Revel Event Center

They were great to work with, the venue is beautiful and really has a lot to offer. The bride's room is somewhat small if you have a large wedding party, but it worked perfectly for me and my two bridesmaids (and of course mothers and photographers). They worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and the staff is awesome!

Revel is a beautiful venue. I loved the exposed brick and open air feel. They were really helpful during the planning process and were great to work with.

My daughter and son in law were just married at Revel on 11/09/19 and I must say, even if I am partial (she is my girl), that it was the best venue ever!! The location, space (indoor and outdoor), bride's room, groom's room and just everything was PERFECT! I give this venue a 10 out of 10 just awesome!! I also would highly recommend BRANDI FARROW as your wedding day coordinator! Brandi worked with my daughter throughout the entire process and was spot on for ALL details the day of the wedding! The bartenders were also very professional and the food was FANTASTIC! Thank you Revel

We loved Revel when we first saw it. It was one of the first venues we looked at and we almost immediately paid our deposit and signed the contract. We signed our contract with one individual who acted as though she owned the venue and ran everything. However, we found out several weeks later FROM ONE OF OUR OTHER VENDORS that she was fired "for legal reasons." We had to then call Revel to figure out who we were supposed to be working with and what was going on. We shrugged it off... people get fired and I'm sure the new person was busy. Everything moves along and we have our meetings. Then, we find out (again) FROM ONE OF OUR OTHER VENDORS that the new person is no longer working there. We then had to call once again to get into contact with the new event manager (or whatever her title is), but she kept telling us she had to work on the weddings that were coming up soonest and would get with us when it was closer to our date. This was frustrating for us because we were unable to get planning done that we needed because we were waiting on the new event manager to be less busy. We eventually get fed up and schedule a meeting with her, and she has no idea about our wedding, what tables we wanted, how many guests we expected, and things that we had already established with the venue. Also, the prices were all wrong on the quote she gave us because they upped all of their prices under new management. We had to ask her several times for a layout, and it was wrong and we had to email her back and forth about it. The last time we called to tell her it was wrong again, she got snippy and said "we're working on it okay?" and hung up. We eventually got everything worked out for the most part, it was just a nightmare dealing with the management. Our wedding ended up being a beautiful day thanks to our amazing coordinator we hired. I did not see anyone that worked for Revel other than the bartenders the entire day of our wedding. I would be weary about working with them unless they have a competent manager on site that understands how to work in the wedding business. The venue is beautiful, so if you can handle working with difficult people or if you have an awesome coordinator, I would recommend it. Otherwise, there are plenty of other venues in Greenville that have better prices and better management.
