My husband got my engagement ring here, and we both got our wedding rings here. They were very friendly and professional. They helped us find what we were looking for. They also polished and repaired a chip in my ring. (The chip was my fault, not an issue with the ring.) We love the fit and comfort of our wedding bands, and we're really happy with the service we received here.
I love my engagement ring and I was happy to go back to get my fiancé wedding ring. We both love our rings and the uniqueness of them :)
My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and were very happy with the selection and service. Even though we didn't get my engagement ring at Robbins Brothers, they were able to offer us many choices of complementing and matching bands with affordable pricing. They also will care for all our rings for life! Great store with great staff!
My husband had such a great experience with my engagement ring that we went back for our bands. The staff is so nice and engaged in the story. I went back the day before the wedding to clean the ring and they were so lovely.
Wonderful customer service and lots of unique designs. Perhaps a tad pricey.
I purchased my husband's wedding band and 3 bracelets for my attendants.
Since I live in Eastern WA (Ellensburg) I wanted to know more about the ring I was interested in and found out they have a virtual showing where you can talk and see an associate. I was able to see the items I wanted, ask questions and even had him put it on his hand so I could see! With that the order was put in and they called when it arrived.
From the amount we paid to the quality we get, I am a little disappointed. (Compare to my Tiffany engagement ring)
We paid to engrave to rings with my husband and my initials on it and I thought I was just waiting for it to be done.
I got a call three weeks before the wedding telling me they couldnt do it.
In the end they still did, I had to make some sacrifices.
I went to the store in hopes of finding a wedding band to match the engagement ring I bought online as I was unhappy with the matching band from that store. Cheryl was able to help me buy a new engagement setting that was better suited to my style and a wedding band that I fell in love with. The expert staff was able to transfer my center stone into the new setting and I have been supremely happy ever since. I am pleased with the service and warranty/service plan offered for my jewelry. I should have bought my engagement ring here in the first place instead of online
My fiancé and I visited several other stores before coming to RB. They, by far, blew all the others out of the water with their customer service and their selection. We ended up buying a beautiful ring unlike anything we had seen anywhere else. This is the place to go!
I would not recommend Robbins Brothers as they sell I2 diamonds. These are stones with flaws visible to the naked eye. I saw a ring design there that I absolutely loved. My fiancee kindly went back and ordered it for me, but when he picked out the stone, they sold him an I2 diamond. When I first got my ring, I loved it. It was the design I wanted, but a few weeks later, I was outside and in the sunlight noticed multiple black specks on the diamond. I was so upset. I thought I had done something wrong and had somehow scratched it. It was the worst feeling ever. When we went back to the shop to ask how it happened, they said it's exactly as my fiancee bought it, we must have just not noticed it. I was shocked that they would sell something of such poor quality. And on top of that, they admitted that they regularly sell I2 diamonds. I never would have sent my fiancee there if I knew there was even a chance the diamond ordered could be this poor. This is not a high quality store.
My husband picked a beautiful ring! I love the sparkle, the shape and the way it fits my personality! I get a lot of compliments on how beautiful it is! Robbins Brothers did a great job!!
We got my engagement ring and wedding band from EE Robbins and had a great experience from just starting to look into engagement rings to making sure that my ring looked great before the wedding.
They helped me figure out what style ring I wanted patiently and happily. Lots of different styles for different people. I thought I wanted one thing when I came in to deciding on a pretty different look (didn't like the look on my hand).
After we got engaged they resized my ring very quickly (which I was SO happy about, I didn't want it off my hand!)
I had to resize again later as it wasn't a good fit and they were continuously easy and happy to help.
My ring's odd shape made finding a band difficult but they again took the time and made a perfect suggestion.
I really can't say enough nice things about their customer service. Always offer a smile, congratulations, and a drink or cookie. I really enjoyed working with them and stopping by to get my ring checked and cleaned!
I knew the Kirk Kara Dahlia was the perfect ring for me. The store on west loop in Houston located the ring & got it so quickly. They also sized our bands in less than an hour.
My first visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I had never thought about what my engagement ring would look like and I truly wanted my fiancé to surprise me but we went to look so he could get an idea of the style I would like best. The associate at the Houston store near the Galleria was clearly getting annoyed when I wasn't able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted. We were pawned off on another associate who I will say was a better fit. Despite this, my fiancé thought their selection was the best so he purchased my ring from them. Although I was sized during the first visit the ring was too small and I was ringless for weeks :(. Then not too long after, I lost a diamond from my Verragio band...luckily this was easily replaced. We also had issues when we shopped for the wedding band. We wanted to see the matching band to my engagement ring but they didn't have it in store so we asked them to borrow one from another store. Somehow, they thought we wanted to have the band ordered and tried to hold us to purchasing the band since it had been sized even though this was not our intent. Luckily, we were paired with a great associate who remedied the situation and helped us find a band that fit well with the ring (and it was 1/3 the price of the matching band too)! So, great selection but I've not been impressed with the service. Unfortunately, I'm stuck having them inspect my rings on a yearly basis.
I love my engagement ring and wedding band, both from Robbins Brothers! The experience every time I walk in for a cleaning is always excellent!
perfect ring
My husband worked with Kimberly for weeks to pick out the perfect engagement ring for me. I am a very picky gal, who's taste changes at the drop of a hat (i.e. i change my mind a lot), but Kimberly helped him pick out the perfect ring for me, unique and timeless.
As our wedding date drew near, he had a hard time finding the exact wedding band he wanted. Kimberly was wonderful and patient as we changed our minds over and over again. We ended up finding the perfect rings and are so happy with them.
My fiancé got me a beautiful solitaire diamond ring for the proposal. He then took me into Robbins brothers and let me deign the ring of my dreams. The team was knowledgable and very helpful with ideas. I couldn't be happier with my ring and wedding band.
Loved my wedding bands and the service was very good! Also my engagement ring was from here and have no complaints!
We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Robbins Brothers. They were so friendly and very honest with quality of diamonds as well as pricing. They were able to keep us in our budget as well as delivering beautiful rings!
My husband found my engagement ring without any input from me and it is so beautiful and perfect, I can't believe it. I mean, I can, he always has good taste, I just am so glad he picked this one!
When we were telling people about the proposal (which was a total surprise), I heard for the first time about his ring-buying experience. The first few places he visited made him feel uncomfortable and ignorant for not knowing exactly what he wanted. He was expected to tell them what he was looking for on his very first try! I am all about paying for service, so I'm so glad he walked right out of those places and into EE.
They brought him a beer and showed him his options. They described benefits to certain styles, worked within his budget and always welcomed him with a smile. From what I heard, they were wonderful.
Then I got to go along when we looked for both of our wedding rings. I got to see for myself how wonderful they were! We drank champagne, they cleaned my engagement ring, offered us cookies... just such a fun experience.
We each had a general idea of what we were looking for, and my husband found his pretty quickly. We ended up finding mine later on, and it was the last one in stock and happened to be my size! It was perfect.
They were just so friendly and kind. I can't say enough good things. Support local business!
We purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands from E.E.Robbins in Bellevue and they were so wonderful to work with. They are not only very patient and informative, but they sales staff puts zero pressure on you and accommodates every budget size.
We chose to custom make the engagement and bridal wedding band and they did an AMAZING job! The groom wedding band was ordered from one of their designers and we are also very happy with it. Go see Tony and he'll treat you like you're family!
The staff: amazing.
The ring: spectacular.
The service: cannot be beat.
The staff remembers my name and I got my ring over 8 months ago. They always offer drinks and goodies and a steam for my ring. I will miss the staff when we're not living in Seattle anymore!!
Very nice, helpful sales staff. Not real pushy to by. I bought my engagement ring there. I was disappointed that they do not carry the matching wedding band.
My groom surprised me with the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!! It was gorgeous. Kim worked with him for over a month, selecting the perfect rock and setting. It was so beautiful. We got his band from Kim too. He loves it. Thanks EE!
I absolutely loved them! They were very helpful when I had questions about sizing and polishing. They were very patient with my now husband when he was picking out the ring. They understood what he wanted and took the time to help him get it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at buying jewelry!
I like to shop around and find the best deal. My husband does not like to shop for jewelry.
I lost out on the shopping around with both the engagement ring (for obvious reasons), but also the wedding band. I'm sure there are better deals, but the service, user friendly for men environment, and selection and quality won them out business for all three if our wedding rings!
I first went ring shopping at the E.E. Robbins in Tacoma. I was very impressed by their service--even though I wasn't buying that day, the salesman was not pushy and waited hand and foot on me and my friend.
When my now husband went to look at the rings, he had to go to the Bellevue location as the Tacoma one had closed. The Bellevue store already had all my information, including the rings I liked, waiting for him. The salesman worked within his budget to make the ring exactly what I wanted.
The ring I chose was made by a designer, yet it looked very unique and was absolutely perfect for me. The choices at E.E. Robbins were great!
My one problem came with the wedding rings. When we picked them up, my husband's ring came as hammered rather than brushed tungsten, and my ring had the rhodium finish when I had ordered it without. My ring was fixed right away by the jeweler in the store, but my husband's new ring took another week or so to get in. We had to take another trip to pick his ring up, which is unfortunate as we do not live close to this location.
Yes, they were rather expensive. In the end, though, the price was worth it for the friendly service and the amazing quality of the ring.
EE Robbins is fabulous. I am glad we made the decision to use them as our jeweler. They are kind, thoughtful, and take the time to listen to what you really want. We are so happy with EE Robbins!!!
The staff here at E.R.Robins are very friendly and not pushy at all. They have a nice selection of simple classy rings to very unique one-of-a-kind rings. After checking out other major name jewelry stores, we went back to E.E.Robins and bought our wedding rings. We fell in love with our rings but also with the friendly staff, Michelle's personality!
We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from EE. The person who helped us was wonderful, but the amount of time it took us to get both of the rings was ridiculous. This was the only downside from purchasing through them. They do have a great warranty though and friendly staff.
Very good service and low pressure sales.
**Disclaimer** I used the E.E. Robbins in downtown Bellevue, but couldn't find them listed on the site.
My engagement ring was custom made, as the jewels are an heirloom and had to be reset onto a more modern band. Therefore, the jewelers at E.E. Robbins suggested we also get the wedding band custom made to match the engagement ring. They really took their time on designing the ring and making sure the look would be succinct. They took the time to make a wax mold so we had an idea of how the actual ring would turn out before we purchased.
Cons: turnaround time was sometimes irritating, as the goldsmith kept making small errors and we would have to leave the rings with him for a week at a time. Cost of saudering/resizing was much higher than quoted (we were told it would either be free or about $15, and it ended up being $65)
They are always helpful and friendly.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, even though we weren't sure what style we were looking for. They had a wide selection of wedding bands, and we ended up finding exactly what we wanted. Every time we come back, we are welcomed with smiles and hugs.
We love that EE Robbins is a local business with a long and rich history in Seattle. We also loved the great treatment we received every time we went in to shop for rings. It took us a long time to make a decision and they were always patient and fun. I know you can find similar rings on line for less money, but it feels good to support a local company and the security in future service is worth quite a bit. Rings can be serviced and even exchanged for a lifetime.
we had a great experience at EE. Courtney at the bellevue location was great!!!
I was lucky and got to pick my setting after my husband proposed with the diamond in a plain setting. They did a return on the original band and swapped it out with the one I picked. Forget the setting for a minute...the DIAMOND! It is amazing! The only snafu was the wrong size was ordered of my wedding band so I had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the right size to come in. But they took care of it, including hanging on the wrong size just in case the right one didn't come in time, but it did so all was well! I think they are much better than the other chains you see like Jared, Shane, etc. Plus they always give you a snack and a drink when you come in!
But the best part is: their lifetime guarantee. As long as you bring your ring in every 6 months for a cleaning and quick inspection (to make sure no diamonds are loose) they will replace if you loose one free of charge!
We love my engagement ring. The only problem is when we wanted to buy the matching wedding band they quoted a price over the phone and then we went in the next day and it was $500 more than the day before. The price kept going up. We decided to go with another jeweler and were happy with that. I went to get my engagement ring cleaned before the wedding and they took 20 minutes to clean the ring and gave it back and it was still very dirty. They said it would take at least two days to clean it better.
If you thought walking into the "Cheers" bar where everyone knows your name was great, then check out EE Robbins in downtown Seattle where you truely are treated like family upon first step in the door.
My then-fiance and I checked out every ring store from Tulalip to Tacoma and fell in love with Emerson and his gang. Not only do they offer wine as your gaze through the cases, they are so knowledgable and don't treat you like you're some peasent who knows nothing.
Chelsea worked with my then-fiance to design my engagement ring from the band all the way to hand picking the diamond. They always have time for you and ask about our lives. We spent alot of time down there and will always go back for our jewlery needs.
Don't look anywhere else - head straight to EE Robbins!
After looking at a number of options for our wedding rings, EE Robbins in Belltown was chosen for its style: the place had exactly the rings we wanted. Unfortunately, my ring was pricier than we expected. But Kimberly and the EE staff worked to find us the perfect ring at the perfect price. They were quick to contact us with details, updating us at every turn. It's a great store that I would fully recommend.
They tried to build a custom piece and in the end they melted a piece of jewerly I gave as a sample without permission and I ended up calling the owner to get the whole thing straightened out I would never go back. First impression was good but the quality and care they took with my ring and personal items was so outragious I can't believe anyone would use them for a wedding ring! Terrible!!!
... when they called themselves "the engagement ring store." EE Robbins was the most fun my fiance and I had shopping for rings before our engagement.
Selection: being a specialty store, EE Robbins has the more variety in engagement rings than your traditional jeweler. They have everything from very traditional solitaires to quirky modern rings that look more like art than jewelry. Something for every taste. I wanted something that was unique, and I found a lot of options here. They have arrangements with designers too, so if you can't find what you're looking for there, they can have it made.
Service: this is where EE Robbins shines above the rest! My fiance were warmly welcomed every time we came into the store, and usually offered food and drinks (Jones Soda, water, or wine) while we shopped. Our sales consultant, Jennifer, remembers us by name when we visit, and she gave a lot of good advice to new ring shoppers. She told us what to look for in a good ring, and everything she said rang true with the research we did from other sources. I wish I could have such knowledgeable and friendly service everywhere I shopped!
Value: value is important in a purchase like your engagement/wedding ring, and EE Robbins delivers! A lifetime guarantee on the stone, and free check-ups/cleanings for the ring itself twice a year. The craftsmanship on the designer rings is spectacular to begin with, so having such a great replacement plan on top of that is like icing on the cake, so to speak!
I normally go to the Bellevue location. The service is great, however they're horrible at keeping track of their notes- they tend to misplace everytime.
