Revel + Bloom Wedding and Event Design

Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and this was made possible by Elise and the Revel + Bloom team. From the beginning, Elise made me feel at ease about the whole wedding planning process. She put together a customized list of vendors based on our preferences and budget and created a calendar to help up stay on track. She was always quick to respond to emails and helped answer any and all questions and requests we had. On the day of the wedding, I felt no anxiety whatsoever because I knew Elise and her team had everything under control. As an added bonus, Elise's eye for wedding design is outstanding. Our reception space was incredible and everything was customized to our interests. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, stop hesitating and hire Revel + Bloom! It was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding.

I could not be more grateful that Elise was recommended to me by my venue. I hired Elise about a year out from our wedding. Her vibes were so calm and reassuring from day one when we met which was something that I knew I needed in a planner for an event I knew would stress me. From day one she was incredibly responsive and helpful. Every idea that we had she ran with and transformed into everything I could have dreamt of. Not only was Elise amazing at listening to my needs and wants for the wedding, but she also found the most perfect vendor team to bring my vision to life. The day of she made sure everything was smooth as could be and that my mom and I were not worried about anything. Every aspect of the day was everything I imagined times 10. Elise is a calm competent professional that worked long distance with me in Florida and my daughter in Colorado for the most fabulous wedding weekend in Tabernash. We hired Revel and Bloom as our wedding planner this August, and it was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Elise was able to answer all of our questions and guided us through the planning process seamlessly. She introduced us to incredible vendors and professionals who provided quality services and ultimately made our vision come to life. We also felt our overall investment in our wedding was protected by Revel and Bloom because they truly had our best interest at heart. When it came to designing our wedding, Elise knew how to combine specific pieces of our eclectic vision so that it all worked perfectly together. She was also able to highlight the most important aspects of our relationship and personal style, which felt incredibly personal and meaningful. I was very emotional on our wedding day, and thinking about details and logistics turned out to be impossible. Revel and Bloom literally handled everything from start to finish, taking care of all those details that were incredibly important. From getting the bridal party ready and providing instructions to our families, to overseeing the set up at the venue, to the overall flow of the day, we felt completely taken care of by Elise and her team – a priceless feeling when you’re getting married. When we arrived at the venue, we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked. Our ceremony was outside, and an unforeseen rainstorm opened up on us right as things started. Revel and Bloom was so professional at that moment that it almost felt like the rain was supposed to happen. They transitioned our guests into the tent smoothly and efficiently, as though it were on purpose. Somehow the secondary ceremony site ended up being even more beautiful and intimate than the outdoor site. It ended up being one of our most favorite parts of the day! We had so much fun during our reception, and as they say, everything was a blur because it went so fast. Revel and Bloom made sure that things happened on schedule and that everyone was where they needed to be. They were also excellent about reminding us to eat during dinner since we spent most of our time saying hello to guests. Revel and Bloom’s professionalism, both client facing and with our vendor team, was superb. There's no question that we wouldn’t have had such a wonderful wedding experience without them. Because we hired Revel and Bloom, we found we were able to actually enjoy our day as bride and groom, without any stress or responsibilities. I highly recommend Revel and Bloom for any couple that wants to have a beautiful, memorable wedding in Colorado. We feel so fortunate to have had them by our side on our most special day.

Where do I even begin with Elise and the team at Revel and Bloom? Our experience working with Elise throughout our wedding planning process and on the day of our wedding was nothing short of a dream. Elise takes an extremely honest and consultative approach to wedding planning and spent a ton of time getting to know me as a bride and us as a couple - she was always spot on with vendor recommendations, highly communicative and someone we knew we could truly trust with one of the most important days of our lives! On the day of the wedding, Elise and her team made for an absolutely seamless event. She handled every single big and small detail allowing us to feel like guests at our own wedding, an absolutely amazing feeling and truly allowed us (and our families and friends) to enjoy the day wholeheartedly. Phenomenal wedding planning experience. I can't recommend Revel and Bloom enough. Elise is a joy to work with and has amazing style and taste. She has access to great vendors and has the ability to eliminate so many headaches that you would otherwise encounter on your own. Like any wedding, we had a few unexpected surprises come up and Elise helped us get through all of them easily. She was my day of coordinator but also helped out with so many questions before. She managed to find me a videographer 2 days before the wedding in ELEVEN MINUTES. Elise has got your back! I selected the Event Management package and honestly wished I would have been able to hire her and her team for Full Service. If you are in question, go for more, because I guarantee she will provide you better quality vendors and save you more than you realize. She has such a chic, laid-back but organized personality too. Her and the R+B team are so on top of it and I felt at ease on my wedding day knowing she had everything under control. From handling our crazy families, to dealing with all the vendors, it was a blessing to have her on our team! Thank you endlessly again, Elise + Maddie for all of your hard work!!

Choosing Elise at Revel + Bloom to be the Day of Coordinator for our daughter's wedding was the best decision we made relative to planning the event. As out-of-town parents, we needed to be confident that there was someone handling the many, many details of the day and organizing all of the selected vendors so that everyone worked from the same timeline. Elise was extremely professional and showed that she was really personally invested in the outcome of the day. She suggested creative options to enhance the look of the day and had an arsenal of vendors to consider when we realized we needed to add live music to the ceremony. When we could not be in town for the final walk-through at the venue, Elise stepped in and accompanied the bride and groom in our place. At the wedding, my husband and I were free to enjoy the ceremony, reception and our many guests and family members without worrying that some detail might be missed. Elise was everywhere, checking and double checking that everything happened just as we had planned. The entire wedding day turned out perfectly and this was, in great part, due to the efforts of Elise and her team. THANK YOU, ELISE!!!!

What an amazing team! We hired Elise for her day of coordinator services. Planning a wedding in Tabernash, CO. remotely from Miami, FL., I knew we needed a top-notch coordinator with the perfect team, style, and vendor list. From the moment we met Elise, we knew that we had found the right person. Right from the beginning she was always so quick to respond to questions or to provide recommendations. On our wedding day, they were organized, always available to us, and went above and beyond making sure everything was running smoothly. The day of the wedding we were both extremely calm and at peace thanks to them! I would definitely recommend Revel + Bloom over and over again! We hired Elise with Revel + Bloom for day-of coordination services, and we couldn't be happier that we made that choice. The number one piece of advice I would give to any couple no matter their budget is to use a day-of coordinator. And for anyone in the Denver metro area, I would HIGHLY recommend Elise with Revel + Bloom. From our very first meeting, she was kind, courteous, and really receptive to and respectful of our unique vision of our wedding day. Even before her services technically kicked in, she was responsive with questions, recommended vendors and helped us make decisions. As soon as we had all of our vendors booked, Elise totally took over; she confirmed orders, scheduled deliveries, reminded us of payment due-dates, and recommended gratuities. She also helped us to set up a timeline for the evening, which made us really think through what we wanted to include, and what we still needed to do before the wedding day. And of course she took care of everything day-of. This included set-up, coordinating vendors, and clean-up, obviously, but Elise also took the time to check in with my husband and myself, as well as all SIX of our parents multiple times throughout the night. She helped us execute our dream vision for our wedding, and also provided a much-needed calming presence for us during planning and on the day of our wedding. She thought of so many things I would have never thought of, and totally took the pressure off of us and our families. Elise is a really wonderful person to work with, and Revel + Bloom does an incredible job supporting your wedding, whatever your needs/vision may be.

Elise is a dream to work with! She turned my vision into a gorgeous reality. Her strength is definitely in design -- several of my guests remarked that they felt like they walked into a Pinterest board! We had a multi-event wedding and she provided invaluable support at every step. She's crazy responsive and immediately emails back, no matter how trivial the issue. Working with her and her team was an absolute pleasure.

I can't boast enough about Revel and Bloom Events. I knew Elise previously and always wanted her to plan our wedding. From the very get go, she was flawless. Always there to answer my questions. Always sweet and courteous and on time with each and every detail. I never once stressed about my wedding the entire way through. The wedding day came and I didn't have a care in the world because I knew Elise would handle it. She knows my style, knew what I envisioned, and pulled it off perfectly. I'm guessing there was plenty that went wrong, but I never knew. Maddie was her assistant for the day and was absolutely amazing as well. If you can, budget for a planner and go with Revel & Bloom. I worked with Elise of Revel + Bloom for almost two years throughout my entire engagement as a full service planner. I researched coordinators for quite some time, met with close to 20 in person and 2 via Skype, and FINALLY met Elise and I'm so thankful I did! I initially chose her because she seemed to really hear what I was saying and understand the issues I was anticipating with family dynamics and planning hurdles and she specialized in mountain weddings. Full disclosure- I'm a very "Type A" person, but I'm also somebody who when given too many choices becomes paralyzed with "What If" scenarios and the fear of choosing the wrong vendors was so terrifying to me so I knew I needed a full service planner from day one. I was also trying to plan more up front so I could relax a little and have my top choices for vendors so I asked a lot of Elise two years out which in hindsight was kind of nuts. Elise was very sensitive to my budgetary concerns and began her process by having me and my now husband prioritize all categories of a wedding (Music, flowers, attire, paper, etc.) and then built us a customized budget. NO MATTER WHO YOU CHOOSE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EXERCISE!!! It was so necessary for us to figure out what was important to both of us and then when it came down to spending a lot of money at once on vendors it was much easier to say "That's ridiculous, I'm not spending that" or "It's ___ over budget, but it's the most important thing to me". After building our budget, Elise and I had multiple design meetings and shared pictured back and forth so every vendor she recommended was intended to match my aesthetic and vision and she pared down the options for me so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. I could go on for pages about how incredible Elise was to work with and everything she put into our wedding and the planning process to take stress off of me and put me at ease. There’s no telling how many hours she spent behind the curtain working to put things together for me that I’m unaware of. The day of our wedding Elise arrived and the first words out of her mouth were “How are you doing?” and she genuinely was a precious friend to me in the whole process. She was my pitbull when I needed a boss to handle a situation, and she was my shoulder when I needed to freak out to somebody, she was my encyclopedia for all things wedding and she did all of it with a calm, cool, collected manner beyond her years. Her two assistants she brought to my wedding were there for anything and everything I needed with smiles and the most sincere care for how things were going and what they could do to make my day run smoothly and perfectly. I know I’m forgetting other key things that are important to other brides but I promise Elise and her team are worth their weight in gold!! From her selections of vendors, the meetings the attended with me, every little e-mail, text, and call she responded to at odd hours, managing my expectations and encouraging me along the way… she’s a true friend and precious woman with a beautiful eye for design who is PHENOMENAL at her job and loves what she does and it shows.

I don't even know where to begin besides first saying if you are throwing a wedding YOU NEED A WEDDING PLANNER or at the very least a Day of Coordinator. As a bride and groom, you want your day to go smoothly and there so many logistics and details that go into the day that you shouldn't have to worry about. This won't be the first time you hear this: The day goes by so quickly that you want to be able to soak up every moment possible with your friends, family and new love! I was lucky enough to find Revel + Bloom to help us with our Day of Coordination. Elise was amazing every step of the way. The things that we were stressed about: flow of the wedding, timeline, order of events, ceremony content - were all things that Elise didn't even bat an eye at and she was there to help us with all the direction that we needed. Knowing that on the day of our wedding we didn't have to lift a finger at the venue was so amazing. We were able to be with all our loved ones and enjoy the time together without having to worry about any of the setup. Elise was there to help coordinate all the vendors and make sure that all lines of communication were open. Throughout the wedding she and her team were there anytime we needed them to switch something around, ask questions, and make sure behind the scenes everything was moving on time and in an organized manner. Revel + Bloom allowed us, and our family to truly enjoy our special day without having to worry about all the responsibilities that go along with planning a party for 100. Revel + Bloom truly has a passion for what they do and it is apparent in every interaction that we had with them. We respect them as people and a company and we cannot recommend them enough.

Wow! We used Revel and Bloom as our month of coordinator and I could not be more thrilled that we made that decision. Elise was the coordinator that I worked with, and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! Elise was not only professional, knowledgeable , and extremely good at what she does, but she was also just totally a pleasure to work with. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my day because I was 100% confident that Elise had everything handled and under control. About a month or so before the wedding we had a slight change in plan with the venue and Elise gave me the confidence and security to go forward with what would have otherwise been a very stressful change so close to our big day. I always felt like Elise had my back and would do everything she could to ensure that our wedding day was perfect, and thanks to her it really was a perfect day!!!

There is ONE word to describe my wedding: MAGICAL. I owe so much of that to Elise Seagren of Revel+Bloom and her fabulous team. Elise is organized, punctual, experienced, and creative; but most of all, she is PASSIONATE about what she does. From the jumpoff, I told Elise that I was going to be a very hands-on bride and the majority of her work would involve would involve the day-of execution. She completely GOT me. Throughout the entire planning process, she guided me whenever necessary and really helped me stick to deadlines (like many other people out there, I'm a procrastinator)! On the big day, considering there were so many moving parts, R&B did a stellar job ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. For example, they went out of her way to pick up and return some rentals for my "Red Carpet Movie Premier" wedding. I was seriously impressed with how calm and collected Elise stayed from beginning to end. My husband was shocked by how stress-free I was on our wedding day! When all was said and done, Andrew and I looked at each other and could not believe that it had gone so well. We were sad it was over and wanted to get married again the next day. Many people told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was definitely the best wedding I have ever been to! Elise and her team bring so much to the table. Rest assured that if you go with R+B, you will have a wedding of a lifetime. <3

We knew that day we met Elise in her office that we would hire Revel and Bloom. Elise took the time to get to know us and to get a feel for my Daughter's vision for her wedding. My goal was to have a FUN and STRESS FREE wedding and we got exactly that. The vendor recommendations were great and everyone we selected was awesome. A big must for me was that our guest be treated with complete respect. I have been to a few weddings in the past few years where the wedding planner was more like a "Bridezilla" planer. Not cool. Elise stayed completely in control and on top of everything. She treated everyone with the utmost respect. She was tireless and so professional. Best decision ever and would do it again!!

Elise Seagren with Revel + Bloom was/is amazing. I honestly can't think of words that could even express my gratitude for what she was able to do for us for our wedding. As an out of state couple, trust was a big factor for us and Elise had it within minutes of our phone consultation. She was able to take what we felt was a very broad, non-traditional vision and execute it perfectly. She is incredibly creative, communicative, organized and a joy to be around. We had a wedding that was partially Military and partially non-traditional and she nailed both aspects with what seemed be a natural ease. We never felt stressed, even being on the other side of the country, with her at the wheel of our wedding. I have to also mention the additional care, professionalism and fun that Emily with Revel + Bloom brought to us as she assisted Elise. I can't think of one thing I would have changed, other than I wish our engagement had been longer so we had the chance to work with Elise longer. Is it too soon to have her plan a vow renewal?

Kirsten was wonderful from the first consultation to the day-of coordination! She was on top of everything and helped me navigate through some issues with other vendors before the wedding and on the day of. She was always available with a smile and a positive attitude, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. Couldn't have pulled everything together without her!

Kirsten was so sweet and helpful through the planning process! She had great ideas and listened to us. She answered all our questions, and if she didn't know the answer she would research it or direct us to someone who does. The day of the wedding was so smooth! Kirsten was aways there when we needed her and would help us in any way she could! Kirsten from Revel and Bloom was truly a life saver when it came to our special day and the planning piece before that.

Our initial idea was for day-of coordination but Kirsten was much more. Revel + Bloom brought the local experience we needed to our event paired with great organization. From the moment we met Chelle and Kirsten the underlying message we received would be that it would be easy. With less than 2 months to plan in addition to not being based locally in Denver we wanted the process to be as stress-free as possible. Revel + Bloom did exactly that. Kirsten was on top of everything, quickly responding to emails, pre-empting concerns we hadn't thought of, dealing with difficult vendors...in essence being efficient and available at all times all with professionalism and grace. Minor details like picking up last minute decoration items in South Denver while I'm with my Swiss in-laws and family at the nail salon (after I changed the location and time several times already) to dropping off flowers to a location in North Denver after the wedding showed how flexible they were. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly. We didn't have to worry or think of anything, free to completely enjoy the day because the team was working behind the scenes. We had the chance to walk through the reception area before the ceremony and we were surprised and how quickly they were able to execute the set-up. I couldn't recommend more highly working with Revel + Bloom and for making our day truly beautiful!!

After two minutes in Dana's office, I knew that hiring her would be the best decision I made in all of my wedding planning. From the minute I spoke with her I knew I was in great hands. She is incredibly organized, listens to your every small detail, and handles your wedding as if it was her own. I would suggest to anyone planning a wedding to hire her as a day of event planner (or more, if you need help with your overall look!). Her most important goal is that YOU ENJOY YOUR OWN WEDDING! Instead of worrying about whether our vendors had arrived that day, we spent the morning at our hair salon and truly soaked up the excitement of the day. I never realized how many details went into running the night smoothly, and she covers it all. A small story to show her attention to detail: I forgot to put on my garter belt, and didn't even realize it until we were about five minutes from throwing it!! She went to our room and found it in the box of wedding things and quietly whisked me into the hallway so that I could put it on before I tossed it. I mean seriously, how amazing is that?! If you are getting married in the Denver area, you have to meet with her. She made our wedding weekend everything we wanted it to be and more.

Dana of Revel and Bloom worked with my husband, Josh, and I for more than a year to plan our September 1, 2013 wedding. And what a fairy tale wedding I received! I felt like I was living in the pages of a glossy wedding magazine reserved for the rich and famous. All the details, visions, and planning came together better than I could have ever imagined. The best aspect of having Dana be our wedding planner was on my wedding day I did not worry about even one detail! I was able to enjoy and cherish the best day of my life because I could trust Dana to take care of all the vendors, set up, people, etc that goes into a wedding behind the scenes. My wedding was everything I wanted and Dana made it happen!

I originally started out looking for a day of planner and then I quickly realized how in over my head I really was. Enter Chelle of Revel + Bloom! What an amazingly patient, creative & organized person to work with! She took my vague plans and fine tuned them to my dream wedding. And not only did she do this but she did it while I was moving from city to city with my Marine. It was invaluable to me to have someone who was at the forefront of my wedding planning even when I was not able to. The thing that amazed me as well is that she made me feel as if I was the only client she had at the time although I know I was not. Getting personalized attention and developing a relationship with Chelle made me feel so comfortable trusting her vision and advice. Not only did she carry out my vision but she put me in contact with an AMAZING team of vendors. Her personal relationships with top notch vendors in Colorado made the day what it was. It was so comforting to talk to a vendor and they already knew everything about the day because Chelle had given them all of the details. The big day went off without a hitch and I can't believe how many people said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. It was without a doubt that way because of Revel + Bloom, there is no way I could have pulled it off without them.

Dana at Revel & Bloom could not have been more wonderful to work with over the last year. I had met with a couple of planners prior to my consult with Dana and no one made me feel as comfortable as she did. I wasn't a bride that had a pulled together idea of what I wanted, and honestly had no idea how anything really worked wedding-wise, yet she made me feel pretty confident about the process. This would be a big wedding- about 175 guests. In the beginning, I was uneasy about executing my ideas without it feeling cliche or overdone and coming from a design background, I was being pretty hard on myself. Dana constantly lifted these worries, bringing fresh ideas to the table and really surprising me. Within no time I put 100% of my trust into her, letting her go with whatever she recommended. I felt like she completely understood my direction (this does not often happen with me- like pretty much never). Not only was the design realm taken care of, but I quickly realized how major it was to have Dana know which vendors to choose from. Looking back on the wedding day, the whole wedding party (all 30 of us) got along great with every single person we worked with. Not only that, but the meetings were fun and we felt like everyone was rooting for our day. I will genuinely miss these people. The day of coordination didn't miss a beat. I felt like I had a team of personal assistants making the most efficient decisions for me, leaving me to have a peaceful approach down the aisle. As it began to pour, for instance, 15 mins before our outdoor ceremony, I didn't even consider worrying. I knew our team would come through and make everything work. The sun came out in time, all the chairs were dry and the guests looked happy. Moving through the events of the day was so graceful. Telling a group our size where to be and when while you have drinks flowing and guests to greet is an incredible feat and Dana's team made it easy and fun. Everyone wanted to know how I found Dana and her apparent magic. I could not imagine having a wedding without Revel & Bloom. Every single teeny detail is covered so that you can enjoy your day with family and friends. Dana was extremely flexible, reachable, and easygoing. I never once saw her overwhelmed or read an email (there were over 200...) that had a twinge of urgency. She always put me at ease and I will miss our back and forth. I cannot stress enough how much support you get with Dana, she was by far the most valuable aspect of our wedding planning process.

We worked with Dana to help plan our wedding and she was incredible! I had started with ideas that were all over the place...Dana actually called it "pinterest brain". But from all the little things I loved she was able to find my true vision for our day! She was also CONSTANTLY available I never had to wait for an email back or feel like I was driving her crazy. She helped me find the perfect linens that would match the perfect flowers...piece by piece she pulled together the exact day I wanted! Very elegant yet unique with 4 different center pieces on the 12 tables. She had me crying before I even walked down the aisle when I saw our reception and ceremony decorations. Then after we made it down the aisle. The rest of the day was meticulously planned so we got to do everything at our own time. I'll never be the bride to say that I missed a moment or wish I remember to do this or that because Dana remembered it all for us! She even found us on the dance floor to let us know she pushed our departure time back because we were having so much fun! People always ask how my wedding was and tell them it was perfect but even if it wasn't I had no idea which is how I define the perfect planner! I didn't hear a word about seating or this or that I got to enjoy my entire day with my husband, friends, and family. I now work in a bridal salon and meet brides everyday and I cant help but gush over Revel and Bloom. Dana was truly a blessing on our day and I recommend her to every bride I meet!

Working with Dana Dunphy of Revel + Bloom :: I was introduced to Dana by a very close friend of mine who raved about her work and planning services for her recent fabulous wedding. I was not convinced I needed any sort of wedding planner because of my extreme Type-A controlling perfectionist personality- I figured I could do it ALL. WRONG. Upon instantly meeting Dana, I knew she had a remarkably strong skill-set and unique expertise that would not only be critical to create my dream wedding, but also to keep me sane throughout the intense emotional wedding planning process! She is warm, endearing, kind, and thoughtful. She listens to you as makes this YOUR wedding – exactly as you want it. She helps you with ideas, offers advice, answers questions diligently, and is consistently reliable in everyway. You email or text her and she always responds within minutes – she’s a superwoman! I cannot imagine what I would’ve done without her. They say, your wedding planner is like your best friend while planning your wedding, and I honestly agree! I cam to love, respect, and trust Dana completely during the 10 months I worked with her. I’m SO sad it’s all over now! But, I did have my absolute perfect dream wedding, and I’m extremely grateful for all of Dana’s incredible hard work, her optimistic and calm attitude, and her wise suggestions and guidance. Now, I tell my engaged friends and acquaintances about Dana and Revel + Bloom. And to use them! They will make a HUGE difference and I promise, you’ll be so thankful if you work with them! There are so many places I can start with this review, but I'll start from the beginning. Knowing that planning a wedding from our nation's capital would be difficult, I interviewed several wedding planners in Denver. From the moment I spoke with Dana, I knew that she was the planner for the big day because I felt as if I was talking with a friend. We spoke the same language, and she listned to my vision. In fact, knowing that I am a fashion lover, she asked me a question that will forever be near to my hear: who are your favorite fashion designers and why do you feel that your style most closely resembles their designs? I immediately hired revel & bloom and know that it was the best investment of our wedding. Throughout the planning process, Dana and her team were always available. During each of my visits to Denver, Dana scheduled various visits and tasks that fit my schedule. And the best part about it, she was with me every step of the way. But if you are a bride who prefers to take the reigns, have no fear, Dana will still let you take control. Indeed, she listens to what you want and will either make it happen or tell you how you can enhance it. Dana and her team made the planning process seamless and stressless. In fact my friends and coworkers were often dumbfounded at the fact that I never stressed out about the planning process. When people asked if I was stressed, my response was simple, "No, I have Dana"! As with every wedding, there are bumps leading up to and on the day of your wedding. Dana, however, always managed the damage control and I did not know of any issues until after the wedding. On the day of my wedding, my bridesmaids and even the groomsmen told my hubby and I what a great planner we had. Planners often get a bad wrap for being too controlling, unorganized, frazzled, or in the way. But on our big day, Dana and her amazing team were in control, did not get in the way, and managed every issue that arose with ease and grace. If you are considering hiring a planner, I would definitely recommend hiring revel & bloom. The ladies are very professional, fun, and have great connections. People often do not want to hire a planner because of the added expense. We, however, saved tremendously because revel & bloom had exceptional relationships with vendors from which we benefitted. I miss wedding planning because I don't get to talk to Dana as often.

I didn't bother interviewing any other planners after meeting Chelle and Dana, as they were both so nice and professional from the beginning, I knew I'd be in good hands! I couldn't have been more correct! I hired them for the day of planning, but Chelle offered so much advice and support leading up to it, I couldn't have done it without her! Both Dana and Chelle did an amazing job helping my husband and I plan our September wedding at the Cable Center. They helped us narrow down our final vendors, and most importantly, helped us come up with and implement a theme/decor/style for our wedding. We could not have had the coherent look and style that they provided us. They took care of ordering all of the small items, picked up items, and even made sure our place settings were perfect. They understood our personalities and what we wanted. They listened to our concerns, and adapted the plan based on our budget. As for the month before, they were exceptional in coordinating vendors and making sure EVERY detail was taken care of. The day of was perfect because they were there to make sure I did not have to worry about anything except getting married and having a great time. My goal for my wedding was to get something extremely elegant, classic, and sophisticated without going over budget. Thats exactly what i've received. Chelle was super responsive to all the questions I asked her. I am one of those people who waits to the last possible minute to get things done, and she keeps me on my toes and on track. She has been a big help since my mom lives out of state and can't be here all the time to help with the plans!! I recommend their services to anyone and everyone who is trying to plan their wedding. Chelle and her staff are sure to go above and beyond to make your day special! I was in the wedding party for a bride and groom I have known since college. There were several surprises I planned for them that would not have been possible had it not been for Revel and Bloom! All I had to do was send one e-mail with my requests and she quickly had everyone on the same page: the photographer, the limo driver, the DJ...it was perfect! At the wedding reception, they worked hard to ensure everything was flowing smoothly and guests were happy--taking a lot of pressure off the bride! Dana and Chelle are amazing! As hesitant as my husband was to get wedding coordinators, he mentioned to me during our first dance that he was "so happy they were there!" Our wedding truly was everything we wanted it to be and it wouldn't have happened without them. Because vendor hunting takes up a lot of time, I was so thankful to just be able to email Chelle and get an instant recommendation that could be fully trusted! This cut my vendor hunting time in half since I loved her recommendation everytime and they turned out to be amazing! On the big day, I couldn't have felt less at ease! You can fully trust Dana and Chelle to have everything run the way you planned. From setting up all of my decorations at the venue to making sure the ceremony went flawlessly- they couldn't have been more helfpul! If I had to do it all over again- I would hire them again in an instant :)

2 weeks after my wedding and I am still in awe of what an incredible job Revel and Bloom did. I can not express in words how strongly I recommend hiring them for your wedding. We hired Dana for full service planning and she was great to have every step of the way. Dana's contacts in the industry are invaluable and saved us hours of time and frustration, she really got to know us and put us in front of vendors that really matched our style. Dana has a great eye for design and was readily able to make all of our, sometimes conflicting, visions come to life. It was incredibly exciting to see the whole thing come together on our wedding day, so beautiful! We hired Dana and her team for day-of coordination and they did an incredible job. She helped with advise leading up to the day and then the day of was flawless. We didn't have to think about anything that day we just enjoyed everything and she kept us on track to do everything we wanted. We were unsure if we needed a day-of person but after our experience I would say it was invaluable!! We hired Revel and Bloom as our 'day of coordinators' because we wanted to enjoy our weding day with as little stress as possible. We had no problem planning the wedding or coordinating the vendors, but still decided to hire a day of coordinator at the insistance of friends and family members who to us seemed perhaps a little more high maintenance than we thought ourselves to be... Of all the things we did for the wedding and money we spent, there was absolutely nothing more vaulable than hiring Revel and Bloom. First, they looked over every one of our contracts (as soon as we hired them) to make sure we didnt miss any detail. Then they gave us reccomendations on any vendors we hadn't yet hired (leading to us having the absolute PERFECT DJ for our style and wedding) and convinced us to do a few minor things that would make the evening easier on us and more seamless for friends and family. Then they coordinated timelines and took over all communication with our vendors (so we didnt have to think about a thing) in the time leading up to the wedding. All that would have been worth their fee in itself, but their help and support only got better from there. Chelle arranged a final walk through with our venue, ran the meeting, covered every little detail, asked us about things we never ever would have thought of and then took care of every single thing we talked about from start to finish. She ran our rehersal in a professional and caring mannor, made every family member comfortable, went over final details with me (the bride) and then just took care of everything from that moment on. Our wedding day was as seemless as anyone could ever ask for and I give all that credit to Chelle, Dana, and their interns who helped out. We had a wedding of 200+ people, and both the groom and I have large, complicated families with 4 parents each. Chelle and Dana were able to navigate, guide, herd and manage the family and friends seamlessly. Not only that, but our multiple sets of parents commented on how helpful and professional our wedding coordinators were. Keeping all our family happy is no small feat (infact we've yet to master it ourselves...) My groom and I got to enjoy the evening knowing that every single thing was being taken care of by Revel and Bloom. Chelle checked in with us a few times to make sure that things were going well for us, and to check about minor details. They made small adjustments on the fly that helped us spend more time with the people there to celebrate with us. There is absolutely nothing more we could have asked of Revel and Bloom. If we could reccomend one single vendor of ours through the entire wedding it would be them. In fact, if we could give any one piece of advice to any bride and groom to be it would be to hire a day of coordinator. I worked with Revel and Bloom to plan my wedding about 6 months before my wedding. They were always available for questions and extremely helpful with organizing all my vendors. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding because I knew they had everything in control. A great investment!

My husband & I started planning our wedding from North Carolina and very soon realized that handling all the details in the months leading up would cause either myself or my parent to have a mental breakdown ;) We needed a “day of” planner. Enter Dana & Chele. They met my parents at their house and right away, they were immediately impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm. When I say ‘day of’, D&C helped us months ahead of wedding, visiting our reception site for a walk through with my parents months before, responding to literally hundreds of e-mails shot back and forth between myself, my parents, and our vendors….some of which we were less than cooperative. They handled every situation with grace and professionalism. We had a backyard garden sit-down dinner reception, and ‘doing it all yourself’ is no small undertaking. D&C were a godsend in making it all come together. They were sounding boards about what would/wouldn’t work well. They organized a timeline for the entire day to run smoothly and confirmed all of our many vendors. The week leading up I was perfectly relaxed knowing that everything was in their competent hands. And the wedding day went perfectly. It is all so exciting and such a blur and without the I don’t know how we would have kept things on track. It went off without a hitch, and we can’t recommend them more highly!

Our wedding was beyond perfect thanks to Chelle and Dana! I thought that I would be a nervous wreck and I wasn't at all because I knew that there was nothing to worry about. Our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding that they had ever been to and I know that Chelle and Dana had a huge part in making it so wonderful. They gave us great ideas that made our wedding beautiful. I was actually told by one of our guests that I should be a wedding planner because she thought I did it all:) I could go on and on about how wonderful C&D are but I'll keep it short and sweet. This is how the wedding planning experience should be. We used Revel and Bloom for full wedding planning services, from design inception through the big day. For the design concept: They took our ideas and ran with them. They took the time to get to know us as a couple, listened to our ideas, and revealed a plan that neither of us had seen before. The concept was very creative and gave our guests a unique experience that was elegant, fun, and best of all, screamed "us". Throughout the process, Dana and Chelle were there to answer all of our questions and coordinate our timeline to keep everything on track. They got us a killer deal on a boutique hotel for our out-of town guests. They talked me down when I had a near-disaster with my dress alterations. They helped us pick out the groomsmen's suits. And so on. Dana and Chelle each have unique personalities and are truly fun to work with, and we think the two of them make a fabulous team. They love what they do, and it shows. I never imagined this time could be as relaxing as it was, especially after witnessing several of my family and friends' stressful wedding experiences. Our wedding day coordination was flawless. We never had to even think about coordinating the flowers/ cake/ caterer/ DJ or guests. We truly enjoyed our day...we walked away from our wedding saying "Wow!" and so did our guests!

Chelle was an absolutely amazing wedding planner, and our wedding would never have come together without her expertise! I cannot even begin to explain how essential and amazing Chelle’s planning was to our entire wedding weekend. We were planning our big day from out of town, and we quickly realized that it would be impossible for us to coordinate all aspects of the ceremony and reception without some expert guidance. Chelle jumped right in and handled every last detail beautifully. Before the wedding, she helped organize our vendors and kept on top of them for scheduling. She also helped us keep track of our budget and make tough decisions on what services we could/could not afford. During the day of our wedding, Chelle took total control of the day and made sure that no one had to worry about anything! We received so many compliments on all aspects of the wedding – the invitations, lighting, flowers, etc. None of which we could take credit for because Chelle did it all! All we can say is that our wedding would not have been a success without Chelle!

Dana is truely amazing. We couldn't of asked for a better coordinator. From the start she was full of ideas and suggestions. She helped pick vendors, looked over contracts, had lots of DIY ideas. She was there every step of the way!! On the day of Dana made an empty community room and an empty field the most beautiful Colorado rustic wedding! She kept us calm and happy, which allowed us and our family to enjoy the day instead of worrying about every thing else. Throughout the whole planning process and the day of Dana kept every thing smooth sailing and perfect! There are truely no words for how grateful we are for every thing she did.

As a direct result of Dana's hard work, dedication, and complete competence, I was able to fully enjoy my daughter's wedding, almost entirely without stress. From the moment I met Dana six months prior to the day of the wedding, she was always available with answers and suggestions.
