as possible because I want everyone to know how amazing Tori is. You cannot go wrong hiring Reverie! Tori/Reverie planned the wedding I didn't even know I always dreamed of having! There are seriously not words adequate to describe in an internet review how thankful I am for all that Tori did for my wedding. From the very beginning stages of planning I felt like she understood my taste (which is saying a lot because I never really dreamed of a wedding and often spoke in vague terms of things I'd seen that I did not want) and throughout the entire year-ish that we worked together I was always confident that she had everything under control. She was especially helpful in navigating one or two tricky situations with vendors/potential vendors that I did not want to address on my own. But all of that pales in comparison to how amazing she was the week and day of my wedding. It started a few days before when she calmly and quickly helped me secure what ended up being a very necessary additional tent for a rain plan, continued when she listened to me freak out about the impacts of an unexpected Covid spike perfectly timed with my wedding, and culminated in her spearheading a lightning fast set up of the venue (thanks in part to that rain) that perfectly executed the vision that again, I didn't even know I had. I think it is impossible not to have a good amount of stress the week of your own wedding, but every time I talked to Tori, I felt like things were going to work out. I also have to mention that she makes these intricate flowcharts for the day-of plan that everyone in my wedding party was amazed by. Tori is calm, kind, and fully free of any judgment or pretenses -- just a consummate professional. I could go on for pages but I will end with saying that she is worth every penny you will pay for her (and more, honestly), and I highly, highly recommend her.

I never dreamt about my wedding as a little girl, I didn’t care about flowers or color pallets, and I certainly didn’t have a “vision” for my wedding. I don’t know traditions and my family is as chaotic as they come. Tori took it all in stride, her calm demeanor and pointed questions reassured me that everything was under control. She helped create the best party I have ever attended from scratch. Selfishly, Tori was the ying to my yang (other than my husband) as far as planning goes. The most important part of this review is this: Tori will be your ying or your yang too. She does not have a mold that you will have to fit into, Tori is a chameleon that customizes a mold for YOU by modifying her planning, decorating, and coordination styles to fit the needs of her bride (of each bride – but never once did I feel there were other brides in Tori’s life). Whether it was family drama or relatives receiving cancer diagnoses, Tori was right there through all the major life events my husband and I experienced over the last year and a half. If I didn’t hear from Tori for 2 weeks, it just meant she was planning and coordinating without needing my input. When we would have our next phone call it was as if we spoke the day before, never skipping a beat and somehow keeping me on track despite the chaos. “What are you stressing about right now?” was her favorite question, and no matter where it was in the timeline she would help me tackle it to relieve that stress. From the beginning, Tori creates a safe space where honest opinions are rewarded, not just encouraged, because she’s planning YOUR wedding and making a mold to fit YOUR day. She is going to make all those vendors, suppliers, bartenders, band members, overbearing family members, and rogue guests follow in line with YOUR dream. But when you truly don’t know or have zero opinion, she finds one that falls in line with your style and all your Pinterest “goalz”. Her timeline sheets are INCREDIBLE work (art) of a true professional. Did you forget to come up with a guest book and its wedding day? No problem. Tori to the rescue! Did you cry at your rehearsal because of family drama? Tori had you cry it out for a minute, but get back out there and be present for these big moments. Did your wedding dress get ruined in alterations 16 days before your wedding? Yes, and Tori was the #1 supporter asking for play-by-play updates and ready to spring into action or pull any string she could to fix that debacle. While her work leading up to the big day was amazing, Tori truly thrived the day of and throughout the event that evening. The Reverie team managed all of our gifts, wedding favors, personal belongings, and challenging venue mishaps without the wedding party being bothered. I had absolutely no idea how stressful it was planning a wedding, juggling so many opinions and other people’s feelings weighed on me heavily. At the end of the day, Tori held it all on her shoulders and walked with grace. I don’t know what more a bride could ask for than to work with Reverie. To summarize my lengthy review in 3 words: Authenticity. Organization. Peace of Mind.

Not only did the cakes capture the vibe of the wedding...but the "leftovers" were enjoyed the next night as our families gathered to reflect on a fabulous weekend. From the beginning, she took the time to get to really get to know our vision for a perfect wedding, and was incredibly receptive to our ideas despite us not having any idea of how they would all fit together. She was there every step of the way checking in and staying in constant communication with us. She was especially great through uncertainties that arose with COVID regulations as well as some tricky family dynamics that came into play on the wedding day. There wasn't a thing we asked of her that she couldn't do, including last minute double sided tape for my dress and picking up the cake topper we forgot in the venue freezer while we were on our honeymoon! To put it simply- Tori is the absolute BEST and I could not recommend her enough! e some great decisions. We got to have Tori for her Day Of Coordinator Service, for which she exceeded my expectations for what I’d expect a day-of-coordinator to do. She took over and was on top of everything - all of the bridal party, parents, vendors.. I don’t know how she did it! Tori was over-the-top responsive, organized, prepared, reliable, and everything you could want in a planner. She has a calming demeanor and is very professional, while still being easy to talk to and fun to be with! She organized a day-of timeline and distributed it to all of the important people - even that was highly complimented by our bridal party! And I need to say - its not just my girl crush on her that made us love Tori so much — even our other vendors commented on her excellence - telling us that she was “Top Notch” and that we were in “Exceptional hands”. And yes, she is top-notch and we were indeed in exceptional hands.

D and we were frantic to find someone else. Tori is a friend of my uncles, and he recommended her right away. She was a literal Godsend! She came on board and we felt immediate relief. She was SO incredibly organized and top of it. Not to mention super flexible and kind. You could tell she cared. My mom and I were last minute on a few things and she literally prepared for the next day like she had all the information months before. She was present for all the walk throughs, which was particularly important to me since I live out of town. We went through 4 venue changes, and so I was convinced something was not going to be in place the for the day of, but Tori was SO good about making contact with all of the vendors and making sure they had all the right information and knew what to do the day of. I forgot my comfortable shoes the day of and she offered to go back to the hotel to pick them up after all the events at the reception!! (I said no thanks, but the fact that she would have!!) One of the most pronounced thing that Tori did was her ability to digitize everything. She created a drawn to scale graph of the reception venue in order to figure out placement of tables, cake, food, chairs, etc. It was quite impressive. The other digitization that she did was our day of timeline. It was incredible and honestly, everyone who got a copy or saw a copy was SO impressed. My husband carried his around all night. LOL. It had a very detailed timeline for the wedding party, vendors, and even guests. It had a list of all the vendors including herself with her contact information. in early afternoon New Orleans was unbeatable and the food she coordinated was delicious. So happy with my choice to hire Tori and Reverie!

She created a wonderful salted caramel, two-tiered cake with the Jeep grill logo. Both cakes were beautiful and delicious. Everything was extremely fresh and homemade. Friends and family continue to rave about how amazing our cakes were. I highly recommend hiring Reverie for any pastry needs and I will definitely continue to order cakes from them for all our upcoming events.

o micromanage situations, but Tori took it all in stride. I texted her constantly, whenever something popped into my head, and she was always prompt to respond and extremely gracious. I never felt like I was annoying her, and she really was available to me 24/7 throughout the process. Not only was she an amazing planner for us, she also did all of our calligraphy (welcome sign, gift table, favor table, aisle/seat markers), built our altar for our ceremony, and made our wedding cake and groom's cake. It took a lot of stress out of the process having to work with fewer vendors. I could gush about Tori's services for days, but perhaps my favorite aspect was how organized and on top of things she was at the rehearsal and on the day of. You should see her detailed timelines and spreadsheets, they made my OCD heart so happy!
