Absolutely love this place! Conrad was amazing and helped us with everything we could ever want or need. I got a custom engagement ring made from a family heirloom and we had our wedding bands made through them. Everything has been very reasonable price wise. My fiance and I are only 23 and this was the first place that treated us like adults and understood that we were on a budget.

unfortunately, our experience was not the best at Robbins brothers. My fiance had a very specific engagement ring design in mind and the salesperson made her feel as if she was being unreasonable. I didn't realize the huge difference in service until we went to a different store in Friendswood. at this other store they made sure to let my fiance know it would be no problem to create the design she wanted rather than purchase a style in the store . The frustrating things about this experience were that 1) I told the salesperson multiple times I had no hard deadline and didn't mind custom designing the ring 2) when shown pictures of what we wanted the salesperson said "well sometimes when brides see a specific ring they get an idea in their head that doesn't actually exist." 3) when we went to another jeweler they gave my fiance the exact look the salesperson said would be a challenge to find/make by custom making the ring. on the positives everyone was polite and the salesperson was very good about following up with us. we just found the experience to lack a certain level of customer focus. I think of you're looking for a style they have in the store you will be very well served here

We had a fantastic experience. When you come in they give you a little tour of where to find rings, their history, and how to judge a great diamond. My fiance & I purchased our wedding rings here from a very patient sales person who let us try on the same several rings several times. We left to get lunch and discuss it and came back to purchase our rings. There was no high pressure sales tactics which really sold us on this store- we loved how friendly everyone was. I had found a band I liked the look of from an online company, and they were able to find a ring that looked almost exactly like it. We ordered it in white gold instead of the rose gold on display, and my husband picked out a meteor ring that's literally made from space rock (his cost more than mine!). When mine came in it was the wrong size and the staff was able to practically overnight me a corrected ring. The purchase includes cleanings whenever we want. Everything was very smooth and we worked out a payment plan with no problems. Would definitely recommend this store. Great selection and friendly staff. Thank you, Rowbin and Michael!

We worked with Joseph at the scottsdale store and he went above and beyond! He made my fiancé feel so comfortable in a very real scenario. Everyone in the store has been so kind and helpful! I'm proud to tell anyone who will listen that my ring came from Robbins brothers! One thing I love that's unlike most other stores is that you have to get your ring checked once a year instead of every six months to keep the warranty going strong. And they're flexible about it all! This way I don't have to worry about dates all the time because I'll always remember when we got engaged and it's easy to go get it cleaned once a year before then!
