seamstresses they are salesmen”. Couldn’t be more true. I was just another dollar sign to these ladies. This was a horrible experience. They are very clear on no exchanges, no returns. It’s my problem and my money gone. They are not in the business of making brides happy, this is more of a prom dress situation. They definitely cater to prom girls over brides.

my mom and sisters. It was an incredible experience. I had a few alteration appointments at RL after I purchased my dress. Being out of town, I had to travel to make them. Debbie would always text me to make sure I got home safe. This place has become second family to me. Debbie and Savannah will forever hold a special place in my heart!!

he ladies in the shop were wonderful and helped me try on dresses for literal hours when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. They never once made me feel like the 18th dress might be an inconvenience. I was never rushed and when looking for a wedding dress that was a huge blessing! Lan and Debbie were GREAT with handling any changes I wanted and all of my dresses turned out beautiful when they were done. I 10/10 recommend this store to anyone looking to dress for a formal occasion. I can’t have imagined going anywhere else!

Even after giving up on what they promised they could do (which was add sleeves to my originally spaghetti strap dress) they couldn’t get the strapless that I settled on right either. Lan, their seamstress is completely air headed and working on WAY too many dresses at once. Debbie is rude, unprofessional and will try and give you a dress that looks like a potato sack after Lan is done with it. Whatever you guys do, DO NOT do business with these people. They completely ruined my dress experience and we wasted hundreds of dollars and countless hours on fittings and tailoring that looked absolutely hideous. I will attach pictures of the “sleeves” they tried to send me out with. Everything that was done on the dress was sloppy, it NEVER FIT RIGHT, EVER. Then they would blame it on me “having a butt” and make me feel like it was my fault. I finally, TWO DAYS before my wedding had to take it to a different tailor who fixed my dress in UNDER AN HOUR and was in aw of what they had done to my dress and said that Lan did so many unnecessary things to it. He didn’t even charge me because he felt so bad for my situation. I will FOREVER recommend you take your dress to him at ••Sara’s Alterations••. I wouldn’t give these people any of your business. They don’t deserve the chance to ruin another brides experience with something as important as your dress. I cried every time I left a fitting and never once believed they could do what they had promised me from day one... ultimately I wore a dress on my wedding day that I hated... and I 100% blame them and that’s a day that I can’t get back. I hope this review stops you from going here. Picture 1 & 2: When we were told that the dress would be COMPLETELY finished and only need “small nips and tucks” this is showing the back of my added illusion and sleeves with buttons going up the back... completely sloppy and terrible looking. Something I would never let ANY bride walk down the aisle in. This is a month away from my wedding... we were running out of time (which they had plenty of considering we started fittings in APRIL). My wedding was September 22nd. After crying when I saw how terrible my dress looked.. I decided to take the sleeves off because I no longer believed they could make them look presentable and “seamless” like promised. Debbie was all on board for me taking off the mismatched patches of lace that was my dress. THEN had the audacity to say “brides often leave with something opposite of what they wanted” that was NOT this case. My dream has ALWAYS been to have a dress with lace sleeves. They ruined the one thing that I have wanted from day one. Picture 3: When Lan let the dress OUT completely instead of taking in. This was about 4 fittings in and I come try on the dress and it’s falling off of me. They try to tell me it’s going to be ANOTHER $200 to get the dress taken in and tried to say I lost over FIVE INCHES IN TWO WEEKS. After having my mother call up there they then decided to admit that Lan was the one who accidentally let it out completely instead of taking it in. I think it’s safe to say Debbie and Lan are incompetent. So, we basically started back at square one. Also, my bustle broke halfway through my night.

hen we asked if we could try on the dresses (which of course we are wanting to try them on) she said she had a bridal appointment in an hour, but she guessed she could squeeze us in. Excuse me? We also made an appointment, and her next one wasn't for an entire hour? Then when my bridesmaids tried on their dresses, she did not help them get them on, zip them up, or unzip them to try on a different one. She was just talking in the corner with another worker. Throughout our wedding planning we went to many different vendors and this was BY FAR the worst service I have ever received. Needless to say, we did not purchase our gowns here.

We loved them so much that my mom bought her dress from them!! If you're looking for a place that focuses on the bride and who's owners are the sweetest people in the world- this is your place!! y alley. I went to several bridal salons before, and although I expressed the type of dress I was envisioning, most didn't fit the bill. Debbie listened to my feedback and was able to find the dress that met all of my criteria AND was in my price point. It turns out, that was the same dress she mentioned on the phone. Another great thing about the salon is their in-house seamstress. This may not seem like a huge deal especially to a new bride like myself but this makes a world of difference. Lan, the seamstress, works closely with the salon and you can schedule your fittings through them. This allows them to provide their expert feedback when making crucial alterations to your dress. I'll be honest, if I had gone anywhere else for my fittings, the integrity of my dress may have been compromised because I didn't know where the dress should be altered in order to flatter my figure and still keep the dress true to its design. The ladies at the salon really invest in making sure the dress fits your body like it was made for you and I sincerely appreciate that. Overall I had an excellent experience at RL bridal and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for their dream dress. They will listen and acknowledge your needs/concerns and make sure the dress shopping and alterations process goes as smoothly as possible!

First red flag that we weren't accommodated when I had scheduled an appt. As I'm looking through gowns with Lauren she told me another bride was there looking for the same style as me and had taken most of the dresses in my budget to her room and, while rolling her eyes, says that she didn't know why they'd schedule us that way. (so reassuring...) Lauren and Debbie also continuously bickered at each other under their breath every time they came in contact. So I find a handful of dresses to try on. In the fitting room, Lauren starts telling me about breaking up with her boyfriend and how it was a mistake....Um, this is supposed to be about ME and my wedding! I shouldn't be trapped in a therapy session with a complete stranger. I ended up finding my dream dress here. Lauren told me Debbie said it was so ugly when it arrived in their store earlier that week. When I stepped out in it she suddenly seemed to love it. I didn't make a decision that day but was told they'd follow up the next week. 4 weeks later and I still haven't heard from them. Which didn't matter because I tracked down the same Maggie Sottero gown at another boutique in OKC. I had the BEST experience there and gave them my business!!! Wedding dress shopping should be a special experience and this was far from it. Unprofessionalism runs rampant here and it WILL cost you business. It already has.

, and treated me like I was the only one in the store. And, I was at times, but still, it was an awesome experience. LOL. They did not even rush me after my scheduled time was up. I did not plan on buying a dress that day as I still had appointments and several other shops to go to. But, I absolutely fell in love with one of the many dresses I tried on, along with the amazing way they treated me, I said yes to the dress! I don’t normally give reviews, but seeing as this is one of the most important days in a person’s life, I felt compelled to write how wonderful this place is and would highly recommend this be one of your shops on your way to finding your dream dress!!

ey provided soooo many gorgeous gowns of various styles for me to try within my limit. The store has a wide selection of wedding gowns, but also plenty of bridesmaid dresses I can't wait to check out too! I was given a large dressing room, much much larger than other bridal salons I had tried in OKC, which is a big deal when trying on these dresses... My large group of family and friends were greeted and given plenty of comfy chairs to relax in while I did all my wardrobe changes. Overall, I had such a fun day at RL Bridal, the staff made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, they were open to my style and really interpreted what I wanted to look like on my wedding day. I am excited to work with them again in the future for alterations and bridesmaid dresses! I highly recommend this salon!

to speak to their shipping department in order to get the dress in early February so I could try it on in time to order for my wedding in Sept. It took her approx two weeks of coordinating with the company in order to get it figured out and throughout it all Debbie kept me in the loop. While I did not end up getting the dress (it was beautiful but I ended up with a similar dress with a different back) it meant a great deal to me that Debbie put so much effort into helping me get it. I would absolutely recommend this store.

bbie and her girls truly want you to find your perfect dress and will do anything they can to help you. They kept me informed on when it arrived and were very easy to keep in touch with. They aren't pushy and that's rare when at a bridal shop. They make appointments with the seamstress easy and they will do whatever it takes to make sure that the dress fits you exactly how YOU want. I was honestly sad when my wedding was over because I wanted to keep going back and getting dresses and being around these people. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. They are amazing and truly want to help you find your perfect dream dress. They were just as excited as we were when I found "the one." I love you all at RL--thank you for being amazing to me and my family!
