Mama E did an incredible job at every step of the process when helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the least amount of hassle during what could have been a very stressful process, rolling with the punches when we had to delay our wedding 3 times due to Covid. Mama E was a delight to work with, met us at our level, and we would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding planning needs. We simply cannot overstate how valuable she was throughout our entire wedding process!

I canāt say enough good things about these ladies! Roz was my main coordinator with the team and I still have people telling me what a wonderful job they did. There were some things that went wrong at my because of vendors during the wedding and she made sure I had no clue, which was amazing and got it all figured out! šš»
I am an organized girly and they had spreadsheets to keep everything organized. Roz never shied away from my stessed texts thinking I forgot something and it felt like planning with a great friend! I planned my wedding in six months, and I would do it again with these ladies any day! š

My husband and I hired MPWA to do our wedding planning and day-of coordination. We also did an Administrative add-on to have them do the majority of our outreach and scheduling and handle some of the administrative tasks during the initial stages of interviewing vendors and collecting quotes. We had such an amazing time working with Ernestine that we also hired her to coordinate our wedding brunch for the day-after the wedding!
Ernestine aka Mama E was hands down - INCREDIBLE. We met with several planners and after we met with her we knew we had to book her - she immediately put us at ease. She will call you out and push back when she needs to, and she'll be direct and honest with you about her opinions and the options you have. She was paramount in making the day go so smoothly - and she kept me sane during the absolute nightmare that is wedding planning during Covid. She handled so many awkward conversations with vendors, helped to divulge feedback, and took care of basically all of our vendor research, outreach, estimate collections, etc.
Wedding planning was stressful enough as it is WITH a wedding planner, I literally cannot imagine going through this without Mama E. If you are wondering whether or not it's worth the added expense to hire a wedding planner let me promise you - yes, yes it is.
Ernestine was incredibly responsive, there was never a topic too big or too small to cover with her, and she was always honest about her opinion. She really puts so much time, energy, and effort into making the day go smoothly. She made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to prepare for the day of, what I needed to bring, and walked us through what to expect. She handled all of my vendors, the timeline, and payouts and made sure the day ran smoothly; she set up all the decor, and had an entire inventory to choose from. I am the ultimate bridal nightmare when it comes to colors, decor, etc. because I work in the design field so I'm incredibly picky and when I tell you she has the patience of a saint, it is no joke because I am obnoxious about details. She really helped to balance me out and remind me when I needed to relax on certain details, stay realistic about my expectations depending on my budget for certain areas of the wedding, and helped to pull me out of the weeds to see the big picture when I would get anxious or overthink the details.
Even with all of the preparation, phone calls, emails, zoom meetings, etc. beforehand, the day-of is really where Ernestine shines. She's quick on her feet, takes charge of a group, and keeps everyone organized and moving. If there were ever any hitches or issues during the day-of I was completely none the wiser. She handled everything smoothly, confidently, and with so much ease. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything Mama E! I cannot say enough great things. We love and appreciate you!

Anybody getting married in the Seattle/Tacoma area should hire MWPA! We got married at my husband's family's farm on Vashon Island this past July while living in the SF Bay Area. Having Ernestine as part of our planning team was crucial in reducing the overall stress of both of us and our families as we planned a wedding from far away and during the pandemic. Ernestine was also our same day coordinator, which was critical in making the day go smoothly! She gave us great recommendations for almost all the vendors, put up beautiful decorations on the farm, and kept all the contracts and dates extremely organized. I hardly felt stress during the entire planning experience! We were mainly just looking forward to how fun and amazing the day was going to be. Some of the best vendor recommendations she gave were for the music - we had both a live band for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and a DJ for after dinner. Both were vendors she had worked with before and both were incredible. We also had a great time in the weeks leading up to the wedding doing zoom planning calls with both of our moms. I felt like this experience was really valuable in allowing our moms to get to know each other better, and getting everyone to be and feel involved. I would definitely recommend MWPA to anyone who's looking for a planner!

Thank god almighty for MPWA and Ernestine and her team! Throughout the weeks before my wedding, Ernestine kept in close contact with both my mother and myself and enabled us to throw the wedding of my dreams! Even though I basically just dumped all of my visual research and crazy ideas in her lap, somehow my vision came to life and I know I have Mama E to thank for that. She also handled my musician fiancƩ's constant stressing about the sound equipment with grace and humor, bless her! I really felt like she was mentoring us through the process, encouraging and supporting us but still being honest while always maintaining her sense of humor and being calm and cheerful. Once we arrived for the rehearsal dinner, she took complete control and it was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable take the reigns. At one point she was in discussion with folks from the venue and I nervously walked over and whispered, "should I be part of this?" and she just shook her head and said go be with your family. Thanks to her I was able to do just that - and I'm forever grateful for those precious moments. Plenty of little things went wrong, as they always do (my sister locked the flower girl basket in her car for example) but she would never have let any of it fall to me, she's a problem-solving machine, and we had a beautiful dream of a day with no hiccups! Best money you will spend on your wedding, hands-down.

Mama E, Roz and Freddie were amazing! They bent over backwards to make sure our day was perfect! Anything we needed they took care of! Between Decor, setup, tear down, and just the need the breathe moments, the entire team was great! I really can not say enough, we love the team and would use them again for any other event!

Ernestine was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us navigate the uncertainty of Covid and gave recommendations that were tremendously helpful throughout the process. She was quick to recommend and introduce other vendors as well that were equally great to work with. She was very on top of all of the planning steps and a great resource when questions came up. We loved worked with Ernestine and MPWA - highly recommend!

MPWA is AMAZING in every sense of the word. Ernestine was a life saver throughout the entire wedding process. She helped us every step of the way, in literally every aspect of our planning. Her communication was fantastic, and she always responded so quickly. I honestly don't know how we could have planned our wedding during normal times let alone in the craziness during 2020. She helped us plan the most perfect day during a PANDEMIC, y'all! Through contacting vendors, determining what we should do for plans A, B, and C, and just being there as a support during the whole process, Ernestine was just amazing. She and her team went above and beyond, and we are so, so incredibly grateful. We cannot recommend Ernestine and MPWA enough... If you are getting married, book them RIGHT AWAY. It will be the best decision you make, I promise!!!

Roz went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator! She was definitely my go to person for the last several weeks leading up to the wedding. So many last minute texts and calls as things came up. She tried to make it as stress free for us as possible! For the day of the wedding I couldnāt thank Roz and Mama E and team enough! One of our bartenders ended up leaving early and one of her staff members was able to jump in and help fill in! We also ran out of some utensils and cups and they were able to run to the store to purchase some for us as well. I can honestly say, they we enjoyed every bit of our wedding without any worries because when anything came up they handled it! So, if you want to actually enjoy your big day and not worry about the little details on the day of I would definitely recommend hiring Roz. It was definitely nice when people would ask me where things went or where something was i could simply say, āGo ask Rozā. If you purchase the complete package you also have access to their decor and linens! For the decor we were able to us 99% of their things so that was a money saver plus they have so many options! I would recommend them 100 times over!

BEST! WEDDING MAGICIANS! We could not be more happy with the level of service, positive attitude and amazing logistical skills Rosalynn, Ernestine and their team brought to our wedding. For our wedding we chose a venue that did not provide any support for setting up or clearng of tables, decor or lighting. My Perfect Wedding Assistant (MPWA) took care of everything for us and it all turned out exactly as we imagined! They coordinated and picked up all the required rental equipment and provided amazing decor from their own inventory. Roz even did all of the flowers for our wedding at an amazing price by purchasing the flowers wholesale!
Throughout the process of planning and executing our wedding MPWA was available to keep us on track and take care of any items that came up. They always kept us on track to making our wedding exactly the event we wanted to have with a keen eye towards affordability.
They provided great suggestions for vendors which we had not yet selected and coordinated professionally and fully with those whom we had already contracted.
They even provided their own Photo Booth for the wedding and got out on the dance floor during the evening which was a big hit!

Roz and her team made being a maid of honor so much easier than anticipated. Roz and her team not only made the space absolutely gorgeous, but held our team's hands through every step of the wedding day. Roz made sure to walk us all through the wedding ceremony multiple times, improved when some of the men's suits ended up ripping, making sure we knew our beats and most importantly made sure the bride and groom got everything they wanted out of their special day. I'm so grateful that Roz helped my best friend have the best day of her life. This team is OUTSTANDING and I would absolutely recommend her to any and all brides out there.

I can not stress enough how important Roz and team were to the success of our wedding. I was budgeting out a wedding under 10k. Despite all their reviews, but I was reluctant to bring on any additional costs. They worked with me on customizing a package to compete set up and take down of decor and coordinating a few of the vendors and rentals. However, as the date approached I realised I'm an awful wedding planner. I emailed them last minute and begged them to fix everything and take over planning.. They immediately were sympathetically and signed up for the basic bitch package. Roz jumped in to help me fix the damage I had done. ( I sent invitations for a 2:00 wedding but only had access to the venue at 12, I ordered the wrong color flowers, I only ordered about half the party favors I needed, my guest list was a mess, I could only find people for makeup and not hair ect.) She took care of it all with magic trade secrets or just letting me know day of know one will notice these issues.
The day of had it's own set of hick ups and if Roz and team wouldn't of been there to help and communicate, I'd probably have bridezilled and decided to just be an unwed spinster from the stress.
If you and your person want to enjoy the day get yourself a wedding planner. If you want a stressfree wedding full of love, family and dancing then I'd also hire My Perfect Wedding Assistant. Roz, Mama and Steve are completely worth it.

THE. BEST. DECISION.
Honestly, booking MPWA was the best decision I made for my wedding. I met Ernestine at the Seattle Wedding Show and was immediately drawn to her friendly, upbeat, no-nonsense personality. I pretty much decided then that I would be booking her to help coordinate my wedding day. She made the planning process so much easier and was supportive and helpful along the way in the planning process. But by far her most valuable input was all the work she did on our wedding day. We chose an indoor/outdoor venue that was pretty much DIY meaning I needed to find all my own vendors and supply decorations and chairs and we needed to quickly move chairs between the ceremony site and the reception area before dinner. Ernestine came through on all of this!! Everything was setup by the time I arrived for pictures, my wedding party had already been prepped on what to do, everything looked gorgeous, my guests had a great time and the whole day just ran so smoothly. If anything did go wrong, neither my guests nor myself knew it because Ernestine had it under control.
All I wanted on my wedding day was to have fun and I wanted my family to be able to enjoy themselves without spending all their time working on the wedding. With MPWA working their magic behind the scenes, everything about our wedding day was a breeze!!
In addition to their "A+" coordinating and planning skills, MPWA's team also helped with the styling of my wedding. They have a warehouse full of supplies and decorations that you can use. They've got all the latest trends- arbors, fairy lights, sequins, rustic, boho, glamorous, romantic, classic- you name it! In terms of cost, being able to borrow their decorations saved me a bundle and made my life so much easier. We went to take a look at what they had, talked through ideas and then left it up to the team to make it happen on the big day. They have an amazing eye for style and offer helpful tips for making the wedding of your dreams come true.
Do yourself a favor and just book them!

THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT!!!!
We met Mama Ernestine, of My Perfect Wedding Assistant aka Brides Bitch, at the Seattle Wedding show last February and immediately hit it off. Super fun and energetic team who really care about the people they work with. We hired MPWA for our wedding this past November and they were the absolute BEST!!! We used them for day-of coordination and dƩcor, and they hands down nailed it.
The perfect amount of communication, guidance, and attention to our wedding which kept us on track at all times, without being overwhelming. This made the whole wedding planning experience so stress-free! Very knowledgeable about the wedding industry at-large, and gave us really good recommendations for some of our other vendors. We told them what our vision was and they were able to make that into a reality!
MPWA was always available for questions and was prompt with all communications back and forth.
Mama Ernestine helped us with our rehearsal dinner and with all the coordination leading up to the wedding. The most important part ā the wedding ā went perfectly! We can honestly say we werenāt worried about a thing the entire course of our wedding, they took care of everything. Without a doubt, the best investment for planning a wedding, and Mama Ernestine and her team are wonderful people we were happy to have part of our special day!

MPWA is the BEST in the business and best decision we made (besides saying I do)! Roz, Mama E, Ryan and the rest of their team are MADE to do this work! Deciding to go with their services was BY FAR the best money spent and we were on a budget. They absolutely made our wedding come together and brought it from what would have been a disorganized mediocre wedding to the most beautiful, perfect day hands down. I cannot emphasize enough how crucial their work was in making our wedding perfect. Our families, the wedding party, my husband and I all got to ENJOY our wedding because of the amazing coordination and work that MPWA offered. Roz is on top of everything and handled all of the communication, organizing of events, timeline and decoration! I cannot even begin to express how incredible Roz, Ernestine and Ryan are. They were absolutely the most vital piece in making our wedding day special, and let me tell you...it was PERFECT! They are so thoughtful, creative, attentive, and have a super sharp eye for detail. Even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted, they somehow always come up with perfect solutions. We got so many wonderful comments from family and friends about how we had the smoothest and most fun wedding they had ever been to! Our wedding was literally stress free because of Roz, Ryan and Mama E. The best is being able to use their decor and not having to shell out extra money for it! I had no idea what our center pieces were going to loon like, but rest assure Roz didnāt disappoint! She took my vision and made it a reality! This team was one of the best investments we made for our wedding day! Aubree and her team were always available every step of the way before the day even arrived! She offered advice and words of encouragement in my moments I had some concerns about vendors. Her team did a wonderful job helping the vision I had come to life! She also kept the day on track and was flexible when pictures took longer than originally predicted or anticipated. She helped line up the party and helped fluff my dress before walking down the aisle. As the night progresses, she checked in and made sure I had what I needed and handled the difficult situations so that all I had to was enjoy the day with my husband and family! I cannot speak enough praises of the team, I would recommend her to anyone. She was amazing and made my day even more perfect that I thought it could be! I would give this team a million stars!

Hiring Roz was BEST DECISION we made for our wedding! We cannot even begin to describe how amazing, flexible, organized, thoughtful, caring and AWESOME Roz is! She listened to what we wanted, offered her expertise, and thought of all the little details we couldnāt and didnāt want to remember! We didnāt have to worry about anything on the day of, Roz and Ryan did it all, and we actually got to enjoy our special day. Cannot recommend Aubree from MPWA enough! She is everything you want in a wedding coordinator....detail-oriented, calm, and supportive. She went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was perfect and that we could truly relax that day. From the first meeting we knew that we were in good hands. All of our family mentioned after the wedding how great she was and how she handled day of issues like a champ (none of which I was aware of because like I said - she is great at what she does!) She anticipated needs and brought extra supplies and improvised when needed. This girl is a wedding genie and will make all your wishes come true. Aside from Aubree, I highly recommend MPWA because you can have access to their inventory and also bartenders and event staff, which makes it all easy and seamless especially for a DIY wedding venue. Definitely a deal!

Out of any plans I made concerning my wedding, deciding to go with these guys for wedding coordination was hands down the best choice. I had already booked most of my vendors by the time I got in touch, but didn't realize how much "last minute" emailing, arranging, phone-calling would be required. Ernestine "Mama E" was my go-to, and essentially took care of ALL of the last minute details, got vendors on the same page, wrangled misbehaving groomsmen, and on the day-of made sure everything went smoothly. The only thing I needed to worry about on my wedding day itself was to get ready and show up. My husband and I even got to EAT at our wedding- can you believe it?
Bottom line, I highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator/planner, and if you have the ability to, HIRE THESE GUYS! Thanks, Mama E!

Roz, Ernestine and Ryan are AMAZINGGG!!! Roz was so helpful right from the start, had a super positive attitude, answered all of our questions, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We also enjoyed the huge selection of wedding inventory (we got to see the entire selection on their website and choose what we wanted directly from there). We had a specific request for pink ribbons and Roz was so generous to purchase them and was so patient to tie them to all the chairs on the wedding day. Roz and her team was punctual on the day of the wedding and stayed until the very end for clean up, including lifting heavy boxes to put back in our car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience - do not hesitate and hire Roz and her team to be your wedding planner/coordinator today! Trust me - you will be extremely happy with their service!!!

It's hard to put into words how much I appreciate Ernestine and her team. So I guess I will start from the beginning so all of you readers can kind of understand just how amazing this group of people is.
I met Ernestine and her daughter at a wedding expo that I was attending for a friend and I immediately fell in love with Ernestine's energy and motherly attitude toward the brides she worked with, so when the time came for me to get engaged, I sent her an email and got a quick and excited response back.
During the wedding planning, she was so helpful, upbeat, and most of all, kind. With my mother being out of state, Ernestine sort of filled in where my mom couldn't help due to the distance, and that just felt good. She truly was a constant cheerleader. She picked up on my anxieties that I was feeling and was constant positive energy and I honestly freaking loved that.
So for my wedding, I planned for like 100 people, long story short about 50 people told me last minute they couldn't come. So, of course, I felt hurt, nervous, anxious that my wedding was going to be a total flop and this often came out in our walkthroughs and planning sessions. Ernestine DID NOT let me fall apart, she somehow just calmed me and made me excited every time I started to.
Fast forward to the wedding day, we start the day, the decor is beautiful, every detail completely spot on. Her and her team handled the vendors like a BOSS. Our photographer had an awful attitude and Ernestine was not afraid to sit them down and let them know that their attitude was not acceptable.
Throughout the pictures, they kept me hydrated, kept me happy, kept our photographers saucy attitude to a minimum and kept everything in order and handled any problems to perfection.
As the night was dying down, the photographer's negativity and the lack of dancing got to my head and I had a little "moment" at my wedding to where I wanted to end the night early because I honestly thought the night had flopped.
She stepped in and became the life of the party, her and her team were dancing, singing, encouraging, and they really turned the night around. For this, I will forever be grateful. My wedding was almost a nightmare because of my anxiety, but Ernestine refused to let that happen. She is someone I will talk about for years to come.

Our wedding day coordinators exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Starting with their communication and reaffirmation that we would have absolutely nothing to worry about and for us to let them take the reigns. They made our experience unbelievable and took any of the wedding prep/stress away from us. Also, they were extremely sociable and able to connect with all of our vendors, wedding party, and family. They made everyone involved feel very confident in their abilities and literally went above and beyond to make sure that they fulfilled their duties. I would highly recommend them for any wedding needs! Not to mention, the price to book them was well below what we had estimated for the amount of time and effort they put into our wedding, it was an unbelievable deal!

Wow, everyone with MPWA was so fantastic. They kept the wedding running so smoothly, were super prepared, and did a stunning job setting up and decorating. Everything went off without a hitch, and I had so many people tell me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I had so much more fun than I expected to, and I am 1000% delighted and relieved I hired them!! Quite possibly one of the best wedding decisions we made.

A huge thank you to the talented and amazing ladies at MPWA. We can't thank Aubree and Mama Ernestine enough for everything they did to make sure our day went off without a hitch. Especially when dealing with the day of staff issues at our venue. We had no idea until the end of the day that they were not attending to the agreed upon items that they were supposed to but Aubree and Mama Ernestine handled it with grace and kept everything on track. Roz and her team were amazing! They worked closely with us in the weeks leading up to our wedding to make sure we were comfortable with the plan. And on the day of, we literally didnāt have to think about anything. We didnāt have to worry or plan. They took care of everything! We had the perfect wedding and it is due to Roz and Ryan.

The team at MPWA is absolutely amazing, irreplaceable, caring, organized and fun to have along on your special day. Do not plan a wedding or party WITHOUT MPWA! Roz and Mama Ernistine "got" me from the minute I walked in their door. I found so much comfort in feeling like they really had my back. The day of our wedding was incredible with minimal stress for me and my husband. Everything was just fun and that's what you want on your big day. I owe so much of that "fun" feeling to Roz and Mama E. We recieved so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. The biggest compliment was that several guests thought the MWPA team were family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hiring MPWA is not a splurge but a form of self care. MPWA was hands down the BEST choice we made for our wedding. Roz and Mama Ernestine are so much more than PERFECT wedding assistants- they become your friends and right hand partners from start to finish and coordinated our wedding details and big day as if it was their own. I immediately felt a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders from the moment we met. Super responsive and professional, they helped calm me down during my freak outs (yup, I had a fewā¦) by offering comforting words and cracking jokes. We were amazed at how seamless everything was- we literally just told Roz our vision and she made it happen. They also have an amazing decorations cache so our dĆ©cor was beautiful- way above and beyond what we were expecting.
On our wedding day, MPWA handled any little hiccups with our vendors like a boss, which made it easy for us to actually relax and enjoy the day. Any little details we forgot or didnāt think of, they took care of. They made sure we stayed on track with our timeline and even arranged a car to take us to the hotel after the wedding without us having to ask! All our guests raved at how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and we know without a doubt it would not have been a success without Roz and Mama Ernestineās expertise and charm. We love them so much! Donāt think twice about hiring this amazing team- they are magical and you will be so glad you did!

Ernestine and Roz have done two weddings for me. Both times they were invaluable. They are patient, thorough, dedicated, postitive, and unflappable. They thought of many little finishing touches that helped pull it all off beautifully. You really feel taken care of. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The very best!

I have never experienced a more professional or fun vendor team! These two lovely ladies made my day an absolute dream. I'll be honest, I am terrible at making decisions, picky, and often critical. However, I have nothing but praise for these two. There isn't a single thing I would change about what they did. As soon as I met them, I immediately felt at ease. They are so fun! With their help, we dreamed up the perfect day. They were so patient with me and truly helped me to envision what I wanted. I have recommended them to every single newly engaged person I know. Truly, I could not be happier! My wedding went off without a hitch. My whole family was able to enjoy the day without worrying about a single thing. Hire these amazing women! The best thing we did with our wedding budget was hire My Perfect Wedding Assistant! They had a great selection of decorations for us to use on our big day, which saved us loads of money on stuff we would we would likely never use, again. They made everything before, during and after the wedding a breeze! They listened to all our wants and needs and made sure they were met, even the last minute stuff. The wedding went so smoothly and itās all thanks to them! My Perfect Wedding Assistant was 100% committed to making our wedding they way we wanted it and making it the best day ever. Hiring MPWA for our wedding day was the best thing we could have done! If you are considering the service from, don't hesitate any longer! They made our day so perfect and were a dream to work with. Everything was done with love and extra care and you could tell that they love what they do! They were always very quick to respond and caught all of those little details that usually get missed amongst the chaos of planning a wedding. They were very sweet and always had our backs. I loved that they wanted to make our vision come true. They were very good about giving advice and pointers about things that would work better for the day of but, never strayed away from what we wanted. They treated us like we were family and honestly, it felt like we had known them for years. They were even more focused on all of the details than I was! They truly wanted everything to be perfect for us and that is exactly what they delivered and more. They made sure that every moment was special. I love that they made a point to pull us aside to see the final look of everything before the guests were let in. We were able to just take a moment to let it all soak in and feel good about all of our hard work. They let us enjoy a couple of those small moments that will be some of the things I will forever remember. They were also wonderful guests! They made sure everyone at the wedding was taken care of and I love that they came onto the dance floor and danced with the rest of us! It really made us feel like they were enjoying the event as well. Every little mishap (although there were very few with many thanks to them!) was handled with grace and care. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to coordinate our big day and could never say enough good things about their service. Absolutely amazing!!

Without a doubt, the best investment we made for our wedding. There is no way that I could have had the wedding day I had, if it wasnāt for Roz and Mama E. They were exceptionally responsive to my emails, phone calls, and text messages, which is exactly what I needed when looking for guidance and opinions. They asked questions and listened to our answers, and then created the most flawless and beautiful wedding Iāve ever seen. Roz and Ryan were absolutely amazing!!!! 3 days and 2 nights at an overnight venue. From set-up Friday to tear down Monday, the team was there with guidance, support, and wisdom. Roz was incredible with keeping us on schedule with planning before the wedding. Ryan and Nae were on location the entire weekend, in the trenches, flipping our tent from the ceremony to the reception, checking in guests, and keeping everything on schedule. Our wedding was beautiful. With so much that could have gone wrong, Ryan and Nae made sure it went right. I can not say thank you enough to this vendor, and fully recommend them for any of your coordinating needs.

If you are even just starting to consider whether you need a day-of planner, call Roz and Ernestine. The wave of relief I felt during our phone consultation palpable, and gave me confidence that I needed to start feeling excited about my wedding. They are warm, thoughtful and detail oriented people - just who you need in your corner during your big day! They went above and beyond before during and after my wedding, and if anything went wrong I never heard about it! They were even our MCs during our reception and everyone loved them. By the end of my reception my extended family was bidding Ernestine goodbye with her appropriate title of "Mama", and saying how much fun they had. It was a wonderful day, and their services were our best money spent - I don't know how it would have gone without them. Love you guys!

Best ever is right. Roz and Ernestine, I was going to say helped, but more like ran my daughter's wedding this weekend. I didn't have to do anything. I was free to enjoy the wedding and reception.
They are professional, punctual, and know how to get things done. They are friendly, tireless and fun to be around. I would recommend them in an instant, no hesitation whatsoever.

Don't think twice about this! They are the VERY best friends I had on my wedding day! My Seattle wedding was amazing bc of these two women. They have amazing attention for detail, listened wholeheartedly to my concerns, and made everything happened the way I pictured it! The best part? They made it happen for everything I forgot! I've been to weddings where coordinators are horrific bc they are overly assertive and drill queens. Not these two-day they are approachable but in your corner. They are friendly but assertive in the most elegant manner needed. DONT THINK TWICE! Just pick these twO.

We hired MPWA for our wedding in April, 2018. At first, I wasnāt sure that we would need a day of coordinator, however looking back, I canāt imagine not having one.
From the get go, Ernestine and Ros were super responsive, detailed and organized. They offered support and guidance start to finish.
Throughout the entire process and especially leading up to the big day, I felt like Ros was a friend of mine, she is sassy and genuine and itās obvious she loves what she does.
The day of our wedding she made sure myself, my husband, our parents, the wedding party and our guests felt important.
I relayed my vision to Ros and she brought it to fruition and the night was absolutely magical.
A few days after our event we realized we left a rental item in the Uber we took home. We were sure the item would not be located and we would be stuck paying for it but Ros went out of her way to contact the driver and retrieve the item.
Ros and her team are amazing! Easy to work with and well worth hiring for your special day!
Without hesitation, Iād recommend MPWA. ā„ļø

I got married last year in Hawaii and I needed someone to help plan our destination wedding. Working full-time and a mother of two, made it challenging to plan a wedding without the stress and pressure. I contacted My Perfect Assistant and Rosalynn took over! I gave her a list of what I needed/wanted (videographer, officiant, photographer, etc.) and our budget. She researched and narrowed the choices down which made decision making easy for us. All we had to do was show up! As a makeup artist, I have done a lot of weddings and often times brides will tell me how stressful it was planning their wedding. But I have My Perfect Assistant and their team to thank for making this experience stress free! They were very professional and responded in a timely manner which put my husband and I at ease. I would highly recommend them. This is an event which should be fun and filled with special memories, and hiring My Perfect Assistant allowed this for me and my family.
