6 years ago a wonderful lady helped us (at the downtown store) beautiful wedding rings and she went above and beyond, even delivered them to us a a restaurant down the street Recently I needed a repair , I dropped it off and two weeks later I picked it up, the repair was completely “taken care of” and my ring looks just like the day I bought it! I’m So thankful we selected RF Moeller for our wedding rings!!! Outstanding customer service!!

After 25 years of marriage, my wedding band & engagement rings needed to be resized. We originally purchased them from RF Moeller in 1996 (upgraded the engagement ring years later), but didn’t have the paperwork anymore; didn’t matter. They found us in their system & resized both for free. Exceptionally wonderful service; and, as always, stunningly beautiful jewelry. 💎

As a mother of the bride, I wanted to hand down a precious well loved family heirloom to my daughter for her wedding shower. But, I left it to the last minute. RF Moeller restored the locket (100 years old) and we found a beautiful chain to match. Just in time! And with no stress. R.F. Moeller SAVED MY BIG DAY! I badly damaged my engagement ring in a boating accident (note: not purchased from R.F. Moeller) 3 days before my engagement party and 3 weeks before my wedding. After extensive back and forth with the jeweler who made my ring I was told it could not be repaired in under 4-6 weeks, and was told my best option was to go without my engagement ring for my wedding. I was heartbroken. R.F. Moeller took my damaged ring in right away and made me feel I was their #1 priority (even though the ring was bought from another jeweler)! They turned around an amazing repair job in time for my engagement party and truly saved my big day. Kudos to the team @St.Paul location Matthew and Kevin and @Edina location Lara. I purchased a wedding band to match my engagement ring on the spot while I was in store for my repair because their team, service, and selection is just top notch. Would 100% recommend R.F. Moeller! My fiancé went to R.F. Moeller after visiting several other chain jewelry stores around the cities. He had the best experience working with Carrie. She was knowledgable, honest and easy to work with. R.F. Moeller is very up front with no gimmicks or hidden fees about the rings purchased. We also like that we can bring the ring back for cleaning and resizing in the future at no additional cost and without being forced to buy a warranty!

My husband had my engagement ring custom made afterwards I was able to go in and custom design my ring. They were even able to included the diamonds from my grandmothers wedding band. They walked us through the whole process sending us digital copies of what the ring would look like. When it finally came in it was breath taking. I would highly recommend R.F. Great service, great people! We don't know much about jewelry, but they walked us through every step and went out of their way to help us find the vintage cut we were looking for. He went out of his way to find the diamond that met my strict specifications exactly (down to crown/pavilion angles, min/max diameter dimension, etc.) and worked with me to bring the price within my range. R. F. Moeller has been fantastic to my husband and me since we first looked at engagement rings almost two years ago. We've purchased all of our rings there, with the excellent help of Matt Mulcahy, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient (I don't make decisions easily!), and humorous! He was also so helpful when the factory accidentally sent the incorrect wedding band for my husband. Matt made sure it arrived prior to our wedding, and he even hand delivered the proper ring to our home the day before. I went to RF Moeller not knowing anything about the engagemenet ring buying process and was quite intimidated. All those fears immediately went out the door when I met Nancy. She was so helpful, so kind, and so calming. She put me at ease and helped me -- leaving no stone unturned -- design the perfect ring for my wonderful fiance. Trust me, head to RF and work with Nancy. She will make you feel like part of the family and it will be the best jewelry decision you ever make.

Upon reading R.F. Moeller reviews on this page I was confused at the sight of anything less than a 5-star rating. Nothing but the finest here; selection, professionalism, and mere personality of all staff. One year ago I went to RF in Highland Park to find an engagement ring. I feel I am a savvy consumer so I wanted to check out other places. Time and time again I was disappointed by other jewelers because they simply could not measure up to Moeller. I have since established a grand relationship with several sales persons and will be a lifelong customer. In short, every time I visit the store my experience is nothing short of superlative.

After carefully researching jewelers in Saint Paul, I decided to bring my ring to RF Moeller based on their reviews. I brought my ring in for what I thought would be a simple resizing to a 5 and a prong repair. While trying to get my information entered in the system with one saleswoman, another began interrupting and insisting I try on a $5,000 tennis bracelet. Obnoxious. While we were there my fiance and I looked briefly at men’s wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. I never received a call that the work on my ring was done. I had to follow up, and it took a week for the ring to be resized. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up, and RF Moeller had improperly sized it up to a 9 from a 6! The ticket had clearly written to resize down to a 5, but they “got confused” because my fiance’s ring size was a 9. When I made the second trip to pick up my correctly sized ring, I saw the work they had done on the prong was shoddy; the stone was loose, and it looked like a glob of yellow gold had been dabbed on quickly. I’m taking my ring to a reputable jeweler to get RF Moeller’s work fixed. If RF Moeller can’t get resizing and prong repair right, I would never trust my more valuable jewelry to them, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them for our wedding bands.

All I can say is, if you have jewellery to buy or repair for a special occasion you'll be lucky to work with Lisa at RF Moeller. I had two heirloom wedding rings/band from 1925 that needed to be sized down 4 sizes. For a job like that I only trusted going to Moeller. I called in advance of arriving into the Twin Cities because I had such a tight schedule for the work to be completed. Lisa was thoughtful and spent a great deal of time and energy problem solving with me. Upon arrival it looked like the work may not be possible. Not only did Lisa advocate for us but she put me at ease that at least this element of our wedding planning process would be taken care of and done as perfectly as possible no matter what. She was right. The rings were exceptional (even given such challenging work and time constraints) and I trusted her. All that is to say, if you or your partner is starting to get overwhelmed, contact Lisa and you'll be just fine. I can't recommend her or the RF Moeller goldsmiths enough.

I am writing this review to tell of my experience at R.F. Moeller. I set up an appointment with Nancy Moeller prior to my coming into the store. Nancy was on-time and very prepared for what I wished to see while I was there. Nancy is the most knowledgeable and personable sales individual I have ever worked with at a jewelers. Nancy knew where to guide me on my purchases of a watch and earrings. I shall purchase again and again from R.F. Moeller Jewelers I had the best shopping experience and will seek out Nancy each time I do.

We had a fantastic experience with Matt at RF - very attentive and focused on meeting (exceeding) our needs. We ended up with an even more wonderful diamond that I imagined within our budget. Best of all, the estimate on turnaround time was a week and the ring was ready in a couple days. So fun! Highly recommend RF + Matt to anyone shopping for fine jewelry, especially engagement rings.
