Revel & Flourish is a MUST for your wedding era needs! Kristina worked with me, my mom, and mother-in-law for the wedding, rehearsal dinner, and bridal shower florals and each one was absolutely breathtaking. The arrangements were so unique and matched our vision perfectly! Beyond that, Kristina and her team were so fun to work with. I can’t recommend them enough!
We also utilized their planning services which was a total game changer! Eli was incredible and we can’t imagine the day without her. She is detail-oriented and engaged, bringing a calmness during the crazy month of final wedding planning. One thing we made a priority was getting personal time together after the ceremony to enjoy cocktails and debrief the day before joining our guests for dinner. Eli advocated for us on the day and made sure it happened! She also fixed my dress with her sewing kit so the bustle would hold up during our first dance! Truly unmatched.

We used Revel & Flourish for our floral & coordinator at our wedding. Everything turned out amazing! CJ did an absolute awesome job and so many people said they would ask for help and it would be done just like that! They made everything run so smooth and I could not recommend them enough! Also, they had the most thoughtful wedding gift that will be cherished forever!
The Revel and Flourish team do an amazing job on executing what you envision when it comes to your floral decorations for a wedding. The meetings were very helpful along with the vision board they create for one. They make you feel more than just a customer by the thoughtful gift they gave us for our wedding. They were amazing to work and would recommend hiring them for your wedding!

Kristina was so amazing to work with the whole year leading up to my wedding. I had a few changes throughout the process and she handled them, along with all my questions, with so much grace. I gave her and her team a little bit of my vision for the day and they made it come to life so perfectly, better than I could’ve imagined honestly. She helped me pick things that aligned with my budget and even showed me what everything would look like in advance with drawings/paintings! Couldn’t recommend her and her team more!

We used Revel & Flourish as our florist for our wedding and from the first conversation they were so helpful and able to help me find exactly what I wanted within my budget. I loved how they sent a "look book" and really made you feel seen and a part of the whole experience. Each conversation I had with the team leading up to the big day was positive and so helpful. Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous on the day of! Couldn't recommend working with them more!
Jody and her team were AMAZING and we still say they were our favorite vendor. We gave them our vision and budget and had the best time working together; although they made it look way better than we had anticipated. You can totally trust that the R&F team will make your day gorgeous.
We were so incredibly happy with how our florals turned out from Revel & Flourish. The entire team was so kind and truly got to know me and my vision for the wedding day. They listened to my ideas and were great about adjusting the mood board to exactly what I wanted, and brought it to life! I received so many comments about our florals; they were beautiful!

We used Revel & Flourish for our micro wedding! Kristina worked with us and I was so happy with my bouquet and the process! We met via video and I sent ideas along and they were able to make me a beautiful bouquet! The communication was easy and stress free! And, we used the Revel room as our venue and could not be more happy! I can’t wait to see my photos! I do not hesitate to recommend them!
We were lucky enough to work with Revel & Flourish for our intimate wedding ceremony in September 2022. They were wonderful to work with and all of our floral arrangements were so beautiful. They provided bouquets, boutonnieres, a flower crown for our flower girl, and a floral arch decoration. It was an incredibly smooth process from start to finish. I felt like they listened to our likes and dislikes, used our inspiration photos extremely well, and everything was beyond what we had hoped for! You won't regret using them for your wedding or event. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Revel & flourish’s work was beyond beautiful. Our flowers were perfect and held up so well on our hot June wedding day. They are all so sweet and amazing to work with. Highly recommend Revel and Flourish! I specifically utilized their wedding day of coordination and floral services and I have ZERO complaints. Kristina was also very flexible throughout the entire when it came to changes in decision making, etc. She always made me feel comfortable in the decisions or changes that I made with no guilt attached. Our day of coordinator was absolutely AMAZING!! SO SO organized, detail oriented, personable, & creative. In my eyes, the day went off without a hitch which is exactly what is supposed to happen when you have a day of coordinator. The florals were also GORGEOUS. I cant express enough how great of a job Maggie did. I was not able to provide her with specific details regarding florals, but simply a broad vision. SHE KILLED IT. To anyone who wants their day to be taken seriously & to truly relax, I would forever recommend revel and flourish.
From the beginning everyone was so friendly and responsive. My wife and I had a certain vision for our winter wedding florals and they made us an excellent mood board which outlined all of our visions! The florals the day of our wedding we’re delivered and were beyond our wildest expectations, they were SO GORGEOUS!
We also rented candles and pillars, and the owner herself dropped them off and picked them up at the end of the night. She was so wonderful and it helped ease our mind about the cleanup all on our own.
We couldn’t recommend Revel & Flourish enough. They are beyond every expectation we had for a florist.
I worked with Jody at Revel & Flourish and she was fantastic. I had a pretty strict budget, but you would never know it if you were there or looked at photos! She was so helpful in deciding how to spend the money so it would have the most impact and also reusing/moving pieces from the ceremony to reception space at the venue. She also attended several meetings with me at the venue and was very insightful on how to maximize the décor included in my package.
I would definitely recommend Revel & Flourish to any bride or anyone needing floral and décor for an event. 10/10!

If I could I've R&F 10 stars, I would. Jody, Emmy, and their team go ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way. We hired them to do decor, florals, and coordinating for our wedding on 10/23/2021. From the flowers, to decor, to coordinating and helping the day run seamlessly, they are amazing. Jody is an amazing listener and remembers details that you tell her, even months after. Jody remembered that I love cotton candy, and surprised me by having our guest favors be maple cotton candy! I was over the moon!
Speaking of moon, moon and tides hold significance to my husband. Jody brought that into so many parts of our wedding day, but without it being too much or tacky. It was so well done and thoughtful. Our seating chart was a moon over the water and the guests names on clear acrylic tiles. It looked absolutely amazing, everyone who saw it was blown away. Don't even get me started on the decor! My inspiration was boho romantic with touches of vintage. Jody nailed it 100%. From the table decor, to the hanging ladder above the head table, our flowers, and the colors! Our day was like something out of a Pinterest fairytale, in the best way. Jody met with me many times before the wedding going over details, plus she responded quickly to emails and texts. She was also extremely supportive during the stressful times of planning a wedding in a pandemic, I can't tell you how many times I texted or messaged her in a panic, and she was so incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for her!
Emmy was also such a dream to work with. She made sure the day went so smoothly, working on things behind the scenes so I did not have to lift a finger. She was also so helpful, reaching out regularly to make sure things were going well and always offering to help if I needed it. She made sure the wedding part was where they needed to be and made sure the day ran seamlessly. She made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything at all on the day of our wedding.
Overall I would hire R&F again and again for any events that I have!
Emmy and her team were so easy to work with! They were great at communicating everything clearly and in a timely manner, helped to confirm vendors and other last minute details, and were absolutely wonderful on the day of. It was so great knowing we didn't have to worry about things like set up or tear down or communicating with the other vendors. So happy we made the decision to hire Emmy and Posies and Poise!!
I very highly recommend Posies & Poise to help make anyone's wedding day amazing and flawless! Emmy & her team did such an exceptional job, I can not express enough how grateful I am to her and her team for my beautiful wedding! Everything from before the wedding organization, to the week of, and then to the day of the wedding. Everything was so well thought out, organized, and communicated that as the bride I really didn't have to worry about anything and was able to just enjoy my wedding day with my husband! Planning a wedding is always stressful but trying to do it during a pandemic was hard and extremely stressful. I was originally so worried it was going to be a nightmare trying to achieve the wedding that we had wanted but with Posies & Poise (Emmy) it was stress free and ultimately they gave us the gorgeous wedding day of our dreams! Even my photographer and other various vendors we used gave high compliments to Emmy & her team and how wonderful it was to work with them from a vendor for a wedding perspective. Posies and Poise delivered above and beyond expectations. Emmy and Christina we always a few steps ahead of the game in the middle of COVID madness. They helped us update plans, venues, decorations, menus, etc. on almost a monthly basis! By the time the wedding date arrived, our daughter and son-in law had the most beautiful, meaningful and memorable ceremony, in great part, due to Posies & Poise!!

My (now) husband and I live on the East Coast, but we wanted to have our wedding in Minnesota where we met. We didn't quite know where to begin with coordinating everything from across the country — and that's where Kristina came in. During our very first phone call with Kristina (and Emmy!), I knew that she was the perfect day-of planner for us. She was kind, friendly, and organized. Most of all, she made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of, even when we were coordinating everything remotely. Kristina was there to help every step of the way and really helped make our wedding day go off without a hitch. It felt like we had so many things to juggle that day: we had two locations (one for the ceremony and another for the reception), a pair of buses to transport our guests, and I also had three surprise dress changes, which Kristina helped time expertly. :) I'd definitely recommend Posies and Poise to anyone in need of a stellar wedding planner.

I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding turned out, and that’s because of the help from Posies & Poise! Emmy was there through it all, and made sure everything was the way we imagined. I would highly recommend Posies & Poise to anyone who wants to make they’re wedding less stressful.
We began our experience with Posies & Poise on an initial phone call with Emmy. She was so attentive to all of the details of our upcoming day and was willing and able to support our wedding in any way we needed them to. This was so important as we needed our coordinator to be able to direct our rehearsal of the ceremony, as well as lead tear down for our wedding day - of. This team did that and so, so much more. We met our planner Kristina for coffee 10 months before our wedding to discuss our vision and how we wanted everything to come together. This was helpful to run logistical questions past Kristina and to get her feedback on what she has seen in the past.
Then Covid hit, and as we all know, it turned the wedding industry upside down. We were so concerned about our wedding and what impacts this would have on our reception. Kristina was open and kind in responding to our concerns and running with the punches. She coordinated with all of our vendors (13 of them) on logistics, set up, arrival and departure times, and everything that needed to be communicated leading up to our big day.
The day of our wedding, Kristina was an absolute rockstar. She took the lead in setting up all of our decor inside the venue, all while coordinating with arriving vendors. On top of that, she kept our wedding party on task and made sure we stuck to the timeline. She even ran out hand warmers while we took outdoor pictures, and pinned the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres. She kept the entire day flowing smoothly and allowed Michael and I to enjoy our day while being fully present and not worrying about anything logistical. We also received such positive feedback from our other vendors that Kristina was fantastic to work with, and she had an answer for every question they had.
We are so glad we chose to work with Posies & Poise and Kristina to make our wedding day run smoothly and come to life. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful team of rockstars to make their event come to life.
Posies and Poise was super helpful and provided a sense of calm on the day of the wedding. They think of everything and make sure you don’t forget any important details. We personally worked with Kristina. She helped us make a seamless transition of venues when our venue backed out on us three weeks prior to the wedding. She was super organized, positive, and supportive through the stressful change.
We booked Posies & Poise for my sister Michelle's wedding and it was the best decision we made. Emmy and Kristina were the day-of-coordinators of our dreams. They coordinated between all the vendors to make sure the wedding day went smoothly and that we were stress free (not an easy task!). They also anticipated any issues and solved them before the Bride & Groom had to worry about anything.

Emmy and team were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! Our initial wedding date was cancelled due to COVID-19, and we had to change our date two times since. Emmy was flexible and willing to help us navigate these strange and tough times. She went above and beyond to make us feel loved on our original wedding date, bringing us a bouquet of flowers in honor.
When it came to our actual wedding date, June 21st, we had one month to plan - which meant change in venue, guest count, navigating social distancing, decor/floral, and food! Emmy supported us along the way, providing key advice to help make the wedding day turn into the wedding of our (new) dreams. I would 10/10 recommend her and her team when it comes to day-of, and planning, especially if you want someone who will understand your vision and help you get there!

We loved working with Posies & Poise leading up to our big day!! Both Emmy & Kristina were full of good advice and recommendations that helped us make many of our wedding decisions. Kristina did a fabulous job with our day-of coordination and we did not have to worry about a thing. From confirming with all our vendors in the week leading up to our wedding, to making sure that all of our décor ended up in the right spot, everything looked fantastic by the time we arrived for cocktail hour! It was such a relief to have someone taking care of all the details so that we did not have to!
Hiring Kristina was the best decision I made for our wedding. From our initial conversation to the day of our wedding, Kristina was easy to reach and always available for any of my questions or concerns. I really felt like Kristina went above and beyond for me and my fiance. She was so fun and easy to work with and she even made a White Castle run for our reception late night snack, which was the hit of the party and we couldn't have done without her. I cannot recommend her enough, any stress you have about your big day will completely vanish with her by your side.
Hiring Emmy and her team to help coordinate our wedding was a perfect choice. The gals worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have imagined a more seamless, well-coordinated, perfect wedding day – and a lot of credit is due to Posies and Poise for that.
Emmy always made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to everything. It was easy to tell from the beginning she and her team are great at what they do. In addition to all that, their packages were very reasonably priced and they went above and beyond every step of the way. I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so in the future.
Best money we spent on our wedding was booking Posies & Poise for day of coordinating. Kristina was fantastic and communicated with us in the month leading up to our wedding, building an itinerary, and going over all our vendors we booked. Day of both Kristina and Melissa made our day magic. Any hurdles they came across they handled with smile. We highly recommend these planners!
As first time mother of bride, the best recommendation I received from a friend was to hire a day-of-coordinator and then to hire Posies and Poise! I was so much more relaxed and ‘in the moment’ at my daughter’s wedding instead of having my time and my mind interrupted with details or surprises. My daughter had a church ceremony with reception at a venue 30 minutes away. We bounced questions off Emmy as we went through the planning process. She helped us with ideas for guest shuttle transportation that was cost effective and met our needs! She helped us detail out the day of schedule and coordinated with all the vendors involved. While we were at the church getting ready, greeting guests and having the ceremony, we had peace of mind with Emmy and Melissa setting up the reception venue. It looked even better than we imagined! We wanted to reuse some of the church decor items at the reception and Emmy efficiently packed up, transported and set those up at the reception as well! As the reception went on, Emmy checked in with me periodically and discretely removed and packed away the table decor and gifts. We were delighted and received many compliments on how everything went at the wedding and the reception! Many thanks to Emmy at Posies and Poise!
These people are so on top of it! I had an at home wedding that took a lot of coordination. They were necessary to help the day run smoothly. Also gave us great guidance when initially choosing our venue.
Emmy and her team did an amazing job with our wedding. They handled all communications with our vendors so we had more time to focus on last minute details. They set up the reception venue beautifully and handled all clean up/gifts when it was over. Emmy did so well coordinating the events of the reception, making sure we were where we were supposed to be. We hired Emmy as a day-of coordinator for our 5/18/19 wedding and couldn't have been happier with our decision! I had planned to get quotes from several people but I was so impressed with Emmy's attention to detail and responsiveness that I knew I'd already found the best person for the job! She responded to my initial inquiry email within 30 minutes and before I knew it we were chatting on the phone about all of the planning details. I was so impressed that she had clearly taken the time to look up our wedding website prior to talking to me!
Throughout the planning process I sent her pertinent info for the day-of, and one month before the date, she communicated with me regularly to ensure we were on-task. During this time she checked in with my other vendors to confirm their various arrival times, and she checked in with me to see if there was anything I needed help with, or if I had any questions/concerns.
On the day of she arrived at the venue and worked with the other vendors to set up the elaborate design we had pieced together through numerous DIY projects.
Emmy and her assistant, Daniel, worked hard to ensure that the evening went smoothly. They followed the schedule to the letter, helped me sneak in unseen (no easy task in this setting) twice, and were on the ball every step of the way!
Because we DIYed all of the decor, we had about 17 boxes worth of stuff to unload and then reload at the end of the night. I organized/labeled everything as best as I could, but it was still an intimidating thought to have to deal with all of this stuff! Emmy and Daniel did an amazing job of keeping everything in order, and even packed it all up at the end of the night and loaded it into my sister-in-law's car at the end of the night.
I can't describe how amazing it was to not have to worry about any of the scheduling, organization, packing, or any other minor issues that may have cropped up, throughout the day! As a DIY bride, who had stressed over every minute detail for 11 months, it was such a relief to be able to fully immerse myself in the wedding I'd worked so hard to plan, without having to worry about anything. With anyone else I think I would have worried about things not getting done properly, but with Emmy I had complete confidence, which allowed me to relax and enjoy our day.
I cannot thank Emmy and Daniel enough for all of the hard work they put into making our wedding so perfect! Everyone tells you to expect things to go wrong, but if anything actually did, they handled it so effortlessly that we were blissfully unaware! I am so thankful that we chose to add a day-of-coordinator to our budget, and that we went with Posies and Poise! I would 110% recommend them to anyone hosting a wedding (or other event)!

I wish I could list all of the things that Emmy and her team did to help make our day perfect, but the list is far too long and to be honest, I don't even know everything that she did- again, she allowed me and my husband to be in the moment during our wedding and took care of everything else.
I 100000% recommend Emmy-- she was honestly a Godsend. Our day was so magical because of all that Emmy did to help create it! WE LOVE YOU, EMMY!
Emmy was the saving grace of our wedding. All the small details that could go awry on the big day are hard to fathom in advance, but having a wedding planner make sure that, for example, the music for the wedding procession plays according to plan and that various vendors get paid relieves a lot of stress. Emmy was great at this! While our wedding party and family members stood around expecting things to magically fall into place, Emmy was the drill sergeant (the very friendly and polite kind) that actually made things happen on schedule. She care of everything so my husband and I could actually enjoy ourselves at our wedding, and we had a blast! I have worked with Emmy on a couple of events, the largest being a wedding at our farm with 300 guests. Both events pulled off beautifully with no hitches. She presented numerous options for how to do things for the wedding of which I must admit some were really weird to me, like a bonfire for the evening at the wedding, and enough pies for 300 guests! It turned out to be fabulous and so many guests commented about how this was the best wedding they ever went to. And my relatives keep bringing that up as time goes on. Emmy presents ideas but also listens and tailors the specifics to my wants and needs all the while working within budget and being reasonable.
Emmy Ross was professional, warm, and experienced and made our day SO EASY. She handled vendor issues with ease, and directed us to some perfect vendors that matched our style. She made sure we were prepared and happy, and let us enjoy our time with family and friends, without having to worry about event details and vendor questions. As someone who has worked many events myself, I know that 100 little questions and issues can arise throughout the night. Emmy took care of them all, and we cannot thank her enough. 10/10 - would recommend. Thanks Emmy!
My husband and I booked Emmy as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and it was by far the best decision we made. She knew exactly what to do to make sure that our day was as stress-free as possible. She was always on top of communication leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was absolutely perfect on our special day. Emmy took care of all of the details and made sure we had the time to enjoy our day and talk to our guests. My Husband and I worked with Kristina- She was so friendly and really understood our vision. The best thing was that she was super reachable and always available to answer questions and discuss details when needed. She worked really hard on our wedding day in the super humid 90 degree weather! We would definitely recommend Poisies and Poise to other couples!
One of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was hiring Posies and Poise as our wedding coordinator, as it really allowed my husband and our families to truly relax and enjoy our wedding week and our special day knowing that all the details and coordination was handled and in good hands. Emmy and Kristin were extremely responsive, professional and easy to work with and took a TON of the pressure off of us as a couple, as we were planning our Twin Cities wedding while living in Chicago. Don't even hesitate! Book Posies and Poise. We used them for day of coordination for our wedding and it was hands down the best decision. We worked with Kristina who was not only the sweetest person, but was so organized, on top of it and amazing at her job. We had a couple of phone calls with Kristina leading up to the wedding, and she came to our on site meeting where she asked all the right questions. I was super confident going into our wedding that she had it under control. Day of, her and her assistant handled everything - interfacing with vendors, the setup, any issues or questions that came up, managing the timeline. I felt in the loop on what was going on, but was able to remain stress free knowing everything was handled. My family was blown away as well - we received multiple comments about how professional and amazing the team was. Hands down, would highly recommend them!
Emmy was such an incredible help and godsend on our wedding day. I had contacted her about 2 months before our wedding day because I knew I needed someone to execute the day of activities. Luckily enough for me she was available to help! She helped put into motion everything I had planned including decorations, vendor management, and coordination of people and things. She took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about it and neither did either of our mothers! She even came back at the end of the night to clean up. She physically packed up and put everything into people's cars at the end of the night! It was unbelievable!! She was so kind, a true pleasure to work with, and made me feel at ease. Cannot thank her enough for her hard work and her kind heart! Would recommend again and again!
