HIGHLY recommend booking ROTN Entertainment for your wedding! Sara was so professional and quick to respond. They have an online portal that makes planning so easy- from the timeline of the day to dances to must play songs, it was a great tool. Jake was our DJ and absolutely killed it! He kept the party going all night long. We did the photo booth package and this was such a big hit. Angie working the booth was phenomenal! They provided props, a guest book full of pictures from the night, and digital copies of all the photo booth pictures as well. If I have another large event, I would hire ROTN in a heartbeat!

Sara and the entire team at Rhythm of the Night did an incredible job with our wedding and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding DJ. They were timely, professional, and highly skilled. Also, they were very kind and made the reception party so much fun. We are so thankful we chose them and you will be too.

We had Jake and Griffin as DJs for our wedding night and were thrilled with them! Jake did a great job communicating with us and the photographer to make sure the whole night went smoothly. They kept the dance floor packed all night and we got so many compliments on how much fun the DJs were, and their charisma throughout the night. We recommended them for a friend’s wedding and it was just as amazing! Sara did a great job coordinating all of our needs on the front end to make sure they had all of the songs we wanted, and setting up a meeting to make sure they had all of our wishes confirmed before the big day. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

We enjoyed having ROTNE DJ our wedding! They made sure everything was on time, ran smoothly and kept everyone dancing all night.

DJ Greg was helpful, flexible and professional throughout the whole experience. He was able to incorporate both american and latin songs as requested.

I cannot speak highly enough about this DJ service! Sarah and her husband were extremely accommodating, professional, and willing to work with last-minute changes. They catered to our music taste perfectly and kept the dance floor alive all night long! They did an excellent job emceeing our wedding reception and transitioning between events. We had SO many compliments after our wedding about the music and how much fun people had. Guests ages 6 to 24 to 85 all had a great time. Such a good choice for a DJ!!

Rhythm of the Night was awesome! Jake was so much fun and accommodated every request we had - from song choices to announcing shuttle times and helping us play a little joke two of our friends! He played some great remixes later in the night - highly recommend you request those! Sara was great to work with on the details, and their planning form really helped us feel prepared going into the night.

Sara was very helpful and called before our wedding to go over the details. The music for the entire day/night was exactly what I had requested. I also loved having the photobooth there for our guests to use.

Rhythm of the Night DJ Nick was fantastic and really made the wedding reception event fun and special. The icing on the cake was the digital photo booth! All of the guests enjoyed having fun and memorable photos taken. Working with Sara and Nick was easy and we were so happy with them from beginning of the process to the end of the evening.

Rhythm of the Night was the absolute best choice we could’ve made for our wedding. Our DJ, Jake, was INCREDIBLE. He understood exactly the vibe we were going for and made every little change we requested effortlessly. The flow of music all night just made sense. Almost everyone at our wedding talked about how amazing the party portion was, and that’s all thanks to Jake and ROTN DJ’s!

Rhythm of the Night Entertainment was amazing! They communicated with us our entire engagement and met with us a few days before the wedding to make sure everything was set to go. We gave them a huge list of songs to be played, expecting a few to be played, but almost all of them were! They were on top of it when it came to requests as well, playing them almost immediately. Our dance floor was packed almost all night and it was a blast!

Jake was awesome!! Asked questions when needed and did things when asked out of the format. Would request him if ever needing your services again.

Jake was awesome! We first heard him play at a friend's wedding and knew we wanted to hire him for ours. He does a great job of taking requests while maintaining a good vibe on the dance floor. Super easy to work with too and good communication leading up to the big day. I would certainly recommend if you want to have a fun night on the dance floor!

Nick was absolutely AMAZING for our wedding day! He was excellent at reading the room, playing a variety of different music, and being present and enjoying our day with us. Rhythm of the Night was fast responding to messages and they were accommodating to make our day perfect! I would recommend this company and Nick to anyone looking for a hell of a reception!

Sara and her team were amazing. There were incredibly easy to work with and were extremely organized. I had made recommendation list for songs and they did the best job playing the songs I requested and then found song that fit the exact vibe I was going for. Not to mention ROTN had the most beautiful setup and lights that just really added to the night. In the Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo/ surrounding area ROTN was the BEST DECISION we could have made for a DJ

Matt was absolutely amazing!!! He was so easy to work with, he took time before the wedding to talk through what we wanted, gave us suggestions on things, but was also more than willing to do whatever we wanted. He also was great at following the crowd and vibe of the night, while also making my now husband and I’s request a priority. We’re so thankful that we had Matt as our DJ for our wedding. I would 100% book him for any event and FULLY recommend him for any event you need! He 100% made our night a thousand times better and we have people constantly telling us about how the DJ was amazing and made the night so much better. Thank you, Matt!

Hands down, would hire this company a million times over. Worth every penny. Professional, experienced, and so dang fun! The energy from the DJ and music played kept our party going all night long. Simply the best of the best!!!

I am giving 2/5 stars for my experience because there were a lot of things that went wrong on my wedding day with the DJ that were unacceptable. We reviewed everything the week of the wedding and the day of and there were still issues with our service. #1- they played the wrong first dance song. We reviewed this at least three times with Sarah and still were let down. #2- They did not que the music to play as instructed (and we reminded them literally right before we all walked down the aisle) for my husband and I to walk back down the aisle so we were all just standing there waiting for them to start it. #3 they played our cake cutting song at the beginning of the reception and had to be prompted by my groom to turn it off, #4 I was told by multiple guests that the DJ staff was not friendly and wouldn't accept any song requests or was told they didnt have that kind of music (my grandfather requested stevie wonder....). My wedding day was stressful enough due to weather and power outage issues, none of which were the reasons the DJ could not do the things within their control. They were able to supply light to the barn during our power outage and were able to digitally send pictures to people for the photobooth but were not able to give us any of these photos. This is the only reason they are getting two stars. I highly do not recommend their services!

Sara and Adam were both awesome! They were a huge help in making sure the ceremony went as planned with the groups walking, and they were also awesome the entire night! They helped my now husband and my mother in law surprise me with a fun dance in the middle of their mother son dance, a reference from pulp fiction! Super professional and kind people, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ near holland/Grand Rapids area!

Rhythm of the Night Entertainment was the absolute best choice for our DJ services. They were professional, helpful and offered a lot of their years of experience to help with the planning process. Their planning tools are great and really helped us put together a successful day of schedule plan. I really appreciated Sara's DJ experience as well! She kept the playlist going: no awkward silences, no replays, fun remixing, and good transitions between songs. Their announcing and cues for the ceremony were excellent and had no hiccups. I would recommend them if you want a fun party, good music, and a DJ/emcee team that really takes your wishes into account!

ROTN Entertainment was great at our wedding! Guests complemented Sara and her partner days after the event. The online planning platform was very easy to use and if I had questions/concerns they were answered immediately. Highly recommend.

Overall, they were wonderful to work with! I hired them for the photobooth as well, which I would highly recommend! They even helped with the timeline of our wedding, which was very appreciated and helped the flow of the day feel a lot better. I’m not a big dancer myself but the music was so amazing that I spent majority of the night dancing. It was the perfect mix of music for my guests! We also got a book after with photobooth pics/fun messages from friends and that was so special! They were very professional and I’m very glad I booked their services! Highly recommend to brides looking for an experienced and professional team :)

We hired Rhythm of the Night to provide music for our wedding last weekend. At first we weren’t too sure due to the price and being on a budget but we did it anyways and it’s safe to say it was the best choice we made! In the days leading up to the wedding Sara and Jake (our DJ) were so helpful making sure our timeline was perfect and that we had all of the songs we wanted to use and offered ideas on songs for things we weren’t sure about! The day of the wedding my husband decided to throw in a few dances that we previously didn’t plan to do (even one I didn’t know about) and Jake was able and willing to fit them in on short notice. He took song requests which everyone loved, and even came out onto the dance floor for a couple of minutes with us for one song! We are still getting told that he was an amazing DJ and asked who we went through. Also, thank you Jake for signing one of the hearts for our guest book! We will definitely recommend Rhythm of the Night Entertainment to anyone looking and hire them again for events!

I absolutely loved Rhythm of the Night! They responded quickly to any questions I had. They worked on planning the night out with my husband and I. They even helped give suggestions and ideas to help add more to our special day. Sara was very easy going and understanding of everything we needed/wanted. I'm super glad that we found them. They were even willing to come to a town out of their way for us. I would highly recommend! Thank you again for helping our night be even more amazing!

Matt was great and kept our guests on the floor the whole night! The microphones didn’t work at all during our ceremony, but Matt explained there was some sort of issue with interference. It was unfortunate, and kind of distracting. However, the thing that mattered most to me was that everyone danced and had a good time. We also used the photo booth and it was a lot of fun! Sara was great to work with for all the coordinating and responded quickly. All together Matt helped execute some special requests we had and it was a great party thanks to him.

Communication was easy and our DJ, Nick was super professional and great for our wedding. We received numerous comments from guests complimenting the music choices and that they had a blast!

These guys were great. they made it very easy to work with them and get a helicopter view of what to prepare for far out from our special day and as we got closer they helped to make sure we were doing everything we needed to in a timely fashion. they were very accommodating to the every song we wanted played plus did a great job playing other music with similar vibes. their display is awesome with everything being all white and they do an awesome summed up video of the dance floor after the wedding. We highly recommend!

We loved our DJ, Matt. He did an amazing job curating a playlist that had all the songs we wanted to hear. Many of our guests agreed, while saying his volume level was perfect for dancing, yet able to talk to and hear everyone around you. We also liked using the website to make song choices and set up a detailed timeline.

Jake and Mark did awesome for our wedding! They even met us before hand to go over music choices and see where the ceremony and reception would take place since it was all at my parents house. They are so nice and easy to work with! They made our wedding day go so smoothly!

Adam and Sara were amazing to work with! They were very friendly, punctual, and professional! They even went the extra mile to use our venues sound system and ensured and delivered great quality for our ceremony and reception!

We hired Rhythm of the Night Entertainment for our wedding way back in 2020. We were one of those 2020 weddings that got pushed and pushed but finally made it happen in 2022. Sara at Rythm of the Night made the process easy and seamless to move the date multiple times because of covid. Sara is very communicative via email and phone, which was really refreshing for planning purposes. TLDR: From the planning stage to the day of coordination, to the actual music itself, I was very impressed with Rythm of the Night Entertainment. Sara and her team were super easy to work with and generally a pleasure. Most importantly they really captured the mood and music I wanted from cocktail hour, and dinner, to the dancing portion of the evening. Very highly recommend them for your next wedding or other events. Planning: In terms of event planning, they had a portal where you could upload a must-have list of 20 songs, a timeline of the event, and any specific song choices for things like cutting the cake, first/last dance, etc. Sara and her team had a phone call with us the week before the event to discuss the details. I also sent her a list of songs, artists, albums, and some YouTube mixes as further examples of the vibe we wanted at the wedding. She was fully onboard with all the suggestions and reference points. Photo booth: The day of the wedding was great. We had a portable photo booth where they could walk around and have people take pictures of themselves that then printed to an onsite printer (people could print as many copies as they want). It was an app on an iPad and allowed virtual props to be added onto people and several backgrounds. It also had a stationary stand so people could take pictures at the designated photo booth area, which is what was done for the majority of the night. They also had a photo book where they printed an extra copy of everyone's pictures and added it to the book and let people write something under the photo. It is a really special keepsake of the night. Day of coordination: Their team was on top of it all. They had one staff member working the photo booth, one DJ, and one person making announcements and what seemed like coordination. It was all very seamless. For example, I said a few words before dinner was served to welcome people once hors d'oeuvres were done. They had a microphone waiting for me at my dinner table seat and said it was all ready to go. They also worked very well and seamlessly with my wedding planner and venue staff. Music: Cocktail hour/Dinner: They nailed my request for cocktail hour and dinner music. I asked for music that sounded like the DJ group Odesza (chill electronic music). I sent some examples of Odesza, other similar artists, and YouTube playlists and it was exactly the chill vibe I wanted. One of the venue staff even complimented me on the cocktail/dinner music and said "this is exactly my vibe." Music: After dinner dancing: I was going for very classic wedding music with things like Shout, Respect, lots of 80's jams, and all the best from the 90's. I asked them to mix in a few current artists like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and Ariana Grande as well. They nailed what I was looking for and it was all the hits and great wedding music. Everyone was dancing the whole night.

Rhythm of the Night was the perfect fit for our wedding. Nick May was our DJ and he was so accommodating to everything we needed and knew how to get people out on the dance floor even in the rain. Their online site was so nice as it planned every detail of the day out including times. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

The are very prompt and the process to hire them was very smooth. The Djs were awesome, they did a great job getting everyone up and dancing! 10/10 recommend Rhythm of the Night Entertainment!

We looked long and hard at all different bands and DJs. Eventually, we found Rhythm of the Night and were drawn to them by their reviews, polished website, and special white set up. We hired owners Sara and Adam to DJ and MC our wedding and it could not have gone better. The dance was packed the entire night. They were able to make a special song mix for mother/son dance. They took requests. They read the room and played perfect song after song. They had fun and made sure everyone else was too. It couldn’t have worked out better. Thank you RotN (special shout out Sara and Adam), you made our wedding night unforgettable.
