Donna is the reason our wedding weekend truly felt like a dream come true!
Working with Donna over the past two years has been such a joy. She is incredibly passionate, responsive...
, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and professional—while also being hilarious and just a genuinely wonderful person. By the end of this process, she felt more like a friend than a planner.
Our friends and family are still telling us it was “the best wedding they’ve ever been to,” and we owe so much of that to Donna. Planning from Philadelphia, we relied heavily on her recommendations, and she connected us with the absolute best vendors in New Orleans. We wanted a true NOLA celebration with amazing food and live music, and she delivered beyond our expectations.
She also helped plan and execute our large welcome party, going above and beyond with the timeline, layout, and vendor coordination—and making sure everything ran seamlessly the day of.
Having Donna by our side throughout this process was such a privilege! The only downside is that we don’t have another wedding to plan together :)
Donna, thank you for everything—you truly are the best of the best!
Donna is the reason I stayed sane, smiling, and somehow still had my dream wedding—twice.
We originally hired Donna to plan a 200+ person wedding in New Orleans. She was already a...
n amazing partner from day one—super organized, responsive, and easy to work with. But where she really shined was in the face of chaos. A few months into planning, we got the surprise of our lives: we were expecting a baby, and the due date? The same week as our wedding. Cue the panic.
Without hesitation, Donna stayed by my side as we scrapped the original plan and started over from scratch. I decided to move the wedding up significantly and relocate it to Massachusetts. Donna didn’t just say yes—she got on board, traveled with us, and helped us replan the entire wedding in just 12 weeks, on a tighter budget, without sacrificing any quality. She helped us make every dollar count and somehow made it all look effortless. I truly could not have pulled it off without her.
She became more than a planner—she became a trusted friend. Donna is calm under pressure, endlessly patient, and a total blast to work with. She handled every detail flawlessly—timelines, vendor wrangling, family dynamics—you name it.
And when we thought the drama was behind us… the day of our new wedding, my husband had a sudden allergic reaction. He was throwing up and swelling up mid-wedding. Donna literally sprinted out, hit two stores, and returned with Benadryl like a superhero. She saved the day. The venue gave us an extra hour, and Donna immediately helped us reshuffle transportation, music, and food so we could keep the party going. I still don’t know how she does it.
Whether you’re a super Type A bride (hi, that was me) or more of a last-minute planner, Donna will meet you where you are and take it to the next level. She’s smart, resourceful, incredibly well-connected, and worth 10x what she charges. Book her now before someone else does—you’ll thank yourself a hundred times over.

Donna with Revel & Co is a true pro. On our first call, she had immediate knowledge of the venue I was using, recommended a florist that specialized in decorating fountains (specif...
ic, I know, but crucial for the venue) and gave me some suggestions for wedding colors, linens, and "vibe" words that I had been struggling with for weeks. I can't recommend her enough!

ves. We were not the most opinionated couple, so we put our full trust in Donna's vision and she was able to perfectly fit the style and vibe we were hoping for. We could tell by her suggestions and organization that she had done this many times before, putting us at ease throughout our whole year of planning. She had extensive reliable vendor recommendations to fit every style of wedding. We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day and it was only possible because of Donna!
From the moment Donna took charge of coordinating our wedding, I knew we were in the most capable and caring hands. Her meticulous attention to detail, boundless energy, and innate...
ability to anticipate our needs transformed what could have been a day of stress into the wedding of our dreams. Even when faced with the unpredictable element of rain, Donna's quick thinking and problem-solving ensured that our day was not just salvaged but made even more memorable. She navigated every challenge with grace and efficiency, allowing us and our guests to immerse fully in the joy of our special day. Donna didn't just coordinate our wedding; she enriched it with her passion, dedication, and warmth, crafting an experience we'll cherish forever.
Donna and her team are the absolute best! We hired Revel and Company for month-of coordination. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I'd highly recommend it.
As an...
out-of-town bride, it was so helpful to get her expertise leading up to the big day and made the weeks ahead of my wedding much less stressful.
On the day of, Donna did an amazing job on-site at the venue making sure all of our flowers/decor/etc. looked nice. Her assistant, Alyssa ,was also SO helpful coming to our getting ready location, making sure we got to the venue on time and she saved my dress on multiple occasions. Our wedding would not have been the same without them there!
Hiring Donna, Alyssa, and Revel and Co for our wedding was the absolute best thing we could've done. They were responsive, professional, prompt, organized, and oh so sweet. I need ...
Donna to help organize my life next. We loved working with them so much and would do it over and over again.
Not only did they help so so much leading up to Wedding Day, on the day of they were rockstar life-savers. Our wedding wouldn't have gone even half as smoothly as it did without them being part of our special day. Because we're coming from NY, they recommended all of our vendors and we couldn't have been happier with everything. They even helped us find someone to pick up and handle our pup. 100/10!
Look no further: you've found your wedding planner. Donna & her team are out of this world. From the moment we were engaged, we knew we wanted to get married in New Orleans. Howeve...
r, not being local to the area, we were worried that choosing vendors would present a problem. Enter Revel & Company. Our first phone call with Donna completely alleviated any anxiety we had. She was immediately on the same page with us regarding the wedding we were envisioning and had so many wonderful suggestions and ideas. The nerves were laid to rest, and we were actually EXCITED for our wedding because we could tell we were in the best hands. Fast forward to the day of: Donna and her team met up with us that morning. I got to see the bouquets and boutonnieres she designed and crafted herself (we were both excited to incorporate sustainable arrangements into the ceremony and reception) and I was taken aback with how beautiful they were! For the rest of the day, everything was smooth sailing thanks to Donna & her awesome team. An out of the blue storm threatened our good time (and even our 2nd Line) but they didn't skip a beat and were able to keep the party moving without a hiccup. The attention to detail, organization, and kindness shown by Revel & Company was outstanding and everyone was an absolute joy to be around. Our guests had an incredible time, and we couldn't have pulled it off without Donna. All the credit and thanks to R&C!

nized, communicative, and made the entire experience so easy and pleasurable. Personally, I adore her. She is so much fun to be around, so open and caring, and took this wedding and made it above and beyond our expectations. Her day of assistant, Alyssa was so sweet and professional as well; she had a way of knowing exactly what I needed before I did, and was always there with a snack, or beverage, or kind word. Please do yourself a favor and hire this team!

on of my wedding were nothing short of absolutely perfect and completely stress-free solely due to Donna and her team! Not only did she answer all of my ridiculous questions; but, she handled every detail I would've never been able to pull off alone. I could not recommend this team enough!! From suggesting and coordinating vendors to making sure my lipstick and phone were always nearby. They even ensured everything that I needed after the reception was safely and carefully collected for me! She went above and beyond, making it all look entirely effortless. I cannot imagine a higher caliber event coordinator. Revel & Company will be a contact I will definitely recommend and use myself in the future. I hope to always have their contact on hand.

oked before we hired her, but she assisted us with ideas or suggestions for most everything else and kept us informed during the pandemic as far as what was going on in Nola (we live outside DC so couldn’t come in hardly at all this past year), so we weren’t surprised during the thick of things - just got married this April and I honestly can’t believe what a dream it turned out to be! We finally met her in person after months of conversing and she just exceeded all of our wedding expectations. We had a couple things left to put together at the last minute, but my bridesmaids helped a bit and Donna took care of every last detail with the church and reception. Seriously, if you are on the fence about hiring a planner, at least hire someone day of. It will be the best thing you do that day and you won’t have to worry when you’re supposed to be celebrating. Donna is a pro and we were so lucky to have found her- especially in this crazy awful year! We love her - Thanks again!
Donna Bruner hands-down is the best wedding planner. She thought of every little detail. I truly cannot imagine my wedding without her. She made me feel comfortable talking to her ...
and made every wish come true. She brought her amazing staff with her and made everything a dream. She remembered little things that I would never have thought of. She made sure everything was taken care of and cleaned at the end. She made all of my family feel like her family. I love this woman dearly and I promise if you hire her you will never look back. Best decision I made during my wedding. 💗

a planning package to help with my budget, and was so much more reasonable than many other Nola wedding coordinators. She was only supposed to work with me "the month of" my wedding, but she stuck with me for 9 months; helping me reschedule TWICE during the pandemic. She was truly a Godsend for this stressed out ER healthcare worker! Whether your budget is $5,000 or $150,000, she can help you make your dream wedding a reality! She and her team we were with me every step of the way, never making me feel like a bridezilla. Hiring her was the BEST decision I made for myself and our wedding. Don't make your friends/family work on your wedding day, hire Revel & Co. to make your special day spectacular!

g planner and fitting that expense into my budget, and I am SO GLAD we chose to work with Donna! Seriously, it may have been one of the best decisions we made. We LOVED her from the moment we met her (including my mom!) She was so proactive, super responsive, and really "got" my vision and helped bring it to life. I am a worrier by nature but I felt 100% stress free on wedding day because I knew she had thought out every detail and had it all taken care of. She also had some great tips & vendor recommendations to save money in areas that were less important to us, and she just seems to simplify everything! It was such a great experience getting to know and work with her!
The BEST, honestly. I really don't know where to begin when it comes to Revel & Co. Events LLC! If it had not been for Donna and her team, I am not sure if my wedding would have ha...
ppened, seriously. I was planning a destination wedding in NOLA from Florida, during a worldwide pandemic and then the week of my wedding a category 4 storm, Hurricane Delta, was projected to hit NOLA! Y'all, my anxiety severe, but I had Donna - so all was well. She was the definition of prepared, she had plans A, B, C, D, E, F - I kid you not. The pricing for events is more than fair and flexible to fit any type of event whether it is a small intimate gathering or a larger, grandiose affair. She is personable and was perfect to keep my Groom and his Groomsmen in line the day of! She is professional and very organized but also so friendly and down to earth you will feel like you've known her for years. Donna's knowledge of her venues, vendors, decor and great photo ops is incomparable. She had recommendations for everything and every vendor I contacted spoke highly of Donna! Donna plays no games about her Brides and/or Guests of Honor, be clear on that. She will make sure it is right and if it isn’t, she will get it right with a quickness. I really could go on and on about how much I adore this company. If you are considering Revel & Co., please, stop hesitating and contact them! You will not regret it one bit. I am forever indebted to Donna and forever a supporter!

with. We ended up sticking with our original date and venue, but had to make many changes to the vendors, logistics, etc. given the circumstances, and she was so helpful in providing suggestions and advice along the way. I had trouble getting ahold of some of my vendors, and Donna was more than willing to step in and handle them for me to take it off my plate. The day went perfectly, and I don’t know how I could have done it without her!!!

th us before our big day, at the venue, so we could go over details and plans. You can tell she's experienced and is in her element. She was so helpful - always quick to respond to any questions we had, gave us great advice in several different areas, and was just so friendly. She's a joy to work with and be around. A day or two before the wedding, she came and picked up all the things we had put together and needed at the reception and ceremony - like memory table pictures, favors, the sign in book and Polaroid's to go with that, special cocktail napkins we were using, etc. Having her take that to the venue and have it all taken care of and put in it's place on the day of was a huuuge help. She helped us coordinate the rehearsal and even took pictures on her phone that she gave us later. All around, we recommend her. We can't say enough how much she helped us and how much of a great addition to any wedding she is. You will be so glad you hired and worked with her.

lied on Donna so heavily for her insight into decor, having a second line, and chasing vendors and she was excellent. We had some Pinterest boards for the look we would like, and Donna already owned a lot of the decor. We definitely could not have done the wedding with out her. She was calm, laid back, meticulous and so so beyond helpful. We would highly recommend her for any events in the New Orleans area.

nder that with all of these qualities and more, she makes the best wedding planner! When my now-husband and I decided that we wanted to plan a mini-destination wedding in New Orleans (we’re New Yorkers), we knew we were going to need on-the-ground help. Donna was just the support we needed. Donna is so knowledgable about all things wedding-related, including all the specific quirks that come with planning a wedding in New Orleans (who knew police permits for parades were a thing!). She was so helpful at helping us identify the best vendors for our style and budget, and helped us negotiate discounts and avoid deals that simply didn’t make sense for us. During our trips to town, she would offer us rides around town to see vendors, always giving us her undivided attention, and always making us feel special and heard. Also, feels like a given but worth mentioning: she is SOOO on it! Nothing fell through the cracks on her watch (I definitely could NOT be trusted with the same lol!). All in all: our wedding would not have happened without Donna. My only regret is that I can’t give her more than 5 stars!! We recommend her wholeheartedly.
As the mother of the bride, I can't say enough wonderful things about Donna. In retrospect, hiring her was the best decision we made. She not only directed us to options that helpe...
d us save money but she helped save my sanity. The challenge we faced was planning a destination wedding from New York. Logistically, she made everything easier for us in her role as our on-the-scene expert. She knows everyone and gave us the best recommendations for venues and vendors. I'm a bit of a control freak but the more I worked with Donna, it became clear that she was a true true professional and even more organized than I was. She was calm and competent when dealing with minor mishaps and unforeseen issues, such as needing 10 heat lamps two days before the wedding because of a freak cold spell. While my daughter and I were going back and forth deciding if we needed them or not, thankfully, Donna had already reserved the last lamps available as everyone else planning an event came to realize the need. That's just one example of Donna troubleshooting for us. At the actual wedding ceremony and reception, I was able to enjoy myself because Donna was in charge. She kept everything on schedule (so important for proper timing and flow) and executed all of our plans perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Donna, personally and within her professional capacity. She's a peach! I am truly appreciative of everything she did for us. To help ease your anxiety, be cost effective and enjoy this special, special day, call on Donna.

r anything big or small and she responds super quickly. She’s a lifesaver for taking the stress out of the planning process and I cannot imagine planning our big day without her. She has countless connections around New Orleans and was able to help find any vendor we could possibly need. ings ahead of time, and responded to all my random thoughts and inquiries at all hours of the day/night. Throughout the year long planning process, Donna morphed from my “wedding planner” into my friend. We chatted daily about life and she became a confidant. She handled business though. Sometimes that required tempering my expectations and other times that included her figuring out how to get something done within the budget I had. Heck, sometimes that included her reminding ME of my budget! Lol. She was way more than I had expected when I hired her. She went over and above and ran my welcome party aNd attended the next day “trash the dress” session with me because I felt more comfortable with her there making sure things ran smoothly. One of my regrets is that I never got a picture of her and I from my big day. She was as much a guest as she was a planner. Do yourself a favor and call Donna. She was fair, professional, and freakin’ wonderful!
