There were positive and less positive aspects of my experience with Rhodey entertainment and I want to be honest about both!
The Positives:
- Tim was a great hype man and overall ...

- He learned a line dance and taught it to my guests (most were not from NC and found that incredibly cool!)
- Both Tim and Andrew were very receptive and easy to contact; they were thorough in checking in and making sure we had everything correct in the days leading up
- Our guests had a great time!
The Less Positives:
- The original DJ we had booked was Andrew, and he had to back out somewhat last minute; while we were given notice and had a chance to speak to the replacement, Tim, it felt like we had limited other options on how to proceed as we were given notice only one month before our date
- Despite a comprehensive phone call with DJ Tim two days before the reception, there were multiple things incorrect/messed up, including the version of my processional song and our entrance song
- Despite giving our must play and do not play, very little of our must plays were played (and some of the songs chosen were not landing correctly with the crowd), and one of my absolute do not plays WAS played
Overall, we had a good experience, and our guests will never know that anything wasn't exactly how it was supposed to be, but after months of emailing and a phone call two days before, my husband and I agree that one too many little mistakes were made.
