I wish I could give 0 stars.
I'm sure they're fine for a birthday party or other casual event, but I would never recommend them for a wedding.
The biggest issue was communication. ...
I booked transportation for both the ceremony and reception, and from the very beginning there was very little information provided unless I specifically asked. Even after asking questions throughout the process, there was never a clear explanation of payment, required paperwork, timelines, or what to expect before the wedding. Important details were either communicated at the last minute or not at all.
The week of my wedding, they called with my final balance but never sent the email I requested, so I ended up scrambling the night before to figure out how much cash I needed to withdraw the morning of my wedding because they primarily accept cash unless you drive to their office ahead of time to pay by card.
The wedding day itself was unbelievably stressful. The driver, Francisco, repeatedly called and texted me while I was getting ready, was asking my guests for a credit card as they boarded the bus, and even had me pulled out of my reception to complete paperwork requiring my driver's license and credit card information. My guests should never have been put in that position, and I should never have been pulled away from my own wedding reception to complete paperwork that should have been handled weeks earlier.
If this company wants to market itself for weddings, it needs a wedding-specific process. Payment instructions, required paperwork, deadlines, and any forms should all be communicated upfront, not during the week of the wedding. Transportation companies should never be contacting the bride or groom on the wedding day. Couples should be asked to designate a day-of contact during booking, and that is the only person the company should communicate with if anything comes up.
I chose this company to save money, but the stress wasn't worth it. I won't use them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.
Our experience with this party bus company was completely unprofessional and honestly unsafe. The night started with the bus getting stuck in a ditch, and instead of calling a tow ...
right away, the staff just let time drag on. Even worse, the employee never told us not to push the bus—and then actually tried backing up while we were behind it, which was extremely dangerous.
On top of that, we noticed a strong smell of marijuana during the ride. While we can’t prove the driver was high, the odor alone made us seriously question the driver’s professionalism and whether we were in safe hands.
Because of all the delays, we didn’t even make it to the bars until about 45 minutes before close, even though we scheduled the trip to arrive nearly three hours earlier. The entire purpose of renting the bus was basically ruined.

And after delivering a late, unsafe, and unprofessional experience, they still tried to charge us extra afterward instead of taking accountability and issuing a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, or professional experience.
We had a great experience with our 24k Gold party bus! Alyssa was on time, got us everywhere safely, and she threw in a few intentional detours so we could enjoy more time celebrat...
ing on the bus with our bridal party and plus ones. She was such a good sport with our music, scream/singing, and even a liquor store stop.
Only cons are that the credit card fee is steep, which means that the most logical option would be to pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of. This was a little bit of a pain, but ultimately not a deal breaker. The A/C worked well on the front half of the bus, but the back seats were getting hot air blown out from under them making those a bit uncomfortable to sit in.
Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Alyssa and Rent My Party bus for your wedding day party bus transportation needs.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO FIND YOUR LOCATION!!! The only tool they use is google maps..if google maps is wrong, you will be late to your destination!! We were 1 H...
OUR LATE!! Antonio could not think of another way to find this address..obviously his wedding group was not going to be waiting outside a dental office!! Company would not refund any part of total amount paid or make any other accommodation- no customer service at all!! SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!!
I did not like how I was treated.
Awful. The cash only payment is a heads up that you won't be able to dispute charges once you're extremely disappointed with the entire experience...which based on the reviews, I'm...
sure they did on purpose so that they won't go out of business. They sent us a janky Metro Mobility looking bus, the driver tried dropping us off at the wrong address, and the awful driving made the AC unit in the back douse one of our bridesmaids with water right before the reception. The company's apology? "AC units splash water, don't know whY you want us to tell you." DO NOT rent from this company.
This company sucks. The driver was smoking pot throughout the night, and when I addressed this with the manager, she lied about him doing a drug test. Never again, and you shouldn’...
t use them either.
Showed up an hour late to our reserved time because the group before us ran late. Only offered $100 off the agreed upon price (despite their hourly rate being $150 for the bus we ...
selected). Threatened to cancel with no refund if we didn't agree to take those terms or extend an hour on the back end (which I didn't really want to do). I blame the driver less than the shoddy ownership/management. Go with a competitor.
You guys need to really take customers review inconsideration because if I would have read the reviews, I would have spent my money elsewhere with my bachelorette party! Bus was ru...
n down, no ac, radio technology sucks, bus driver inexperienced, Really false and deceiving advertising!! We should get our compensation back! Not worth it!! Do business somewhere else!!!
First off it’s FALSE ADVERTISING saying they’re #1 you guys are THE WORSE
My friend has had my surprise birthday party planned for 2 weeks and called this company to rent a bus 2...
WEEKS AGO!
We get a text LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE the bus is supposed to pick us up that says “Hi we’re not able to find a driver for your bus tonight, we’ve been looking to a driver all day. Don’t worry we didn’t charge your account so it’s fine” We then saw over 3 different busses driving around.
Don’t waste your time and money on this unprofessional ass place.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I arranged them for 1 hour on my wedding day and can’t believe how terrible they were!
When I initially called I was trying to cover all my bases ...
since the reviews weren’t great.. but I thought, it’s one hour how bad could it be ? They really found a way to mess up even just one hour of service!!
I specifically asked the woman I spoke with if there are any surprises I should know about to be prepared for because that’s what most people complain about. She said “I have no idea what you’re referring to.” Even though all the reviews complained of little things they didn’t know about like the required tip, or the waiver being signed by all passengers.
In the contract it states THIS is the price and there is a REQUIRED 20% tip INCLUDED in said price. Which is totally fine and expected. We had everyone sign the waiver online but when we got on the bus,, the drive told us she refused to move the bus until she received an additional 20% ONTOP OF the alreadyu required 20% that was paid. She word for word said “I’m not moving this bus anywhere until I get my tip.” This was on my wedding day and I didn’t want to deal with her attitude so we just paid the tip but she was terrible.
She also drove 5 blocks past our destination and refused to bring us back saying “I can’t fit my bus over there” even though we had just come from that direction! So then my wedding party and myself in heals in my wedding day had ti walk 5 blocks to the reception.
My mother in law attempted to talk with the “manager of 20 years” and she was terrible. She had zero apology to give (even though admitted she drove in that area before and could have fit the bus where the driver refused to drop us off). No remorse, no apology, no “we’ll talk with that driver so it doesn’t happen again” NOTHING but rudeness.
DONT LET THEM RUIN YOUR PARTY/CELEBRATION!!
IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!
My wife (the bride) has to call and find out where the bus was. Once they came to get us she would not go anywhere until she had the paperwork done. Maybe show up early to get al...
l the completed and not have it on the couples dime. We were fighting the sun setting as we were taking picture in the winter at 4:30 and had to drive to the location. Once she was ready to leave there was no music and nothing provided for us. We spent all of the time trying to get music to play through the bus speakers. We made it to two stops (one for pictures and one for fun). We left for the reception with plenty of time to spare but she took side roads and a lot of back and forths. A drive that should have taken us 15 minutes tops took us over 30 minutes. This made us late to the reception and our guests had to wait and the food was getting cold. I will say she was a nice person but it was hard to see that with all of the other negative things going on.
We booked RentMyPartyBus for our wedding, and, overall, we were pretty satisfied with our experience. I do agree with other reviewers that contacting someone at the company was tou...
gh--I called multiple times and left multiple messages before I was able to pay our balance by phone. It would definitely be more convenient if they had the option to pay online rather than by calling. As far as the bus was concerned, it was just what we needed--clean, large, and a friendly sober driver. They arrived on time, and they took directions well. No complaints on that end! I would note that, if you're looking for something that looks on the fancier end inside, this might not be your thing. If you're looking for a fun way to get from point A to point B, then this is your ride!
Stay away. Doesn't respond to any communication. Attempted to confirm our dates multiple times without a response. Finally decided to take a risk and "book" with them to show we...
wanted a bus. Received no response/confirmation of booking, site directed to waiver to fill out. Was told it would take 24-48 hours to confirm. Email and texts unanswered. Two weeks had gone by without a word and we had booked through another vendor when they randomly charged my card. Refused to refund stating that we agreed to their terms.
I went through this company for my bachelorette party rental and it was a poor experience overall.
They were initially very slow to reply when I tried booking, but since I was boo...
king pretty last minute I was super understanding here. I had only a group of 12, but was told they only had full size buses, which were more expensive. Because I was booking late, I agreed to this. However, they sent a mini bus for our first trip, and I was not given a refund.
For my return trip, I ensured all members of the party were in the meeting spot at the pick up time. However, after the bus hadn’t shown up for 10 minutes past our pick up time, I called the driver and he was extremely short and rude on the phone and informed me he wasn’t even close to our pick up location. He ended up being just under 45 min late to pick us up and was very rude the entire rude back.
I highly suggest going with a different vendor for your wedding related events.
Shannon was hands down THE best driver I have ever encountered with! Loved our music and took us on a ride to remember! Highly recommend Shannon!
The new person that has taken over this company is not worth dealing with. Horrible communication skills, the bus was gross and charged my card a random amount- not the service fee...
and not a fee for being late. Hung up on me when I was asking about it! I had to call them to confirm a few hours before. Just call a different company! Less stress on your big day!

In addition, I did use DJ party bus for my birthday back in January and everyone had a great time. The driver was friendly and professional and most importantly the driver was "ON TIME". I cannot think of any other party bus company that offers awesome services with a great price.
Great service from your company. Pick up and drop off times were perfect. Will definitely book our next event with you for any limo or bus needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company

After contacting multiple different party bus vendors we decided to go with RentMyPartyBus and we are so happy we did! Our venue was a little off the beaten path so we were concern...
ed we would be difficult to locate. The company confirmed the address and our appointment a week before and then the day before. We accounted for the possibility of the drivers getting lost so we asked them to arrive a little earlier. The driver had no problem waiting until the bridal party was ready to depart. The drivers were courteous, helpful, and very prompt. They explained how long it would take us to get to our venue and were very accommodating to any of our needs. Both the party bus and limo were gorgeous and clean! We would recommend that anyone getting married choose them
A great addition to our wedding day! Safely (and fun-ly) transported our guests to the necessary spots. Thanks!
It was absolutely brilliant, I genuinely can’t think of any fault of the service. I will definitely remember this for future plans!
