Road Runner Service is a wedding bartending business based in Edison, NJ. I am one of the few bartenders licensed in 3 states. NJ, NY, and PA. I am based in Edison, NJ and travel 1.5 hours max in all directions which covers a large area including parts of NY and PA. I have all my own equipment in one Silver case and one cooler. My case has the shakers, openers, bottle pourers and some bar tools. My cooler has bar napkins, straws, fruit tray, juice bottles with color coated tops, ice bucket for drinks, bar towels and other supplies. The cooler itself could be emptied and used for bagged ice for drinks. I actually have 5 coolers. 3 set up for other bartenders if needed. I do carry an extra cooler in car just in case it is needed for beer and white wine or water bottles for guest to get them selves. I have been a licensed bartender for over 10 years. I worked for 6 years at the Martinsville Inn in Martinsville were I first was hired as a bartender after a 2 week bartending school course in Edison. After 6 years, the place was being sold so I decided to go out on my own. Over the years I developed a good reputation. Through another site, I was hired over 300 times and have 246 5 star reviews. I thought it was time to expand and promote myself again and heard many great things about the Knot. With that being said, I learned many things over the years and this helped me put together list to send to potential clients. By this I mean a men's and women's most requested drink list, a recommended bar supply list and and event guide list. The recommended bar supply list is geared toward not knowing what your guest like to drink. I have * next to the items most important on that list in 3 categories. Obviously the liquor in top left, juices and mixes next and sodas. With the items marked with an * in those 3 categories, you can make almost 200 combinations. Sure to have something your guest like. You can also pick a fixed menu from the men's and women's drink list which most of the items are on the recommended bar supply list with the exception of a Mojito, Pina Colatta, and an Old Fashion which other supplies is needed. The event guide specifies what is needed for outdoor events besides indoor events along with recommended bar sizes, tables, or counters to use as a bar. Also recommended is extra coolers, ice, cup sizes, garnishes, and garbage cans and recycling cans if needed. This information is to help make your event run as smoothly as possible. If you decide to hire me, I automatically send these list to help you along with the appropriate contract to look at. By appropriate contract, I mean all three states have a standard 4 hour contract with additional travel cost for NY and PA. There is also an extra cost per hour of overtime. I will help you with what you need for supplies according to what you want to serve, and also with signature drinks and come 1 hour early at no charge to set the bar up.
