Michele D. was by far my most responsive vendor! She helped answer our questions, make last minute changes, and finalize decisions with ease up to the very last walk through. The venue is beautiful and all inclusive so we really didn’t have to worry about anything day of. The dance floor is huge and they kept the space cool through our dancing despite the heatwave outside!

My family and I do not know where to begin. Michelle L was a huge help from the very first moment we met her and stepped foot into RiverCrest. She answered the smallest of questions with patience and professionalism and made our planning process seamless and stress free! She is AMAZING! The ballroom is spacious, airy, and recently updated which gives you so many options to decorate and showcase your wedding exactly how you’ve always envisioned. The pool deck adds a beautiful touch as is it clean and updated and gives your guests a chance to take a breath of fresh air during your reception. Guests have been raving about the food from cocktail hour to the cakes that RiverCrest recommends and we could not be more thrilled! There are endless food options and the staff knows exactly how to explain the options to better fit your taste! The elegant on location bridal suite made it so easy for the girls to get ready and put our nerves at ease so we could be there as vendors were setting up. It was large enough to fit a group of atleast 20 people while getting ready! We are so happy to have celebrated our marriage with our closest friends and family at RiverCrest and have been recommending it to anyone and everyone who is planning their wedding!

We had the greatest experience at Rivercrest country club. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The venue itself is beautiful and the grounds are so aesthetically pleasing for outdoor photos. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and flawless. A special thank you to Michelle who coordinated everything and was so attentive to the bride and groom through the whole process. She is an amazing wedding specialist with such attention to every detail. Angela, who was the bridal suite specialist, was spectacular as well and made sure the bride, groom, wedding party and families were well taken care of all night, spending most of her night making sure the happy couple had their greatest experience. The service team of Raphael, Jessica, Lynn, Phoenix, Jenny, Brandy, Roman, Maranda also made sure all of the guests were taken care of and were also very attentive to every guest. Athena, Brett and Robert made sure there was never a line at the bar and were very friendly and made sure each guest had a great experience when they were ordering drinks. We cannot say enough good things about the venue as well as each person we encountered. They made the process easy and made sure the night was magical and unforgettable. Book this venue to ensure you and your guests have the greatest time from the planning stages to the very end of the reception!

Rivercrest was an amazing place to have our wedding. The venue is beautiful, the food excellent, and the cost reasonable. Their greatest asset however is the staff. Nowhere else will you find event staff more engaged and helpful. Michele helped us reflect and really understand what we wanted from our wedding day, and took every opportunity to see that vision through. She and the rest of the staff really got to know us and went the extra mile, acommodating odd requests, handling emergencies, and generally giving us the confidence and assurance to enjoy our big day knowing everything was in good hands.

We had our wedding in April 2024 and cannot say enough nice things about RiverCrest Golf and Preserve. From our first visit to the last minutes of the reception the staff was a pleasure to work with. They helped make the day the most perfect day we could have imagined. Michelle was our coordinator and helped every step of the way. She was always quick to respond even with those tiny last minute details days before the wedding. The staff and bridal suite attendants were there throughout the night assisting with things we did not even think we needed. We cannot express how perfect the day was and we have Rivercrest to thank for that!

We got married on 5/17/24 and it is truly difficult to put into words how AMAZING our experience was at Rivercrest. Michelle was our coordinator and she was more than we could have ever asked for. She was very responsive, so knowledgeable, and helped us every step of the way. The food- it was outstanding!!! Our DJ, who has done hundreds of weddings, said it was the BEST cocktail hour food he’s ever had… and we couldn’t agree more! Dinner was amazing too. The grounds- so beautiful, we were able to get so many amazing pictures of front of the waterfalls, flowers, and barn doors. The staff- so amazing. We were so fortunate to have such a great team at our wedding providing top notch service!!! The bridal suite- so beautiful. It was perfect. Our attendant was amazing and so helpful. Everything was truly perfect, from start to finish. Very smooth process! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding and entire experience and we really can’t say enough about how exceptional everything was!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Rivercrest was a great venue for our wedding. One of the only local venues that had enough seating for a large guestlist. Pricing is reasonably comparble to other local country clubs. The professionalism and constant updates of timelines made the process so easy for us. The day of coordinator could not have been better. Sharon walked for two hours outside in the heat with us to help hold my dress, water, tissues, etc. She made sure not just us, but both sets of parents were taken care of through the entirety of the event. We all always had drinks that were full. The venue is gorgeous and includes indoor and outdoor ambience.

I truly cannot say enough great things about Rivercrest. We got married 05/24/2024 and the entire process working with them up until our wedding day was even better than we could have imagined. Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process and the staff on the day of were the most helpful, attentive, professional and amazing people (shoutout to Shayna and Rafael!). The food was DELICIOUS, and so many of our guests were saying how absolutely stunning the venue was. I truly couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went and I would recommend Rivercrest to absolutely anyone. It was such a dream!!

My husband Brett and I got married at RiverCrest in January 2024 and had the most incredible experience starting from our initial tour to our wedding day. The team was extremely easy to work with, very accommodating the day of our rehearsal and wedding day. The venue space is so beautiful and modern and was able to accommodate our large guest count of 275 comfortably which was very important to us. The bridal suite and men’s locker room for the bridesmaids and groomsmen was fabulous. We also really enjoyed working with Michelle through the planning process. We were guests of a wedding at RiverCrest before our own and loved the food and venue. When we got engaged we knew we wanted to explore their offerings and we are so happy with our decision. We would recommend RiverCrest over and over again.

There are not enough good words to express how we felt about our Wedding at Rivercrest. I don't even know where to start. It was all that amazing. The timeline was executed flawlessly and even when there were bumps in the road I would have never known. Things that needed to move faster did, things that had some time it was given. Your staff is impeccable and I want to get married again just so I can experience that kind of luxury you provide! The food was delicious. When I am a guest at weddings it is nerve wracking due to being gluten free. As the bride I felt absolutely pampered and didn't worry once. The fact that there was a gluten free roll was amazing. The cake cutting was posed in a way that I could experience the full effect. The allergy labels at each guest's seats was something that really stood out to me. I know that if I was that guest I would actually be able to relax and enjoy. The bridal suite attendants were amazing. Owen and I had a beverage and food in our hands the moment we walked in. They helped me bustle my gown when no one else was around and even had a glass of my moms favorite wine ready for her when she walked through the door. Needless to say I could go on and on and on about your superiority. Everyone was kind and professional and we felt like royalty. Everyone who we talk to about the wedding has nothing but praise to say.

RiverCrest was a dream come true. I had been searching for a venue that wouldn't require me to find 17 different vendors. And, for the vendors not included in the package, they give you a list of recommendations to decrease the burden of research. Michele D. was our wedding specialist and a huge part of our great experience - she answered all of our questions (and we had A LOT), offered suggestions when I was being indecisive, and was just an all around delight to work with. Everything must have been great for the guests as well because two of them will be following our footsteps and getting married at RiverCrest just a year after our wedding!

From the first time we toured to our wedding day, everyone at Rivercrest was fantastic. They made the day go so smoothly, made everyone so comfortable, and made me feel like the most important bride there was. Best day!!!

My husband and I discovered River Crest Golf Club while googling for wedding venues. We almost cancelled our meeting because we were certain we wouldn't be able to afford to have our wedding there, but I'm beyond grateful we decided to go, because we fell in love with the venue immediately. River Crest offers amazing inclusive food and open-bar packages and great incentives for off-season weddings. We were so impressed by the large selection of food and beverage and by the beautiful spaces they offer. We held our wedding there on February 9th, so we used the enclosed terrace they offer for the winter months for our ceremony and it was absolutely perfect! Above all, however, is the staff. From day one Michele Daddona was with us at each step to walk us through setting up our wedding and all the details it takes to make it go smoothly. I had many emails full of questions for her throughout the year and a half we worked together and she was always quick to respond and more than happy to help. On the day of our wedding, the staff was so helpful and such a well-oiled machine, we could not have made it all happen without Sharon and Shaina in particular. These amazing ladies helped set up and break down nearly all of our decorations, had valuable input, put my mind at ease several times, and I really felt like they were there for me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my big day just as if it were their very own, and I am so grateful for them. I would highly recommend River Crest for a wedding, or any event. They are beautiful, professional, organized, and they go above and beyond!

We got married on 5/5/23 and we can’t say enough positive things about RiverCrest and everyone that works there! Michele D. assisted us from the day we chose this as our venue up until the big day. She was phenomenal and answered every question we had over the course of the year and a half leading up to our wedding (we had a longer engagement). Everything was made very clear for us and the process was extremely organized and easy. On the day of our wedding, the staff (especially Shayna) was absolutely amazing! She was there to help with anything I could or couldn’t think of and not just for me, but for my husband and his groomsmen, for my bridesmaids, and for our parents. Our friends and family were also blown away. Food was delicious and the venue is just beautiful especially with the recent upgrades that they have worked very hard on. We are so happy with our experience and with the way our big day turned out! We would highly recommend RiverCrest to anyone/everyone!!

RiverCrest was our first venue tour and we knew from that visit, this was our wedding venue. We fell in love with the ballroom and immediately felt comfortable when meeting with Michelle to discuss details. Michelle was organized and prompt when determining cocktail hour and reception details. Her organization is impeccable and made the stress of wedding planning disappear. She accommodated all of our requests and needs and made us feel confident that our day would go smoothly. Our wedding day was nothing but perfect. Every small detail was honored and the RiverCrest team was so sweet and attentive. I did not need to ask for a single thing, because their team was 10 steps ahead of me. This allowed us to fully be present with our guests in celebrating our marriage. RiverCrest was our perfect venue and will now be a special place on our hearts forever.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at RiverCrest. There were a few hiccups on the day of, but we were thrilled with the level of expertise Michelle brought to the table and the day turned out amazing. Everyone at RiverCrest went above and beyond to make or wedding exactly what we wanted it to be, and we had some very specific and niche requests so that was no small feat. We appreciated every bit of effort everyone made to make that happen for us. The one thing I would mention to future couples who read this is that the menu is not set after the tasting - we apparently had a last minute ingredient change because a stroganoff that was meant to be served with ribbon noodles (this was even in our contract) came out with rive noodles on the day of. This was sort of disappointing as the change had not been run past me at all, and it totally changed the texture and flavor of a dish that we loved so much at the tasting, So, to future couples, PLEASE make sure you clarify the menu with them multiple times to be sure there are no miscommunications or surprises. All in all, the food was still amazing though! We were just expecting something different than what we got.

Rivercrest was absolutely wonderful. I'd had recommendations from friends and family, who all said that the staff were just amazing...and they were 100% correct. We were a bit of a last-minute wedding (started planning in May, wedding in November of the same year). They were quick and responsive with my inquiry as well as setting up a tour, and our coordinator was so patient with my unending questions. Due to our tight deadline, they helped us reconfigure payments and deadlines while we dealt with out-of-town guests and RSVPs. They made it work. The location is beautiful and they were all so accommodating. The bridal suite is lovely and comfortable, and the ceremony and reception locations adapted to our guest list and activities. Between a non-conventional boardgame reception and juggling guests with multiple food allergies, their organization and responsiveness left me confident everything would go smoothly - and it did! The food was fantastic, and them setting aside servings for my husband and I to have in the bridal suite while having a quiet moment before joining the cocktail hour was such a nice touch. The absolutely wonderful staff were friendly and patient during the Big Day, and I am so thankful for them. I would recommend Rivercrest 10/10. The wedding was wonderful, memorable, and stress free thanks to everyone there.

The venue itself is beautiful! We had a winter/Christmas reception and it was gorgeous. But we really want to shout out the staff. The wedding coordinators, wait staff, are all incredible. They made sure we had everything we needed and the night ran smoothly. I would recommend RiverCrest to anyone planning a wedding!

RiverCrest was fantastic! The venue itself is gorgeous, but the staff is what made our day so perfect. RiverCrest met all our accommodations and more. Every member of the staff was so helpful and did everything they could to make sure the day was perfect. Our wedding planner, Michelle Lopoten, as amazing. The food was delicious too!! Overall, this venue is an 1000000/10, highly recommend!

Our wedding planner Michelle was amazing. She thought of details that we didn't think of and advised us accordingly. She made the whole process as easy as possible. The location is beautiful. We LOVED having everything right at one location. All the staff were amazing. The bridal suite attendant Sharon handled so much the day of. And many of our guests complimented how attentive the waitstaff was. And everyone loved the food. Highly recommend the tater tot station-people are still talking about it. We are recommending RiverCrest to any newly engaged couple...in hopes we can attend a wedding at RiverCrest and get to enjoy a wedding there as a guest vs the bride and groom.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! RiverCrest was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Michele was the best and she really helped my vision come to life. She gave me timeline samples, explained the menus, seething arrangement, tables, helped with day of coordination, etc. Day off, they guided us and our bridal party through everything for the ceremony, reception walk-ins, and everything else throughout the night. We could not have had the wedding we did without Michele and the rest of the staff at RiverCrest. They personalized everything, the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and our bridal suite and attendants was absolutely perfect. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the service. Even the proximity to downtown Phoenixville and hotels made this venue perfect. I highly recommend RiverCrest Golf Club!

10.21.23 will honestly be a day I will never forget. The entire day exceeded my expectations. From working with Michele D throughout the entire year of planning and having Shayna take care of us the day of. I wouldn’t change ANYTHING! For any bride that is on the fence about booking with Rivercrest… DO IT! You honestly will not regret it. It was literally the best day of our entire lives.

RiverCrest was not only a beautiful place to get married but also stress free. They took care of every detail for us and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. Michelle was very attentive and communicated every step of the way. During our wedding it happened to be colder than we anticipated outside and RiverCrest had us covered with hot apple cider and driving us around on the grounds on a golf cart to get our photos done quicker. Our guests all had a fantastic time and we got countless messages about how delicious the food was. I would strongly recommend anyone to get married here if you want a beautiful wedding where the venue has thought out every detail to make it easy on the couple getting married.

My husband and I had our wedding her ein mid september. Our coordinator Michelle kept us up to date on all the details through he planning process and it was life saving to have day of coordinators associated with the venue including in the package. We felt we truly had a regal wedding for the affordable price. We enjoyed the food and drink so much and all of our guests did as well. They could not say enough good things about it! I have been dreaming about my wedding since I was a little girl and now I couldn’t imagine the day without RiverCrest being apart of it. It single handedly, without a doubt, was the best day of my life. The venue is SO well taken care of. Throughout the planning process (tours, meetings, food tasting, etc.) we’ve had the opportunity to see RiverCrest during all 4 seasons, and the property was equally as beautiful and well maintained during each season! The staff is SO easy to work with and responsive of whatever questions you may have. Michele Daddona was our point person from the moment we inquired to the moment we left the venue at the end of the night on our wedding day. She was the best point person I could have asked for and I don’t have words to describe how glad I am that I got to work with her. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and was unbelievably understanding of how important this day was and how much money and time we were putting into it. Shayna ran our rehearsal dinner and was with us the day of our wedding. She made sure everyone knew what was going on and what to expect. From the moment I got to the venue the day of the rehearsal dinner, I knew I had nothing to worry about and was able to let go of any stress because everything was taken care of. I have nothing but positive things to say about RiverCrest and the staff. Everything went according to plan and we couldn’t have asked for a better day or team. There are a bunch of other staff members that made our day happen that we want to thank, Nina- a bridal suite trainee who was unbelievably kind and sweet, all of the people that took care of our bridal party and made sure we had everything we need, the catering staff, bartender who all of our guests said was so impressive and remembered there drinks from their first order, and so many more. So, if you are on the fence of whether or not to book with RiverCrest, here is your sign! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so magical!!! 💕

Rivercrest was to die for!!! Everything was so well done and meticulous to make our day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Michele D., our wedding coordinator was HANDS DOWN IRREPLACEABLE! She went above and beyond at every step of the way to ensure that my husband and I had everything that we could have needed and wanted. Any time that we had questions she made herself available by phone or in person. We requested a particular bartender, and she made that happen. Since there was the potential for rain later in the night, Rivercrest coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and DJ, to have us do our sparkler send off a little bit earlier to ensure that we got to experience everything that we requested. I would recommend everyone to select Rivercrest as their venue!!!

Rivercrest was ABSOLUTELY incredible. The whole process was effortless, amazing and as organized as I am! I am the most type A person ever and they were right there along with me. Day of went without a hitch and I LITERALLY wouldn’t change a thing. I love you forever Rivercrest.

Our wedding at Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve this past weekend was an absolute dream, and I can't praise them enough. First and foremost, Michelle, our wedding coordinator, was a true gem. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our planning process and special day was flawless and stress-free. The entire team at Rivercrest was exceptional. They paid attention to every detail, from creating a comfortable and beautifully attended bridal suite to flawlessly setting up our decor and ensuring the smooth flow of the entire day. Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of spectacular. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the cocktail hour and reception; many said it was the best they've ever experienced! I highly recommend upgrading for the special hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The French fry shooters, shrimp cocktail, and, of course, the deluxe cookie brownie bar were standout favorites. The grounds at Rivercrest are stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our photos. The bar service was impeccable, keeping our guests well-hydrated and happy throughout the night. But what truly set Rivercrest apart was our bridal attendant and maître d’, Shayna. She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were having the time of our lives. Michele and the Rivercrest staff helped us to plan the most perfect start to our wedding weekend! I knew that I did not want a traditional sit down dinner for my rehearsal dinner and Michele diligently worked with us to create the best Stations menu catered to mine and my husbands favorite foods. She quickly answered her email with contract updates and any questions that we had. Our stations included 2 carving stations, a salad bar, crab cake slider station, pasta station, stir fry and dumpling station - and our guests (& my personal) favorite - the mashed potato bar - and let me tell you the food was out of this world! The stationary displays were very creatively organized and were kept clean throughout the entire service. And when you did not think that the food could get any better - we had the most insane Viennese dessert display that was unlike any display that I have ever seen during an event. There were a plethora of dessert options on the display. I tried at least 8 different desserts and each one was absolutely delicious. You should 100% book Rivercrest for your next event! Every one of the staff from Michele, to our Banquet Manager, to the bartender and servers were so friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful for scenic views or photographs and the food is absolutely to die for!

I can’t say enough great things about Rivercrest. Michelle is amazing and makes the process so easy and fun. It’s all inclusive so you don’t have to worry about all the little things. The venue is beautiful with so many different options for pictures. Our friends and family loved the venue and the food. We didn’t get a single negative comment. The entire staff is friendly and are there to help you make the day as perfect as possible. Highly recommend rivercrest!!

Bottom-line: have your wedding here!!!  My husband and I had our reception here in June 2023 and LOVED everything about it! #1. We LOVED the food. We've been to several weddings recently and our dinner was by far the best we have experienced. The app stations were incredible. Our guests raved about the mashed potato bar and the crab cake sliders. #2. The ballroom is elegant, big, and open. The dancefloor is the biggest we have seen at any venue and we LOVED that! It really encouraged our guests to get our there on the dancefloor. #3. The SERVICE was incredible. We worked with Michele Daddona throughout our engagement and she was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and caring. She worked with us to make a few unique parts in our contract to specialize for our needs. We also loved working with Shayna Miller as our bridal attendant. She managed the day seamlessly and was incredibly attentive and kind. #4. The PRICE! The value of the experience is incredible and for such a great price. 

We loved Rivercrest! Our wedding day went by smooth and stress free. Michelle L answered my billion questions quickly, professionally, and was flexible with any changes. I fell in love with the bridal suite. It was perfect for us to get ready in, so spacious and beautiful. Our bridal suite attendant, Shayna, was so sweet! Literally anything we needed, she was on top of, and most importantly she made sure we ate! They also helped set up/ pack up our decor, which was a huge help! The grounds are great for pictures, we got married outside by the pool under the covered terrance. The food was amazing, so many options for cocktail hour. Our guests were raving about the mashed potato martini bar. We had 140 people, plenty of room for our guests. We also loved the lounge areas provided as well. The location is great, having restaurants, a shopping center, and two hotels near by. 10/10 would recommend. The venue is beautiful, but the staff really makes Rivercrest stand out. Everyone was so nice, and made sure us and our families were taken care of. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect!

Look no further for your wedding venue, you found it! RiverCrest is fabulous! The place is amazing from the bridal suite, pool area, ballroom, delicious food, and drinks! Not to mention the picture perfect grounds! But what makes RiverCrest perfect are the wonderful people! I worked with Michelle L. and she was beyond accommodating. From the moment we booked until the day of our wedding, she was so responsive and answered every little question I had! She makes you feel like your wedding is the most important one they are hosting! I had the opportunity to work with Shayna the day of the wedding, and she was the key to the whole day! She kept the timeline moving, grabbed us food/ drinks during cocktail hour, handled last minute decisions, and was right around the corner smiling if you needed her! I was blown away with the beauty of Rivercrest as soon as I walked into venue. I immediately loved the atmosphere; RiverCrest is bright, airy, and beautifully appointed, with an absolutely gorgeous ballroom, a covered outdoor space by the pool for ceremonies, and well maintained grounds that are perfect for outdoor pictures. My excitement only grew after meeting with the wedding coordinator, Michele Daddona. She was extremely welcoming and attentive, listened carefully to our vision and answered my many questions with ease, and was extremely responsive to my emails during our months of planning. It's clear that Michele and the RiverCrest staff are proud of what they do. All of our attendants, most especially Shayna and Sarah, were caring, thoughtful, and helpful, and all were attentive to the little details that made our day perfect. From assisting with setup, to serving morning danish and champagne in the bridal suite, to focusing a jittery ringbearer before he walked down the aisle, it is evident that the staff here truly love what they do. RiverCrest's recommended vendors are also incredible and made planning our wedding a breeze. We were so pleased with the photographer, bakery, DJ, and officiant we selected. My husband and I had the most incredible experience with RiverCrest Weddings for our special day. From the moment we inquired about using the venue, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, which carried through the planning process and into our actual wedding night. RiverCrest was an absolute dream of a venue! It was the second venue my now husband, parents, and I toured. I knew before we left, it was absolutely the place we wanted to get married. Reflecting back almost a year to the day we got married, I am still in awe at the beauty of the venue. The venue is extremely modern, bright, white, clean, open, and welcoming. We decided to have our ceremony outside in front of the pool and it was everything I could’ve envisioned and more. The landscaping added to the beauty of the outdoors during July. If you are having a wedding during warm weather months, you must take advantage of the outdoors for your ceremony! Michele was fabulous to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable, as she had just had her wedding at RiverCrest recently. She was pleasant, prompt with emails and calls, and my parents and I never had to hesitate if we had questions for her. It is evident she is well-experienced and a true professional. Michele helped ease the stress of wedding planning by reassuring us of details and speaking to what she had seen other couples do in the past. The food was incredible! Everyone is still talking about it almost one year later. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I did not have to worry about what I would eat at my own wedding. The team at RiverCrest offered special appetizers like tater tots and crab cake sliders that were available to be made gluten free for myself and some other guests with allergies. For entrees, we decided on the filet and salmon- both of which everyone raved about! The event space was very open, large, and felt roomy, despite almost 220 guests we had! Our 12 piece band had plenty of room for their stage and sound board set up while still having an enormous dance floor for guests. My husband and I got married May 26th and we are still in awe over how amazing our entire experience was having our wedding reception at Rivercrest!! The venue speaks for itself - it’s luxurious, spacious, & has gorgeous backdrops for photos. All the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres as well as the short ribs and chicken saltimbocca were SOO GOOD!!! The entire Rivercrest team is BEYOND INCREDIBLE in every way!! So many of our friends and family have also shared the very same thoughts/praises that we have! My husband and I knew the venue was gorgeous and food was amazing, which was mostly what we looked into reviews for beforehand, but what we’re most in awe about is the Rivercrest team - they all went above in beyond in making our day so perfect. Their unwavering dedication and professionalism far exceeded any expectations we had. We toured 3 other venues beforehand and had planned to tour others after but cancelled those after our tour at Rivercrest with Michele Daddona. Michele was our wedding specialist and she was a huge deciding factor in choosing Rivercrest. She made us feel comfortable from the start and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise, support, and guidance throughout our entire 1.5 year planning process. We thought about hiring a wedding planner but we didn’t need to with Michele - she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and she was very organized, quick to respond to the many questions we had, meanwhile being extremely easy-going and accommodating! We could tell she truly cared about us and making our day perfect & the planning process as easy as possible for us! Additionally, she flawlessly transferred all our plans to our day-of team, who also surpassed our expectations. Shayna, Sarah, and Mark truly made our day so special - they all made made not only my husband & I but also our guests feel like we were the most important people in the world and played a HUGE role in how perfect our reception was! Our family and friends couldn’t believe how warm, welcoming, and helpful they all were. I couldn’t put into words how amazing Shayna was on the day of. She was never overbearing at all but she was there to share our joy and excitement the whole day and in sight anytime I looked for help (even when I wasn’t looking specifically for her). During our pictures before cocktail hour, she asked if we wanted to put all the bouquets on our sweetheart table which I had forgot to ask about and it looked perfect! Moments before our entrances, my removable strap to my dress wasn’t staying and she got a sew kit out. We were panicking about it before our first dance but she made us feel at ease and sewed it on with time to spare. While she was sewing my strap, I told my husband I meant to ask someone to record the entrances and Shayna was quick to say she’ll handle it (and the video and pictures she sent were amazing). She also helped my dress bustle issues countless times. I could go on. I could write a novel on the examples and feedback we got to prove how far beyond our expectations were met with Rivercrest. We wish we could relive the day over and over. You will have the wedding of your dreams here!!!

Rivercrest was the second venue we looked at and after our meeting with Michelle L, it was an instant yes from my fiance, my parents and me. The venue is beautiful, but more than anything else, Rivercrest and it's wedding coordinators make majority of the wedding planning process a breeze. They take care of the food, alcohol, favors, table numbers, votive candles on the tables, linens, signature drink, set up all wedding decor (that isn't flowers) and more. That is what made it such and easy decision for us. On top of it all, the food is DECLICIOUS and my guests are still raving about how good it was and how they expected the typical cold and tasteless wrdding food. We could not be happier with our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at RiverCrest. It was the perfect day! Michelle D. made planning every detail of our wedding as easy as possible. She is professional, helpful, friendly, genuine and became a friend in the process. She will give honest feedback and will go above and beyond to make sure your special day is a dream come true! On our wedding day (June 2023) We had access to the beautiful bridal suite all day and had our hair and makeup done on site. We had the very best bridal suite attendant (Sharon) who set everything up for our wedding perfectly (table numbers, we had our own candles, bar signs, etc! And Sharon was extremely attentive, friendly, and was with us all day!) Next up - photographs on the GORGEOUS grounds and in the ballroom. Ceremony was poolside and made for some beautiful photographs. The Cocktail Hour food and drinks were amazing and guests are commenting about how they loved how open the atrium was and gave people an opportunity to move around easily. Friend and family are still raving about the food for the cocktail hour and the dinner (we chose the Pork Chop and the Chilean Sea Bass, both were big hits!) The ballroom is large and open and we loved having easy access to the outdoor spaces. The entire team working our big day was an absolute dream. They far exceeded our expectations and my family and wedding party are still giving compliments. The entire day was perfection and we could not be more pleased with our entire experience dealing with RiverCrest - planning, tasting, Q&A, and the day of we felt like royalty! My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at RiverCrest on April 21st, 2023. We were immediately drawn to the venue for its beautiful landscapes, chic bridal suite, newly renovated ballroom, and cozy terrace for our ceremony. One thing that stood out above the rest was the OUTSTANDING staff. If you are lucky enough to tour and work with Michele (Wedding Specialist), you will be in the best hands. She responded to my e-mails within 24 hours, provided answers and suggestions for all my questions and was such a joy to work with. The banquet team did a tremendous job on my wedding day in helping facilitate a stress-free day. My guests raved about cocktail hour, their entrees, and the Ye Old Soda Fountain with ice cream novelties. If we had to do it all over again, I would choose and trust the RiverCrest team each and every time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the beginning, Michele made sure that everything was planned to perfection. Everything was so organized and we didn’t feel lost in the planning process at all. Everything was so straightforward. The day of, Shayna, Shannon, and Sarah took SUCH good care of us. Shayna was truly a rockstar all day. Anything at all that we needed, she already had it for us. It ended up raining, and Sarah stood outside with us to hold umbrellas. It also rained on our wedding day and our day of coordinator, Shayna, did everything to ensure it did not set us back at all! She helped the photographer find some great locations for pictures and made sure everyone had a place inside to wait until the wedding started.

It was such an easy choice to go with RiverCrest! They had everything we wanted--an indoor space for the ceremony, good outdoor photo spots, great food options (both for cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and for the reception dinner), good packages, etc. Their staff really blew us away, from the initial communication to the day of. We worked with Michele in planning and she was always quick to respond and really considered what we wanted. When we dropped off our things the day before the wedding at the rehearsal, we met Shayna, who was our bridal suite attendant. She was fantastic! The entire staff made the day go smoothly and did all the thinking for us. They knew where we needed to be and when and kept the event flowing well. Shayna felt like a friend at the end--a very organized, attentive friend! The bridesmaids still talk about how awesome the bridal suite was to get ready in (go take a tour of it and you'll see what we mean) and the guests loved the food and reception space. We highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding at Rivercrest Golf Club and Preserve was absolutely perfect! The venue is stunning, and the day of staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free. I can not get over at how attentive she was. From the moment we arrived for rehearsal to the day of, it was like she thought every detail. She anticipated and was there to help when little things would come up. We were blown away by the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the entire team, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the beautiful scenery and delicious food. Everything about our wedding on April 30, 2022 at Rivercrest was perfect! From the start of signing the venue, throughout the planning process, and even after the wedding was over, Michelle was super helpful. We signed right before they started the renovations and when we first saw the venue it was beautiful. The renovations made it even better! Michelle was always super responsive with any questions that we had. The packets that they had us fill out for the reception and ceremony covered every single little thing we needed to think about for the wedding so having that made planning a breeze. We were able to have the rehersal ceremony the day before the wedding and Michelle and Mark were great at making sure everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing for the ceremony. Throughout the day of the wedding, both Michelle and Mark made the day amazing! They helped set up and clean up all of our decorations, made sure we stuck to our timeline, and constantly asked both Joel and I if we need anything. We can't go on enough about how they both made the day so enjoyable and smooth. It was also helpful having both our ceremony and reception there. The guests were able to flow right into cocktail hour after the ceremony and since the weather was beautiful, guests were able to walk around outside and take pictures by the waterfall and new barn doors. During and after the wedding, our guests have told us how great all the food was and how beautiful Rivercest is for a wedding. We highly recommend Rivercrest for your wedding!!

We got married at RiverCrest on May 6, 2022 and we LOVED IT! They were amazing, went above and beyond and were reasonably priced. The food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. I recommend them!!!!

My husband attended a wedding at RiverCrest prior to our engagement in 2020 and he raved about how amazing everything was. So, to no surprise, we both fell in love when we went to visit (this was mid renovation)! We got married at RiverCrest June 18, 2022 and I still can’t believe how perfect the day was. Michele was so helpful! Her guidance truly made wedding planning so easy. Our day of coordinators and the entire team were phenomenal. They took care of the entire bridal party, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The renovations to the ballroom, bridal suite, and specially the terrace (where we had our ceremony) are stunning! So many of our guests have raved about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food and drinks were! I could go on and on honestly. We had our wedding reception at RiverCrest in August 2022. We randomly visited unannounced one night just to check out their ballroom and reception area - and from that moment, we felt so welcomed by the staff we met! We then emailed them for more info and that is when we got in touch with Michele. For some background, while we are from the area, we currently live in England, and we knew planning a wedding from abroad during a pandemic would have its challenges. Michele is exactly the kind of support we were looking for - she was SO responsive and so organized - and was a big part of the reason we chose RiverCrest! She was so supportive throughout our entire wedding planning process, had answers to all of our questions, and always was accommodating to schedule tours, tastings, etc. around our limited trips back to PA. Additionally, they have a great package and are really a one stop shop - so many great food options and especially the cocktail hour! They also just recently renovated and their ballroom looks stunning, as does the bridal suite which was a great spot for our very large bridal party to hang out day of. The ballroom is spacious and the dance floor is huge, and there also is outdoor space by the pool. Our day of coordinators were incredible - especially Shayna who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all day and night - whether it was bringing us waters when we were out in the summer heat or making us a plate of cocktail hour food to try all of the different options in the bridal suite before venturing out into cocktail hour - she really made us feel like royalty, exactly how we wanted to feel on our wedding day. Our parents were also extremely impressed with the service and support received on the day of the wedding. Guests left complimenting everything from the food to the service to the beauty of the venue - we had numerous guests say it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to (including the parents of the groom)!

My husband Jay and I were married at RiverCrest on October 8, 2022 and we couldn’t be happier! I wish we could go back and do it all over again. The whole day was perfect. We knew this was our place from the first time we saw it. We were told by numerous guests, even several from out of town, that this was the nicest wedding they’ve ever been too. The food was amazing and the day of staff were extremely courteous and attentive. We had our ceremony in the terrace by the pool and it was beautiful. The bridal suite is glamorous, spacious, and was the perfect spot for the girls and I to sneak away to after the ceremony for a special toast! Special shout out to Shayna who sewed my bustle of my dress for me at the reception when we had a little hiccup! As the bride and groom you do not have to worry about a single thing on your big day except to enjoy it at rivercrest. The staff continuously checked on our parents and grandparents and those extra efforts meant a lot to us. The food was absolutely delicious, from cocktail hour to entrees to desserts. Everything about getting married at RiverCrest was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
