Shew, where to even begin! We also like a lot of couples had to postpone due to the pandemic and were supposed to be married in 2021. We finally got married on February 26th 2022 and it was magical! I will say that Shane and I are both fairl...y easy going people to begin with, so our expectations could be different than most. We expected that there will be minor glitches for such a big event, but weren't concerned. We were going to be totally happy just getting to marry one another! But, Renault Winery and there team blew us away! Gabrielle was our wedding coordinator/attendant for the day and she was incredible. Leading up to this day, she made sure to connect with us and if we needed anything done (like contacting vendors and setting up meetings as we used Elegance Imagined), she did it. I was slightly stressed the month leading up to the wedding and she made sure to make me feel at ease. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard, but having her made it so much easier. We did ALL of our wedding décor and flowers ourselves as my Mom and I are into décor/design and had a field day with bargain shopping and planning for this event. With that being said, we were lucky to be able to get into the Vineyard Ballroom the day before as there was no wedding and decorate (put all the table décor together, set up our arch and ceremony space, and everything else. The day of, Gabby and her team assisted with the final touches by placing additional floral décor, vases, etc. in areas where they thought best, as well as setting up our cocktail hour which due to weather in February, would be in Café de Fleur (highly recommend this as a cocktail hour space if you are doing indoors and using the Vineyard Ballroom) - this was Gabby's idea from our 60 day meeting. Gabby also did our cake flowers which were stunning! We also got super lucky to have Kailey jump in halfway through the day who is also amazing. Between the two of them, we had the legit dream team. Once the ceremony started and from that moment on, Shane and I were fed (literally, they made sure we ate), kept hydrated constantly (I don't think I had a glass go empty once), and if we needed anything, it was done right away. When we asked to dim the lights, it was done. When we asked to start speeches, it was done. We were taken to the best spots for pictures within the winery also. Gabby and Kailey bustled my dress which looked absolutely beautiful! And the food! Crazy enough, the food was better on our wedding day than during our tasting. Everyone at the wedding raved about how amazing the cocktail hour food, dinner entrees, and desert table were. We couldn't agree more! The servers, bartenders, and everyone else in between there that day made our day the best one ever. We couldn't be more thankful!
Our minor glitches consisted of morning routine with getting a mimosa bar and coffee which we had paid for prior. As well as when the groom arrived, needing to find someone to get drinks for everyone. I personally think these are super small things though and were barely noticed by myself - just my Mother. Once Gabby arrived though, she talked with her and all was fine :)
Overall, you can't beat the stunning ballroom options, the views, wedding team, service, food, preferred vendor list from Elegance Imagined (photographer - Kartheek Photo, DJ - Schaffer Sound DJs, officiant - Denise Smith, and har stylist - Creations by Mia) all from it and were incredible!!! 10/10!
