They worked with me in communicating all the details with them, they scheduled final meetings with all my vendors, and they both met with me at my venue a week before to go over details. Noelle, my day-of-coordinator, was a ROCKSTAR!! My guests were obsessed with her. It was her first wedding at the Art Factory, which I know is a crazy crazy job… but she ran with it and was so on top of everything!! She constantly checked in with me, she handled issues, coordinated with the vendors, and did it all with a huge smile. Noelle also prevented me from getting a huge fine the next day from my venue and losing thousands of dollars of our belongings. We honestly could not have had such a successful reception without all her hard work.

our weeks left before our wedding at Crystal Plaza, in Livingston, NJ. We had handled wedding planning ourselves up to that point – namely we had already booked our vendors, the venue, sent invites etc. When we hired Reveled, we were only really looking for day-of-coordinator services and assistance in crafting a timeline – or so we thought. Instead, when we hired Reveled, and our absolutely amazing coordinator Noelle, we got so much more than we had even realized we needed. First, from the minute we hired Reveled, Noelle scheduled a meeting with us so we could discuss our ideas and vision for the day. After that, she scheduled and planned all our final meetings with our vendors, ensured that the vendors understood what we wanted from them and when, and got everyone on the same page. From the minute we began working with her, Noelle made our lives a million times easier, and I cannot recommend her and Reveled highly enough. Noelle also created a timeline for the day. In addition to scheduling the obvious activities like hair and makeup, Noelle prepared a detailed packing list of things that my self and my husband would need to bring with us to the venue, planned what photos and video coverage we would be taking based on the timing of the vendors arrival, made sure that we had ample time for our first look and photos, built in time to bustle my dress after the ceremony, and even was able to handle distribution of our vendor tips. In sum, she made every aspect of the planning and day of easier and better from the minute we hired her to the end of our wedding day. Also the team is such a dream to work with in person. On the day of the wedding, Noelle and her assistant, Nicollette, walked into our venue, Crystal Plaza, like an extraordinarily efficient ray of sunshine. Somehow, Noelle had what can only be described as a bridal utility belt, containing everything from hairspray to bobby pins, to static guard to some magical device that they used to pin up my bustle after some of the buttons broke while I danced the night away. Noelle helped me get dressed, impressed our family and friends, worked well with the venue staff, made sure all our vendors did what they needed to do when they needed to do it, and did it all with the most genuine smile on her face. And Nicollette, her amazing assistant, spent most of the day with my husband and the groomsmen, and they all raved that she was fun, excited, and a pleasure to work with. But because she had already worked there, she was already familiar with the space and the staff, which helped the day flow so smoothly. I feel like my husband and I have heard so many horror stories of wedding days gone wrong. However, thanks to Noelle, Nicollette, and Reveled, our wedding day went without hiccup. From our perspective, it was everything we dreamed of and more, and I cannot think of a single thing I would have changed except for hiring Reveled earlier than we did. My husband and I cannot recommend this wedding vendor enough, and Noelle and Nicollette, in particular. They were amazing at every step of the way – Reveled was amazing to work with, never making it seem like I was bothering them or annoying them with any of the million questions I had along the way. Reveled is absolutely the best in the business!!!

Everytime we had a timeline meeting, meetings with my other wedding vendors, needed to contact my other wedding vendors, etc., Yasemin and Noelle were on top of their game and so professional. I would like to give a special shout out to Noelle because I communicated with her a little bit more especially during the final countdown leading up to my wedding. Noelle is an angel and will always have a solution for everything. Everytime I had a question, concern, or a change, nothing would phase her and we would always figure it out. She is so sweet, kind, patient and always puts her client's needs first. Noelle truly cares about her clients and will do whatever it takes to make her clients happy. On the day of my wedding, Noelle was a powerhouse. There were a few moments where I felt overwhelmed and I kept apologizing to her and she looked at me and told me to stop apologizing/I had nothing to apologize for. Noelle was accompanied by two other girls from Yasemin's team, Arianna and Nikki and they were amazing. Noelle, Arianna and Nikki were my dream team and they were on top of absolutely everything. There were two minor problems on my wedding day and they were able to fix it like nothing every happened. They were so attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly/everyone was happy. Because of Noelle, Arianna and Nikki, my wedding was was perfection. From dealing with our guests, the bridal party, the venue , the vendors, oh man they were great in taking care of things, especially small little surprises! They all worked very efficiently, they were professional, they even had those walkie talkie ear pieces to communicate with each other every where they went. My husband and I truly felt attended to. Instructions were followed and requests were made without hesitation! They made sure everything was being followed as according to planned. The thing I loved most about working with Reveled Events is that Yasmine has style and we both have the same taste. She was def able to help me get the dream wedding and look I was going for. I do wish I listened to her more as she made certain suggestions. I’m a type A planner myself, and the reason I hired them was so that I wouldn’t have to be stressed out making small decisions and I often times took on more then needed. You really don’t have the stress if you have them on your side. Nevertheless, my husband and I were still able to get what we wanted and that was to walk into our wedding day and not have to stress about anything! After booking the major things, as a bride I knew there was one major thing missing; a day-of wedding planner. I am a super indecisive person and when it comes to the flow of things I second guess myself a lot. I decided I NEEDED someone to help hold my hand through this process. I called up Yasemin after seeing her company as a preferred vendor on our venue’s site. INSTANTLY I was hooked - without knowing if we would hire her team or not, Yasemin did not hold back any details. She went through every single thing her team would be providing to us and what the day of flow was like. This intro call lasted a good hour as she was patient and answered every single one of my questions. I got off the phone with her and felt such excitement and relief; half the things she mentioned to me I didn’t even know were involved in the wedding planning process. Yasemin informed me that I would be working specifically with Noelle who would handle all of my day of needs and would be working with me two months prior as well. NOELLE IS A STAR! The day of my wedding came around, and Gabby entered the picture as the second planner working alongside Noelle for the day. MY GOSH WHAT A GIFT WE WERE GIVEN - my husband left his wedding day shoes at the hotel and Gabby did not want anyone in the family to stress out so she got in her own car and drove to the hotel to retrieve his shoes. I can go on and on about how amazing Noelle and Gabby were but I will leave it at this - every single person approached me saying I was “the calmest, most stress free, unnerved bride ever, and how is that possible”. It was simply because I knew I had Noelle holding my hand and making sure everything was perfect from the second I met her on day 1, and for Gabby to gift us with her presence truly exceeded expectations. Well, the moment my husband and I connected over the phone with Yasmin to learn about Reveled Events & Design services we fell in LOVE and are beyond thankful for their support during our wedding planning process. Though we only purchased a day of wedding coordinator, Yasemin’s team went above and beyond to connect with us two months prior to our big day to ensure our timeline, details, and vendors were all on the same exact page. Reveled ensured our expectations, vision, and requests were all met. Though my husband and I didn’t travel out to New Jersey to meet Yasemin and her right-handed woman, MJ, in person for our first major meeting - they made us feel so comfortable virtually. We knew from the first meeting that our big day was in the right hands with these two fearless, confident, and driven women! We appreciated how much time they put into answering all our questions, reaching out to all our vendors to create the perfect wedding day timeline, and ensuring all details were not forgotten. We loved using their wedding planner portal (Aisle Planner) that helped break down all checklist items leading up to the big day. The table/seat organizer helped outline reception seating arrangements and the planner portal also provided insightful guidelines for us to use when it came to tipping, ordaining, and packing personal items we needed for the big day. MJ went above and beyond to always answer us during any hour of the day or weekend. I appreciated her promptness, follow up, and always meeting all deadlines. The most special moment was finally having the opportunity to meet MJ in person during our final venue walk through. MJ went out of her way to meet us at the venue and walk through every detail of the day. She was our ears, voice, and eyes from all angles. Now as for the day of the wedding…. MJ and Gabriella were my GO TO LADIES THAT DID NOT SKIP A BEAT! I could not be more thankful for their sense of urgency, preparedness, organization, and authoritative action. They were not only my cheerleaders for the day, but my ladies that made me feel special and attended to all my needs no matter what the request was. From helping me use the bathroom in my wedding dress, sewing my bra cup (huge emergency), ensuring I was hydrated/fed and running around like crazy women to make sure all our 210+ guests and 10+ vendors were all happy! This day absolutely could not have gone more seamless if it wasn’t for these two angels! Thank you both for your patience, empathy, and love for your jobs! You both are super women!

mend I consider getting some help. I have no idea how I would have enjoyed our day if the extremely talented, skilled and amazing team of Reveled weren't part of it. We had to reschedule because of COVID and we were hosting a wedding weekend (not just a one day event, it spanned 3 days). They kept everything organized, they kept it all together, they helped find locations, co-rodinate all the suppliers, manage the 3 days of events absolutely seamlessly. Most importantly they kept me sane and gave us the gift of being able to enjoy our weekend without having to focus on the details, we could be present, with our guests not worry about thing. They are absolute professionals, they are organized, and now what needs to be done, and when it needs to be done by. I highly recommend the team and can't wait to throw another big party so we can ask them to help out.

nd I. When Yasemin and I had our first zoom call, it was love at first sight, and after a few calls with other planners, I knew she was the one. We had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID, and I’ll never forget that Yasemin moved her family vacation so she could still be my planner. Yasemin goes BEYOND the extra mile for her clients. My husband is in medical school, so I was very stressed about planning a wedding, and Yasemin took the reigns to ensure I never felt alone during the process. They were there every step along the way to make sure NO detail was missed. Yasemin and MJ scheduled all my final vendor calls a month before the wedding, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I am super type A and want everything to be perfect, and Yasemin always patiently answered all my questions and was my rock through this planning process. MJ was so helpful leading up to my wedding and was my husband's point person on the day of the wedding. Yasemin and MJ come so prepared, and they wear the craziest belts with EVERYTHING in them for your wedding day - anything I needed, they had it. emin and her team (MJ and Agnes) were my favorite part of the wedding. They were worth every single penny. Yasemin made the entire process so easy and seamless. She played a huge part in it from the very beginning and stepped in exactly when needed. She was there for every call and meeting. She was so quick and responsive and flexible. She thought of EVERYTHING. She knows all the best practices and provided the best recommendations for us. She was so easy to work with. The day of the wedding, I had not one worry on my mind and it was all due to her and her team. There was no need to stress because she is truly the best. She knows what she’s doing and it shows. ed Squad and could only explain the feeling I wanted to portray the day of my wedding. Natural, rustic, mountain feels, that brought the guests together with nature and evoked the love I had for my family and friends by way of an enormous party. Now attempt this during the pandemic.... I have never felt in safer hands and I'm really hoping you get to experience what I did. A professional team with the eyes and ears for aesthetics, who were with me every step of the way and who never left my side on the big day. I don't actually know how they did it, because apparently there was a hiccup with a rental pick up and it turns out they went above and beyond and collected over 150 chairs from a mountain top (in the dark), put them on a truck, and got to me in time for a dress change. Above and beyond doesn't begin to cut it, Yasemin and her team will continue to be with me for every major event from my firstborn to my 100th birthday. I will forever be grateful for their vision and for their kindness. For handling a HUGE event with even bigger personalities. It's been a few months and I am still hearing that our wedding was the wedding of the century.

i (day of coordinators) as they both were so helpful, professional, organized and so pleasant to work with! The venue provided an on-site day of coordinator but she only focused on the venue. The weeks before wedding I knew I needed additional help. I talked to Yasemin, she immediately made me feel less stressed with everything she outlined her team can help with. She started setting up calls with my vendors, finals meeting to go over timeline, I felt organized and should’ve hired them sooner! all the logistics between my vendors, bridal party, groomsmen, family, day of events timeline I did not have to worry about. MJ and Ari went above and beyond from being the hair and make up assistants, steaming dress, working with security at venue to break through gates so I can get my waterfall pics, making sure my kids were taken care of and even stepping up as maitre’D!! If I can give Reveled Events 10+ stars I would! They made my day perfect, if I didn’t have MJ and Ari by my side I can honestly say it would’ve been a mess and disorganized but they saved me! Brides if you’re looking for wedding planner, day of coordinators…. Look no more as Yasemin, MJ and Ari are the best! Thank you!

wedding venue we had booked was beautiful with amazing food but they cram as many events as they can in a day which ultimately leads to very tight timelines and unreliable management from the venue itself. We were given very little time to set up the ceremony room and only ONE hour to setup the reception and cocktail hour which could only occur during our actual ceremony. All of these circumstances would normally cause a bride a huge amount of stress but I felt none of this stress because I hired Reveled Events and Design as my day of coordinator. After my first conversation with Yasemin, I knew I had to hire her. During that call she walked me through her process and everything she would provide in her day of services and gave me complete confidence that she would have everything handled. What made it even more of a no brainer to hire her is that her personality was so amazing that I felt she would actively add to the enjoyment of my day while also completely taking all the stress away. Once we were officially in contract we weren't meant to engage until one month before the wedding however she was very responsive anytime I emailed and provided me wonderful recommendations for vendors. Once we reached the one month mark, we met at her beautiful office and spent a few hours walking through EVERYTHING. Yasemin and her assistant Mary Jane had such a great process established that we walked out of that meeting feeling 100% confident this day was going to be amazing and that myself, my parents, and my sister were not going to have to worry about a thing. Which is exactly what happened. Yasemin organized all of my finals meetings with my vendors, created a detailed timeline making sure everyone had it, and helped with last minute adjustments even up to hours before the event with complete ease making sure I never felt stressed by any of it. During the actual day, the venue provided very little support and did not open the rooms for set up as originally agreed upon. There were several other bumps in the road but I did not know of any of them as Yasemin and Mary Jane handled it with such professionalism and efficiency. I could not have been happier with my wedding and how everything went and know with confidence that my wedding would have been a mess if hadn't hired Reveled Events & Design. I cannot emphasize enough how stress free they made the entire process so if you want to enjoy your event, you will not regret hiring Reveled Events & Design. They are top notch professionals who know this industry, how to get things done, and are worth every penny! I truly enjoyed working with them and look forward to using them for any other events I have in the future! se pricing. When talking to Yasemin it was obvious that she is a genuine person and really does care about you and your event, not just getting a paycheck. Communication with her is great. Text or call, any time of the day she was available for you. The day of, Yasemin, MJ, and Ari did not disappoint. From planning and making sure things were coordinated, Yasemin was always on top of things. On the day of the wedding, MJ was the first to arrive and was a little gem making sure the whole bridal party was okay. When Yasemin arrived, she worked with all my vendors to make sure the timing of the day ran smoothly, as it did. Ari had arrived later at the venue and was also a delight to work with. It definitely makes a huge difference to have an experienced team do the heavy work for you so you're not screaming at people to get things done the day of. Reveled Events' confidence, professionalism, and positive attitude made my dream day better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for future events.

I could go on and on about her and her business but the only thing I would say is that, there was no way I would have been able to plan my wedding without this amazing woman. After a bad experience with a previous wedding planner I said I wasn’t going to have another one but after my consultation call with Yasemin I knew in my heart I had nothing to worry about because she will have my back and she sure did. She brought my vision to life. I will always be grateful for her and even though she was doing her job but I know I got me a friend forever. start, I started looking into wedding planners. From the first time I talked with Yasemin, I just clicked with her. She's professional, organized, warm and totally made us feel at ease. No matter how big or small of a question or a request, she was on top of it. She made the whole planning process so seamless. Our wedding day was an absolute DREAM! The end result was so incredible, I still can't believe how wonderful everything turned out. Yasemin, MJ and Gabby are the dream team of wedding coordinators. They made us feel so calm and stress-free the whole day. They went above and beyond with every little thing they did, from making sure my train was straightened out to getting alcohol for our party bus (shoutout to MJ!!!!) to everything in between. My (now) husband and I along with all of our friends and family are still raving about how great they were to work with, and how gorgeous everything turned out. My only regret was not hiring them sooner!!! If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT and hire Reveled Events!!!! Best decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank them enough!
