From casual backyard barbecues to elegant soirees with fine china, this catering company does it all. No matter the size or style of your celebration, the team will create a mouth-watering meal that perfectly suits your tastes and budget. They prepare and serve entrees of all types and specialize in Texas-style BBQ. Riverside Catering is family-owned and operated by Stephen and Cindy Zoeller, who share a deep passion for their work. This duo believes that customer satisfaction is paramount and strives to deliver the highest-quality food and service. They are excited to bring you the BBQ favorites you know and love or customize a menu to your unique preferences. For your wedding day, Riverside Catering offers two-meat and two-sides plates that come with condiments and iced tea. You can also choose 14-oz steak dinners for up to 100 guests. A range of appetizers that include squash puppies, fresh corn cakes, grilled bacon-wrapped scallops, and grilled Texas jalapenos are also available. The dessert menu features berry cobbler, chocolate bread pudding with caramel Kahlua sauce, an ice cream bar, and a soda float bar. Whatever your desires, the chefs will also work closely with you to design the culinary experience of your dreams.

We accommodated 150 people at our wedding and every single person there enjoyed it. In fact, they enjoyed it so much they ate every single bite left over at the after party. They licked the pans!
