Words cannot explain how much I am grateful for meeting Sierra. She was everything I could have possibly asked for in a wedding planner. She was easy to get a long with, paid attention to detail, and was overall such a fun person. From day one Sierra and I were on the same page about my wedding plan. She helped me find vendors because I did not live in the area and each vendor she found for me were the best. She made the whole experience stress free. Made every wish I could have made come true. Sierra will always come so highly recommended from me, I will never top preaching it.
Sierra was wonderful to work with. She curated a timeline for the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. She also helped us with set up and vendor management. I was delightfully surprised she even set a meet up at the venue to scope it out ahead of time! She and her husband were so friendly and many guests even told me how amazing she was. I felt supported and knew I could reach out at any time for her assistance. She was a great day of coordinator for us!

DIYing a wedding is not an easy task, but Sierra embraced the challenge and supported us fully on the wedding day and before. During the planning period, Sierra was generous enough to take multiple calls with us, and to offer the most helpful suggestions and recommendations. Her expertise was clear from our first call!
During the rehearsal, Sierra took charge and helped our rather large bridal party feel comfortable and prepared for the following day.
Day of, Sierra and Omar were literally incredible. From helping us protect a bit of alone time after the ceremony (with our favorite drinks stocked!), to managing vendors and servers, to ensuring we both were having a good time, to staying for the intensive cleanup, THEY made everything work. My partner and I could not be more grateful for everything they did, and the way that Sierra made our wedding flow seamlessly.

Sierra was great. We had a couple zoom meetings leading up to the big day. We were super non-traditional / dis-organized with our venue decorations and kind of left it all in SIerra's hands and she did marvelous. I was very hesitant about booking a wedding planner but in the end I think it's worth it to have someone experienced running the show so you can focus on having a good time and that is what Sierra did for us. Very happy with her work.
Sierra was really nice and helpful. Her and her husband were with us from the morning in my pjs to go set everything up to when it was time to end the evening. I would email her for advice on decorations or procedures for all sorts of things. I even had her help me pick out the wedding invitation to ensure it all matched with the mood I was trying to stage. I really appreciate them and highly recommend these two for your wedding needs ! They set up all my stuff and put everything away (before the evening was officially over so that my family members wouldn’t have to do it ) . Thank you for everything

Sierra and her team made an absolutely AMAZING job. We are from Texas and decided to get married in San Diego, Ca because of Sunset Cliffs beautiful view. So i DIYed everything for the wedding and brought everything in bins. I really liked Sierras system of creating a google doc ,where I would upload mock ups of the set up, and the ability to edit at any time. A day before the wedding i left the bins in the reception location so that once they come in everything is there.
The day of the wedding, we came into our reception AMAZED! Richardson Events created our dream wedding set up, it was exactly as we pictured it. They were so attentive, helpful and friendly!
During the reception, some of our wedding party were late and we ended up having to switch up the timeline. Sierra had a no problem with our last minute hiccups and was able to move everything around without skipping a beat. She had a solution for everything. We are so grateful to have had Richardson Events as our reception coordinator!
Sierra was fantastic as the day of coordinator for our wedding. As two men planning a wedding, we needed a lot of help, and Sierra delivered! She did a great job setting up decorations, keeping things organized, doing light Emcee work, and being super friendly. I had no real idea what a day of coordinator did at a wedding, but I’m so glad we got one. Highly recommend !

We are so grateful that we hired Sierra for our day of Coordinator. She was so easy to work with and extremely helpful on our big day! She handled slight hiccups that arose a few weeks out from our wedding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning a wedding!
We got married back in October and with COVID affecting our wedding in more ways then one, we were so excited to finally get our day. We brought Sierra and her team in late in the game, and our only regret is that we did not find her sooner! She is sweet, extremely flexible, understanding, caring, and everything else you could want in a wedding planner. We had some added stressors thrown into the mix with an unexpected family emergency, and knowing I had Sierra on my team kept my mind at ease. This review is way overdue, better late than never I suppose, but I highly recommend Richardson Events!

I needed a reception wedding coordinator last minute, and Sierra was the perfect fit! She was very helpful, and let us store everything in her garage so we wouldn’t have to worry about it the day of the wedding. She conversed well with the photographer, DJ, and other vendors at my wedding! Sierra is extremely sweet and gave me her honest opinions on the setup of the wedding! I would 1000% hire her again and recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding and in need of a reception coordinator! Sierra is the perfect fit, I promise!

Sierra Richardson was very accommodating to my ever changing indecisiveness and did whatever to make me feel special on my special day. She was organized, on time, and very professional I would book her again but not for a wedding as I want this marriage to last but she also does other events so she will be hearing from me in the future A+++ service.
Sierra is an absolute dream. I couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator for my wedding! She was thoughtful, thorough, kind, considerate, and just genuinely such a pleasure to work with. She takes so much care to make sure you feel supported and comfortable every step of the way! For the very few (literally one) hiccup we had on our wedding day, she handled the situation seamlessly.
