Lauren from Right as Rayne was such an amazing planner! She made the last few months of planning very easy and the wedding day itself was totally stress free thanks to her. She's wonderful to work with and so sweet. Can’t recommend enough!

We don’t know what we would have done without Kinsey on our side for our wedding. We got married in Colorado, but as a destination wedding since we live in Minneapolis. Kinsey was our eyes and ears on the ground and went above and beyond for us knowing that we had no one local to lean on. Her attention to detail and ability to sense when we had a clear vision versus when we needed a little guidance was perfect. She was our biggest cheerleader throughout the process, and the biggest reason that our wedding was hands down the best day of our lives.

Quincy was perfect! She made me feel so taken care of, so heard, and prioritized making our dreams come true. She made sure that our lists were accurate, we were thinking of the right things, and even offered to deliver things to our home at the end of the night. Quincy, Kinsey and whole Right as Rayne Events team were incredible. Their attention to detail, professionalism and organization made our wedding weekend everything we hoped it would be and more. My husband and I were hands-on in the planning process and the RARE team took all of our ideas (good and bad) and made them into the perfect weekend for all of our 200+ guests. We live in Chicago, so it was incredibly helpful to have boots on the ground in Colorado to help us source options, pick vendors and provide guidance on logistics. We had a small wedding of <25 people and initially I didn’t think we needed a day of coordinator, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! I did not have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding! Quincy set up our entire ceremony and reception space to be as beautiful as I dreamed of, kept our day on time and allowed me to have the most priceless gift.. a stress free wedding day! Heli was exceptional as our wedding coordinator! She was professional, friendly, and highly organized. Working with her took so much stress out of the wedding planning process. My husband and I are living in Australia, so planning our Colorado winter wedding from afar was always going to be logistically difficult. So when it came time to interview planners, I really needed someone who I gelled well with and could trust 100%. I knew Quincy was the planner for us from our very first Zoom meeting. She was so calming, and had such a professional can-do attitude about our situation and any problems I threw her way. She kept us on track with our budget, check-lists, gave recommendations and suggestions for anything we needed and was always there with a reassuring word whenever I felt stressed. I felt so confident that everything was taken care of, and it absolutely was. On the day, Allison executed everything seamlessly and made the whole thing look easy. RARE made our wedding stress free and added to what was an incredible day! Brianna was professional, timely, and helped us with the planning and day of coordination of our wedding. My wife and I were able to enjoy the day fully due to her and her crew's efforts before, during, and after the wedding. I could not have asked for a better coordinator! We hired Right as Rayne Events for their day of coordinator services and it was without a doubt the best money we spent on the wedding. Brittany (or coordinator) and her assistant were amazing. Luisa was our day-of coordinator and she was such a dream to work with. She met with us a few times leading up the wedding and really helped us with our schedule, decor, communications with vendors, everything! Quincy and her team were PHENOMENAL. I cannot thank Right as Rayne enough for the help and support for our wedding. I did quite a lot of decor on my own, which in turn required a lot of set up and tear down from Quincy and her team.... they were awesome! The support leading up to and during our wedding was incredible. I felt like I had a guardian angel on my shoulder for every single moment. Quincy and Allison were amazing to work with. I had my wedding July 2022. Both of them made my dreams come true. I had needed help with the decorations for my venue and they both did a fantastic job. Everyone commented and loved all the decorations. Quincy has a fantastic eye for designing and helping to DIY the decorations. Allison did a wonderful job setting up and tearing down the venue. She had so much to do and accomplished it all exactly how I had envisioned. Thank you to you both! If you’re looking for planners and decoration help, I highly recommend them!

Kinsey and Luisa were FAN-tastic!! Not only are they extremely organized, keeping us on track from beginning to end, they were also super knowledgeable about vendors, styles, color themes, etc., and also made excellent recommendations and mock-ups. I don’t think our wedding could’ve come together so beautifully without their help and guidance! They were patient and understanding of the last minute changed and emergencies that naturally come with wedding planning. Also, HUGE shout-out to Luisa as our day-of coordinator! We had some rain and issues with our shuttle drivers, but Luisa handled it all and calmed us down when I looked about to have a panic! Thank you so much for all you do!

We originally started working with Quincy in the months leading up to our wedding and she was amazing and very detail oriented. She gave us tips on things that we would of never even thought about. Unfortunately Quincy changed positions a couple month before our big day. But Allison seamlessly stepped right in and absolutely CRUSHED it! She helped us feel relaxed going into the big day knowing she had everything taken care of. We did just about all the décor ourselves from the linins to the cake and Allison and her team made it look even better the we had envisioned it. I knew early on that I wanted a wedding planner/coordinator to help manage the stress of the big day, so I started looking even before I had a day and venue finalized. My search led me to Kinsey and Right as Rayne. From the very beginning, they made me feel confident that I'd made the right choice in hiring them to help organize my wedding. My planner, Brianna, was friendly, quick to get back to me, and most importantly, made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. I felt like there was so much going on, but it was such a relief to have someone else worry about the details and keep the day on schedule. My beautiful bride and I are so happy to have worked with Right as Rayne to help plan our big day! Our coordinator Brianna, made sure everything was ready to go, we had everything we needed, and we felt confident because we had her on our team! And considering that our venue had specific instructions for weddings coupled with the fact we had a million and one venders to coordinate with, we could always trust Brianna would never miss a beat and coordinate effectively and assure we had the most beautiful wedding possible.

Best decision we made was hiring Quincy from Right as Rayne! From the very beginning she was so detailed and had everything, I mean everything documented on what needed to happen when. Right as Rayne also had a google doc of a “to-do” list, the venue map with how we wanted our ceremony and reception laid out to vendor contacts and other much needed documents to get you through this stressful time. I tried my very best to be the type a bride who had everything figured out herself… that just wasn’t me. I would easily get overwhelmed and reach out to Quincy and we would set up a time to meet and go over some of the documents and how my planning was going. Each time I left feeling so much better and that everything was on track. Our wedding day was so amazing, and everything went according to plan, because of Quincy. Allison and Aubrey also stepped in on our wedding day as Quincy was a guest and they did a great job. But, if you are contemplating hiring a day of coordinator or the full-blown planner, Quincy is your girl and I promise you will not be disappointed. She planned multiple weddings all while planning her own, all while staying calm and professional. She truly is amazing, and I couldn’t have done it without her!

Omg omg. Do not have enough good things to say about Quincy, Kinsey and Right as Rayne. We had unexpected cold temperatures and rain on our wedding day— and Quincy handled it all like a pro. I think it's fair to say our wedding celebration would have been a complete mess if it weren't for Kinsey. While we hired her as a day of coordinator, she was incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to the event - helping coordinate with vendors and answer any questions we had. Hiring her meant we could actually enjoy the celebration and we are so grateful!

We purchased a coordination package with right as rayne events. This was truly the best money we spent on our wedding. Brianna was our coordinator and she was an absolute champion. In addition to being incredibly responsive to all questions we asked, she managed our contracts with vendors and made sure that on the day of our wedding the only thing we had to worry about was enjoying ourselves. She made us a very detailed day of schedule and made sure that all of our vendors knew where they needed to go, everyone got paid, and on the day of we never had to worry about what we had to do next because Brianna and her assistant took care of it. If you’re thinking about buying a planning or coordination package definitely go for it. You won’t be disappointed and it will relieve so much stress on the day and during the lead up. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Working with Quincy was the best decision I made for our wedding! She went above and beyond what I expected of a day-of coordinator. She was organized, timely, and above all had a positive attitude and calmed any nerves I had because I trusted her to make the right calls (which she did!!) We absolutely loved Right as Rayne for our wedding coordination. We had the pleasure of working with Luisa as our month-of coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She corralled all of our vendors and on the day of the actual event she was flying around the venue making sure that everything went off without a hitch. I can say without a doubt that my wedding day would not have been as seamless or as amazing without Alyssa, Brittany, and Kinsey! From the get go they were there to answer all my questions and took a vested interest us as a couple. They completely understood what vibe I wanted to achieve for the night and their design ideas were beyond incredible! They are not afraid to think outside the box, which I loved. They then spent so much time helping everything come to life, from DIY design projects to a minute by minute timeline for vendors so I didn't have to keep track of any moving parts ON my wedding day. To say that Right as Rayne saved my wedding would be an understatement. Kinsey was our wedding planner and I couldn't have done it without her. Throughout the entire process, she was so organized and helped me find wonderful vendors. When the groom broke his FEMUR two weeks (!!!) before the wedding, I thought there was no way we could actually go through with our plans. Not only did we still tie the knot as planned, but it was more perfect than I had imagined, all thanks to Kinsey. She somehow managed to simultaneously keep me on schedule and keep me calm, which is a difficult task even during the easiest of times. The day was marvelous and not a single thing went wrong, which I'm sure is not at all true but that was my experience. She made sure to schedule in breaks for my now-husband to rest and ice his leg, and she held his crutches for him while we were taking pictures. I wish I could hire her to manage my whole life! My wedding was literally PERFECT. I anticipated at least something going wrong. However, I noticed not one single thing that did not go as planned. This is in large part because of Alyssa and the RARE team. I booked the month of coordination, yet Alyssa corresponded with me well before the month of. She made a point to frequently check on me to see how wedding planning was going and how she could support. She made my timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and made sure the vision I had for my wedding came to life. They worked so incredibly hard and were so kind, professional, and thoughtful. I have no idea what I would've done without them. All I have to say is if you are considering using Right as Rayne, do yourself a favor and book them!

Using Micaela with Right as Rayne Events in New Mexico was such a blast! She was incredibly professional, helpful, and willing to pull out all the stops to help make our wedding unique and special. She worked with my husband's and my (sometimes weird) ideas, and laughed with us the whole time. It was so great to have her as a coordinator because she let us have the freedom that we had desired with our small wedding, but was there with support and ideas when we needed it. Everything ran smoothly and like clockwork, and because of her help we were able to truly enjoy the day and not feel stressed whatsoever! From what I've heard, a stress-free wedding day is pretty dang rare, but Micaela and Right as Rayne made it possible for us. Wow - we had an opportunity to work with Alyssa and Nicole and the RAR team on a recent wedding and let me just say, these folks is INCREDIBLE! They are so kind, thorough and thoughtful. Alyssa cares so much about all the details and she is such a giving and sweet person; she took super good care of not only her clients and their needs, but her fellow vendors needs as well (she brought me a plate of food on our break for goodness' sakes!). Alyssa and Nicole are absolutely amazing, hard working ladies with a super positive can-do attitude. Can't wait to work with them again!

Brianna was literally a life savor! I had such a vision for our wedding, but am not always the best with making things come to fruition. Brianna took care of all of that for me and totally took the stress out of the last few weeks leading up to the wedding when last minute vendor details are being made. I was so impressed with her constant contact with myself and the vendors, which made the wedding day so seamless. Brianna and her assistant Riley were so attentive and you could tell just wanted to ensure we had a great time and didn’t stress about anything. Brianna bustled my ball gown for me, got on the dance floor per my request, and truly made our wedding dreams come true. Thank you so much!!

I can't say enough about how amazing Alyssa and the whole Right as Rayne Events team was for our wedding! We hired them to handle all our day off activities and they more than delivered. I was initially concerned only because this was their first South Asian Weddings and we tend to do things a little bit differently. The biggest obstacle is always size and managing people. I spoke with Alyssa on the phone prior to hiring them and she put all my hesitations to rest. Even though we only used them for the day off, Alyssa consistently followed up and made sure I knew she was available at any point that I needed her. On the day, so many random and unanticipated things happened - like having to move tables around right before our entrance - and I didn't know about anything until after the wedding. The RAYNE team took care of everything in such an efficient and professional way that I could just enjoy my day without any concerns or worries. I would 100% hire them again; they were worth every penny!

I can’t say enough good things about Right as Rayne! They made my wedding day and the month leading up to it so much easier. We specifically worked with Brianna and she was an absolute gem. She’s detail oriented, organized and managed all of my anxieties leading up to the big day. I should say that we had a COVID wedding so we got married in a smaller ceremony in 2020 and then had our reception in 2021. It was stressful but Brianna and Right as Rayne helped me plan a day that was nothing short of a fairytale. One thing that really stood out to me was Brianna’s management of the vendors we were working with. I had originally signed many of these contracts in 2019/2020, I admittedly could not remember what we planned for. She read through all of the contracts and reached out to the vendors on our behalf to make sure everything went smoothly for our reception. I had the pleasure of working with Kinsey at a previous organization I was with. She handled all of the events for that organization. I’m not surprised that she’s got an amazing company with thoughtful coordinators who’s really go the extra mile to make sure your big day goes smoothly.

EVERY BRIDE NEEDS A QUINCY We had our wedding at our house. It was an absolutely dream but would have clearly been a nightmare without Quincy. She handled everything - even a surprise rain shower in the middle of the ceremony - with such grace and experience that I didn't worry about a single thing. The thought "Quincy's got it" ran through my head all day long and it allowed me to just enjoy the amazing day. Selecting Kinsey as our wedding planner was truly the best decision that we made for our big day. Not only was she always punctual and responsive, but she really helped to put my mind at ease when it comes to all of the little details and making sure that everything gets accomplished. They planned a perfect intimate, smaller event, like ours (60 guests) and they have been know for planning/executing weddings with 200+ plus guests as well. She LITERALLY saved our wedding (twice) LOL. We had planned a fairy tale wedding for September 2020 and had to reschedule the venue, caterer, DJ and all aspects to the event - Kinsey and her team was there to assist the entire time. She is very professional and thorough. As the groom, there were parts of the planning process I just wasn't apart of but Kinsey made sure to keep me engaged when needed. Alyssa, Brittany, and Nicole did a phenomenal job of making my wedding day seamless! I hired Right as Rayne for my wedding in Houston, Texas. When I had my first meeting with Alyssa (lead day of coordinator) I knew she was going to be the perfect fit. She went above and beyond even when our wedding was postponed due to COVID. Pre Wedding: Alyssa made sure to check in on me during the planning phase to see what she could take off my plate and to make sure I wasn’t stressed. She offered vendor recommendations, called vendors on our behalf, and made sure that all the little details were perfected. Alyssa went the extra mile to get to know me and understand the vision that I had for our wedding. She helped fit in a last minute surprise (fireworks show) into the timeline with a breeze! Wedding day: Upon arrival, Alyssa greeted me with an umbrella to shield me from the rain. She was ready to go with her back up rain plan for the day and briefed me for the the minor changes that would take place. She was able to move things around in the timeline and still make sure the day was fluid. Alyssa directed all the vendors with ease! She stopped by the bridal suite often to check in on me. She seemed to always pop up when I needed her. I was even provided with a wedding day emergency kit that included everything you could imagine. The team set up some decorations that I provided and made sure everything looked beautiful! After the ceremony, the team brought the bridal party some cocktails and appetizers to have while we waited on pictures. The rest of the night flew by. We had so much fun and we didn’t have a worry the whole night thanks to these women! I am very “Type A” and letting go of the wheel is a very hard for me. It was so easy to do that with this team! The whole day was a blast and I can’t imagine doing it with out Alyssa, Brittany, or Nicole!

I called RARE on the recommendation of my caterer. From the start, they took the time to talk to me and figure out my needs for the big day in order to come up with the right package; I didn't feel like a nameless customer. I worked with Quincy, who was AMAZING. She didn't forget a single detail and was a true professional, from the emergency kit stashed in the ladies room to wrangling the flower girls right before they walked down the aisle. Kinsey is professional, friendly, attentive, organized, has a positive and creative problem solving mindset, and is able to take your vision and make it come to life perfectly! She will provide you with an incredibly comprehensive wedding day document with all relevant details, to ensure you haven't missed a single thing on your special day, as well as a full vendor contact information sheet and step-by-step timeline for you and your vendors on your wedding day. I loved the organization and attention to detail she brought to the table and couldn't have asked for more support. On the day of our wedding, Aubrey was our onsite coordinator and she was WONDERFUL! She was professional, kind, responsive, and dealt with all of my family drama with grace. She stepped in quickly to problem solve things that I never even knew had come up (the dream coordinator skill), made sure we stuck to our timeline, and had all of our special extras ready for us at the exact right moment (vow books, giant balloons, etc.). She even texted us after the wedding to wish us congratulations and let us know where all of our personal items and decorations had been stored after the wedding. I knew one thing when I got engaged – I NEEDED a wedding planner! I had the wonderful fortune of having Right as Rayne Events recommended to me early on in my engagement. From our very first coffee meeting with Kinsey and Jamie, my fiancé and I knew they were going to be a great fit for us!
