River City Bartending was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and so much fun to work with. Our guests are still raving about the amazing service and how friendly and engaging the bartenders were. They kept the drinks flowing all night, made custom cocktails perfectly, and added such a great energy to the reception. Communication leading up to the wedding was seamless—they were responsive, helpful with planning quantities, and even offered suggestions we hadn’t thought of. On the day of, they showed up on time, set up quickly, and made everything run effortlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Chris was truly incredible throughout our ENTIRE planning process. We talked often and he ensured he was always available to answer any questions we had. Even up until the DAY before our wedding he was helping us navigate some last minute changes/add ons. The price for their service was also very manageable and he worked with us to help make it a smooth process. He was so helpful and patient. Our bartenders were also incredible. All of my guests were happy and pleased with their drinks and their top tier service. 10/10 recommend Rivercity Bartending for your next wedding or event 🤍

Rivercity Bartending was amazing to work with from start to finish! They were so helpful in all preparations and ensuring that we had everything we needed. It was so relieving to know they had everything under control and were more than willing to offer any advice when needed. On top of everything leading up to the wedding being great, the bartenders at our wedding were AMAZING!!!! Of all the things about our wedding, I got the most feedback about the bartenders and how great they were! I will recommend Rivercity to everyone I know!

Rivercity Bartending took care of our wedding on 12/7/24 and I cannot say enough great things about them! Chris was extremely helpful and really cared about us having a great experience with them, very open communication about anything and everything! Our bartenders CJ and Chloe were also fantastic! They made sure to take care of us with anything we needed on our big day and received many compliments from our guests about their service! Truly recommend them for any event!! Chris McKinney has been fabulous to work with since the first inquiry! All the bartenders were fantastic and friendly throughout the entirety of the night, but CJ was particularly awesome! I have attended a wedding before my own and he was there and he had the best attitude and left a lasting impression! If you are looking for a bartender for your wedding, I would stop now and choose them!

recommended 100%, from the beginning they were very friendly and helpful, everytime we had a question we got a respond within hours,oh and their prices are very reasonable. Max is great! Our bartender CJ did an AMAZING job, everybody was talking the next day how great he was, he remembered everybody’s drink including the flavor soda kids were drinking! Out of all the vendors we used at our wedding we are the happiest with our bartender services! We wish Max and partners many years of succes and blessings 🙏🏻🎉

Chris and Max are experts at what they do! They performed monthly calls to see how things were progressing, came to the location of the event several months prior to scope it out, they showed up the day before and the morning of the event for set up, and stayed after hours to clean up. They by far exceeded our expectations! They served over 600 guests, with 4 bars to staff, kept the wait in line short, and never compromised quality or service. Guests and event coordinators were extremely impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness of their staff and how well they executed the signature drinks. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Chris was phenomenal helping us plan the amount of alcohol to bring to not over buy. He was so easy to talk to and put us at ease that his crew would have us covered. Gizel was our bartender and she was outstanding. Everyone commented on what a great job she did and the excellent and kind service she provided. There was never a time she did not have a smile on her face for all of our guests. Drinks were delicious!!! I would hire them again and again!!

He was patient, and understanding when we had to change what we wanted up. His staff was excellent and very professional. During the reception we had about 84 guests come out, and one bartender. There was never a line because of how efficient the bartender was! Overall would recommend 10/10

Max and his team were INCREDIBLE for our wedding at Gruene Estate this past weekend. Our guests are still raving about the delicious custom cocktails and there was never a line at the bar all night. Priced very competitively. During the planning phase of the wedding, this was my favorite vendor because they were super responsive to my texts. Chris was happy to talk with us to understand our specific needs and help us figure out how much alcohol to purchase and supplies he needed to bring. He happily provided certificate of insurance that we needed for our venue. The bartender dressed and served professionally and was able to easily handle the crowd.

We needed a fully insured and professional bartending service for three receptions, and Rivercity Bartending did not disappoint. Chris and his staff were phenomenal! We were surprised when almost all of our guests responded “attending” when we sent out RSVP’s. Rivercity was willing and able to accommodate our large number of guests. There was never a line and guests said they were very pleased with the service.
