Rent My Party Bus

First off it’s FALSE ADVERTISING saying they’re #1 you guys are THE WORSE My friend has had my surprise birthday party planned for 2 weeks and called this company to rent a bus 2 WEEKS AGO! We get a text LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE the bus is supposed to pick us up that says “Hi we’re not able to find a driver for your bus tonight, we’ve been looking to a driver all day. Don’t worry we didn’t charge your account so it’s fine” We then saw over 3 different busses driving around. Don’t waste your time and money on this unprofessional ass place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I arranged them for 1 hour on my wedding day and can’t believe how terrible they were! When I initially called I was trying to cover all my bases since the reviews weren’t great.. but I thought, it’s one hour how bad could it be ? They really found a way to mess up even just one hour of service!! I specifically asked the woman I spoke with if there are any surprises I should know about to be prepared for because that’s what most people complain about. She said “I have no idea what you’re referring to.” Even though all the reviews complained of little things they didn’t know about like the required tip, or the waiver being signed by all passengers. In the contract it states THIS is the price and there is a REQUIRED 20% tip INCLUDED in said price. Which is totally fine and expected. We had everyone sign the waiver online but when we got on the bus,, the drive told us she refused to move the bus until she received an additional 20% ONTOP OF the alreadyu required 20% that was paid. She word for word said “I’m not moving this bus anywhere until I get my tip.” This was on my wedding day and I didn’t want to deal with her attitude so we just paid the tip but she was terrible. She also drove 5 blocks past our destination and refused to bring us back saying “I can’t fit my bus over there” even though we had just come from that direction! So then my wedding party and myself in heals in my wedding day had ti walk 5 blocks to the reception. My mother in law attempted to talk with the “manager of 20 years” and she was terrible. She had zero apology to give (even though admitted she drove in that area before and could have fit the bus where the driver refused to drop us off). No remorse, no apology, no “we’ll talk with that driver so it doesn’t happen again” NOTHING but rudeness. DONT LET THEM RUIN YOUR PARTY/CELEBRATION!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!

My wife (the bride) has to call and find out where the bus was. Once they came to get us she would not go anywhere until she had the paperwork done. Maybe show up early to get all the completed and not have it on the couples dime. We were fighting the sun setting as we were taking picture in the winter at 4:30 and had to drive to the location. Once she was ready to leave there was no music and nothing provided for us. We spent all of the time trying to get music to play through the bus speakers. We made it to two stops (one for pictures and one for fun). We left for the reception with plenty of time to spare but she took side roads and a lot of back and forths. A drive that should have taken us 15 minutes tops took us over 30 minutes. This made us late to the reception and our guests had to wait and the food was getting cold. I will say she was a nice person but it was hard to see that with all of the other negative things going on.

We booked RentMyPartyBus for our wedding, and, overall, we were pretty satisfied with our experience. I do agree with other reviewers that contacting someone at the company was tough--I called multiple times and left multiple messages before I was able to pay our balance by phone. It would definitely be more convenient if they had the option to pay online rather than by calling. As far as the bus was concerned, it was just what we needed--clean, large, and a friendly sober driver. They arrived on time, and they took directions well. No complaints on that end! I would note that, if you're looking for something that looks on the fancier end inside, this might not be your thing. If you're looking for a fun way to get from point A to point B, then this is your ride!

Stay away. Doesn't respond to any communication. Attempted to confirm our dates multiple times without a response. Finally decided to take a risk and "book" with them to show we wanted a bus. Received no response/confirmation of booking, site directed to waiver to fill out. Was told it would take 24-48 hours to confirm. Email and texts unanswered. Two weeks had gone by without a word and we had booked through another vendor when they randomly charged my card. Refused to refund stating that we agreed to their terms.

I went through this company for my bachelorette party rental and it was a poor experience overall. They were initially very slow to reply when I tried booking, but since I was booking pretty last minute I was super understanding here. I had only a group of 12, but was told they only had full size buses, which were more expensive. Because I was booking late, I agreed to this. However, they sent a mini bus for our first trip, and I was not given a refund. For my return trip, I ensured all members of the party were in the meeting spot at the pick up time. However, after the bus hadn’t shown up for 10 minutes past our pick up time, I called the driver and he was extremely short and rude on the phone and informed me he wasn’t even close to our pick up location. He ended up being just under 45 min late to pick us up and was very rude the entire rude back. I highly suggest going with a different vendor for your wedding related events.

The new person that has taken over this company is not worth dealing with. Horrible communication skills, the bus was gross and charged my card a random amount- not the service fee and not a fee for being late. Hung up on me when I was asking about it! I had to call them to confirm a few hours before. Just call a different company! Less stress on your big day!

amazing time and service. was going to use for my wedding but due to Covid my wedding plans got changed. they were super flexable and moved the date to my bachlorrette. had a blast. Darrin was our driver and he rocked. definitely recommend.

I reserved a party bus for my friends birthday in March, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to Covid. Their customer services is top notch, they were understanding of the situation and allowed me and my buddies to reschedule for the month of July. I also talked with the owner of the company and he was very professional and helpful in explaining the rescheduling process. In addition, I did use DJ party bus for my birthday back in January and everyone had a great time. The driver was friendly and professional and most importantly the driver was "ON TIME". I cannot think of any other party bus company that offers awesome services with a great price.

We rented a bus from this company for my bachelorette. We had 20 people on the bus, which was spacious and had a fantastic sound system. Our driver was punctual and polite, and made sure to keep the AC on high to keep everyone cool. We had an incredible time dancing and would definitely rent from this company again!

We needed a party bus to transport our wedding party from a few different locations for photos and then drop off at our ceremony location. I found them he week of our wedding and they were able to accomodate my requests The driver was so nice, and even called to let me know he was on his way. The entire process was SO easy and the guys i worked with were so nice, they sent me photos of the options that were available. Would highly recommend, especially for wedding needs!

We selected the party bus and loved it! The car arrived earlier than requested to ensure that the timeline fit. The staff were accommodating when our wedding venue fell through and we had to change locations two months before the date. Our bridal party had a wonderful time in the limo since we got to pick our own music. The driver was attentive and courteous as well.

After contacting multiple different party bus vendors we decided to go with RentMyPartyBus and we are so happy we did! Our venue was a little off the beaten path so we were concerned we would be difficult to locate. The company confirmed the address and our appointment a week before and then the day before. We accounted for the possibility of the drivers getting lost so we asked them to arrive a little earlier. The driver had no problem waiting until the bridal party was ready to depart. The drivers were courteous, helpful, and very prompt. They explained how long it would take us to get to our venue and were very accommodating to any of our needs. Both the party bus and limo were gorgeous and clean! We would recommend that anyone getting married choose them

Wanted to write a review of our wonderful driver. We have just got married last month. We had a party of around 20 people and this was an all day event from 10am-10pm. The driver took great care of us all day and was super helpful. He even recommended a place to take pictures that was simply beautiful. All in all we had an excellent experience with him and I hope you do as well. Highly recommended.

Great service. The driver was professional. RentMyPartyBus were great for my sisters wedding. Affordable with no hidden fees. On time, basically anything you can think of they did it. Would highly recommend.

This company made my wedding transportation so much fun!! We had so much fun singing and dancing on the bus. The staff were so nice and accommodating. After explaining what I was looking for they gave me their recommendation of what they thought was the best option for me and I'm glad I listened! For my hen party my daughter hired a limo bus for 15 people to take us to town! The bus arrived on time. The interior was beautifully appointed - decorated with colorful balloons, glasses, napkins, ice bucket, etc. . Our driver, I think his name was Russ, was great and very friendly, and after stopping at a few bars he was very patient lol! Overall, it was an awesome ride. Would definitely hire them again.

I decided to have my Bachelorette party in my home tome with all my girls! Someone recommend Rent My Party Bus to me so I decided to give them a call- the prices were fair and staff seemed friendly so I booked them. I was very happy that they did as I loved the bus! It was a fun set up, clean, and the light changing was cool- my and my girls loved having a dance after a day of drinking wine! The driver was great and he drove us wherever we wanted and dropped us all off at the requested stops. Thank you.

We used these guys for our wedding. They were prompt, professional and so flexible. From the moment we discussed scheduling and payment they were so easy to work with. Our limo bus was very clean and driver was friendly. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Easy too book and the person on the phone was really friendly when we first contacted them. They were accommodating for my times and needs. I hired for my bachelorette party and the whole day and evening went smoothly. The buses are fun and well thought out. The driver was nice also. Worth every penny. Thank you.

They are not the greatest with communication in the beginning of your booking. I submitted our deposit and bus request and you are supposed to get confirmation within 24 hours which I didn’t. I had to reach out like 3 times to get some answers but when we did they were great. This made me nervous because it was the week leading up to our wedding and I didn’t want to stress about finding someone new for similar price. Our bus was super fun and our driver was very nice despite some of our guests getting a little crazy. We also had AWFUL weather but that didn’t phase him. Plus you can’t beat their prices, it was the lowest I found by a LONG shot. They also worked with us on time because they usually require a 2 hour minimum but we didn’t have time for 2 hours and they let us book for less than that.

In our experience, Rent My Party Bus was very unprofessional. The driver showed up 40 minutes late without any apology or recognition of cutting into our 1-hour ride. And when my husband called after the honeymoon to request a partial refund since we were on the bus for less than half our scheduled time. They gave us only $50 of our $300 back after several phone calls and hand offs to different contacts with the company, making my husband repeat himself and further waste his time. We didn’t get the blacked-out bus we booked, either. Overall, the experience was frustrating and quite a letdown. I recommend people DON’T book with this company.

Embarrassing. Used this company for two back to back events and we were very disappointed. Larger 45 passenger bus literally looked like a recycled prison bus. Very dirty, run down looking and had NO A/C in 90 plus degree weather! Smaller 25 passenger bus actually only had 18 seats. When asked about this, the driver said it can fit 25 people when everyone crams together! Drivers during both trips had zero personality. Worst $1,000 plus I have ever spent.
