RG Event Staffing and Bartending

Rich and everybody in his company had been truly a pleasure to work with! Rick was extremely helpful and flexible with all the change of plans that we had to do due to covid. When we finally had our wedding reception this year, his bartenders were absolutely professional, kind, and just simply wonderful! They were so friendly, and were very attentive to us and the rest of our guests for our drink requests. They were so knowledgeable, and would create awesome drinks when we ask them for recommendations depending on our preference. And as far as planning, Rich was so easy to work with, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing about drinks during our reception. We were also super happy at how personable our bartenders were! They were laughing and dancing with us as well during our reception! It truly felt like everybody in our reception was having fun and celebrating. Even our guests noted how it made our reception so awesome because from our wait staff to our bartenders really looked like they were having fun. I absolutely recommend Rich and his team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and just hands down awesomeness is something that you’ll definitely want in your event.

Rich, the servers, and bartenders did a fantastic job at our wedding reception! While Rich took a little prompting some documents, we could not be happier with the bartenders and servers. They made sure we did not have to worry about a single thing the whole night. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this company was so professional and answered so many questions for us before the wedding. They also worked with us to make everything as cost efficient as possible.  They had super reasonable packages for mixers/soda/fruit/ and water/ tea/etc. which we purchased and was well worth it. The actual bartenders themselves were SO nice and extremely quick.  At one point, a drink was spilled on the dance floor, and one of the bartenders came over and actually cleaned it up for us.  They were so sweet, and our guests loved them.

Rich was a great bartender and took care of everything needed day of our wedding. My only hiccup was requesting the insurance, I contacted him a couple times by phone/voicemail and email over a week or so period and didn't hear back. Finally after my 3rd reach out he responded back that he was waiting on his new insurance to come back in a couple weeks and could send me the current that was due to expire prior to our event but he figured he would wait until he just got the new one in 2 weeks- which is fine, but as a nervous bride coordinating everything, I would've appreciated the response the first time instead of over a week after my first outreach on it. Would hire again.
