The team at Renee's Limousines was great to work with leading up to the wedding and the drivers were wonderful on the day-of! They helped transport our wedding party and our guests between a hotel, church, and reception venue in St. Paul (despite messy construction) all day and night. They were even willing to do a couple trips for our family that weren't pre-planned. Thank you so much!

We hired a shuttle bus through Renee's Limousines for our wedding ceremony and reception. They were very helpful when we were creating our shuttle timeline to ensure our guests arrived at our ceremony on time from two hotels.

We had an amazing experience working with Renee’s for our wedding!! We had Josh and Scott for our wedding day and then a complicated last-minute transport from our venue town (Hastings) to the Minnesota State Fair for our day after brunch!! They were so easy to work with and handled very complicated logistics no problem! The drivers were very safe, kind, patient, friendly, and flexible, and the vans nice and super clean! Excellent communication, very helpful and patient drivers, they let us go a little bit over the time without ANY concern at all. A big portion of our guests were from out of town, so it was important that we get a shuttle service to and from the hotel and Renee's was fantastic. Everyone said the bus was great, it was on-time and super convenient. We made multiple adjustments to our booking before our reception date, and they rolled with all of them and made all run smoothly.

We booked the "40 passenger executive coach" as advertised on the website. The booking confirmation and the contract had the information for that bus. The bride had used this company before and had been on the bus that we booked. Without communicating with us, the company "upgraded" our bus and sent a larger 50 passenger executive coach that was not nearly as luxurious. The bus that was sent was not like the images provided for the "40 passenger executive" and felt more like a coach for a long road trip. The driver was also not professionally dressed in a black suit and tie as advertised on their website. The driver of the bus contacted the bride on the day of our wedding stating that he was doing a dry run in his car for the first time. The driver stated that there was absolutely no way he could take the larger bus they had "upgraded" us to through the entrance of the college campus because the turn into the entrance was too sharp for that large of a bus. We provided the driver with a map of the campus that included multiple entry points and routes to the chapel. Only one of the entrances was closed for construction. The main gate was open. The driver continued to call and text asking questions throughout the entire morning about the route, If the route was going to be such an issue, his questions should have been asked well in advance and the dry-run completed prior to the day of the event. After refusing to go through the main entrance to the campus, he told us that he was not able to get all the way to the doors of the church due to the size of the bus. As a result, he ended up dropping us off a block away from the doors of the church leaving us to walk in the rain. This church is located on a university campus and there were other buses present on campus that day. We did note that there was a bus in the parking lot adjacent to the church. We called our bus driver and mentioned that it was clearly possible to get a bus up there and asked that he drive up there during our 1.5hr ceremony to get us after the service. He refused to even attempt to move the bus closer to the church and seemed uncomfortable with the idea of having to "back up" in the large bus provided. It seemed as though the driver had little experience driving the bus that was provided. Therefore, after the ceremony he had not made it up to where we had asked him to meet us and so we had to walk through the rain again to get to the bus. The other main complaint was the lack of music/bluetooth capabilities. When we asked the driver, he told us there was no bluetooth available in the bus and that he only had access to radio and CDs. The driver also did not know how to operate the stereo system or the televisions provided in the bus. The driver had over 1.5 hrs during our ceremony to attempt to figure out how to work the equipment in the bus, but no effort was made, and we still did not have music on the ride back to the venue. Overall, we do not feel we received the services we had paid for and agreed to. In talking with the customer service representative, Ivan, he said he could not work with us on any sort of refund, but that he could provide us with a 20% discount on our next service. When we asked for a copy of our original contract, he sent us an edited version of it. My wife is currently stationed out of state, and we will not have use for nor be using their services again. I highly encourage ya'll to look at the other highly rated companies on The Knot.

Renee and everyone were great to work with! I worked personally with Renee to book this transportation and her team followed up with me to confirm this. I had no complaints from guests about the transportation for the guests. The shuttle was always timely and clean. Our personal transportation showed up right on time!

We rented the 30 person trolley bus to take pictures before our wedding reception and we stopped in 3 different locations for photos before returning to the venue. The driver was extremely professional and friendly - he even was accommodating to a quick bonus stop since we had extra time! I would highly recommend this for large groups. So much fun!

We loved working with Renee's Limousine Service. I had reached out to several vendors but in the end we decided to go with Renee's since that was the recommendation my our venue manager. And we are so happy we did! From booking, to payment to our actual day, everything was so seamless. We worked with Remi to book and Renee actually reached out to let us know our final payment was coming due as well. Our driver, Joe was excellent!
