From casual backyard barbecues to elegant soirees with fine china, this catering company does it all. No matter the size or style of your celebration, the team will create a mouth-watering meal that perfectly suits your tastes and budget. They prepare and serve entrees of all types and specialize in Texas-style BBQ.
Riverside Catering is family-owned and operated by Stephen and Cindy Zoeller, who share a deep passion for their work. This duo believes that customer satisfaction is paramount and strives to deliver the highest-quality food and service. They are excited to bring you the BBQ favorites you know and love or customize a menu to your unique preferences.
For your wedding day, Riverside Catering offers two-meat and two-sides plates that come with condiments and iced tea. You can also choose 14-oz steak dinners for up to 100 guests. A range of appetizers that include squash puppies, fresh corn cakes, grilled bacon-wrapped scallops, and grilled Texas jalapenos are also available. The dessert menu features berry cobbler, chocolate bread pudding with caramel Kahlua sauce, an ice cream bar, and a soda float bar. Whatever your desires, the chefs will also work closely with you to design the culinary experience of your dreams.

Cindy was so professional during the planning phase and was responsive to my many emails and very helpful! They had a lot of options to accommodate food restrictions for all guests.
The food was excellent, multiple guests came up and commented about how good the food was - one even said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! What I thought was impressive was the meat was very tasty and not bland or dry.
The buffet line was very efficient and went quickly.
I was extremely happy with everything!
Fantastic food! Everything was well prepared and delicious, and we liked that we were able to customize our menu somewhat. Cocktail hour appetizers were unique and tasty. Amazing service as well- I loved working with the people behind the organization!
Food was soo good this was one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding, especially with the delicious options Cindy had for us guests raved about the food and everyone enjoyed it.

Cindy and her team are so wonderful and easy to work with. They definitely helped our wedding dreams come true. Not only are they so great to work with, but their food is absolutely DELICIOUS!! We had them cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and they killed it both nights! I highly recommend using this catering company for your next special event. Anything they cook will surely leave you and your guests' tummies happy and full.

AMAZING!!!! They had our food set out first and made sure we were taken care of. They were incredibly kind and no joke all of our guest were raving about the food. They provided us plates, tea, silverware, cups for tea, and helped cut the cake for ou guest and cleaned up their serving station. SUCH a huge help and they're WONDERFUL to work with and very responsive and upfront about pricing which makes it so easy in the wedding planning process.

Cindy is so flexible and so great to work with. I added items, took out items, changed counts, changed times and probably asked her the same questions multiple times (it’s the bride brain). But she was extremely helpful, patient and the food was amazing!! My guests couldn’t stop talking about it. I am so so glad we hired her for our special day.
When it came to looking for a caterer for my wedding, Riverside was the best option for me. Cindy was very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process! For someone with a specific budget, they are cost-friendly and I got exactly what I envisioned for our wedding! Her menu was grand and offered a variety of different appetizers, meals and desserts. Her food was amazing, and many of my guests raved about her cupcuterie and street tacos. in all, her team was great and very helpful the day of, I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone!
Cindy and her team were absolutely amazing!! They are one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our initial tasting was amazing-- literally ALL food options we wanted to order all of it and she even gave us plentiful leftovers, answered all our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. Cindy, was a dream to work with-- she was so friendly, helpful, and fast to reply to any e-mail we ever sent. Day of, the food was amazing and service was wonderful. And then we got some of EVERYTHING we ordered for dinner. One of my fears when wedding planning was how brides told me they never got to eat-- well, we sure did and it was delicious. They gave us plentiful leftovers to take home. Our guests were full and happy and still compliment us on the food choices. Literal dream to work with, I'd recommend them to anyone!

I couldn’t recommend Riverside Catering enough! My wife and I utilized Riverside for our wedding in Fredericksburg, TX for ~240 guests and had absolutely no issues. Everyone was raving about how delicious the ribeyes, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, salad and roll were.
Cindy was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. We knew at our food tasting that Cindy was an extremely hard worker and that we could count on her. Definitely consider hiring Riverside for your weddings or events!

The service and food from Riverside Catering for our wedding were wonderful. Both the price point and quality of food were outstanding and our guests really enjoyed our food. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We had Riverside Catering for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Cindy was just a text away if I had any questions. They had a phenomenal menu to choose from and you could mix and match to meet your cravings! The day of, they showed up on time, well dressed, ready to serve and even had linens to match our color scheme! They cleaned up our guest tables as well as their area and stored the leftovers away for us. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for your event! Thank you Cindy and team!

Cindy at Riverside was so easy to work with and I had zero concerns after having to change our date due to Covid. Riverside catered our rehearsal dinner and our bridal party and guests are still talking about how great the food was!! Due to the catering restrictions at our venue, they could not be our wedding caterers - otherwise they would have been! But their food was so amazing I knew I had to use them for the rehearsal dinner! All the food was delicious and in very generous portions! I cannot recommend Riverside enough!

Riverside Catering was the best choice we made for our wedding, hands down. Cindy was awesome and was the one vendor I knew I didn't have to worry about getting everything right. The food was great and we are still receiving compliments on it almost a month later. From the tasting to the wedding day, Cindy was kind, quick, and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know!
Cindy & the whole Riverside Catering crew brought professionalism, great service, & best of all: delicious food! Due to planning the wedding from a different state, we were not able to do a tasting, but the food exceeded every expectation! We got SO many compliments! With changing COVID demands, Cindy worked closely with me to ensure that the guests were cared for & safe in all of the food/beverage areas. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting delicious food, AMAZING service, & unbeatable pricing.
Stop looking and choose Riverside Catering!!! It all started with our tasting where we fell in love. The food was truly amazing and many people went back for seconds. People have been raving about the food! She made sure the bride and groom were taken care of first, which we greatly appreciated!! Her team was quick and got everyone through the line promptly. Cindy didn’t hesitate at all when we had to change our date due to Covid and made sure everything was just perfect! We truly loved Riverside Catering and can’t recommend it enough!

Cindy is AMAZING!!!!! Her food is the best BBQ I've ever had and I wish she had a storefront so I could enjoy it beyond my wedding.
She was prompt to answer emails, very accomodating, and very professional. She made our day so easy and was incredibly affordable. Wish I could give her 10 stars!
Cindy is so amazing. Upon our first meeting, she was so welcoming and genuine and I could taste it in her food. We ended up with the chicke, brisket, potatoes, mac and cheese, beans and potato salad. All my guests gave me nothing but compliments on how tasty and "homecooked" it was. The brisket wasn't smothered in BBQ sauce as some other caterers in town were doing. It had its own smoked taste and was cooked to perfection. My family is huge on brisket and like to think of themselves as brisket snobs haha. Cindy and her team were amazing. I was most excited for the leftovers she packaged for my husband and I to eat later that evening. Thank you so much for everything!

Cindy and her staff did a fabulous job catering our daughter's wedding weekend at our ranch. Thursday night, 4th of July, they catered a BBQ dinner with a variety of desserts. Friday night they catered fajitas for the rehearsal dinner that they cooked on their grills that they brought. She catered sandwiches, a fruit tray and a pasta salad lunch for the bridesmaids Saturday while they had their hair and makeup done. For the wedding they grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, a french fry bar, mac and cheese, strawberry salad and a ice cream bar. We had so many compliments all weekend; everything was delicious. I'd have Cindy cater for me at my next event. I'd highly recommend Cindy and her staff.
We used the company for our wedding. Cindy and her team were awesome! The food and service were great. We received several compliments on the delicious food (the potatoes especially) and how efficient the service was with clean up. We would definitely use this company again.
Riverside is the best! We had my daughters wedding on 12/1/18, and Cindy and the staff were very professional and extremely nice. Cindy helped us with our menu and it was well liked by all. The food is amazing!! Thank you Cindy!!

We had Riverside cater our wedding at Happy H Ranch on November 10. We were not disappointed! Everyone that came to our wedding raved about how great the food was. We got the brisket, tequila lime chicken, mac n cheese, and green beans and all of it was great. Coming from Texas, my family is picky about their brisket, but they all loved it! Cindy is great to work with. She also brings decorations for the catering table to compliment yours which is an added bonus. You will not regret getting Riverside Catering to cater your event!

Hands down, best food I've ever had from a banquet style dining experience. I go in to weddings expecting cold, bland food that is generally unremarkable. This wasn't the case with Riverside. They catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding and I would go order what I ate in a restaurant. Their customer service was great too. Cindy helped me out and was flexible on the menu. We accommodated 150 people at our wedding and every single person there enjoyed it. In fact, they enjoyed it so much they ate every single bite left over at the after party. They licked the pans! Their price was right and the quality was outstanding. You won't be disappointed.
Cindy was great and was in constant communication with us regarding our wedding. She provided great feedback and the food was of course great!
Y'all. Cindy's food is the bomb. I was SO impressed with how everything tasted, how it was presented, and the professionalism of her and the staff. I would use Riverside again in a heartbeat! That brisket and mac n cheese, though. THANK YOU Cindy and team, for making my wedding even more amazing!

We got married at CW Hill Country Ranch, for the first event they have catered at that venue I was beyond blown away. I knew the food was going to be amazing but was so impressed with the service Ana set up. Everyone was so friendly and took care of all of the guests. Everyone loved the food and was so impressed at how efficiently they were able to serve 120+ guests. Cindy was so easy to work with and helped with ideas and changes along the way. We are so happy we decided to go with Riverside Catering. We couldn’t imagine having worked with anyone else. The Mac n’ cheese for cocktail hour was a huge hit too!
Riverside Catering was a great choice for our wedding! They were very reasonable in price, easy to work with, and the tequila lime chicken and brisket were delicious. We received so many compliments from guests about the food! Even my husband, who considers himself a “foodie,” was quite impressed. Cindy was great to work with, accommodating and keeping track of all of our requested changes leading up to the wedding. She even remembered how much I loved the macaroni and cheese from the kids’ plates, and snuck some onto my plate as well. I would definitely use Riverside again!
As most families in Texas we love our BBQ. Riverside served some of the best we have ever had. They were prompt and professional. And I know they served more plates than intended because I saw so many people going back for a second plate. We received numerous compliments on the food. This family went above and beyond. They are wonderful people to work with.

The food and desert was amazing! Cindy was awesome to work with and did an amazing job on everything! Our guest loved it all including the buttermilk pie bars. Food is important at a wedding and one thing your guest will remember. So glad mine loved it! Thank you for everything!!!
Riverside Catering blew me away at the tasting as well as the day of our wedding! We were on a tight budget for catering and we got a better experience than most of the other weddings we went to that paid a ton! They were such a hardworking crew and made everything look and taste so good! Everything went so smooth. I would highly recommend them if you want the best! Don't waste your money on the other vendors.

Cindy catered our wedding out in Dripping Springs. The attentive service she gave us in the process of choosing the food was above and beyond. My husband was very involved and had a lot of questions and she answered them all! The food was delicious and our guests raved about it. We also were sent home with left overs and I am still enjoying the tequila lime chicken 3 weeks later!

We tried several BBQ caterers and decided on Riverside! The food tasted great for a reasonable price. All our guests were raving about the food. Would definitely recommend them! The food is served on clear plastic plates but we rented some gold chargers which really went well with our decor and helped give the tables a "fancier" look.
