Richmond Limousine

Richmond Limousine was a life saver for our wedding this past weekend. About a month out from our wedding we had an unexpectedly high amount of RSVPs from out of town and needed an additional 50 man bus. Richmond delivered! Some notes on our experience: - Richmond offered transactional trips vs. requiring the bus stay with us the whole day. This was slightly more complicated and potentially more risky. But saved us quite a bit vs. the alternative. - The dispatchers were great. My wife was able to get directly in touch with them a few times for confirmations & adjustments. In all cases they remembered her and went out of their way to make sure there were no issues. - Buses are fantastic. Guests were impressed. - Received notifications when buses left & arrived. Very helpful to get a status check to the coordinator. We would definitely start our search with them if we had to do it again. Large fleet, very affordable, professional, & classy.

Richmond Limousine was great to work with for our wedding! The booking process was fast and easy. Our driver, Corey, made sure we arrived at our locations safely and on time. When it started to rain, Corey purchased an umbrella for us and made sure we did not get wet on our walk back to the car. Definitely book with Richmond Limo!

Richmond Limo did a great job providing transportation for our wedding. We used Richmond Limo to shuttle guests as well as as a getaway car for the bride and groom. They were easy to work with - I called a couple months out to inquire about a shuttle but at the time, did not know how many guests would need to use the shuttle. They recommended I reserve one larger shuttle based on the size of my guest list and said I could always add on additional shuttles (or upgrade pending availability) should I need it when I knew more. As a covid couple, we had to postpone our wedding, and Richmond Limo was happy to accommodate. I appreciated that flexibility and insight on shuttle reservation, and had no problem adding a smaller shuttle (over a year later) once my rsvps had come in. They called a couple days ahead of the wedding to confirm they had all the correct details, asked if we were planning an exit, and bumped up their arrival time a couple of minutes so that a large shuttle wasn’t pulling up to the venue as we were exiting - a small detail that I hadn’t even considered, but really appreciated! This is sad for me because I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest. Richmond Limo did a great job of getting my guest to the wedding on time and picking up people to leave for the after-party location but this is where it all went downhill. I will start by saying, months before my wedding, I even told my fiancé that if anything goes wrong, it will be with Richmond Limo. Their invoicing system is archaic and did not explain any details. All the invoicing system said was “drop off time” and “pick up time” which doesn’t elaborate on if the “drop off time” is the time in which the limo is COMING to the location or DEPARTING and it turns out; as I expected, to mean two very different things. I asked for a 3:00 PM PICKUP time, which is what they charged me for their ARRIVAL even though they DEPARTED at 3:20 PM, then on the way back, the PICKUP TIME FOR 1 AM meant 12:30 AM. So they just swing it either way in their favor (to make the most money) without any logic. I also called (and I am sure they will admit to this because I was annoying as sh*t) dozens of times to get clarification on things since their system was so minimally helpful to make sure we were on the same page, and they were extremely dismissive. Our conversations were me basically this: Me: Hi, my name is… Richmond Limo: CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Me: Um okay its: Richmond Limo: CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Me: No. 38989 (made up) Richmond Limo: Yeah? Me: You’re invoice doesn’t say all the stops we need to go to, but is it okay because it says ‘as directed’ Richmond Limo: UH I mean AS DIRECTED MEANS AS DIRECTED Me: okay I just want to make sure Richmond Limo: READ THE INVOICE I was certain that maybe details didn’t matter to them, but the day of, they decided that all of a sudden at 1 AM that their primitive invoicing system was some sort of Squid Games like a contract that they would die defending and attempted to bail on our plan, leaving 20+ people stranded in a parking lot at 1 AM with no backup plans. Not only this but the driver cussed me out and told me to shut up multiple times (on my wedding day and in my wedding dress) and didn’t care he was making the bride cry and ruining our wedding night. It turns out, as I KNEW, and luckily because I am annoying, that I was correct and had left a lengthy trail of documentation of my plans and they drove us home. The driver told the guest that I had to “shut up or he wasn’t driving”. It was so disrespectful I know I was also disrespectful, as a drunk bride, but his entire job was to deal with drunk people and I paid almost $3K for this extremely terrible customer service. It was the only bad thing about my entire wedding day.
