Disgusting people and even more disappointing work. You all deserve NEGATIVE STARS.
This place has been an issue since the very beginning. DO NOT GO HERE. Every bad review talking...
about shoddy workmanship is true. Same with the unhelpful distrustful workers that come in and verbatim tell you they were too busy to help with your situation. I have only had my engagement ring for 2 years now and it has broken TWICE. Every year an issue comes up with this defective ring. The first time a diamond fell out, less than a year in, the other location in DFW borderline refused to fix it. The diamond fell out because of the setting where it is against my finger (a non pressure point that was pointed out by one of your managers VALERIE) had split down the middle. They decided to replace it all while making us feel like they are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts and when I picked it up, the setting was still split but the diamond was replaced so I decided to leave it there. I should have known better. Another year later, the same exact diamond falls out and now the other side of the setting is splitting identical to the original. We email corporate to see what they are going to do about it and manager VALERIE decides to call us in. She examines the ring and is also confused at why it has broken and decides the entire thing needs to be replaced. She tells us it will be 6-8 weeks to get it back. Guess what? I STILL DON’T HAVE MY RING and we are now over 8 weeks. I have made phone call after phone call and email after email trying to speed the process up. What’s interesting is that Valerie was the initial correspondence telling us everything will be fine, she’ll make sure we’re updated and we have not heard from her but twice this entire time (each time we have had to reach out to her to get an update.) Another manager ALEXIS has been who we are mostly dealing with. She was also the one to say she was “busy with other things” and did not ensure that proper steps were being taken or communicated in regards to the return of my ring. She said it was “helpful for you to call me so I can make sure to check for an update.” So now I have to make sure to take the reigns on my ring being returned to me, since no one there seems to care. My ring should have been back to me already, but due to excuses of “delays” here and there with no REAL explanation, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY RING BACK. Corporate even got back to me that my ring would be “overnighted to the Dallas location to be sent to you.” That was OVER A WEEK AGO. You would think at some point this place and these people would do their due diligence to get my ring back so they could at least be done with it, yet here we are. Please don’t give this place even a spec of attention, let alone money. They will simply take it and give you a defective/broken piece of junk. (Or not give it back in my case.) DISGUSTING, DISTASTEFUL, PLACE. BUYER BEWARE - WHAT A REGRET.
My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band at Robbins Brothers. They did not have the wedding band that matches my engagement ring in-store ,but were able to order i...
t from the company. Also ,they have a beautiful selection, great customer service, and a promise program to help maintain jewelry and keep it cleaned/serviced . My husband also got me a beautiful necklace from Robbins Brothers as a wedding day gift. We recommend them for their quality, services, and selections!
My husband and I went ring shopping several months before he proposed, and he allowed me to pick the ring design I loved at Robbins Brothers to avoid a disappointment on what shoul...
d be a special day. We worked with consultant Kamal B. when we purchased the engagement ring and both wedding bands, and he was extremely relaxed and down-to-earth. Robbins Brothers was our first choice for rings, and our experience from start to finish just confirms that we made the right decision to shop there. It is a bit pricier, but you can't beat the level of service (even after your wedding) and beautiful selection that they have to offer.
We went in to purchase my husband’s wedding band and spoke with Laryssa. She was very patient and answered all of our questions! She had us all fixed up and back to our day in 20 m...

The store is beautiful and offers a wide variety of brands!
We found our wedding bands here and it was such a quick and easy process!
I went in looking for a wedding band to pair with my engagement ring. I had been to 4 other jewelry stores before trying Robbins Brothers and was having a very difficult time findi...
ng a band to match my engagement ring. I was hesitant to go to a bigger retailer having concerns about customer service, price, and quality. I prefer to shop at smaller mom and pop type businesses. But I am SO glad I gave Robbins Brothers a chance.
I was paired with Stacey who is absolutely FANTASTIC! She is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and provided great customer service. I had so much fun with her. Before we even started pulling rings she took mine to be cleaned and gave me a chance to browse the cases. Stacey took all of my ideas into consideration and really listened to what I wanted. She gave suggestions based on her professional experience and in no way tried to upsell me or pull rings that did not fit the style or price range I was looking for. We ended up finding a ring that matched with mine perfectly and I couldn't be happier. It was a pressure free, stress free experience.
Robbins Brothers has a great selection. There is a variety of brands both designer and more affordable options. Even if you don't end up buying your ring here I highly recommend checking it out since you can try on lots of different styles to get a better idea of what you like without having a pushy sales rep pressuring you to buy something you don't want.
We had a friend suggest checking out Robbins Brothers for our rings. I was wonderfully surprised with the selection we had to choose from. I wanted to take home several but I settl...
ed for just one haha. It was a great pleasure working with RB thank you for the great service.
I found that robins brothers had the best selection in the style that I liked. It took a bit longer than I wanted but it was well worth the wait.
We purchased both of our rings from Robbins Brothers at separate times. (Great mind think alike) I was overwhelmed with the selection. Great Job
We went into the store just to get an idea of what kind of engagement/wedding ring set I would like. The sales lady was awesome. Not pushy but very helpful. I was able to find the...
perfect set of rings and customize them just a little bit to make them perfect. I did not break my budget as well. They are awesome. I look at my rings everyday and love them.

enter stone for my ring. I absolutely fell in love and knew they put time into my design. We later went in to purchase our wedding bands for the big day, and were very please with our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend to any future brides.

hout hanging up on me--hate to say this but as crazy as it sounds it appears they have no intention or giving me either my money or the ring....and the cherry on top is fiance ended it since I didn't propose by an agreed upon date. So I am out my money and my wife...thanks, Robbins Brothers I really owe you one for all you have done for me
The staff at Robbins Brothers were so helpful and very sweet!!! We looked for rings at many different places, but Robbins Brothers was by far the best!!!!
My husband and 'i loved our experience with the Dallas Robbins Brothers store. They were really helpful and we were able to find the perfect engagement ring.

d my dad went to pick up my ring my dad was so impressed he ordered a new wedding band from them (as he had lost his a few weeks earlier.) A few days later my dad found his old wedding band, so he called them and they agreed to switch out his purchase for my husbands wedding band instead. They were so kind to work with us. Once the ring came in I was so booked with wedding details they asked if I would like them to mail it to my home instead, they did and it was PERFECT! I could not have asked for a better experience!

nly inconvenience that I experienced was a two-month wait for re-sizing of the wedding band (as it had to be sent to the original manufacturer) and an associated significant increase in price.
They have a wide selection of rings to suit many different preferences and their prices are comparable to other popular fine jewelry stores. I have already taken advantage of their free cleaning services several times!
Although all the jewelry is wonderful here, some of their employees are not very knowledgeable.
I had to go up there a total of 10 times. 5 for re-sizing and 5 for a wedding ban...

Everyone was courteous and made sure we got the perfect rings and clean and polish them anytime I come in.

Did not find the brides.
Our ring was perfect. Price was worth it and customer service is outstanding. My ring was expensive because if the center stone we chose.

than a week. They have a great selection, but make sure you're clear about how you'll pay!
My husband bought my engagement ring and my wedding band from Robbins Brothers. They did a great job and the rings are quality. Love them!
I am a size 3 ring and we weren't able to get the bands sized in time for the wedding, so Robbins brothers customized my rings exactly to how I pictured it
I love my wedding band. That's where I got my engagement ring and I love the set
I went to the store at 14080 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX.

s very helpful in finding the perfect setting and diamond.
I had saved up the money I needed for the engagement ring and wanted to use that money and not credit to purchase. Somehow, Robbins Brothers ended up persuading me in going with a credit company they supported instead. They ran my credit through two different companies and opened up accounts on two different credit cards I didn’t agree to. The account they used had 0% interest for a year but in the fine print, it said if you didn’t pay off the ring within the first year, the full price would be put back on the card at a ridiculous APR. Because of this, I just wanted to pay off the ring and not worry about it any longer. I tried to get in touch with Robbins and Brother’s management to find out which company they went with but they couldn’t tell me which company they signed me on with because they didn’t have the paperwork. And they couldn’t tell me how to get in touch with them. When I finally figured out which company it was and got in touch with them, they went though made it very difficult to pay off the loan price and to cancel the card.
While my fiancé (now wife) loves her ring, I will never shop at Robbins Brothers again or recommend it.
Great selection and fantastic customer service!
We had a long engagement and waited a while to get bands. By the time we went the matching bands to my engagement ring were discontinued. The sales guy searched all over and found ...
the last two remaining in two different stores in other states and had them sent free of charge to us. Amazing service, went above and beyond to find us the perfect rings
My husband bought my ring here. I have taken it back multiple times to be cleaned and sized. Everyone has always been very nice and quick.

Great experience, we actually went to the Dallas store.
We purchased my engagement ring at Robbins Bros and had an excellent experience. We were able to take our time, look around, and asks lots of questions. We were not pressured by ...
the salesman and continue to have quality service every time I return to get my ring cleaned. The waranty policy is also excellent!!
Love love my engagement ring. They didn't have to many bands but they had matching ones. Great service. Little expensive but so unique you'll want to buy.
The peace of mind service promise is great. I've had my ring resized 3 times and soldered my engagement ring and wedding band together and it was all covered by the plan. Nice and ...

We totally regret getting our rings from this place. The rings we got are beautiful but the overall service was terrible. Prior to getting engaged my husband had asked me to stop ...
in to Robbins brothers to take a look at rings to give him an idea of what I liked. My husband works a lot so I had to got by myself. The sales person made me feel awful for coming in without him. We over looked that first time incident and purchased my husband wedding band there. We tried to purchase mine there but they no longer carried the band to match my engagement ring. The sales associate didn't even offer to help me find a ring at another Robbins Bro I had to do all the leg work. She tried to sell me something that looked awful with my ring. Our set wasn't too cheap but I felt like if you didn't spend 10k with them you weren't worth their time.
Our rings are beautiful, they were so helpful in finding the perfect pair for us.
I have had NOTHING but positive experiences with this Robbins Brothers Store. Before we were engaged we visited this store. It was a little intimidating at first, but they truly we...
re cost friendly and the clerks took just as much time with us barely working college students as they would have a millionaire.
I returned to the store to purchase my Husbands wedding band and I am VERY pleased with the product and once again the service. I quite honestly LOVE this store and think of it as a family jeweler!
Great Product, Service, and Professionalism ! I will definitely be going back and recommend it to others.

I love my engagement ring and wedding band. I receive so many compliments from everyone. It matches my style exactly (simple elegance with a vintage feel). The sales person was sup...

I came to Robbins Brothers in need of a diamond to place in the center of the engagement ring I purchased from another store. They were able to work with me and my price range and ...
gave me a great diamond that was both high quality and a good size and color for a decent price. They also offered a full warranty on the ring, which makes you feel much better about making such a big purchase. The one downside to them and most higher end jewelry stores is they do treat people differently based on if they look like they have money.
Great place, great selection, great service. Very happy we chose to use Robbins Bros for our rings!
very large selection but can get a little pricey. Great service and we did not feel pressured.
From what I heard from my husband, his experience was one of the best. The minute he walked into the store, they put his mind at ease, and made his experience such a breeze. Great ...

I loved the store and the fabulous selection of rings they had to offer. The only downside was this annoying sales guy who turned out the be the manager. He literally pulled me and...
my now husband apart to ask him what he needed to do to get him to buy the ring "today." I was so annoyed because we just wanted to look then come back later when we had made the decision on what we wanted. He was so annoying and from New York - name is Gary! Steer clear of him and you should enjoy your shopping experience!
