All our guests were amazed at how well she ran the weekend and how calm she was the entire time! Alli does not miss a single beat - I never told her anything twice, she always got it on the first go around and remembered every single detail - even things I didn't remember! She brings new meaning to the trait "detail-oriented." She is flexible, extremely organized, very responsive, professional, and easy-going. Vermont Farm Catering was also phenomenal - from the initial call to the tasting to the day-of, Katie and Kevin always made excellent food and drink recommendations. One month after the wedding, our guests are still raving about the food and trying to figure out how the salmon was prepared! Everyone said it was the best wedding food (including dessert) that they've ever had. Katie and Kevin's staff and bartenders are also extraordinary and run a fabulous wedding. Riverside Farm weddings feel like a warm gathering and that's largely due to the atmosphere and staff. As my mom said at the end of the weekend, "I'm ready to do every event here."

r the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday). Our biggest fear with finding a venue, was we would put all this money into something that felt like a drive through wedding. Riverside is the furthest from that. When you're there, you can't help but feel calm. The accommodations on property made it so convenient for our friends and family to enjoy the weekend. I will be completely honest and tell you this venue was the most expensive we looked at, but for all the amenities that come with the venue, you are definitely getting your money's worth. If we were rating just the coordinator, Alli, she would get 10 stars. I guarantee if you emailed her right now, she would email you back within 10 minutes. She absolutely knocks it out of the park. My biggest flaw is not allowing myself to delegate anything to anyone (not even my bridesmaids), but Alli made it so easy to hand everything off the weekend of the wedding. Relaxing is not necessarily a strong suite of mine, but I was drinking, having fun, and not worrying about anyone else at the wedding, because I knew she had it under control. The vendors she recommended not only were extremely professional, but also felt like family (Trish at Pittsfield Garden center I'm talking about you). At first, we were disappointed we were forced to go with a specific caterer, in fear we might not like the food (more me than my husband, I can be a picky eater, I know my flaws). However, the second we sat down to taste everything we were in awe. Vermont Farms Catering is hands down the BEST wedding food my friends and family have ever had, even a month later, everyone is still talking about that gnocchi. So trust in Riverside's ability to pick the finest caterer, because they 100% did! I have only one criticism to mention. Not being able to have our dogs stay on property was a huge let down. When we first toured we were told they always have dogs in the ceremonies on site, and technically you're not supposed to keep them with you, but people have had them stay in the past. We were totally okay with paying the $500 cleaning fee so we could have them with us. We had two venues we had draw up contracts for us. The reason we went with Riverside was because we had a full weekend and we could have our dogs. Unfortunately, after signing a contract, we met with our coordinator for the first time, who was confused when we said our dogs would stay with us. She said absolutely no dogs can stay on property. Now we knew going into it "technically they couldn't stay," but the way it was presented, we were made to feel like it would be okay. In the future, I would suggest not even mentioning dogs have stayed in the past, and making sure clients are fully aware of that before they sign a contract. With that being said, we are still giving Riverside 5 stars because at the end of the day, our wedding weekend was AMAZING! Even though we were disappointed we couldn't have our dogs stay on property, Alli and her team did a fantastic job making them feel welcome while they were on site and ensured everything was perfect. We will remember this day forever, and Alli is a huge part of that. Thank you Alli and Riverside Farm for the picture perfect wedding.

The setting is beautiful (our photos are incredible) and for a worrier like me there are indoor options for inclement weather that are nice too. Alli K, our wedding liaison, was spectacularly professional and organized! She instilled confidence in us from Day One -- no question was too little, every email was answered immediately. We never once felt like we were just another wedding on her calendar. And when the wedding weekend came, Alli was on top of every single detail -- NOTHING escaped her vision from the rowdy uncle to the wine servers to the need for mints! Everyone else at Riverside Farm was great to work with too. They truly made my daughter's wedding a beautiful day we will never forget. rounds are breathtakingly beautiful with lush, grassy fields and perfectly-maintained gardens surrounded by the picturesque Green Mountains. The barns are also gorgeous. They’ve been lovingly restored with attention paid to every detail. Riverside is n also unique and full of character. You’ll find fun details and personal touches around every corner. We loved that our wedding party could stay with us on the property. It was seriously like adult summer camp—SO MUCH FUN! We also loved that there were so many different event spaces that we got to utilize throughout the weekend: from rehearsal dinner in the stone cellar and the welcome party in red barn, to cocktail hour on the tented patio and the reception in the brown barn. It did rain on our wedding day so we couldn’t have the ceremony outside like we’d planned, yet the team at Riverside managed to turn the red barn into a lovely, intimate ceremony site. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the team at Riverside is. They will guide you through every step of the planning process and do everything they can to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams. Alli, our wedding coordinator, was truly phenomenal. We didn’t have to stress about anything during our wedding weekend because Alli had it all under control. They truly go above and beyond at Riverside. If you want a wedding that will wow your guests and leave you with amazing memories to cherish for a lifetime, this is your place.

auty inside and outside. It made for the most amazing pictures and every detail of the day was planned and coordinated by the most amazing staff, lead by Alli Kozick. She was our personal wedding coordinator and every second of the day was thought about the planned and executed flawlessly. Just the most amazing day of our lives and its mainly because it was held at this location. It was heartbreaking to leave in the morning and not have a reason to walk through the doors anymore. Maybe in the future, I will be so lucky to be invited there by a Future Bride and Groom. What a wonderful Wedding it would be for them, that I know! Thanks Riverside Farms for making all our dreams for the day come true. Truly magical and most gorgeous place in VT.

VT so after one of his close friends told us about RF, we planned a visit. We instantly knew it was meant to be. We had wanted to find a place where our friends & family could all be together rather than on a shuttle as we knew most of the guests would have a lengthy trip to get there in the first place. We had the entire property to ourselves all weekend and each event was on-site. All of our guests stayed within 9 miles of the property - including RF's sister property, Amee Farm Lodge (Matthew & Chris are the most hospitable, kind, and professional hosts ever!). The property is remarkable, inside and out. Our initial coordinator left a couple months prior to our wedding but we were ecstatic with our new coordinator, Kim - she was so hands-on, supportive, eager to help & professional. She made the planning process an absolute pleasure. She went above & beyond from start to finish with the utmost calmness & confidence. We are and will be forever grateful for her and all she did to help us in the months leading up to our wedding and on the actual weekend. The team is incredibly professional & have mastered the entire process w/o having it seem like a 'formula'. We were part of every decision & able to put our personal touches on every aspect. Kim was open to all of our ideas and if she was able to execute it, she did and in the few cases she couldn't, she came up with a list of similar ideas that they could do instead (many of which we liked more than our original idea!). We can't praise RF, AFL, Trailside, VFC & everyone involved. Our guests have gone out of their way to contact us and tell us RF was the most beautiful venue they have ever seen. I am already in touch w/ a couple who we met during their tour of the venue as they have decided to tie the knot at RF next year!

and it took her several days to answer our emails. We planned on a time to have a phone conversation so we tried to call and ended up leaving a voicemail. Days later we emailed Jessica back because we never received a call back. She said she never got our phone call or voicemail so she offered to set up another time to chat on the phone based on our availability. I emailed back with our availability and we never heard from her again. No phone call and no email back. We were extremely disappointed because we were really looking forward to booking our wedding at Riverside Farm. It is such a beautiful venue but I would never want to book with a venue that will not return our emails or calls especially for such an important event.

Sophie, the coordinator I worked with from day one was fantastic in helping to keep me organized and in responding quickly to help answer any and all questions, or to give me advice when needed. Her calm demeanor is invaluable to a bride. She gained my trust completely and by the day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about because I knew she would handle anything that came up. Riverside as a site is simply stunning - having grown up in Vermont, I wanted to share the beauty of my home with my new New York in-laws and extended family, and Riverside provided that perfect backdrop. The restored barns have been beautifully finished and our bridal party loved staying in the lodging throughout the property. Overall, it was just an unbelievable experience, a dream wedding, and one that friends and family are still talking about. Worth every penny.
