Hiring Amber was THE BEST decision my (now) husband and I made while planning our wedding! We hired Amber at the beginning of our planning process and she made everything so easy and fun so that we could actually enjoy our engagement. From vendors to timelines to design, Amber really took care of it all (while still allowing us to be as involved as we wanted to be) and our big day went flawlessly. We had the wedding of our dreams and it was truly because of Amber! Amber is so kind, creative, organized, and communicative, and throughout the whole planning process we knew we could count on her to make sure everything was going smoothly. We are so thankful for Amber and her expertise and could not have asked for a better guide through the craziness of wedding planning!
Amber with Rita Rose was a LIFE SAVER through our wedding planning process. We planned our perfect Colorado wedding long distance from Alabama and would have been completely lost without Amber. I knew myself- I am NOT a planner, so when I decided on a wedding planner, I wanted someone who could make it as painless as possible. I couldn’t have been happier with the results and the entire 1+yr experience. She guided us throughout, gave us design options that fit our style, and recommended other wonderful vendors for our big day. My husband even said, “whatever we paid her (bless him), it was worth it”. 1000/10- couldn’t recommend enough.

We hired Amber to be our full wedding planner and worked with her for around 2 years prior to our wedding! She did SUCH an awesome job, I don't feel I can do her justice with a simple review honestly. I felt so confident in her abilities - whether it was connecting with vendors, answering my wedding questions, speaking up for my wants/needs, organizing the timeline, being the bad guy if needed, etc. She was always very honest with me when I wasn't sure on something and helped me make so many important decisions. It was truly so worth having her. I had so many family members lovingly offer their help with planning but I had to turn them down because there was literally nothing for them to do - either Amber had it covered or it was a decision that we had to make as a couple. The day of, I literally didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew she had everything sorted with the vendors. She even offered to have our decor/stationary etc items shipped to her and she brought them with for the day so I didn't even have to worry about that. She really prioritized our happiness throughout the day. She stayed out of the way on the day of to the point that I hardly saw her! She was just running the show and would show up when I needed her or to tell me anything, all I had to do was sit back and participate in my wedding festivities! If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, please do it and hire Amber! She is so down to earth and I can't imagine how our day would have gone without her. Amber is a fantastic human and wedding planner. The best thing we did was hire her as our day of coordinator. She ensured every little detail was perfect, all our vendors were prepared and present, and she helped us with every little question we had. Forever grateful to have her ensure our day was as stress free and beautiful as possible.
Amber did the most amazing job! From the very beginning of planning she made things so effortless for us. She provided us with a number of options for different vendors to ensure we had the right fit with each one. The vendors she recommended were amazing.
Amber was so great with communication and ensuring that we were involved every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my planning. I knew that she genuinely cared about my opinions and wanted to make sure that our vision came to life.
Amber also did an awesome job of keeping organized. She made planning so stress free for me which I really appreciated. I knew that she was on top of everything that needed to get done. She also did a great job of helping me prep for little things I would not have thought of and even came prepared with a kit the day of for anything I may have forgotten.
Amber made our wedding dreams come true. Her designs were more beautiful than I could have imagined and she ensured that everything went smoothly.

I am so happy that we chose Amber to be a part of our day. She was always so helpful in the planning process and made our day so smooth and seamless. She also assisted with the setup with all the decor for our day which looked absolutely stunning. You won't be disappointed with brining on Amber as your planner.
Amber was fantastic to work with - she was extremely communicative and offered us a ton of great advice when we were unsure about some of the smaller details of our wedding. She was extremely proactive with reaching out to our vendors and also extremely hands on on the day of - to ensure everything was exactly where it should be. We could not have been happier to work with Amber!
Amber is AMAZING! If you want to be stress-free, she's your girl. We hired her pretty last minute (about a month before our wedding) and she jumped in like she had been planning with us since the beginning! She was in contact with all our vendors, and joined in on as many of the final vendor meetings as she was able to. And the day of she was fantastic - if you even THOUGHT you needed something - she was there and ready before you could even verbalize it. At the beginning of our planning process we didn't think we would need a day-of coordinator, but by the end we realized we absolutely did, and we could not have been happier or luckier to have found Amber. She was the absolute best. So organized and so kind. Me, my new husband, and both our families could never run out of good things to say about her! HIRE HER!
Amber was spectacular in both her planning and execution of our wedding. A typical COVID couple, we had to reschedule our reception very last minute—Amber was so calm, organized, and understanding that she made what was a very difficult decision so much easier, reaching out to vendors and finding a new date in less than a week. She also carefully listened to our design choices for the reception and made them even better, bringing her own decorations that added a special touch to our venue (if you want anything with disco balls, she has a whole collection!). We were so happy to have her help in both the months leading up to the wedding and day-of, and would hire her again in an instant.

We hired her our Wedding Day-Of Coordinator, and we couldn't be more pleased. Amber went above and beyond our entire day, taking care of everything behind the scenes before and making our day so magical.
From her and her assistant's setup (which made the place look magical), to her coordination with kitchen & DJ, to her help tearing down at the end of the night to let us continue on to enjoy the rest of our night she handled everything.
We didn't have a single worry during our wedding day, largely because of Amber & Moody Blue.

Amber was on top of everything I could have needed for my wedding. I had my own decor ideas that she helped me bring to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Her team was so professional and sweet the day of the wedding and made sure to attend to literally anything I brought up or wanted. I forgot so many things for my wedding I wanted to bring myself (card box, drink garnishes, final signage etc) and I literally couldn’t tell anything was missing. It was perfect and she took my vision and made it better than reality.
As for the beginning of planning, Amber made sure I was on track for booking vendors, deciding on rentals, and so much more. She made great suggestions for vendors and helped me through every step of the process. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness were highlights in my experience and I have nothing but good things to say about her!
Do you want to make your wedding planning 10x less stressful, if so just hire Amber. Words can’t even begin to describe the incredible experience she gave us, from reaching out to every vendor to supply and go over the day of details, generating ideas for the decor of the wedding, to even supplying key lime pie for our big day! Amber was able to make our whole day happen, executed to perfection. Highly recommend her services to help plan the wedding you're looking for!
Amber provided day of coordination services for our wedding in May-2022. From the very beginning Amber was supportive, organized and felt like a friend to work with. She initially met with me on zoom. Following this, we met for coffee and just chatted about the wedding and got to know each other which i really appreciated from our vendors because, come wedding day, we already felt like we knew each other and i truly felt like i could trust her. At one point we discovered that our wedding photographer had ghosted us a month before our wedding. Amber had several recommendations with availability for our date within an hour of this discovery. We were able to book a new photographer within 2 days who also turned out to be a great vendor. Through the entire experience, Amber was dedicated to making sure that we were supported and that our day was exactly how we imagined. She ensured that the entire day ran as smoothly as possible and any snags were handled without us even needing to address. We can’t thank Amber enough and wish her nothing but success in this industry.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Amber. She went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding. Amber is such a genuine, caring, loving and passionate person. You will get to see that within your first interaction with her! She was the first vendor I spoke too and something between us clicked! I knew I wanted and needed her as my wedding coordinator. I was so lost during the early stages of planning a wedding and she saved me the stress and headaches! I have so much love, respect, and appreciation for her.
Throughout the whole process I felt comfortable and honestly it really did feel like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She truly cared about all my concerns, was on top of it all, (especially our budget) and was always reassuring. She had my full trust from the very beginning and she helped out a lot when it came to picking and choosing the vendors we had at our wedding! Before and the day of the wedding she exceeded whatever expectations I may have had. Even during my minor stress moments she was so comforting and reassuring. She was worth it all and more than I can describe!
I can honestly say I am FOREVER thankful for Amber without her I sincerely don’t think we would have had the wedding turn out we did. Forever obsessed and dreaming of our perfect wedding day and a big part of that we owe to her! Oh Amber, thank you so so much it was more than just a pleasure getting to work with you. Amber was so easy to work with and helped our wedding day go perfectly.
Our meetings before the big day, felt like we were hanging with a friend discussing the big day, rather than a stressful planning meeting.
On top of being an amazing coordinator, her and her sister make the MOST AMAZING cupcakes and she put together the cutest cupcake table EVER! I would 100% recommend her to any bride looking for some help on the big day.
The addition of Amber was exactly what or wedding needed. She was very easy to work with. We met up couple of times before the wedding and even the day before to go over all the details. I was completely worry free and was able to have the best day of my life! She handled all the vendors and made sure everything flowed as it was suppose to. It was the best investment of the wedding. Even when we first met Amber of Moody Blue Events I knew she would be helpful to have around. She was cool and collected, professional, reasonably priced, and also had a lot of helpful insight to wedding planning in general. I hired her, and my then fiance noted that he hoped it was worth it since our budget was tight. Day of the wedding, my husband leaned over to me and said, "Amber is worth her weight in gold!" Glad I made the right call to hire her. She was timely on responses through the entire process, wonderful to have meetings with, and was spot-on for our day-of needs. I strongly recommend her services if you are looking for a day-of coordinator to help put your mind at ease. She helped me maintain sanity, and ultimately worked her tail off to make sure that we had the best possible wedding. She went above and beyond. She is worth every penny!
Amber with Moody Blue events was hands down our wedding fairy godmother. Leading up to our wedding, each time I was worried about some detail or aspect of the logistics for the day, Amber was already 10 steps ahead of me, and had answers as well as a really pristine plan. She went out of her way to communicate clearly with myself and all of my other vendors, and she also had a crystal clear understanding of myself and my husband's vision for our wedding. I was able to relax completely and enjoy my wedding day knowing with 100% confidence that Amber would have everything under control and it TRULY went off without a hitch. THANKS MOODY BLUE EVENTS!!!!
