My husband and I got married at Renault back in April. From the day we signed to our day the people at Renault did an amazing job making everything smooth and flawless. This was the first venue we visited and we signed the next day because of how beautiful it was. We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We can't say enough great things about Renault Winery. Zeynep G. was a pleasure to work with as she made the process smooth and easy. The whole wedding planning process was stress free and very organized when working with the Renault team. We would recommend this venue to everyone!!!

Renault is a gorgeous venue, food was phenomenal and reported as such by dozens and dozens of people including our New York family. I know there has been a lot of trashing of Renault lately regarding their food and I’m left with either those people are really picky/unhappy with everything put in front of them, or they had a quick turnaround after seeing reviews/comments from places like here. But we had no issues with food. The flow day of was flawless, I had about 3 people from Renault nearby constantly and anything we needed was immediately in front of us. They were kind, quick, respectful, I couldn’t ask for more. Our wedding day was a dream, absolutely perfect! The only reason I’m rating 7.5/10 is for how poor the communication was leading up to the wedding. I had to send a minimum of 3 emails to get a response, waiting a week between each email I would send knowing that Renault is busy. I had made several excuses for Renault for how many weddings they host and told myself that when it was my time they would be attentive. Week of the wedding we had several things that needed to be discussed (unfortunate deaths in the family and hospitalizations) and even then I had to email or call multiple times to get a response. At that point I had really reached my wits end and gave up on communication. If you are not 100% on your game and planning the wedding yourself or with another vendor, I would not book with Renault. I did not feel valued, important, or really like they cared at all up until the wedding day. I am unsure if this has to do with my specific assigned staff member, but communication with Renault was the worst part of the entire wedding process. I’m happy with the end result but the 1.5 years of planning beforehand were such a big headache that I would really and truly ensure you’re confident in your planning skills before going with them as a vendor. One final qualm I had was that they had made an error with how much we owed them by over $6,000. I had tried to talk with them once about it at our tasting but was quickly brushed off that it was correct. Then I went home and crunched all of the numbers and realized it was in fact wrong so I sent an email asking where the extra $6k+ was coming from and eventually got a response that it was an error and the final balance was adjusted. This created doubt and I never got to see the final itemized bill for final add ons the month before the wedding and am left questioning if I overpaid or not but at this point I’m not interested in reaching out multiple times to get a response. All of this to say I still had the most amazing day and the end result was flawless and everything I hoped it would be!

We got married a couple of weeks ago and it could not have been more perfect, largely in part thanks to the staff at Renault. We worked with Zeynep throughout the year while planning and the process could not have been better. She was so kind, professional, and on top of everything. It made the year so much less stressful and more fun to know that everything was taken care of. The actual wedding weekend was seamless - all the staff at Renault are lovely and amazing at their jobs. We were originally considering hiring an outside day-of coordinator and I am so glad we didn't because the coordinators at Renault were on top of everything. It made the day so special and stress-free. It was also a huge plus to have all the wedding events onsite - all the event spaces are gorgeous, the food is delicious, and we could not have been happier with how things went. If you're looking for a venue that does it all, this is it.

We had our wedding reception at Renault Winery, and it was truly the best day. The venue is absolutely stunning and the team at Renault went above and beyond every step of the way. Our event coordinator, Zeynup, was attentive, professional, and helped us bring our vision together. Aside from the ceremony, everything else was done on site, from getting ready, pre-wedding events, reception, and our after party, and the entire staff helped plan and coordinate to make the day as seamless as possible, while making sure not only us, but our guests were comfortable. Our top priority for the wedding was food/drinks and Renault delivered. The head chef welcomed us to make requests to make a menu that we wanted and he was so accommodating. Our guests are not only raving about the beauty of renualt, but also the delicious food and drinks throughout the evening. We are so grateful to Renault for an unforgettable experience!

I cannot rave more about Renault and their staff. I first worked with Breanna during our planning process and she was genuinely the most accommodating and amazing person to plan with. She truly makes you feel seen and cared for before the wedding day is even there. Once we arrived for our wedding weekend, we were taken care of from start to finish - from the hotel staff, to the restaurant, to the rehersal dinner and the actual wedding day. We felt like royalty. We worked with Jaynese as my coordinator and Faith/Sarah as her assists and they were unreal. They made sure we had a drink in hand at all times and were fed and just fully having the best day of our lives. I cant even imagine all the work they did without us even realizing to make it successful. Overall I would book my wedding day at Renault 1000 times over. It was an incredible weekend and we were simply obsessed with how everything came out.

Our wedding day at Renault was absolutely magical truly the best day ever! From start to finish, Angela, Faith, Meghan, and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing. I definitely recommend requesting them. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every little detail ensured that our day was seamless and stress-free. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we felt so well taken care of. The venue itself is breathtaking, if you're considering booking a wedding at Renault, don’t think twice! The team and the venue together create an unforgettable experience that every bride and groom deserve. We couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Our experience with Renault Winery and Resort has been nothing short of exceptional! We first had our venue tour back in Dec ’23 and after meeting Breanna Carey we didn’t look any further. Our wedding was a 250+ people Indian ceremony in March ’25 in the Champagne Ballroom, lunch in the Vineyard Ballroom, and the reception and farewell brunch in the Champagne Ballroom. The venue itself is beautiful, and the food, atmosphere, etc., all made our wedding so memorable. We are still getting compliments on how lovely everything was. Our experiences with Breanna and the Renault staff were perfect, any concerns we had were handled quickly, and there was no point that I felt like I had to truly wait for a response. Everyone was beyond accommodating, making sure all our small requests were followed, from s’mores tart and apple cobbler offered during dessert to having an extra table in my hotel room for hair and makeup. There was no point where we were told they couldn’t handle something. Wedding day, everything was smooth sailing with our timeline followed and everyone having the best time! Our experience was everything we wanted and more! I can’t recommend Renault and especially Breanna Carey enough! Thank you to Breanna, Jay, Rylee, Jessica, and Cathy! It wouldn’t have been the same without all your help!

I will start by saying that the grounds at Renault are gorgeous. We got many beautiful photos for our wedding and we truly enjoyed the sights. Dealing with Renault Winery however, was a complete nightmare. Renault has a very high turnover in employees which made it difficult for our emails and questions to be answered leading up to our big day. We were assigned multiple event coordinators, multiple day of coordinators and assigned multiple hotel block staff over the course of our wedding planning. To this day there are still emails we sent that were never answered. My spouse and I stayed at Chateau Renault a few months before our wedding as a trip for my mother in law. We wanted to show her around Renault. Renault's hotel staff was extremely rude to us during our stay. I had voiced my concern to our event coordinator that I was worried about hotel staff being rude to our guests on our wedding day. A Renault manager called and apologized to me and assured me that this issue would be taken seriously and that their hotel staff would never showcase that behavior again. Cut forward to our actual wedding day. The hotel staff was indeed VERY nasty to our guests. My Maid of Honor and my mother were upset because one hotel staff asked them if they "knew how to read" because they inquired about what the price was for the weekend. Another one of our guests staying over complained to us that hotel staff rolled their eyes at them when they asked for a welcome bag that was sitting on the floor behind the desk. We had been assured that all of our guests would receive welcome bags (which we had worked on and put together) so we were surprised that our guests relayed how hotel staff treated them. Usually when you check into a hotel, you are greeted and welcomed. Hence the welcome bag. But our guests relayed to us that staff was cold, rude and unfriendly. I am embarrassed that our guests had to encounter this while all they wanted to do was to celebrate a wedding weekend. I was upset that staff could speak to people in such a degrading manner. The day of our wedding we had our day-of-coordinator who started the morning with us. She was very helpful while we got ready for photos. For the night of the wedding, we were told Renault provides one bridal attendant who is with you the entire time and the day of coordinator. During our reception, after our first dances, our day of coordinator completely disappeared. After cake cutting, BOTH our coordinator and assistant disappeared and we never saw either of them again. It wasn't until after our after party ended that we had went to gather our belongings in the Winemakers Hall storage room and the lights were turned off on us. We asked a nearby bartender if they could power back the lights, and they went and found our coordinator. We asked her where she was all night and she said "setting up for your after party of course!" in a joking manner. Mind you, this was after our after party had already ended and we were headed back to the hotel for the night. We had not seen her for HOURS. We were promised a coordinator and an assistant for our wedding for the entire night. We paid for a coordinator and an assistant. We tipped for a coordinator and an assistant. We were not given that coordinator and assistant. Had we known Renault would not uphold their promise, we would have hired our own outside coordinator/day of wedding planner. One of the biggest reasons why we picked Renault as a wedding venue was because we were promised these coordinators to help us for the night. There were points in the evening where we needed help and there was no one there to help us. Our vendors were asking us where their final payments were. We had no idea where our coordinator was with those payments. I, as a bride had to run around my own wedding trying to find their payments. After almost 15 minutes of searching for our day-of coordinator, our vendors took over. Multiple vendors of ours had to go into the kitchen and ask around for our coordinator. Instead of dancing and mingling with my guests, I had to manage and coordinate issues myself. We had been promised that our coordinator and assistant would manage these issues, but that was not the case. Our band had dismissed for dinner and there was no food for them. There was suppose to be a set schedule that Renault and our day-of coordinator designed with us, and the schedule was not followed nor were there any coordinators to help figure things out. We were on our own. As a bride, I should not be the Maitre'd of my own wedding and telling people where to go. The whole organization of Renault is a mess. We were also suppose to have a wedding rehearsal the afternoon of our wedding. Our day-of coordinator never came to find us during our photos as she had promised she would. We were getting ready for our actual ceremony when we finally found her and she said "let's do a super quick rehearsal!" Our guests were already starting to arrive at that point. We had to rush our bridesmaids and families down the aisle, when our rehearsal was suppose to be hours earlier. As a result, our guests saw us before the ceremony, which we were trying to avoid. We were also told that cake would be served to our guests at their tables. At a certain point in the night, a huge line forms wrapping around the entire dance floor and reception area where people were in line for cake. Cake was apparently being served in the cocktail hour hallway. Our coordinator had originally promised us she would help us to manage crowds, but again she was no where to be found. The Vineyard Ballroom where we had our reception was also very hot. For the majority of our reception, the air conditioning had broken. At one point in the night, staff did come and fix this problem, but we did have guests complaining to us that they were over heating. We booked our wedding at the end of 2022 for a 2024 wedding. We had a contract for certain prices and menu items. There were a few instances where room block employees told us that fees were a certain price, but our contract stated otherwise. We had to argue and present our contract for them to adjust prices accordingly. We felt the vibe that Renault is a "gotcha" type of place. We recognize that weddings are expensive, and the industry is fast growing. But, speaking with many friends who have gotten married the same year as us, they never had that sleazy vibe that we got from our wedding venue. We always felt Renault was trying to take advantage and if we did not continuously present our contract to protect ourselves, they would get over on us. One down side which was uncontrollable, is that there are many random Renault restaurant guests who watch ceremonies. In the background of many of our ceremony photos and our video, you can see random people watching and standing near us. During the ceremony, Renault staff never asked people to leave or give us privacy. That made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in how our wedding day was conducted. We truly regret picking Renault Winery as our wedding venue. We were looking forward to coming back to Renault to celebrate anniversaries, but I could never stomach going back to Renault again. We trusted Renault to follow through on promises that we paid a great deal of money to have, and they did not deliver. We can only warn future brides of the mess that is Renault Winery.

This review is coming from a vendor's perspective. My company has been lucky enough to provide wedding entertainment at Renault Winery on multiple occasions and most recently on 12/14/24. Jaynese (Coordinator) and her staff on site were more than accommodating! As a fellow wedding vendor, it's imperative that entertainment works in unison with all vendors involve within the course of a wedding day. I must say that Jaynese and her staff were, by far, one of the easiest and most talented teams I've had the pleasure of working with. When my clients book weddings at Renault, I truly look forward to the experience because I know their expectations are just as high as mine. Can't wait to be back soon!

Our wedding was great! The staff was beyond helpful and super accommodating the entire time. One thing to note is that communication during the early stages was a bit stressful but the sales manager and entire team definitely made up for it in the end! Vineyard Ballroom was absolutely perfect for what we needed and our guests loved it. Food is amazing and alcohol was strong! 5 stars! Thank you, Renault!

The Renault team was exceptional to work with- specifically our coordinator Angela who is an absolute rockstar. I can't tell you the number of guests who told us it was one of the best and most beautiful weddings they have ever been to - and that was definitely in large part due to the Renault team. Staff- incredible, food- incredible, grounds- incredible.

AMAZING venue! Everything was perfect from start to finish! Our wedding was 8/17/24 and guests are still telling us how they enjoyed themselves and the venue! The Renault was beautiful, food was plentiful, and the staff was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at Renault Winery & Resort in April 2024. With the help of their INCREDIBLE staff members - we experienced one of the best days of our life. From the beginning of the planning process, Renault’s staff was more than helpful and accommodating. They do not just see each wedding as an opportunity to make money, but instead an opportunity to create the best possible wedding for the couple they are assisting. There was constant communication with staff members leading up to the big day - to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. The tasting was so incredible - and the amount of food options is amazing, especially if you have any dietary restrictions in the family! For the day of the event; we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding! We had multiple venue coordinators there with us throughout our entire day (shout out Jaynese & Johana I LOVE YOU BOTH) so that if there was anything we needed they were there to get it for us! I wanted a wedding experience in which I would not have to worry on the day of - I just wanted to show up and have fun. With the help of this venue and their amazing staff that was more than possible for us. I could not recommend this venue enough - our guests were raving about the gorgeous property, delicious food, and incredible staff to this day!

Renault Winery was extremely helpful and diligent throughout the entire wedding experience. We didn't have a planner and Renault made the process so much easier with their excellent team and staff. The day of staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A particular shout-out to Angela and Tara, both of whom were excellent the day of. Angela was our coordinator and made our day magical and organized. She was professional, patient, and helpful. Tara helped both of us (bride and groom) and was immensely helpful the day of with the bridal dress and helping us travel around. She was attentive and helpful!

We had our wedding at Renault Winery in the Vineyard Ballroom this August 2024. It was the most magical day. We took over a year and a half to plan the wedding and Jaynese was there with us through it all. She never left any questions unanswered and she always made us feel so at ease that the wedding day would go smooth. The day of the wedding Jaynese and all of Ranaults staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! I couldn't thank them enough. 100% recommend Renault Winery for your wedding day!

We just got married at Renault on Friday 7/12 and let me say it was the best wedding ever! The whole Renault team was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Nicole, our coordinator, was very professional and extremely helpful during the whole process leading up to and on the big day! We worked with Morgan for our night before and she also did an amazing job at making sure everything was taking care of. Along with Rylee, she also made everything run smooth and such a big help! The food was amazing, the place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is just fantastic to work with!

Renault was beautiful and a dream come true. I got married in the Vineyard Ballroom. The wedding venue does it for itself, the landscape and details are gorgeous, and our guests could not stop talking about it. The staff were professional and pleasant. My main coordinator was Nicole B. and she worked at Renault. She did a fabulous job, she was very detailed and responsive. She was there throughout the day when I needed her for help, her AM and PM assistance were also a pleasure to work with.

When my Fiancé and I pulled into the Renault parking lot I knew we were getting married here, it was just a matter of when. After 18 long months of waiting our day was absolutely PERFECT. The staff were unbelievable. Special shout out to our assistant Trevon who literally was a god sent angel. Running all over to help me change my shoes, get my bouquet, carrying my dress & making sure I had everything I needed. Angela was an amazing coordinator and was super attentive to every little detail provided. Our guest raved about the food, especially the potato’s at dinner and the Asian food station during cocktail hour. The venue is beautiful and we got so many compliments across the board! Would highly recommend having your wedding or event here!
