I don’t think there are enough words to describe how truly amazing Rhiannon is! Hiring Hey Gorgeous Events for our wedding was hands down the best decision I have ever made! Throughout this entire process, Rhi was not only an exceptional weddin...g planner, but she became a friend and a part of our family. I don’t think I have ever met someone who puts so much love into everything she does and every person she meets. She is truly special and a one of a kind!
She was there to help with every decision, from venue to dj, to cake, to décor, to first dances, to florals, etc. She did it all! We talked at least once a week and sometimes more. If I wanted to text her a quick question, she was there. If I sent her an email, she responded immediately. I even had an emergency question for her on a Saturday, and she responded right away! Despite the fact that she has a personal life, and most likely a million other things going on, she made us feel like we were her number one priority.
For every decision that needed to be made, she presented us with different options for everything like flowers, photographers, bakers, dress shops, you name it! She knew our style and our budget, and even made sure to check over contracts beforehand, which was super helpful. She was extremely organized and because of this, nothing felt rushed. Everything was done according to a specific timeline and had plenty of time to think about all the different options. When it came time to talk about things like décor and flowers, she made sure to schedule a Skype date with my mom and I to hear all of our ideas! Being a bride that had absolutely no idea about any of these things, having her opinion and expertise was such a big help!
For our wedding, Rhi arrived three days beforehand with an entire team of people and more flowers than I had ever seen in my life! She assembled every single flower by hand with her incredible team that weekend. She handled all logistics and created a timeline to keep all of our vendors and family members organized. She also made sure every detail about the ceremony and the reception were 100% perfect. All of our family and friends were in awe of her talent and hard work. She literally executed the wedding of our dreams. It was so amazing and perfect in every way, all because of her. Not only did she do an amazing job on all of the incredible details like flowers and décor that day, but there were also so many special touches and surprises. I initially thought my dream of hanging bistro lights wouldn’t be able to happen. But on the night of our wedding I was so surprised to see that she had found a way to string them over the dance floor! Also, we didn’t think it was necessary to have a guest book, but Rhi thought we might regret this choice. So, she went out on her own and purchased a large frame to take around to all of our guests. She had each guest sign it without us even knowing! Now that I have this gift, I am so happy she did it! At one point in the night, my dress starting ripping, and like superwoman, Rhi appeared on the dance floor with a needle and thread to sew me back in. I’m telling you, she is that amazing!
Like I said above, if I could write a novel for Rhi’s review, I would! If you’re thinking about hiring her, stop thinking and do it. She will dazzle you, excite you, amaze you, surprise you, impress you, etc., etc.! She truly is THE BEST!
