch and a post-wedding breakfast at the hotel and these were equally as good from a space, decoration, options, food and flawless execution standpoint. This was the 1st place we looked at for a venue and from day 1, we knew there was no other place that would measure up to this one. We cant say enough about the front desk staff, the wait staff, bartenders...everyone involved. And most of all Krista- you want her to be your event coordinator! We can promise you that! We will be back to this venue for future event needs.

When I first met with Christie about booking my wedding I knew the Renaissance was a perfect venue for my wedding reception! I wanted the feel of a Boston ballroom wedding without my guests having to drive to Boston. The Renaissance provides an elegant atmosphere with a modern feel and has a great location for out of town guests with all there is to do in Patriots Place! Along with that a block of rooms come with all their wedding packages which was perfect since we had over half our guests staying overnight! We mostly worked with Chrissie Sue and Krista who both were amazing! They were extremely attentive to all our needs and available at any time to answer any questions we had. They respond to emails very quickly which was especially important the last few weeks before the wedding. They really helped us navigate the wedding process and boy do they know how to run an event!! Their attention to detail made our wedding go off flawlessly ( and made the planning process a breeze). We set our date only 6 months in advance and they both helped us stay on track and put us at ease during our meetings.
I have to say our wedding was perfect! We owe a lot to that to the amazing staff at the Renaissance! Everything went on schedule and I can't tell you how important it was to have an event coordinator like Krista who made sure we were on schedule. She also communicated with all our vendors the week of the wedding. This was especially important with the band since they need to know every detail of the night. This took so much stress off our plates. We went with the Boston Chic package which gave us everything we needed. The nice thing was they take care of everything! No need to find a caterer, bakery or uplighting company because the package includes all of that including table cloths and center pieces (chivari chairs are included which can run you as high as $10 per chair at other venues). We were shocked when we went to Icing on the cake in Newton and all the little extras and additions we wanted were ALREADY included in the price!! They offer you a lot for the money you pay. Weddings are not cheap but the cost of the Renaissance was similar to other places we looked but included much much more!!
Along with that they have places close by to take photos we opted for Bird Park in Walpole, but the Cranberry bog behind bass pro shops is nice as well.
The food at the Renaissance is AMAZING! We are still getting many compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They offer traditional dishes with a unique flair (we had such a hard time picking the appetizers because they all tasted so good). They are also willing to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions (something other wedding venues did not do). They will work with you to create the perfect menu and offer a private tasting with the head chef (other venues have group tastings with other brides).
The service at our wedding was impeccable. Waiters went around to all the tables to see if anyone needed anything. We also got many comments from our guests about the great service they received! The staff especially paid close attention to the head table and my parents.
I highly recommend the Renaissance to anyone looking to have a ballroom wedding with a modern feel. Our guests had the best time and the staff will not disappoint!! Take a tour and you will not want to get married anywhere else!

Our experience with Chrissie Sue in planning our daughter's wedding was beyond our expectations. Her attention to detail and her creative ideas made for a beautiful wedding, all created in a 6 week time frame. She was there for us from day one all the way through the evening of the wedding. I can not say enough amazing things about Chrissie Sue and the wedding she put together for me! My husband and I had to plan a wedding in just a little over a month and she made it as stress free as possible. She was so fun, outgoing, extremely professional and well organized. Chrissie knew exactly what she was doing. I was having a pretty small wedding and didn't have too much input on what I wanted because to be honest, I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I picked the basic things (colors, flower style, etc.) and trusted her for the rest. When I arrived the morning of my wedding everything was way more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She had everything set up so perfectly. She even went out of her way to buy a few things with her own money to make the rooms that much more special. She went above and beyond to do things that were outside of her job description including being my photographer last second lol. Her communication and hard work from the moment I met with her until the very last second of my wedding was exceptional. I have and will continue to recommend her to others. Thanks again Chrissie!!

Chrissie Sue blew us all away with her amazing skills as an event planner during a wedding I was recently in. She was so on top of her game and always 5 steps ahead of what was happening and what needed to get done next . She was extremely organized, enthusiastic and just a pleasure to be around . Chrissie Sue truly knows how important these special days are for her guests and does everything in her power to make sure their experience is stress free. I also happen to know her on a personal level and I know how dedicated she is to her job . I loved seeing her in her element. Best wedding planner ever!

Where do I begin Chrissie Sue is Amazing she was there every step of the way, on her hands and knees placing the runner on the outside terrace making sure it was just right placing the bows and flowers on the chairs. she even fixed my sisters shoe and at the reception went to every table to make sure everything was OK. The guests are still talking about how wonderful Chrissie Sue and the staff were.

My husband and I had our wedding (ceremony & reception) at the Renaissance in March of this year. From the first email I sent inquiring about the venue, Chrissie Sue was quick and efficient with her responses, and she had answers for all of the many questions I had. We knew before the end of our initial meeting with her at the hotel that the Renaissance was where we wanted to get married. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are attentive and experienced, and Chrissie Sue was wonderful! I'm not sure Marisa knew what she was in for when she became our event coordinator, but we couldn't have hand-selected someone more perfect to help us plan our big day. She took most of the stress out of planning out all the details by making sure we stuck to our timeline and remained on track with all of our preparations. She was wonderful in addressing any and all concerns or questions we had along the way, and having her by our sides throughout our entire wedding weekend was so comforting. Chrissie Sue, Marisa and the amazing staff at The Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel really did provide us with the wedding of our dreams!

Andrew and I were married in April of this year and had our reception (or as we called it "a big party" at the Renaissance hotel at patriot place. We absolutely loved working with Marisa and Chrissie Sue. Marisa made our party everything we envisioned and more. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! The back drop of Gillette stadium can't be beat either. We had a blast that weekend, exploring the grounds of patriot placed and the hospitality from all of the hotel staff to or guest was five star! We had the most amazing wedding experience with the Renaissance at Patriot Place. Chrissie Sue, is phenomenal. She made the whole process fun and easy and was with us every step of the way to ensure she captured our vision. We even received compliments from our bridal party about how good and on top of her game she is. While the venue is of course beautiful and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful what really made our experience so amazing was working with our coordinator. You can find plenty of pretty hotels out there you but can't find another Chrissie Sue.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Renaissance Boston Patriots Place Hotel!! Chrissy sue is amazing! She is at the top of her game! I am a high end hairstylist, I'm all about customer service and treating your client right. I'm also very picky and know how I want things but I was not worried at all! Chrissy sue nailed it! She was the first person we met with and I knew she was the girl for us. The planning process was amazing and fun! I enjoyed the whole process! I left our meetings excited about my big day, never stressed or worried. Chrissy sue was so helpful with the big things and the little things! From having suggestions on how to fold your napkins on the tables (who knew there were options?!) to big mishaps! On the big day she was the first helping to get a lipstick stain off the flower girls dress (my daughter) minutes before the ceremony. No detail was left un turned. The Renaissance has endless options and Chrissy sue will help your dream come alive! We had a lounge feel at our wedding with couches and high tables lining that dance floor. We splurged and rented glitter table cloths and
Runners! We had high, very full flower arrangements accompanied by glistening fairy lights.We also rented uplights, hired a rocking DJ Lou (unique sounds) and a photo booth.The room was brought to life with glitter and class! We even rented the Gronk bus for transpertation. Whatever your ideas are Chrissy sue will do everything she can to help you make it happen at the hotel. My goal was to have the most fun ,upbeat ,loving , sparkling wedding : ) and I would say we nailed it! We love New England and everything it has to offer. Having Gillette stadium in the background was huge for us! The Coldplay concert was the night of the wedding which really made the area come to life. We wouldn't of changed a thing about our wedding. It was the 2nd best day of my life (my daughter being born #1) . Thank you Chrissy sue and the great staff at the wedding.

Sara and I could not be any happier with the Renaissance or Chrissie Sue and how amazing she is. Everything went perfectly the day of our wedding; and it's all thanks to Chrissie Sue. Things were seamless with her around, from the minute we signed the agreement, to the last minute of our reception. She had a fantastic attitude, smile and personality! She is by far the most impressive events coordinator I have ever worked with. The hotel room and staff were also so awesome! Thank you for making the most important day of my life, amazing!

The Renaissance was the first venue that my husband and I visited, and we were both in love from the second we saw it. We wanted to have our reception in a hotel so that all of our guests (who are mostly from out of town) could book rooms in the same location as the reception. But we didn’t want a stuffy or boring hotel ballroom - we wanted something modern to match the style we were envisioning for the wedding. The Renaissance is not boring or stuffy by any means. I love the décor in and around the Patriot ballroom, it really went with (and inspired!) the overall look for our reception. (Side note: the silver balls on the wall were a hit, everything thought they were awesome and took many pictures with them). And Chrissie Sue is the best. She answered every question we had about the smallest detail during the 1.5 years we worked with her, and she never made me feel like I was crazy for caring about what color the table number frames are or what the font looks like. And she has so much experience that she can probably run a wedding blindfolded with her hands tied behind her back. We got many compliments on how incredibly organized our wedding was and people were impressed that everything ran on time! I’m a detail-oriented person who doesn’t always like to give up control, but I felt completely comfortable leaving everything day-of the wedding in Chrissie Sue’s hands, and was not disappointed. I didn’t worry about a single detail all night. Also, the food at the Renaissance was amazing. My husband has a culinary background so he has very high standards, and he was very pleased. We got a ton of compliments on the food. If any of this sounds like what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to pick the Renaissance Boston Patriot Place for your wedding. I’m so glad we did!

From the moment I met Chrissie Sue at a wedding show at Demetri’s in Nov of 2014, I knew I would ultimately choose the Renaissance at Patriot Place as my wedding venue. It was so perfect and the packages were just what my fiancé and I were looking for. We worked largely with Marisa Dunn on the day to day logistics and she was absolutely fantastic! I asked a lot of questions and she answered them quickly and always made sure she was doing as much as she could for us. I work in PR and I’m used to being the one running the show and I was beyond confident that Marisa was going to make everything go smoothly on the big day. From making sure the guys were where they needed to be, from organizing the first look down by the cranberry bogs (a BEAUTIFUL spot for pictures behind Bass Pro Sports), to helping manage the vendors – I couldn’t have asked for more from Marisa through the wedding planning process. She’s a true professional and felt like we were good friends by the end of everything. She helped me plan a breakfast the next morning for the guests that stayed that was also wonderful. My fiancé and some friends went to the Patriots game the next day and I was worried about leaving all the wedding stuff with them while we were at the game and they assured me it would be locked up and whenever I was ready to go, they would get everything ready to go for us and they did. So impressed by everything at this venue and I know many of the guests were too. Thank you to Chrissie Sue, Malia, Marisa and any staff member that we encountered during our weekend there. The staff of the Renaissance at Patriot Place knows weddings that’s for sure.

We originally looked at a venue near the hotel and were really turned off by how unwelcoming the people were. We decided to check out the Renaissance and it was the best decision ever! Chrissie Sue was so bubbly and welcoming! She sat with us for almost two hours going over every detail possible before a contract was even mentioned! She doesn't miss a detail and does everything in her power to make sure your day is nothing less than perfect. Chrissie Sue and Malia answered every crazy bride email very quickly and was always very nice about everything! The venue was transformed into a beautiful fairy tale wedding! It didn't even look like the room when it's empty! She reminded me over and over to have different size safety pins for it is very likely my bustle will break. 5 minutes of having it bustled someone stepped on it. She fixed it 3 times for me!! We got sooo many compliments on the food too! The filet was made PERFECT! The next morning at breakfast the whole wait staff was amazing and super nice! Vic quickly got tables together for us and made sure we had water asap for he knew we needed to re-hydrate after the night. Monique, the day time front desk supervisor, was always super friendly and even personally delivered the left over welcome boxes and waters. The only problem I think out of the whole weekend was the night time supervisor was rude and unprofessional and put a real damper on the end of the night but that was literally the only problem and couldn't ruin how amazing the actual wedding was and everyone else that is staffed there is the nicest people on earth. I had almost zero stress and that is the best feeling on your wedding day! You wouldn't be disappointed at all!

From the minute we stepped into the Renaissance, we knew it was going to be hard to find a better venue for our wedding. After many appointments, visiting some of the top wedding venues in the area, the Renaissance remained at the top of our list. It was Chrissie Sue’s enthusiastic, personable and detailed meetings and conversations that made our decision so easy. After we booked the Renaissance for our wedding, our relationship with Chrissie Sue and the rest of the hotel staff only grew stronger. They exceeded all of our expectations making sure that every detail about our wedding was well planned, organized, communicated and executed. We are so grateful and fortunate to have had Chrissie Sue a part of our big day and cannot thank her and her staff enough for helping put together such a memorable event.
