RiverCrest Weddings

We had our wedding here in January of 2024 and it was everything we could have asked for. Even with a heavy amount of snow the day before, Rivercrest was communicative and ready for our rehearsal that night and the wedding the following day. Most weddings have a thing or two that the couple wish went better, but our experience with Rivercrest was perfect from the time we booked the venue all the way through our wedding date.

We had our wedding at Rivercrest in November of this year. Everything was amazing the food was wonderful, the service was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Rivercrest staff made sure everything went smoothly and was on time. I did not feel stressed at all the entire day. I would recommend this Venue to anyone getting married soon!

RiverCrest Golf Weddings is the perfect venue for a wedding. Finding a place that could comfortably accommodate 200 guests with all-inclusive amenities was a challenge, but RiverCrest exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, they had us covered with everything we needed, and their staff was nothing short of amazing. We had the pleasure of working with Michele Daddona, who was truly an angel. She took the stress out of our planning process, making everything as easy as possible so we could focus on preparing for our big day. The venue itself is breathtaking—we loved the lighting, the atmosphere, the dance floor, and the variety of table options. If you’re in the area, we can’t recommend a better place than RiverCrest. The food was outstanding, delivering a fine dining experience for our guests. We had the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary food tasting, and we absolutely loved our options. The hors d'oeuvres were so delicious that our guests nearly forgot the main course was still to come! Our experience at RiverCrest was nothing short of spectacular. Oh, and did I mention they include a free cake? Their cake vendor is exceptional, providing exactly what we imagined—and then some.

Michele D. was by far my most responsive vendor! She helped answer our questions, make last minute changes, and finalize decisions with ease up to the very last walk through. The venue is beautiful and all inclusive so we really didn’t have to worry about anything day of. The dance floor is huge and they kept the space cool through our dancing despite the heatwave outside!

My family and I do not know where to begin. Michelle L was a huge help from the very first moment we met her and stepped foot into RiverCrest. She answered the smallest of questions with patience and professionalism and made our planning process seamless and stress free! She is AMAZING! The ballroom is spacious, airy, and recently updated which gives you so many options to decorate and showcase your wedding exactly how you’ve always envisioned. The pool deck adds a beautiful touch as is it clean and updated and gives your guests a chance to take a breath of fresh air during your reception. Guests have been raving about the food from cocktail hour to the cakes that RiverCrest recommends and we could not be more thrilled! There are endless food options and the staff knows exactly how to explain the options to better fit your taste! The elegant on location bridal suite made it so easy for the girls to get ready and put our nerves at ease so we could be there as vendors were setting up. It was large enough to fit a group of atleast 20 people while getting ready! We are so happy to have celebrated our marriage with our closest friends and family at RiverCrest and have been recommending it to anyone and everyone who is planning their wedding!

We had the greatest experience at Rivercrest country club. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The venue itself is beautiful and the grounds are so aesthetically pleasing for outdoor photos. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and flawless. A special thank you to Michelle who coordinated everything and was so attentive to the bride and groom through the whole process. She is an amazing wedding specialist with such attention to every detail. Angela, who was the bridal suite specialist, was spectacular as well and made sure the bride, groom, wedding party and families were well taken care of all night, spending most of her night making sure the happy couple had their greatest experience. The service team of Raphael, Jessica, Lynn, Phoenix, Jenny, Brandy, Roman, Maranda also made sure all of the guests were taken care of and were also very attentive to every guest. Athena, Brett and Robert made sure there was never a line at the bar and were very friendly and made sure each guest had a great experience when they were ordering drinks. We cannot say enough good things about the venue as well as each person we encountered. They made the process easy and made sure the night was magical and unforgettable. Book this venue to ensure you and your guests have the greatest time from the planning stages to the very end of the reception!

Rivercrest was an amazing place to have our wedding. The venue is beautiful, the food excellent, and the cost reasonable. Their greatest asset however is the staff. Nowhere else will you find event staff more engaged and helpful. Michele helped us reflect and really understand what we wanted from our wedding day, and took every opportunity to see that vision through. She and the rest of the staff really got to know us and went the extra mile, acommodating odd requests, handling emergencies, and generally giving us the confidence and assurance to enjoy our big day knowing everything was in good hands.

We had our wedding in April 2024 and cannot say enough nice things about RiverCrest Golf and Preserve. From our first visit to the last minutes of the reception the staff was a pleasure to work with. They helped make the day the most perfect day we could have imagined. Michelle was our coordinator and helped every step of the way. She was always quick to respond even with those tiny last minute details days before the wedding. The staff and bridal suite attendants were there throughout the night assisting with things we did not even think we needed. We cannot express how perfect the day was and we have Rivercrest to thank for that!

Rivercrest was a great venue for our wedding. One of the only local venues that had enough seating for a large guestlist. Pricing is reasonably comparble to other local country clubs. The professionalism and constant updates of timelines made the process so easy for us. The day of coordinator could not have been better. Sharon walked for two hours outside in the heat with us to help hold my dress, water, tissues, etc. She made sure not just us, but both sets of parents were taken care of through the entirety of the event. We all always had drinks that were full. The venue is gorgeous and includes indoor and outdoor ambience.

There are not enough good words to express how we felt about our Wedding at Rivercrest. I don't even know where to start. It was all that amazing. The timeline was executed flawlessly and even when there were bumps in the road I would have never known. Things that needed to move faster did, things that had some time it was given. Your staff is impeccable and I want to get married again just so I can experience that kind of luxury you provide! The food was delicious. When I am a guest at weddings it is nerve wracking due to being gluten free. As the bride I felt absolutely pampered and didn't worry once. The fact that there was a gluten free roll was amazing. The cake cutting was posed in a way that I could experience the full effect. The allergy labels at each guest's seats was something that really stood out to me. I know that if I was that guest I would actually be able to relax and enjoy. The bridal suite attendants were amazing. Owen and I had a beverage and food in our hands the moment we walked in. They helped me bustle my gown when no one else was around and even had a glass of my moms favorite wine ready for her when she walked through the door. Needless to say I could go on and on and on about your superiority. Everyone was kind and professional and we felt like royalty. Everyone who we talk to about the wedding has nothing but praise to say.

We got married on 5/5/23 and we can’t say enough positive things about RiverCrest and everyone that works there! Michele D. assisted us from the day we chose this as our venue up until the big day. She was phenomenal and answered every question we had over the course of the year and a half leading up to our wedding (we had a longer engagement). Everything was made very clear for us and the process was extremely organized and easy. On the day of our wedding, the staff (especially Shayna) was absolutely amazing! She was there to help with anything I could or couldn’t think of and not just for me, but for my husband and his groomsmen, for my bridesmaids, and for our parents. Our friends and family were also blown away. Food was delicious and the venue is just beautiful especially with the recent upgrades that they have worked very hard on. We are so happy with our experience and with the way our big day turned out! We would highly recommend RiverCrest to anyone/everyone!!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at RiverCrest. There were a few hiccups on the day of, but we were thrilled with the level of expertise Michelle brought to the table and the day turned out amazing. Everyone at RiverCrest went above and beyond to make or wedding exactly what we wanted it to be, and we had some very specific and niche requests so that was no small feat. We appreciated every bit of effort everyone made to make that happen for us. The one thing I would mention to future couples who read this is that the menu is not set after the tasting - we apparently had a last minute ingredient change because a stroganoff that was meant to be served with ribbon noodles (this was even in our contract) came out with rive noodles on the day of. This was sort of disappointing as the change had not been run past me at all, and it totally changed the texture and flavor of a dish that we loved so much at the tasting, So, to future couples, PLEASE make sure you clarify the menu with them multiple times to be sure there are no miscommunications or surprises. All in all, the food was still amazing though! We were just expecting something different than what we got.

The venue itself is beautiful! We had a winter/Christmas reception and it was gorgeous. But we really want to shout out the staff. The wedding coordinators, wait staff, are all incredible. They made sure we had everything we needed and the night ran smoothly. I would recommend RiverCrest to anyone planning a wedding!

RiverCrest was fantastic! The venue itself is gorgeous, but the staff is what made our day so perfect. RiverCrest met all our accommodations and more. Every member of the staff was so helpful and did everything they could to make sure the day was perfect. Our wedding planner, Michelle Lopoten, as amazing. The food was delicious too!! Overall, this venue is an 1000000/10, highly recommend!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! RiverCrest was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Michele was the best and she really helped my vision come to life. She gave me timeline samples, explained the menus, seething arrangement, tables, helped with day of coordination, etc. Day off, they guided us and our bridal party through everything for the ceremony, reception walk-ins, and everything else throughout the night. We could not have had the wedding we did without Michele and the rest of the staff at RiverCrest. They personalized everything, the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and our bridal suite and attendants was absolutely perfect. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the service. Even the proximity to downtown Phoenixville and hotels made this venue perfect. I highly recommend RiverCrest Golf Club!

10.21.23 will honestly be a day I will never forget. The entire day exceeded my expectations. From working with Michele D throughout the entire year of planning and having Shayna take care of us the day of. I wouldn’t change ANYTHING! For any bride that is on the fence about booking with Rivercrest… DO IT! You honestly will not regret it. It was literally the best day of our entire lives.

RiverCrest was not only a beautiful place to get married but also stress free. They took care of every detail for us and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. Michelle was very attentive and communicated every step of the way. During our wedding it happened to be colder than we anticipated outside and RiverCrest had us covered with hot apple cider and driving us around on the grounds on a golf cart to get our photos done quicker. Our guests all had a fantastic time and we got countless messages about how delicious the food was. I would strongly recommend anyone to get married here if you want a beautiful wedding where the venue has thought out every detail to make it easy on the couple getting married.

Michele and the Rivercrest staff helped us to plan the most perfect start to our wedding weekend! I knew that I did not want a traditional sit down dinner for my rehearsal dinner and Michele diligently worked with us to create the best Stations menu catered to mine and my husbands favorite foods. She quickly answered her email with contract updates and any questions that we had. Our stations included 2 carving stations, a salad bar, crab cake slider station, pasta station, stir fry and dumpling station - and our guests (& my personal) favorite - the mashed potato bar - and let me tell you the food was out of this world! The stationary displays were very creatively organized and were kept clean throughout the entire service. And when you did not think that the food could get any better - we had the most insane Viennese dessert display that was unlike any display that I have ever seen during an event. There were a plethora of dessert options on the display. I tried at least 8 different desserts and each one was absolutely delicious. You should 100% book Rivercrest for your next event! Every one of the staff from Michele, to our Banquet Manager, to the bartender and servers were so friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful for scenic views or photographs and the food is absolutely to die for!

Bottom-line: have your wedding here!!!  My husband and I had our reception here in June 2023 and LOVED everything about it! #1. We LOVED the food. We've been to several weddings recently and our dinner was by far the best we have experienced. The app stations were incredible. Our guests raved about the mashed potato bar and the crab cake sliders. #2. The ballroom is elegant, big, and open. The dancefloor is the biggest we have seen at any venue and we LOVED that! It really encouraged our guests to get our there on the dancefloor. #3. The SERVICE was incredible. We worked with Michele Daddona throughout our engagement and she was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and caring. She worked with us to make a few unique parts in our contract to specialize for our needs. We also loved working with Shayna Miller as our bridal attendant. She managed the day seamlessly and was incredibly attentive and kind. #4. The PRICE! The value of the experience is incredible and for such a great price. 

My husband and I had the most incredible experience with RiverCrest Weddings for our special day. From the moment we inquired about using the venue, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, which carried through the planning process and into our actual wedding night. The venue itself was nothing short of breathtaking. The ceremony by the pool was absolutely picturesque at the end of May and the reception hall was modern and intimate. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beauty of the place. The service at RiverCrest was top-notch. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that every detail was taken care of, leaving us stress-free and able to enjoy every moment. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing! From the appetizers to main courses, every dish was delicious. My husband and I got married May 26th and we are still in awe over how amazing our entire experience was having our wedding reception at Rivercrest!! The venue speaks for itself - it’s luxurious, spacious, & has gorgeous backdrops for photos. All the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres as well as the short ribs and chicken saltimbocca were SOO GOOD!!! The entire Rivercrest team is BEYOND INCREDIBLE in every way!! So many of our friends and family have also shared the very same thoughts/praises that we have! My husband and I knew the venue was gorgeous and food was amazing, which was mostly what we looked into reviews for beforehand, but what we’re most in awe about is the Rivercrest team - they all went above in beyond in making our day so perfect. Their unwavering dedication and professionalism far exceeded any expectations we had. We toured 3 other venues beforehand and had planned to tour others after but cancelled those after our tour at Rivercrest with Michele Daddona. Michele was our wedding specialist and she was a huge deciding factor in choosing Rivercrest. She made us feel comfortable from the start and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise, support, and guidance throughout our entire 1.5 year planning process. We thought about hiring a wedding planner but we didn’t need to with Michele - she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and she was very organized, quick to respond to the many questions we had, meanwhile being extremely easy-going and accommodating! We could tell she truly cared about us and making our day perfect & the planning process as easy as possible for us! Additionally, she flawlessly transferred all our plans to our day-of team, who also surpassed our expectations. Shayna, Sarah, and Mark truly made our day so special - they all made made not only my husband & I but also our guests feel like we were the most important people in the world and played a HUGE role in how perfect our reception was! Our family and friends couldn’t believe how warm, welcoming, and helpful they all were. I couldn’t put into words how amazing Shayna was on the day of. She was never overbearing at all but she was there to share our joy and excitement the whole day and in sight anytime I looked for help (even when I wasn’t looking specifically for her). During our pictures before cocktail hour, she asked if we wanted to put all the bouquets on our sweetheart table which I had forgot to ask about and it looked perfect! Moments before our entrances, my removable strap to my dress wasn’t staying and she got a sew kit out. We were panicking about it before our first dance but she made us feel at ease and sewed it on with time to spare. While she was sewing my strap, I told my husband I meant to ask someone to record the entrances and Shayna was quick to say she’ll handle it (and the video and pictures she sent were amazing). She also helped my dress bustle issues countless times. I could go on. I could write a novel on the examples and feedback we got to prove how far beyond our expectations were met with Rivercrest. We wish we could relive the day over and over. You will have the wedding of your dreams here!!!
