We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at RiverCrest and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we began planning until the last guest left the dance floor, the entire staff was professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special.
The venue itself is stunning. The ballroom is elegant and spacious, with beautiful views of the golf course that created a perfect backdrop for photos and the reception. Even though it did rain on our wedding day, there were still so many areas for beautiful pictures. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful everything looked.
Michelle Lopoten was our wedding specialist and made the entire process stress-free. She was responsive, detail-oriented, and ensured every aspect of the reception ran smoothly. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was being handled.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines a beautiful setting, great food, and an incredible team, I highly recommend RiverCrest. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.

RiverCrest Weddings sits just outside of Philadelphia, offering convenience for any out-of-town guests. The venue was built and is owned and operated by, the Lejeune family, who pride themselves on their attention to detail. They believe in the importance of personal service and work hard to get to know every couple they have the honor of hosting.
The event spaces at RiverCrest Weddings underwent renovations in 2021, resulting in fresh, modern rooms where you can celebrate your special day. The elegant ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests, ideal for if you've envisioned a sophisticated indoor soiree. You can exchange vows on the covered outdoor terrace, or by the pool under the arch with the landscape back round. There is a get-ready suite where you can finish preparing for the day. A catering team, meanwhile, will deliver delicious snacks while you put the finishing touches to your look. A personal assistant remains on-site all day to help out in whatever way you might need. As part of their five-hour reception package, the venue offers a custom wedding cake, wine greeting, and signature favor for your guests. There's also uplighting and decor available for you to make your chosen space your own.

mmediately fell in love. The venue was so beautiful and updated, we barely need to bring any decor! The staff was incredible to work with and they made everything so easy for us. The food was the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. They included our wedding cake with a local bakery that we were able to design ourselves. The bridal suite is huge and well stocked. Everyone talks about this place and there is a reason why, they know how to do weddings. 11/10, highly recommend. We had no complaints :)

They are truly experts in hosting a wedding and the actual day (Sept 2025) went so smoothly that we ended up running ahead of schedule and had more time for dancing at the end of the night! All of the staff were extremely attentive and anticipated our needs all night long. The packages they offer and the upgrades available really can't be beat in the Philadelphia area in terms of value for the price. There were no hidden costs or surprises and everything went even better than planned.

The venue itself is stunning from the elegant ballroom to the beautiful outdoor spaces, everything looked picture-perfect. The staff the day of the wedding was exceptional: professional, attentive, and kind to us and our guests. So many people came up to us saying it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended!
We received countless compliments on the food, which was absolutely delicious. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful (not dry like at so many other venues). The appetizers were also a huge hit, and the drinks were fantastic! Generous pours, creative cocktails, and quick service all night long.
RiverCrest truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very beginning, Michelle L. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and helpful — she patiently answered every one of my many detailed emails and questions leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless. The bridal suite was beautiful and made such a wonderful space to get ready with my bridal party. The décor and setup turned out absolutely stunning, and we found countless photo spots throughout the venue that made for incredible memories to cherish forever. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food — so many people told us it was the best wedding cocktail hour food they’d ever had.
All of the RiverCrest staff were exceptional — from the bridal suite attendants to the banquet managers, servers, and bartenders, everyone was so attentive, organized, and kind. Everything ran seamlessly thanks to their efforts.

Michele was truly incredible throughout the entire process. She was organized, responsive, kind, and somehow made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. I always felt like we were in good hands, and she made sure every detail was covered without overwhelming me.
The venue itself is stunning. The ambiance is warm and elegant, the room is large and open yet still feels intimate, and the sound system was crystal clear—something our guests really appreciated during the speeches and dancing. The food was absolutely delicious (people are still talking about it 8 months later!) and was served hot, fresh, and beautifully plated.
Another standout was the wedding package options. Rivercrest offered such a complete and high-quality experience that it made the entire planning process so much more enjoyable.

y considered not even looking at other venues! The bridal suite is beautiful and it was so convenient having that room to get ready in. Our guests also raved about the food, which you don't always hear at weddings. We had a small-ish wedding for Rivercrest (about 115 people) but they set the ballroom up perfectly and it was so nice having the space to dance. There are beautiful spots inside the venue and around the grounds for photos. Also, plenty of free parking which is always nice for guests! We worked with Michele and she was wonderful. She was very responsive and professional and made the whole planning process so much easier.

The venue was very flexible with our specific menu requirements and went above and beyond to modify the appetizers, as well as the dinner menu to our requests. They were also great at working with our many vendors, and assisted us when we were having issues with certain vendors who were less than responsive. The venue itself, as well as the surrounding grounds are very photogenic and made for excellent photos. Last but not least, RiverCrest was the only venue who were able to accommodate our request for a fireworks display. This served as an unforgettable cap to a lovely evening. I would highly recommend RiverCrest to anyone seeking a memorable and painless wedding experience.

s free as possible. She was available every step of the way to handle any questions or concerns. When it comes to day of, the bridal suite is BEAUTIFUL. It made the getting ready process so easy. The room is stocked with a wet bar and some getting ready items/products in case you forget to bring anything. It was a great room to get some photos in. The people that we worked with day of such as our suite attendants and ceremony coordinator, Sharon, Marcella, and Mizzy were all an absolute pleasure. They did such an incredible job with setting up and making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. The food was excellent of course. Everyone raved about the scallop bar. I am so happy I chose RiverCrest for my venue!

We had the pleasure of working with Michele Daddona, who was truly an angel. She took the stress out of our planning process, making everything as easy as possible so we could focus on preparing for our big day. The venue itself is breathtaking—we loved the lighting, the atmosphere, the dance floor, and the variety of table options.
If you’re in the area, we can’t recommend a better place than RiverCrest. The food was outstanding, delivering a fine dining experience for our guests. We had the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary food tasting, and we absolutely loved our options. The hors d'oeuvres were so delicious that our guests nearly forgot the main course was still to come!
Our experience at RiverCrest was nothing short of spectacular. Oh, and did I mention they include a free cake? Their cake vendor is exceptional, providing exactly what we imagined—and then some.

Guests have been raving about the food from cocktail hour to the cakes that RiverCrest recommends and we could not be more thrilled! It was large enough to fit a group of atleast 20 people while getting ready! A special thank you to Michelle who coordinated everything and was so attentive to the bride and groom through the whole process. She is an amazing wedding specialist with such attention to every detail.
Angela, who was the bridal suite specialist, was spectacular as well and made sure the bride, groom, wedding party and families were well taken care of all night, spending most of her night making sure the happy couple had their greatest experience.
The service team of Raphael, Jessica, Lynn, Phoenix, Jenny, Brandy, Roman, Maranda also made sure all of the guests were taken care of and were also very attentive to every guest.
Athena, Brett and Robert made sure there was never a line at the bar and were very friendly and made sure each guest had a great experience when they were ordering drinks.
We cannot say enough good things about the venue as well as each person we encountered. They made the process easy and made sure the night was magical and unforgettable.

The day of coordinator could not have been better. Sharon walked for two hours outside in the heat with us to help hold my dress, water, tissues, etc. She made sure not just us, but both sets of parents were taken care of through the entirety of the event. We all always had drinks that were full. The venue is gorgeous and includes indoor and outdoor ambience.

The venue space is so beautiful and modern and was able to accommodate our large guest count of 275 comfortably which was very important to us. The bridal suite and men’s locker room for the bridesmaids and groomsmen was fabulous. We also really enjoyed working with Michelle through the planning process. We were guests of a wedding at RiverCrest before our own and loved the food and venue. When we got engaged we knew we wanted to explore their offerings and we are so happy with our decision. essly and even when there were bumps in the road I would have never known. Things that needed to move faster did, things that had some time it was given. Your staff is impeccable and I want to get married again just so I can experience that kind of luxury you provide!
The food was delicious. When I am a guest at weddings it is nerve wracking due to being gluten free. As the bride I felt absolutely pampered and didn't worry once. The fact that there was a gluten free roll was amazing. The cake cutting was posed in a way that I could experience the full effect. The allergy labels at each guest's seats was something that really stood out to me. I know that if I was that guest I would actually be able to relax and enjoy.
The bridal suite attendants were amazing. Owen and I had a beverage and food in our hands the moment we walked in. They helped me bustle my gown when no one else was around and even had a glass of my moms favorite wine ready for her when she walked through the door.
Needless to say I could go on and on and on about your superiority. Everyone was kind and professional and we felt like royalty. Everyone who we talk to about the wedding has nothing but praise to say.
