Every wedding we do is custom, we like to sit down with you and determine your style and color theme and from there create a design just for you! No matter how small or large, our motto at Rickey Heromans is "That can be arranged" After we sit and review the colors (bridesmaid dresses, wedding party, etc) and the venues, we can help oordinate exactly what you would like to have for your special day. You certainly can email me any pictures or ideas you see and I will be glad to print and attach to your wedding form. Quite often, if you have a sit down rehearsal dinner, we also coordinating picking up those flowers to freshen up and reuse at the reception as well. We have an extensive selection of props

Rickey and crew did a wonderful job with the florals and extra décor for my daughter's wedding in New Orleans. The church was so beautiful - the coordinator said she had never seen it look more perfect! The reception was exactly as we had imagined it - we received so many compliments! We loved the candles and beautiful vases that Rickey used to execute our vision, and it was so helpful to only need one vendor for all of the décor and floral needs. Rickey made the experience so easy - we meet with him in advance, showed him pictures of our vision, and he made it happen! Thanks Rickey for such a wonderful experience!

Rickey did an absolutely amazing job for our reception! He spent a lot of time with me to make sure he was giving me the exact flowers I wanted, and everything came out great. Not only was everything beautiful, but it was set up on time, delivered fresh, and at a much MUCH better price than several other florists in Baton Rouge! We received many compliments on my bouquet and all of the venue flowers. I would definitely recommend Rickey Heroman!

I asked Mr. Rickey on mothers day week to accept the order. His co-worker took time in his busy schedule to search for perfect vase - I was able to look through their selection myself. The flowers arrived on time and were beyond spectacular. Mind you I was not a big client to begin with. The arrangement worked as the centerpiece at the ceremony and then was moved next to the piano for family performance. It was STUNNING!!! The colors, flowers quality, composition - it was beyond my dreams. All in the style I requested but 10 times better. It is week later and most of the flowers still hold on. Mr. Rickey stayed close to end of working hours discussing the order. Really highly recommend. Got a lot of complements about flowers from my guests. Agnes

First I will say that the flowers were deliverd on time and looked great. Everyone at the wedding loved the set up. The bridal bouquet was perfect. The problem we ran into was the flowers for the reception were not what we ordered and were put in different vases. The florist made a last minuted decision to change the flowers and the vases (even though we had supplied the vases) because she thought they would work better. You can imagine how my wife felt when she walked into the reception hall and saw that nothing was how she had ordered. They looked beautiful but the florist should have called to confirm with us before making such a huge decision.

We used Rockey Heroman's for our wedding. The bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids were absolutely gorgeous! However, we were slightly disappointed with the pew markers and centerpieces at the reception. Overall though, the flowers were very beautiful.

I loved working with this florist. Very helpful with floral ideas for my wedding. My flowers were beautiful for my wedding day! The nicest people and very accommodating to all my needs.

Buzzy and his team are very professional and easy to work with. They have such a wonderful eye for color. The flowers really popped in our pictures! I absolutely loved them.

PLEASE....SAVE YOURSELF!! This is the absolute WORST florist in Baton Rouge...BY FAR!!! They couldn't find my order EVERY TIME I called! I finally had to go into the shop for them to find my order! Then.. on the wedding day they gave me flowers in my bouquet that hadn't bloomed!! Who wants lily buds that haven't bloomed!?!?!? They looked like green bananas!! HORRIBLE! They also didn't cut the pollen tips out of the lillies...everyone knows that the brown pollen will get on everything! I also told them that I wanted the round dome tight look to my bouquet. It was not tight or dome. More like a flower arrangement they took out of a vase and just handed to me. My bridesmaid bouquets were too small after I was assured that they would be full! Finally, I wanted ribbon wrapped tightly around the stems of the flowers. The ribbon was so loose that it was HANGING from the stems! I had to wrap it around my fingers so that it wouldn't dangle! It makes me want to cry when I think about how bad they were! I'm only just SO happy we didn't use them for the centerpieces or they would have RUINED the entire decor without a doubt!!!! We will be taking additional wedding photos now that the wedding is over and I'm overjoyed that I don't have to carry that horrible bouquet again!

Rickey Heroman's has beautiful flowers and does an excellent job of making everything look beautiful. They run about the same price as most other florists. We used the lowest price on all arrangements and bouquets (and everything still looked beautiful!) However, my one complaint was service. I felt as though the system is scattered brain. They never would write down exactly what I wanted or they said they would enter it into the computer and they never would. I was not pleased with their customer service. They need more organization!

I chose this vendor as my florist after visiting a couple of places and after we met with a very nice woman named Linda (who I do not blame for any of these mistakes)and planned out all of our flower arrangements I was confident this florist was going to be easy to work with and that the flowers were going to be beautiful. However, the products did not reflect what we had discussed. I specifically told them not to put lilies anywhere in the wedding and they were everywhere (including my bouquet), the flower girls' kissing balls were completely squished and looked like teardrops, my alter arrangements were very small and not at all what I asked for AND my pew arrangements were incorrect too! I could forgive maybe just one mistake but they messed up almost all of the flowers at my wedding and there wasnt anything I could do about it but just let them be as is even though my mother had paid a lot of money for them. Overall I beleive that a lack of communication between themselves and over booking weddings on the same day is what led to their mistakes but that many mistakes should never happen on someones wedding day because you cant redo that one special day. I was very disappointed and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.
