Bryce and Taylor ensured that our October wedding was absolutely beautiful! We began working with Roberts and Co. just four months before our wedding after having to end a contract with a different planner. While our circumstance was a bit unique, I know we received the same incredible treatment that they show to all of their couples. The level of professionalism and care that we received made planning for and celebrating our wedding weekend stress-free. Taylor was available to answer any and all of my questions before the big day. She's absolutely a joy to work with and everyone in our family praised her seamless planning! She drove back and forth from our getting ready location to the reception space on the day of to ensure everything was delivered and setup and everyone stayed on time. If something went wrong, she handled it privately and we still don't know about it! We think our wedding day was perfect and we know that is thanks to the excellent service that Roberts and Co. offered to make our vision come to life.
Working with Rachel and the Roberts & Co. team was an absolute dream. From the first day we met, it was clear we were in good hands. We worked with Tabitha, Rachel, and Chelsea for our month-of wedding coordination, and they did an outstanding job. With about 100 guests, two locations (a church and reception venue), and guest shuttles to manage, they made the whole process seamless.
They put together a detailed schedule and day-of itinerary for us, followed up with vendors on logistics, and made sure everything was on track as the wedding day approached. On the big day, they managed a few challenges—like a missing bouquet, a missing neon sign plug, and even some wedding crashers—without us ever having to worry about them. Thanks to their professionalism, these issues were handled swiftly, and we didn’t even notice they had occurred.
In addition to coordinating the wedding day, Tabitha and Rachel provided invaluable guidance on things like menu planning, transportation vendors, the reception floor plan, and other logistics. Their expertise truly helped us navigate everything with ease.
We are incredibly grateful to their team for allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day without a single worry.
Rachel Patterson was the best planner we could have asked for. Early in the planning process, she took the time to personally meet and learn about our personalities, relationship, and what kind of wedding we wanted. From the very beginning, Rachel's warmth and thoughtfulness made the entire wedding planning process feel effortless, and her guidance was invaluable. Her day-of coordination was flawless. Rachel Patterson with Roberts & Co. did a fantastic job as our wedding coordinator. Rachel was so easy to work with and made us feel like our wedding was running on autopilot so that we could enjoy every moment without having to worry about a thing. Leading up to the event, Rachel managed all of our vendors, coordinated details with our venue, and helped us complete last-second to-dos. She also designed a great floor plan in a challenging venue space. On the day of, she made us feel at ease the whole time and did an amazing job making sure the event went off without a hitch. Hiring Rachel (and the team) is a no-brainer decision that you will not regret.
We are so glad that we decided to go with Roberts & Co. for our wedding. We worked with Rachel for full-planning services—and she was fantastic! My husband and I have very hectic jobs and were looking for someone who would help keep the temperature down when we got stressed out. Rachel was a perfect fit. She was extremely organized, meticulous, and solutions-oriented. We always knew that she had things covered, which allowed us to relax and focus on what was important. And she did an excellent job coordinating with our vendors, with just the right amount of communication to us when issues or decision points arose.
Rachel helped us create a beautiful design for our wedding. We had somewhat quirky preferences, but she took it all in stride and perfectly captured the tone and atmosphere we were going for. And on the day of the wedding, she kept things moving seamlessly. Our ceremony ended up running slightly long, and Rachel miraculously got things back on schedule. We have received many compliments from our guests since the wedding on how smoothly the day went—all thanks to Rachel and her team. We are so happy we got the chance to work with her, and can’t imagine having gone through the planning process with anyone else. We can’t recommend her enough.
Working with Roberts & Co was the best team I could have asked for to plan our dream wedding. From our first week of wedding planning to the moment our wedding weekend began, Rachel was a DREAM to work with. She is so attentive, responsive, and organized. Patiently holding our hands through each step of the 15 month countdown to the wedding. She has such a calming, gentle and assuring presence that genuinely made the planning fun and upbeat. Rachel went above and beyond in EVERY way to make our dream wedding a reality. She listened attentively and was flexible as we figured out the ceremony and reception design, constantly checking in with me to ensure that the vision I had in my head was coming to fruition. Any random question that popped into my head (where should I buy Colin’s tux? When should I steam my dress? Etc etc), Rachel was always excited and willing to help. By the time the wedding weekend came around, I was incredibly relaxed and trusting that this team had my back. As a natural planner with a type A personality, I had absolutely nothing to do except to show up and be present! Absolutely everything else was taken care of. We got married the weekend of Hurricane Ophelia and I had a dream of taking our first look pictures at the Jefferson Memorial. When we arrived, the walkway leading up to the steps was flooded in 8 inches of water. Without hesitation, Rachel knew how much the shots meant to me and said that if I was okay with it, we could wade through the flooded pathway. Rachel picked up my dress, held the umbrella over me and consequently ruined her shoes as she guided me to the steps of the Jefferson memorial without a stain to my dress or a hair out of place. At some point during photos, some mud got on the dress. When we arrived at the ceremony venue, Chelsea, an associate planner, was on the ground with shout wipes 30 minutes before the ceremony, making my dress perfect again as I sipped champagne, laughing and chatting with her. This team is pure magic. Thank you to Rachel, Tabitha, and Chelsea for all that you do. Our day was perfect. I’ll never be able to put into words how grateful I am.

Hiring Rachel and Roberts & Co. was by far the best decision we could have made! Rachel made the wedding process so seamless and non-stressful by thinking of everything that we could possibly need for our wedding day. She is incredibly organized, competent, and kind. We received so many compliments on how smooth and well-run our wedding was and that was truly all thanks to Rachel.
Bryce is Amazing!!! We couldn’t have planned a more perfect wedding for our daughter, Caroline, without him!! Bryce thinks of everything and takes care of all of the details!! The wedding day was stress free because of Bryce . He is confident , professional and great to work with! We would recommend highly to anyone planning a wedding or any event!!
Working with Tabitha was the best decision we made for our wedding. We used Roberts and Co's full planning services for about a year and a half. During that time, Tabitha helped us with every facet of our wedding, beginning with selecting a venue, attending venue tours with us, and helping us compare venues based on our vision for the wedding. She helped us make every major decision while keeping our budget and vision for the wedding top of mind- her creative suggestions helped us bring our wedding to life in a way I hadn't expected, while prioritizing staying within budget along the way. She was extremely honest and realistic with us throughout the entire process, and always kept a cool head. I truly appreciated how much she advocated for us when there were a few minor missteps or miscommunications along the way with our vendors. Tabitha took care of everything and completely took that stress off of our plates, which was priceless. One of the greatest sources of value in working with Tabitha and her team is their expertise- I felt completely reassured that we were working with the best vendors, both in terms of overall quality and who was the best fit for what we were looking for. Our actual wedding day came together perfectly- everything about it felt seamless, and there was not a single moment I was stressed about any part of our wedding on the day of because Tabitha and her team had it all handled. Our family and bridal party felt the same way. I can't recommend working with Tabitha and her team enough, they are WELL worth the investment and more.
Tabitha is literally the best! We worked with her on our 6 month timeline wedding. It was outdoors, at a family house in a remote location and we were planning from a different state so definitely not an easy brief.
She was absolutely incredible at gathering amazing vendors, giving great advice and collaborating on our design vision. We are definitely picky but she somehow read our minds on exactly what we would like. Collaborating with her on everything was so fun.
Despite challenges like rude local vendors, storms day-of, an insane timeline and family dynamics Tabitha stayed calm and collected and guided us through. The refrain for the weekend was “Thank God for Tabitha”.
Her whole team was lovely and kind and a pleasure getting to know.

Do not know what we would’ve done without Bryce at our wedding. We used their coordinating services and several weeks out of the wedding he took over nearly everything and helped tie up loose ends that I hadn’t quite nailed down yet. Prior to the wedding he also made sure I had things figured out I would’ve never thought of without him. He was also able to offer suggestions when we asked, but never tried to force anything he made it very clear that it was our wedding and decisions were up to us. He’s super organized and helped me track all of the planning! Day of he took care of everything, again don’t know what we would have done without him. He kept track of all the important things so no one in the wedding party or in my family had to worry about much of anything except having fun. He also came prepared with everything one of my guests broke her heel during the reception and Bryce hot glued it together and she was back on the dance floor- everyone loved him! Thank you so much Robert’s and Co!!!
Rachel was fantastic to work with, and everything ran so smoothly on the wedding day thanks to her. She coordinated with vendors and provided excellent direction for us and our guests. All her instructions, materials, and communication in the run up to the big day really put us at ease.
Rachel with Roberts and Co Events was an exemplary planner from start to finish - we started the planning process with Rachel 14 months prior to our wedding. As a former event planner, I was super impressed with her organization, and ability to think multiple steps ahead.
She always responded to my questions with confidence and calmness, and in doing so allowed me to focus my attention on my 9-5 and life tasks! Her eye for design was such a plus, as I am not good at those types of things!
If I did it over, I would do it the same - Rachel made things easy, streamlined and stress free.

The bride and groom reside in the Washington DC area. I am the mother of the bride from the Pacific Northwest who planned the wedding celebration from afar. We were referred to Tabitha Roberts from the catering manager of the hotel where the wedding reception was held. Due to our unfamiliarity with the DC area, Tabitha’s wealth of experience coordinating DC weddings proved invaluable. She thoughtfully curated vendors taking into consideration our budget and vision for the wedding. The wedding ceremony and reception were well orchestrated by a cohesive team of experienced professionals. On the wedding day, Tabitha and her assistant were in constant communication with the team to resolve circumstances beyond our control. Two examples come to mind. As the wedding party was waiting for transportation from the hotel to the chapel, Tabitha informed us that the limousine was stuck behind a car accident. She and the photographer quickly identified photo ops at the hotel to not waste time on the schedule. Shortly after that, Tabitha informed us that the limousine was arriving and we lost no time for photography. Tabitha was in constant communication with the hotel and us about weather contingencies. Due to rain, the cocktail hour was moved from the hotel patio to a lovely ballroom, and our guests were none the wiser. Those two examples can be stressful, but were well managed by Tabitha and the team. We put our trust in Tabitha, her assistant, and the wedding team and they never disappointed. The timeline that she designed was well executed and allowed us time to relax, take in moments, and enjoy our guests during the wedding day. Coordination by Tabitha and her assistant on the wedding day was outstanding. We have many cherished memories from our wedding celebration.
Hiring Tabitha to be our partial planner was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. She helped us throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions and brought us the best vendor options for our day. She ensured our wedding day was as seamless as could be, and handled hiccups as the pro she is. I had so much fun on my wedding day, and it’s because I knew the day was in her (and her assistant, Rachel’s!) capable hands. So many of my guests said it was one of the best weddings they’d ever been to. We already miss working with her!
My (now) husband and I used Roberts and Co for "month of planning" and it made all the difference. We had already figured out most of our vendors, but Tabitha was ALWAYS ready to answer questions, give GREAT advice, and help with all of the final details. Truthfully, calling it 'month of' was a misnomer, she answered questions and helped us with final details much further out than that! Six weeks out from our wedding, she met with us at the venue with our different vendors and got everyone 'on the same page.' She was so organized and helped us think through a lot of details that we definitely hadn't thought of.
On the actual wedding day, she had everything perfectly timed and made sure that everything just "worked." We were able to REALLY enjoy our day, without having to wonder if things were going to plan. I'm sure that she took care of a lot of things that day that WOULD have been problems, but we were just enjoying ourselves. At the end of the night, we came back to our room and found that she'd gathered a lot of keepsakes (our menus, the cork from our champagne bottle, etc) that we hadn't even realized that we'd want!
Take it from us, we weren't sure whether we "needed" a coordinator or not, but it was the best money we spent!
Rachel was our day of coordinator for our wedding on 10/15/22 and our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her and her team. She was so organized during our planning calls before the wedding and during she handled everything so we didn't have to. Would hire her again in a heart beat!
We hired Roberts & Co. for our April 2022 wedding and utilized their full planning services. We worked with Tabitha for 18 months prior to our wedding in Northern VA, and could not be more impressed by her organized process, honest and direct manner, and great attention to detail. Tabitha helped us pick out every single vendor for our wedding, and ensured that we remained within budget with all of our decisions. She went above and beyond during the planning process- for example, she accompanied me to my last alterations appointment (after several past disastrous appointments) to help advocate for me. She is the kind of person who has endless backup plans and who can handle any disasters that may ensue; this allowed us to go into our wedding day as stress-free as possible. Rachel was our day-of coordinator (Tabitha was not available for our actual wedding day which we knew when we booked our venue) and she was absolutely amazing. Several guests commented on her calm and friendly demeanor, and were so impressed by how she handled the wedding day. She is a great listener, and made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed. All in all, hiring Roberts & Co. was the best decision we made in regards to wedding planning, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner!
Our friend recommended we reach out to Tabitha when we got engaged, and we're so glad we did! She's professional, knows her vendors & event planning, and on top of it. She regularly saved us dozens (maybe even hundreds) of hours by providing us short-lists of vendors--photographers, caterers, florists, venues, H&MU, entertainment--that already had availabilities on our selected dates and fit our budget and were people she worked with before and knew were reliable. I would have been so overwhelmed sorting through all of the options, calling dozens of people, and struggling to navigate all of the different options and logistics alone. She also gave us thoughtful advice to help us throw a good party, in ways that showed her experience at planning probably hundreds of events. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly from load in to load out (something I definitely could not have managed!) and took care of issues even before I knew they existed (missing liquor for our cocktail? She grabbed it, and I was none the wiser.) We went into our wedding feeling quite relaxed, and we thank Tabitha for that!
Rachel was our day-of coordinator for our smaller Thursday ceremony, and she was also amazing! I tried to plan it myself, but realized we needed a day-of coordinator when I discovered I could not literally be in two places at once. Rachel met us ahead of time to do the walk through, checked to make sure all of our vendors were good to go, and managed all of our load in and load out for a DC War Memorial ceremony. She was so much fun and also so good at keeping everything running on time and without a hitch. She is also very cool under pressure! I found out later she helped our officiant write out parts of the ceremony none of us thought about until 15 minutes before our wedding. Thank you, Rachel!
I am SO grateful to Tabitha & her entire team for making my dream day come true. She is the absolute best & I don't know what I would've done without her. She is so knowledgeable - I felt so secure throughout the entire wedding process because she was always 10 steps ahead of me, knew the answer to all of the millions of questions I asked her, gave me tips & tricks I had never even thought of & was my voice of reason during what could've been a very chaotic & stressful time. She made the wedding planning process so enjoyable for me & my family. It was truly a pleasure to work with her every day. She has incredible taste & nailed my vision. Rachel was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and it absolutely could not have happened without her help. In the planning phase, she kept meticulous track of every single little detail, called out several things that we missed (or hadn’t even thought about), and helped us solve problems and make decisions every step of the way. She was a great listener and it always felt like she understood what we wanted and worked really hard to make it happen. During the day of our wedding, she was incredibly reliable and communicative. We had a lot of curveballs thrown our way from bad weather and transportation issues, but she stayed calm every moment—and kept everyone else calm around her, including us. She was supportive and direct, but incredibly kind and fun through every interaction, and we could really tell that she loves what she does. Despite all the moving pieces involved in a wedding, we felt completely at ease with Rachel at the helm and breathed a sigh of relief knowing that we could enjoy ourselves. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for anyone planning a wedding in the future!
Planning a wedding is overwhelming…I hear. I never got overwhelmed because Bryce with Roberts and co had it under control. From the jump he outlined what we needed to do, when we needed to do it and made sure it got done. He was very responsive. There are so many decisions and options and he helped me narrow down when I needed help. I picked out everything individually, however, it was Bryce who brought it all together. Went above and beyond my expectations. The most magical and perfect night of my life! Working with Bryce was the best decision I made, other than marrying my partner :)
Our daughter’s wedding was last weekend. Without a doubt, the best decision we made in the wedding process was hiring Bryce Carson. Bryce is the ultimate professional with incredible tastes. He knows all the best vendors, kept us organized and on schedule. He was a complete joy to work with. The most important aspect of the entire process was that he met with my daughter and my son in law, one on one, to hear from them what their expectations were for a dream wedding. He totally personalized the wedding with their visions, their style and taste. At one point at the wedding reception, my daughter said that the night was magical and it far exceeded her expectations. Friends and family have called and texted this week saying the wedding was by far one of the prettiest and best weddings they have ever attended. The flowers, food and decor were exceptional. No detail was left unattended. And on top of everything, Bryce kept us on budget, actually little below. Bryce was a joy to work with and I cannot say enough great things about him.
We hired Tabitha for our June 2022 wedding. Right from the start, I knew Tabitha was the right choice for us. I loved her vibe (direct, honest, and to the point) and how she laid out her very organized process so we knew what to expect which immediately instilled confidence and trust. She was especially helpful when it came to meeting with vendors and making budget-related decisions based on what would make the most impact. We pivoted our design plans a few months before the wedding and Tabitha was super flexible in making our new vision come to life. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she truly went above and beyond, taking a lot of stress out of planning. Day of, I was surprisingly relaxed and I attribute most--if not all--of that to Tabitha. I knew I could count on her to take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and we were so grateful to have Tabitha and her team there with us. We definitely could not have done it all without her. I highly recommend Tabitha and the team at Roberts & Co--they were truly one of our best decisions!
Hiring Tabitha is hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! In fact, if I could do anything differently, it would be to hire Tabitha from Day 1 for full planning. We hired Roberts & Co to design and coordinate our wedding and it was worth every penny-- in fact my parents have said multiple times that hiring Tabitha was the best money we spent for the entire wedding. My advice now to any of my friends planning a wedding is to find a great planner. I interviewed a dozen different wedding planners before I found Tabitha, but after about 3 minutes of conversation with her I knew there was no one better to work with.
Tabitha is a true professional and exudes competence. She’s both detail-oriented and helped me with the big picture “vision” of the day. Beyond her creativity in her design planning, her skill in handling all the details leading up to the wedding allowed us and our family members to truly enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. My husband and I had almost no wedding-related tasks to do the week of the wedding and kept thinking we were forgetting something, but Tabitha had it all under control! She was a pleasure to work with over our engagement and I always looked forward to her calls and emails. I'm going to miss working with her!
Hiring Bryce and bringing him on to lead our vendor team was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Let’s be honest…planning a wedding may be fun but it’s hard and stressful. Then you throw in a pandemic and things get even more chaotic. Not with Bryce!! He is a true expert in what he does and will help keep you calm and organized as you plan your wonderful, memorable, magical day. Bryce provides the magic you need to create your vision! He helped me postpone my big wedding, plan a backyard minimony in about 2 months, and then helped create a fabulous wedding celebration with our friends and family 6 months later. For our postponed celebration, I was also 7.5 months pregnant, and Bryce went above and beyond to help my dream come true while keeping me relaxed and on track. His knowledge, experience and professionalism make him an amazing wedding planner and a great person to work with. His number 1 goal is to make sure you’re happy and taken care of on your wedding day with as little stress as possible.
The night before our big wedding celebration a few things happened. 1 - Our credit card was declined for the buses we had reserved and it required immediate action. I was so busy with friends and family that I missed the emails and texts from the company. Not Bryce. He texted me, got a different card number, and called the company on my behalf. 2 - It was 10:00pm the night before our wedding and my husband and I realized we hadn’t printed our vows yet. I texted Bryce and he made sure they were printed and with the officiant for the ceremony. My day would’ve been a lot more stressful without him.
Last thing, one of my bridesmaids has been in about 5 or 6 weddings at this point. When we were eating lunch before the ceremony she said “this is the most relaxed getting ready session I’ve ever been a part of.” That truly is because of Bryce.
Hire him. You won’t regret it.
Tabitha and her team were the most amazing people to work with! My only regret is not hiring her to plan the entire wedding. Everything went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined - they thought of everything. We needed a last minute bottle of tequila, and it was taken care of before I even knew about it! Truly the most amazing team.
I’m not sure I can adequately put into words how phenomenal and invaluable Bryce is.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Bryce was, but I will do my best. Firstly, we gave him the challenge of having our wedding in Kentucky and working with multiple vendors in the Kentucky area - Bryce was so well organized and seamlessly coordinated with everyone that it blew even my OCD mind. He truly thinks of every single thing. The day of the wedding he made sure we and our wedding party stayed blissfully unaware of any snags that might have come up and dealt with them swiftly (from missing champagne glasses, loss of power in the tent during set up, and cars being stuck in the mud at 2 am!). He also managed to pull off a last minute change of ceremony site due to the rain holding off - which allowed us to get married the location I had dreamed of being married since I was little! Our reception was absolutely breathtaking as he worked with our vendors to transform my parent's backyard in to a southern wedding oasis! We truly cannot thank him enough and would work with him again and again without hesitation.

My fiance and I were totally clueless coming into the wedding planning process. Going into this we knew we needed help and came across some rave reviews of Bryce. He has made what my fiance and I thought would be a grueling process into one that we have been thrilled to be a part of.
We've also, unfortunately, had to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus and he has contacted all of our vendors to coordinate everyone for a new date, gathered and shared new contracts and basically re-planned everything for us as part of his original fee. Not only do his actions speak for themselves but he does everything with a smile and truly cares about the couples he works with. We would be lost without him!

We chose an unusual destination venue that had never done a wedding before, and Tabitha beautifully created the event from the ground up, which wasn't easy. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless, and we have Tabitha & Bryce to thank for that! I hired Roberts & Co with the hope that, as the bride, I wouldn't have to stress or run errands on wedding day, and they provided so much more than that. Tabitha helped us feel secure in the weeks leading up to our 9/1/19 wedding, making sure we didn't forget even the smallest detail and setting our expectations appropriately. On wedding day, we were able to sit back, relax and just have fun the entire day. If there were any issues or mishaps, I didn't hear about them. We do not know what we would have done without Tabitha on our wedding day. She was the perfect “month-of” wedding coordinator -- pleasant while also being very serious, organized, and down-to-business -- which is definitely what you need!
Prior to the wedding day, she helped us create a detailed schedule of the day, which she made sure to execute on the day of the wedding. What we appreciated most was that we didn’t have to worry about any of the timing, cueing up vendors, etc., on our wedding day -- she handled all that, so our wedding party and family and we could all relax. Seriously, if we didn’t have Tabitha, I don’t know how we would have seamlessly pulled off all the transitions from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception. Even when we got a little bit behind schedule (due to things outside her control), it seemed that Tabitha already had some wiggle room in the schedule and made sure everything got back on track and running smoothly. At the end of night, she made sure all the vendors got everything packed up, and she and her assistant also helped pack up some of our personal effects, so no one else in the wedding had to do any clean-up.
Other members of our wedding party and family noted how on top of things she was - Tabitha seemed to have a plan for every contingency.
We also appreciated her guidance prior to the wedding month -- helping with some wedding planning checklists, vendor recommendations, etc. She has a wealth of knowledge!

We did not have a positive experience using Roberts Event Planning for our wedding in 2015. Our coordinator, Alex, was not warm to work with. More than one of our vendors also let us know she was rude and condescending to them. Additionally, her work was not worth the value. Other than bringing some of our stuff to the wedding venue, which we had to take ourselves to her house, she did not come through on making sure the details were just as we had hoped. Seating arrangement cards were displayed crooked, wedding programs were haphazardly placed on seats, and after-hours pizza was not even set out for guest. Definitely the biggest disappointment as far as money we spent for our wedding.
Tabitha and her team were exceptional at making sure our wedding ran smoothly and stress free. They made sure everything happened on time, but did so in a way that was very calming and reassuring. I would HIGHLY recommend Tabitha's services to anyone planning a wedding.
Without a doubt, hiring Bryce was the best decision we made when we began our wedding planning journey. We met with several different coordinators and Bryce was the only one who started the process by getting to know us and making sure he understood the vision for our wedding. As soon as we hired him he involved himself in every aspect of the planning process, took over communication with vendors, came up with amazing recommendations that met both our vision and budget, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. He is very well connected in the area and could easily make recommendations we never would have found from just googling on our own. With his help, we actually came in under our original budget. Even though he was working with other clients, we always felt like we were a priority and his only customer. I can't imagine finding someone more organized, more professional, and more personable than Bryce. He kept us on schedule and when the day finally arrived, we didn't have a single worry. Everything was perfect and our wedding was even more beautiful than I had imagined it would be. I cannot thank Bryce enough for all he did for us. Hire him! You won't regret it.
I was just recommending Roberts & Co. to a friend (again!) and realized that I never posted a review after our wedding a few years ago. I am clearly not one who typically writes reviews :) Below is the email I sent to Tabitha thanking her right after our wedding. My husband and I still feel this way years later:
On the day of our wedding and for several days after (and still now) we found ourselves saying out loud so many times, "BEST DAY EVER!!!" We had such an amazing time with everyone and each other and that is in large part because of you. I honestly didn't feel stressed at all the day of, even with the rain, because you were so good at setting expectations and making sure we knew what was going to happen and when (like when we would make the call about whether or not to have the ceremony inside). You made everything that day -- getting set up, staying on schedule, and even picking things up the next day -- easy. I knew you had everything under control and I didn't need to worry about a thing. This was definitely one of the greatest gifts we could get from anyone for our wedding because you allowed us (and our family) to truly be in the moment. THANK YOU.

Tabitha was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She is extremely organized, professional, and experienced. I felt very comfortable handing everything off to her in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was confident that everything would run smoothly because of her and her assistant. She doesn't leave a detail behind. On our wedding day, it started raining right before our outdoor ceremony. She calmly alerted me and gave me a few options on how to proceed, but offered her best suggestion. We decided to go with that and ended up having a beautiful, intimate ceremony under a tent. This couldn't have been executed in the way that it did without her! She does everything in her power the day of your wedding to ensure her client (you) is happy and stress-free. I highly recommend her!

We had two ceremonies and one reception all in one day, not your typical wedding. Tabitha was a voice of calm in a sea of chaos. I could not have asked for a more helpful, professional, organized or insightful coordinator than Tabitha! She was absolutely phenomenal. From the very first conversation we had I knew she would be. I hired her for month-of coordination but she provided us with so much more than that. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot) so truthfully and in a timely fashion which was extremely helpful during the planning process. When it came to our final walk through at the venue and pre-wedding meeting, she had all the information I would have expected and more! Her questions and thoughts were so on point, we could all tell she was pulling from many years of incredible experience. We hired Tabitha to help bring together all the elements I'd had running around in my head, but didn't know where to start or who to call.
She was able to pick up on what I was picturing immediately, and had wonderful ideas and vendors to suggest to help blend together my and my husband's two different cultural traditions. Her taste is wonderful and she was able to take my vague ideas and preferences and turn them into concrete, beautiful reality.
On top of it, she handled a bona fide wedding disaster (massive snowstorm cancelling the whole thing) like a total champ, keeping us calm and collected in the process. The rescheduling was flawless-- I had thought it would be impossible but she made it feel like nothing at all. I can't say enough how helpful and on point she was through the whole thing. We hired Tabitha and her team for a full planning package and could not be happier. She worked with us in finding the best vendors for the wedding and was overly patience with me as I had a hard time making some of the large decisions. I knew what type of wedding I wanted buthad no idea how to actually make it come to life and how to even begin to dig through the tons of wedding pros in our area. She helped me narrow down our lists and meet some amazing options until we found our perfect team together. I loved working with her in the planning, she constantly helped me laugh to relieve stress but was also super professional with our families when they were involved in parts of the planning. I can not rave enouh about her and would recommend her over and over again!

I knew I wanted a Coordinator from the beginning since my wedding was at a small church and reception in another location. When I met with Tabitha it was easy from the start and she made the final stages of planning easy and stress free. She worked with me to create a timeline that worked for both my fiance (now husband!) and I and our families as well as worked with the caterers to iron out the details of our light reception. We set up all our decor the day of the wedding and even was nice enough to loan us some of her personal items to spruce up the space even more.
We had a few hiccups along the way, but she was always there with her assistant Alex to swoop in and save the day. We had a complaint for music noise and she worked with the Police to handle it and make sure that no one got in trouble and our party could continue. She was always kind and friendly with us and I can not say enough wonderful things about her and the way she kept me at ease on what could have been a very stressful wedding day.
My now husband and I hired Tabitha as our month of coordinator to help pull together last minute details, manage our other vendors and ensure that we didn't have to worry about the wedding logistics during the month leading up to the wedding and the day of. It was the best decision we ever made! Tabitha was extremely reasonably priced (actually costing us less than some of the other only day-of coordinators we inquired about), and she was extremely professional and organized through the entire process. I think it is probably rare that a bride says that there were no issues or problems that came up during her wedding day, but I can honestly say that there were NONE! (Well, if there were, I didn't hear about them because Tabitha took care of them!) We owe our lack of stress on our special day to Tabitha, and we cannot thank her enough!
One of the greatest decisions we made was hiring a “day of” coordinator, and Tabitha Roberts specifically. We were impressed with Tabitha from the moment we met her -- she is a perfect combination of professional and fun. She is very straight up, and she gave excellent advice and recommendations. If you hire her as a “day of” coordinator, what you’re really hiring is a “month of” coordinator and more. Well before our wedding, she was happy to give us advice and recommendations on vendors. She also helped to keep us on track in terms of hiring vendors. In the weeks before, Tabitha took over everything. She became the point of contact for our vendors, coordinated all the details with them, and came up with a timeline for the day.
On the day of our wedding, Tabitha was wonderful. She and her staff assisted with everything they possibly could have. They kept a tight schedule in line, coordinated delivery/pick-ups with all of our vendors, and made sure we had nothing to worry about. The transition between our ceremony and reception went smoothly, despite a very heavy downpour. Tabitha was also great about personally checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We received so many compliments from guests about how our wedding day went perfectly or “without a hitch.” In all honesty, we have no idea if there were any real issues that day--if any problems arose, neither us or our guests knew it, and that’s the way it should be. We also think it’s important to note that all of our vendors gave us very positive feedback about working with Tabitha.
Tabitha Roberts and her crew made our day such a pleasure for us and allowed us to really enjoy our wedding. If there is one thing we could recommend to other couples getting married, it would be to hire a “day of” coordinator, and Tabitha specifically--she is a true gem.
