We had our wedding in the Clubhouse at Rhinegeist and I truly cannot imagine a better place to have celebrated our marriage! Everything was so reasonably priced for the quality of service we received. From vendors to planning, as well as bar options and personalization, the team at Rhinegeist had us covered every step of the way. We ordered the custom beer sign that they offer with our names and wedding date, and it was the perfect addition to our decor. It now has pride of place on our living room mantle! The coordinators and bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we're still hearing great stories and comments from our guests months later. They even have another space perfect for smaller weddings. My only regret is deciding not to add an extra hour to our rental - we did not want the night to end. We highly recommend Rhinegeist for weddings and celebrations!

We absolutely loved Rhinegeist as our reception venue. The Signature Room was the perfect fit for our vision. Abby was our event coordinator and she couldn't have been better, She answered every email and silly question I had. Even let me add two guests to the seating chart last minute with no hesitation. She also helped us envision our reception perfectly and I love how she talked with other vendors for day of coordination so my husband and I didn't have to worry about it. I didn't even need to hire a wedding planner cause the crew at Rhinegeist was just amazing.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rhinegeist! We had such a great experience that both the engagement party and wedding were held here. Cass was our initial contact for the engagement party and then beginning steps of the wedding and then Jess took over for the wedding as she was going to be onsite that day. Jess was so easy to work with and made the process so easy. We had a details meeting a bit before the wedding and she sat down and went through every detail and made us feel at ease. On the wedding day she was so wonderful and made sure that everything ran smoothly! We couldn’t recommend Rhinegeist enough!!

The Signature room was the perfect size to host both a ceremony and reception. So many of our guests commented on their appreciation of the additional Lounge as a space to not only enjoy the cocktail hour, but also being a great space if they wanted a quieter space to talk during the reception. We hosted a welcome party ahead of our wedding in Rhinegeist’s Annex and it was the perfect place to welcome our guests to Cincy! Abby, our coordinator, made the planning process very easy and was always happy to answer our questions and provide suggestions. Everyone loved the drinks and the space, which had plenty of room for 100+ guests to sit or mingle, and it was easy to shift the party from the Annex to the taproom and rooftop once we wrapped up. Would highly recommend!

Our wedding at Rhinegeist was everything we could've dreamed of. Katie was a life saver and helped us through every step. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. We fit about 160 people, but could've fit at least a few more tables if needed, with a large dance floor still available. We can't recommend Rhinegeist enough (specifically Katie Okada as the event coordinator)!

Our reception at Rhinegeist was an absolute dream. The space itself was beautiful and plenty spacious for our 220 guests and a band. The staff was incredible to work with. They were so flexible and accommodating both leading up to the event and on the wedding day itself. Our guests can't stop raving about our reception and we feel the same way! We had such a great experience with Rhinegeist! Katie and team were on top of it, very responsive and weekend of they did a great job getting vendors loaded in and keeping us on schedule. We used a couple of their preferred vendors and loved them, lots of helpful info from Rhinegeist to get us rolling when it comes to wedding planning. We were in the clubhouse and annex, it was so easy having our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one spot and great hanging out with guests in the taproom after the reception. Can’t wait to come back for a beer on anniversaries for years to come!

We had the most incredible experience with Rhinegeist. They were so helpful from start to finish and I'd get married there again without question! So friendly, so flexible, so on top of it. Clearly they do weddings all the time and I couldn't recommend them enough. I turned into the most type A person ever and they were still always one step ahead and cool as a cucumber. It was the most fun venue. We used both the clubhouse and the annex for our 150 person wedding and everything went seamlessly. We also used a few of their recommended vendors as well! Seriously, you can't go wrong here!

There was no question in our minds that we would have our wedding at Rhinegeist. Katie, Megan, and the whole Rhinegeist team were flawless in their organization and execution of all of the moving parts of our wedding. I never had to worry that things would not happen exactly how I envisioned them. They were fun, kind, and flexible with my chaos. The bartenders were pros at getting drinks to the guests quickly, provided friendly and attentive service, and the specialty cocktails were absolutely delicious. I 100% recommend Rhinegeist to anyone who is looking for a fun, cool, unique, easy to work with venue.

We had our full ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Rhinegeist in their main Clubhouse and Annex space and it was absolutely magical from start to finish. The space was beautiful and clean, and the bistro lightening creates such an intimate environment. We utilized a lot of their preferred vendors and they have a huge list of wonderful vendors who helped to make our big day everything we’d dreamt of. As a whole, the employees were professional, timely, accommodating and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this venue and this brewery for any part of your special day.

We hosted our welcome celebration in the Rhinegeist signature room and it could not have worked out better! Kay and Megan were the leads on our event and were both just so pleasant to work with. The communication was timely and organized. We used the OTR chili space as well which gave us a full second bar to use with the event. The personalized pint glasses were a great touch at the end of the night!

We knew from the moment we got engaged that we wanted a unique Cincinnati location that would be fun for all of our guests! Rhinegeist was just that! We used the annex for our cocktail our and the club house for our reception and it went perfectly. The space looked absolutely stunning and all of the workers were amazing! We worked with Cass from Rhinegeist who did a fantastic job and was there every step of the way to answer questions and even helped my husband and I make a discrete exit at the end of the night! We highly recommend working with Cass, we loved her! Only thing to keep in mind is Rhinegeist does not have someone to help set up the decor for the reception space but they do tear town and box everything up which was awesome! We hired someone for a few hours before the reception to go decorate the space and which worked out perfectly. We loved our reception and would recommend using Rhinegeist to anyone!

We could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding day with Rhinegeist! First of all, they were quick to respond to any inquiry we had with them which was a great impression from the start, that held for the entirety of our wedding planning and execution. Megan led the charge for our wedding and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely detailed in her work, has an answer to every question and has the ideas and creativity that helped us along the planning and decision making processes. She was a key to the success of our wedding planning. As for the day itself, Rhinegeist as a venue was incredibly gorgeous and made all of our wedding day dreams come true. The staff is extremely friendly and organized and they have running a larger wedding down to a science and they operate as a well oiled machine, that to us, seem to execute flawlessly to us. We had the perfect wedding day with! We always heard something has to go wrong on your wedding day, and to us, nothing did, or at least they were extremely good and hiding and working around it because all of our guests and us could not have been happier with any other venue. I HIGHLY recommend Rhinegeist. Their pricing is reasonable and they're one of the most highly regarded venues in the area for a reason.

We LOVED Rhinegeist. It was our dream venue and lived up to every expectation. It was beautiful, the beer was great, and Sunara was AMAZING. Omicron took over the week before our wedding which caused us a lot of chaos. Our numbers dropped, we had to implement safety measures, and we were constantly trying to pretend like we felt calm. Sunara handled everything, with no complaints or issues. She was a godsend throughout that entire process. A week before, Sunara said that the only thing that would bother her is if we thought that she didn't care. We absolutely knew that she cared and could not be more grateful for her help and patience.

Writing this review gives me ALL the feels! I don't think I can put into words how amazing Melissa and the Rhinegeist Private Events Team are. Everyone at Rhinegeist was wonderful, accommodating, and so helpful with the entire wedding planning process - Melissa was so easy to get in touch with and helped answer all our questions along the way. Everything was extremely organized throughout the entire process and the Clubhouse itself is absolutely gorgeous. Our ceremony and reception turned out even better than we ever could've imagined and we received so many compliments from our guests on how great the space looked and how well everything went! The whole day went so smoothly because of how well Melissa and our other vendors worked together. We strongly recommend getting married at Rhinegeist to any couple looking for a venue!

My wedding at Rhinegeist couldn’t have been more perfect. Cass was my event coordinator and did everything to make sure we everything ran smoothly. She and Erin were fabulous day of - the Polaroid camera we brought for guests needed batteries and Cass even went to find some for us. I work in events and I was astounded by the way these ladies put on an event. Organization was great. Cass even took us around the brewery to take pictures that guests normally wouldn’t have access to so that we could have a unique experience. I came to work the next week and my coworkers haven’t stopped talking about how awesome the venue was.

The moment I first walked into Rhinegeist I knew it was where I would get married. My husband and I had to reschedule our big day because of covid, and opted to stay at Rhinegeist for a vow renewal on our 1 year anniversary. It was like a dream to finally be able to share this day with all of our loved ones. Sarah & Megan were so helpful, supportive & wonderful. There were also so many options within their packages that we were able to afford the most beautiful day we could have dreamed of without it putting us in debt. So happy with everything!!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Rhinegeist in The Annex and had a great experience. The team at Rhinegeist was very helpful leading up to our event and had great suggestions about table layouts and logistics for the evening. As we planned our Rhinegeist wedding in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Melissa Havlin made the process an absolute breeze. We remained excited about celebrating our marriage as she kept us informed with every change in policies and procedures related to the pandemic. Our original wedding date ended up coming at the height of the pandemic and it was in our best interest to postpone. The ease of shifting our date thanks to the wonderful customer service provided by Melissa kept us in good spirits and relieved so much stress! We were finally able to celebrate with our guests nearly 6 months later and the day went so smoothly. Melissa was so organized and willing to go above and beyond to make our day come together. I really appreciated the event portal which kept all of our details in order and made payments easy to submit and keep track of. I felt that Rhinegeist was reasonably priced for the event we had and all of our guests raved about how beautiful it was! The valet was an added stress relief for our guests as they arrived in the city on a busy weekend. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful it was to have our wedding at Rhinegeist, and particularly to work with Melissa. She truly cares about the couples they host and it’s evident in her interactions. I highly recommend Rhinegeist for any event based on the atmosphere, service, and overall event planning process!

The Clubhouse space has a classy lounge feel and needed very little decoration with the exposed brick, rafters, string lights, and bar! Of course, if you're interested in Rhinegeist as a venue, you likely already appreciate the availability of beer on tap. I definitely recommend valet parking so guests don't have to walk so far or worry about street parking. We got married during COVID, and Rhinegeist had appropriate requirements and accommodations for us to be safe, yet still have a great time. The staff was excellent. They flipped the room seamlessly after our ceremony, brought out corn hole after dinner, and made sure everyone always had refreshments. The coordinator we worked with was Megan, and she was great. She was quick to answer all of our emails throughout the process, let us tour the space multiple times, and provided vendor suggestions. Clearly the preferred vendors have a great working relationship with Rhinegeist, as we stuck to that list, and setup and coordination the day of the wedding went by without a hitch. It was the perfect venue for our wedding, and the coordination was stress-free with Megan's help. I can't ask for more than that!

Our daughter's wedding at Rhinegeist had to be cancelled because it was scheduled for June,2020; in the midst of the Covid pandemic. I've always heard that you learn about one's integrity when they are under stress...Well, we were all under stress in the spring of 2020....... Rhinegeist was fantastic in working with us and being fair. Sarah Froehlich helped us through the cancellation, rescheduled the event for 2021 and then worked even harder to make sure we were satisfied. Not only was she responsive but she was delightful and calm to work with. I could NOT speak more highly of her and Rhinegeist's professionalism in the midst of a crisis.

We could not have asked for a better venue or event staff. We mostly worked with Sarah. Erin was also there the day of and was absolutely fantastic. We had so many questions for Sarah throughout the year and a half we were planning our wedding. She was always prompt to reply, super friendly, and very helpful. The day of the wedding, they went above and beyond. They made sure everyone always had a drink in their hands, that my fiance and I did not accidentally see each other since we were not doing a first look, that everything was super organized, that our vendors had everything they needed, etc. Sarah coordinated with our vendors and made it seem effortless. I was expecting to have to do quite a bit right before the ceremony (light candles, place cake topper, etc.), but Sarah made sure it got done so I could enjoy a beer and relax! At the end of the night, we were able to leave our wedding props and retrieve them the next day, which was very nice. Aside from the wonderful staff, the event space is beautiful. I would choose Rhinegeist 1000000000 times over if I had to do it all over again. Thanks Rhinegeist!!

I just got married here and had the reception here July 10th amid COVID-19 craziness! Let me tell ya- this place is AMAZING. Sarah, the coordinator, was so organized, great at communication as things were changing around with mandates, and was always willing to advocate for my dream day with everything changing constantly. The place was absolutely gorgeous and people would not stop talking about how pretty everything was. And the staff!! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful. I tripped because one of the buttons on my bustle broke and 3 staff members came out of nowhere and helped me! Every wedding “crisis” that came up felt like a minor bump in the road with Rhinegeist. They were as professional as can be, and we were so thankful for all the extra staff that stepped up to serve tables with the mandate to only sit and drink at the table. You could tell guests felt very safe, and rhinegeist did a great job setting things up socially distanced (including the dance floor!!!). I’m so thankful I was stubborn to move forward with my wedding, and I’m even more thankful Rhinegeist busted their butts to make it happen. Oh, did I mention Sarah is THE BEST?! Get married here people!!!

Rhinegeist was very easy to work with and the staff helps out a lot!!! They were able to get valet parking for us with less than 24 hours notice, which I know is very hard to pull off. Everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend! We used their suggested catering menu to find our caterer, and also used a bakery they are very familiar with, and that made everything even easier.

The complements keep coming in for how beautiful the wedding was, and while adore the friend of mine who helped decorate, we agreed from the beginning that the venue decorates itself... not much is needed at all and we kept it simple. And that helped my budget tremendously. Sarah and Kay made it even easier (if that’s even possible), were ready with advice, and were incredibly attentive to any special requests we had; I never ever felt like a bother. Rather, I felt like they were just excited for us, in a ‘cool chick you met at a brewery’ sort of way rather than a commercialized, painted-smile employee. The day was everything we wanted; perfect in every way. I am forever grateful.

Sorry that I can only give a 5-star review, I would give it a 10+++ if I could! Rhinegeist was the BEST venue we could have chosen. Their event coordinator, Sarah F. made it easy with planning, special requests and a big emergency that came up on the day of the wedding - she truly saved the day because she proactively called me with something she wanted me to be aware, she was just double checking to be sure that we didn't want valet... (which was our fault--we forgot to book the valet service). But Sarah found service for our guests within 30 minutes of discovering our oversight. She truly saved the day and went above an beyond our expectations. We had Outstanding support and service from everyone at the venue and it was absolutely beautiful in all the photos! My highest review for *Exceptionally nice people to work with * no billing issues* very nice experience with online contracts and payments* Everything was A+ as it should be without any surprises- Except good ones! I highly recommend Rhinegeist! It was the wedding of my daughter's dreams! THANK YOU RHINEGEIST and Sarah!

Our daughter was married here last weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. We were very fortunate the weather was outstanding for December in Cincinnati. Our event planner, Kay Polley, was truly the best. From start to finish, she was organized, communicated very well and never forgot a detail. She was a calming influence and made sure the night was everything our daughter dreamed of. Rhinegeist’s staff was attentive and efficient dealing with the multiple vendors we hired to come in to provide the dinner, coffee, cakes,appetizers, etc, We had roughly 130 guests and we felt the Annex for cocktail hour provided us with plenty of room. The Clubroom was stunning and warm with the string lights. It was a night we will never forget and I would highly recommend (Kay) / Rhinegeist for a wedding venue!

My husband and I knew Rhinegeist was the perfect location for us that we waited almost two years. It was well worth it! The venue was perfect and Megan did an amazing job coordinating everything. We had both our ceremony and reception at Rhinegeist. The ceremony was in the upstairs space and flipped to the reception while we had the cocktail hour down below. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Megan, Rhinegeist Staff, and the beautiful venue itself to anyone looking for the perfect wedding!

We got married at Rhinegeist in September and we had the best experience from start to finish. Everyone that helped us along the way was fantastic. Huge shout out to Megan Juenger who we worked with directly throughout the entire planning process. Megan was so helpful and so attentive. We changed our minds about so many things along the way and Megan was so wonderful about accommodating us and our ever changing ideas. Megan was also present for the rehearsal and wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. She truly made sure everything was perfect and we cannot thank her enough.

Rhinegeist was the perfect choice for our wedding and reception! We had such a wonderful experience with Kay, who was amazing, and with all of the other event coordinators! During the planning phase, Kay was great at asking the right questions that helped us plan an amazing reception! We have heard over and over from our guests what a wonderful time everyone had, what a unique venue is was, and how much they enjoyed themselves! We were so happy with the way everything turned out!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Rhinegeist. The space itself is full of character, spacious, and unique. We absolutely loved working with Sarah - she was accommodating, answered all our questions completely and promptly, and had great advice and suggestions. We didn't have to think about a thing day-of, the wedding was beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to work with! One suggestion if you're considering looking here - make sure you have a plan for guest transportation. Parking is limited, so getting some kind of shuttle or ordering cabs for everyone was a life-saver!

My husband and I got married at Rhinegeist in June and were so happy with how our wedding turned out! Sarah, our event coordinator, made sure we had everything we needed and all of the details were worked out well in advanced. We were extremely happy with the whole team at Rhinegeist and will always be reminded of our special day whenever we enjoy a rhinegeist beer!
