lm me (the crying but excited bride) down. she helped take care of my husband and myself, getting us our dinner and making sure everyone had plenty to eat, and even got my bridal party snacks for our own private cocktail hour after the ceremony! Chef was amazing too. oh my God, the food was absolutely incredible. the chicken dish is something I wish I could make for dinner at home, and the shrimp scampi was to die for. our guests ranging from 13-82 were raving the whole night (and week after) about how delicious it all was. 12/10, would recommend to anyone.

nd had plenty to eat, and Thom was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. They were also very reasonably priced after having compared 10+ similar companies. Having the truck to cook on was great since there were limited kitchen facilities at our venue. Thom and his event planning partner Tracey were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. Tracey was very helpful on our wedding day and made sure we had food/ drinks while doing photos and everything we needed throughout the night. They were also very helpful in setting and cleaning up with our DIY wedding. Highly recommend Thom and his team!

business cards because they were swiped up. Chef Thom is an EXTREMELY nice guy who will go above and beyond for you. The staff there the night of our wedding was so sweet and really just made the day so much more special. I grew up in a house where food = love and you can taste the love, care, and heart that goes into these dishes. Additionally, we didn't have a huge budget for food they fit exactly with what we can afford and I wouldn't have changed it. For the $ and the quality you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

d plenty to eat and loved the food! I was so so impressed by the wait staff. They were very professional and executed all the decorations, tables, etc perfectly. It was like behind the scenes magic. I didn't have a wedding planner and didn't really need one with such a great team!

icked, but the second time he made a couple of changes we had only briefly mentioned and we were completely wowed. The day of the wedding was so stress free thanks to Chef Thom and Request A Chef- they actually set up all our centerpieces, decor, picked up the kettle corn for our popcorn buffet, set up the welcome table and more! The week of the wedding he had picked up all the wedding materials and told us not to worry, and he was right not to. Aside from removing basically all stress from our wedding day, the food was PHENOMENAL. While I only got to eat the Caesar salad, everyone we spoke with raved about all facets from the passed appetizers to the chicken cordon bleu to even the simple pasta course. He and his team were working tirelessly the whole day and I couldn't recommend a more professional and perfect team of people to have worked with for our wedding day. Thank you Chef Thom!
