us exactly how much the rides to and from the venue would cost (despite being different vehicles and amount of passengers), and their office called within the hour to confirm the entire reservation with us and fully understand the event as well as the pickup/drop-off locations. On the day of the wedding, the drivers were also excellent. Both were personable and made us feel safe. When an important item was left at the hotel, the first driver (Chris) had no issues taking the best man back to retrieve it. The second (Ted) was entirely flexible with when we needed to leave (coordinated with a sparkler exit) and made it easy to relax after the reception. All in all we would absolutely recommend them.

s that they weren't very responsive initially (we didn’t get a response so originally were talking with other companies), but once we actually got ahold of someone we didn’t have any issues. The drivers all showed up early, were professional, polite, and got us to our destinations on time. A couple of them really went above and beyond too, and were impressively professional given it was the tail end of the pandemic and they were putting themselves in a sticky situation. The vehicles were also quite new and very nice.

We had great communication with them up to the day and they allowed us to delay the leaving time for my husband’s grandparents on the day until they wanted to leave. It was great! Also, their black car service is beautiful - we had the coolest car pick us up to bring us to our wedding night location. Thank you, Reston Limo!

to note, I was injured the day of my wedding and so a lot of focus was spent on that fact and other focuses feel to the wayside. The pick up was fine, but drop offs is when things went downhill. The driver was told to be stationed at the venue for multiple pick ups back to the hotels. He was not where he was supposed to be at the start time and multiple people ended up having to Uber back. At the last ride of the night, my parents loaded up the bus with things from the venue. The driver beat them to the hotel, and so he took off with the items! They had to call the support multiple times to get him to return after over an hour later. I spoke with two different people in the days following and was given different stories as to why. He changed his story as to what happened, as well. First I was told I would be given a refund, then it was that we just weren't going to be charged the full amount for the services even though that wasn't correct. All in all--Reston Limousine failed us on our wedding, nearly stole our items and then couldn't own up to the problem. They care more about protecting themselves and their staff rather than serving their customer base. Clearly other people have had positive experiences with them. I wish that was me, but it was not by any means positive. With enough options on the market, I'd go elsewhere, you could be lucky or you could get screwed.

after the event. The office staff were extremely communicative and the drivers were patient and helpful in getting my (many) guests where they all needed to go. I highly recommend this service to anyone hosting a big event!

nting aspects was that the driver did not assist myself or with equipment. Equipment was loaded by the individual and my sister had to help me into the SUV. When the driver picked us up from the venue, again, the driver did not help me into the SUV. In terms of just transportation, it was fine but if you were expecting anything beyond that then I would look elsewhere.

of our trust in Reston, contracting with them for four vehicles. On the day of our special event, the first limo arrived late and was not the expected vehicle. When we called in to dispatch, the dispatcher was incredibly unprofessional and rude, telling us we did not have a contract for the vehicles for which we did have a contract and then telling us he did not have all of the contracted vehicles available for us. We had to frantically call and make substitute arrangements for our transportation needs at the last minute. Drivers did not seem to know their way around, taking what seemed the longest possible routes and even, in one case, needing passengers to point out where the location was that they were going to, as the driver indicated he didn’t know where it was and had driven past it several times. You don’t need the stress and aggravation! Find transportation elsewhere!

r. We did have two hiccups on the day-of. I received a call from the driver the morning of the wedding letting me know that the traffic on 28 was traditionally bad that day, and the schedule we'd worked out didn't sound feasible. His manager called me back and said that they could find an alternate route, but the turnaround would still be longer than anticipated (so the times listed on itineraries for the guests would have been wrong). I arranged for the hotel shuttle to supplement the larger Reston Limo van on the agreed-upon times, so it was fine; but I wish they'd have alerted me sooner than the day-of. The second hiccup was that the shuttle bus driver boarded my guests that were supposed to be in the limo, and drove them over. So some of my VIPs missed out on their limo ride, while the limo was at the hotel just waiting for them. Some other guests ended up taking the limo but I was puzzled as to why the shuttle driver picked up my family at a time when he wasn't supposed to be there yet. All in all, the drivers were very nice and polite, and got my guests where they needed to be. You can't beat the value on the wedding package - the sedan at the end of the night was fantastic!

t having to over pay for time we didn't actually need the shuttle. We rented two, 25 passenger shuttles to pick our guests up at the hotel and drop them off at the venue before the ceremony, and then have the same shuttles pick up our guests from the venue at two separate times at the end of the night. The shuttles provided were clean, on time, and impressed our guests. We are very happy to have selected Reston Limo as our transportation service for our wedding and would certainly work with them again. Thank you!

after the reception. I had two big issues with Reston Limo: 1) We requested a white limo for the wedding party to take to the wedding and a black limo showed up instead; and 2) The limo was 15 minutes late picking up the bridal party (Reston Limo informed me that it is standard for their limos to show up 15 - 30 minutes early, meaning it was actually 30 - 45 minutes late) and once we got in the limo, the driver asked us if he could stop and get gas before driving us the 10 miles to the ceremony/reception site. I said that we were already running late and there wasn't any time. The limo then stopped and filled up the tank on the way back to pick up the groom and groomsmen, which caused them to be 45 minutes late to the wedding site to take photos before the ceremony. I was extremely disappointed in this. If you do choose Reston Limo, allow for extra time for them to actually show up. I do not have anything to say about the shuttle, as I did not use it, but it appeared that people arrived on time.

rstand that accidents can happen and every vendor can have an off day. Reston limo did what was in their power to make our it right after the wedding and we appreciate that. I used reston limo for my wedding and they were AWEFUL!!!! My husband and I got married at Belmont CC. We hired a limo, a bus, and an SUV through Reston limo. The driver of the bus was late b/c she went to the wrong hotel. Then she went to the wrong place. She was also rude. The SUV driver was fine- no problems with him. The biggest problem was the limo driver. HE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! He barely got the limo into my parents' driveway and made tiremarks when doing it. he asked to use the restroom after we were all in the limo. My dad then let him in, but the limo driver left the water running all night long. He got us to the ceremony, but the music did not work in the limo and he was rude. When we ;eft the church, he took us to the wrong place. When we tried to correct him, he wouldn't listen. My photographer had to give him directions from my bridesmaid's phone. Finally we got close, but went through the wrong gate. Eventually we had to stop and ask golfers for directions. He didn't even do this... Me (the bride) had to stick my head out the window to ask directions). I cannot say enough about how rude he was (and how much time he wasted of our reception/ photo time). After the event, my parents contacted the company and they would only give a little bit of money off. They were not even very appologetic. I have never given a bad review before. As a matter of fact, all of my other venders are getting great reviews, just to show you how bad resto limo was.

e we had folks park, then to the church in Georgetown and then to the reception near the White House. Even with snow, in October!, the drivers were flexible. With an hour between the ceremony and cocktail hour, they, at the last minute, took everyone to the Air and Space Museum to kill some time between. They were just very accommodating, ahead of schedule, and great to work with. We also used the limo bus for the bridal and groom's parties. We had a great time in the back, and our driver was flexible, friendly, and a lot of fun. We would highly recommend Reston for transport during their wedding whether its to a friend, family, or just others looking into options.

I got a call from the person at the main office AT 2:15 to tell me that the drive was at a dead stop in traffic on the beltway and at least 30 to 45 minutes away. While he was going back and forth between calling me, the driver, and my coordinator he said, "Oh, is this the bride?" When I said yes, he chuckled and said flat out "Sorry I'm ruining your wedding day." We had little communication as to what was going on and the groom and groomsmen had to find alternate transportation to the church. I hadn't heard anything from the office, but someone had mentioned to me that there was a van downstairs, so I assumed that it was our van, but when I got down there, it still wasn't ours. By the time I got a hold of someone in the office, he again had to put me on hold to call the driver to then tell me that the driver was 3 miles away. When the driver finally arrived, it was 3:30. My wedding was supposed to start at 3:30. The driver didn't seem to have any idea how late he was until we told him as we were getting in to the van. Because we were late and the ceremony started late, and the church had 5pm mass after our wedding, we weren't able to take any pictures in the church afterward. As the bridal party all got in the van afterward the driver told us that we could have an extra hour with him since he was over an hour late, which was ridiculous because we had to go to our reception. Prior to this nightmare, I had had a wonderful experience with Reston Limo. I worked with Shannon and she was very attentive making my reservations and all of the changes that we needed to make as our needs changed as we got closer to our wedding day. Our wedding coordinator requested a refund, which was processed, but we never received any follow-up or apology which was very disappointing.

On the wedding day, we rented 2 mini buses to transport our guests from the hotel to the church and back and a limousine to transport the wedding party to the church and then to take us to a location for pictures after the ceremony. The service was fine. The limousine driver was excellent. My only issue was that on the wedding day, one of the minibus drivers called my cell phone to confirm, and to say they were going to be late. I had specifically given them another phone to call on the wedding day, so they did not bother me while I was taking pictures and getting ready, but it all worked out in the end. The other thing that I didn't really like was that instead of calling me to confirm the day before, they sent multiple confirmation emails which needed a response. If I don't know what would have happened if I didn't respond, but it was annoying to have to respond to those emails the day before the wedding and worry that they were being acknowledged. I would look for another option before I used Reston Limousine again.

ed Claudette to my house to pick up the bridal party. She arrived an hour early and was rude and abrasive. We had given the company specific driving directions which she refused to follow, resulting in her taking our guests on Rte. 66 in bad traffic instead of the way we asked her to go. These guests ended up missing me walk down the aisle. On the way to the reception, the same thing happened and my in-laws missed all of the cocktail hour. This was so upsetting! To their credit, Reston Limo apologized profusely and refunded our money. I do not know if I would use them again.

ony was to begin, one of my bridesmaids got a phone call from her husband saying that the bus had not shown up. My father had not received a phone call from Reston Limousine and so he called. They told him that the bus had broken down and that guests would need to take cabs. (We would have never known this had my bridesmaid's husband been unable to reach her.) At the end of the night, another bus was supposed to be at the reception venue to transport guests back. 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, there was no bus. And, again, no phone call to my father who had paid 50% of the cost up-front. My father called and was told that the bus had broken down and that guests would need to take cabs. It was now midnight and the wedding was 20 miles outside the city - good luck getting a cab there! The only transportation provided by Reston Limousine that "worked" was the Town Car that picked up my husband and me. I do not recommend Reston Limousine. Not only did they not show up, but they didn't call the contact person to say there was a problem. Unacceptable.
