Please DO NOT use this company for any event you give a damn about. We made the mistake of hiring them for our wedding in September of 2022. We paid an extra $350 for guaranteed delivery before 10:00am. They did not arrive until after 11:30am with no communication prior. Upon arrival, the driver of the box truck ran into an overhead electrical line knocking out power to our cabin and inflicting nearly $1,000 in damages. We were assured at the time that the guaranteed delivery fee and the damages would be taken care of. Unfortunately, we took their word. Since the event, we haven't heard a peep. We've sent multiple emails and called multiple times. It has become clear that they have no intention of taking care of this in a professional manner. We've hired an attorney and will be taking legal action to recoup our losses. PLEASE don't make the same mistake we did by trusting this company.
I dont even know where to start with this review. We didn't even get our rentals because they messed up so badly. The poor admin on the phone with me obviously felt very bad but my mom waited all day Friday for the rentals and then I sat with my bridesmaid the next morning at the venue for two more hours just to be told that they had no idea where our delivery was. I ended up getting a refund but this company is definitely NOT reliable for your wedding. Look elsewhere!
You get what you pay for rings true with Robin Event Rental. As a bride on a budget I was attracted to Robin for their great rental prices, but the saying too good to be true should have steered me away. After signing a contract with them, they often ignored communication with me and I constantly had to follow up. On the day of the dumped all the rentals in the parking lot of the venue citing a fine print footnote in their contract that said rentals will be delivered 10 ft from truck and then asked for thousands of dollars to move them into the venue. Meanwhile they were swearing and yelling at our coordinator and venue owner. Luckily our amazing catering company showed up early to move things. They discovered several of the tables and chair delivered were broken and dirty. After the event, Robin Event Rentals missed their own contracted pick up window and did not communicate. For our vendors this was their first time working with Robin Event Rental and now for many of them Robin is blacklisted. I will say Robin did give us a partial refund but I would have rather have quality products and services.
When the product got delivered, the chairs were filthy (we actually had to Clorox wipe them down because brushing the dirt off didn't work) and the dance floor had razor sharp edges (we had to cover them with duct tape for fear of someone getting hurt). After our service was complete, they were supposed to come pick up the product on Monday (which is clearly stated on our contract). After they didn't show up on time, my fiance called them. They tried to tell us they wouldn't pick it up until the next day because Monday was a holiday, but we only had the venue until Monday. We told them that and they tried to charge us an extra $300 to come out on the date the contract said, to which we let them know was unacceptable. They finally ended up coming out and picking their stuff up after hours of us being on and off the phone with them, only to realize we had already paid the $300 and they were trying to charge us again. Will never use this company again and nor will anyone else we know!
We used Robin Event Rentals for our "camping" wedding reception in the Arapaho National Forest near Grand Lake, CO on the weekend of July 4th. Robin Event Rental was super easy to deal with and was actually able to make a last minute change to our order the day before delivery of the event tent. The gentleman that delivered our tent was friendly and professional. Anytime we, or our friends in the area have need of rental equipment I will be sure to mention Robin Event Rentals!
The staff at Robin Rentals was very accommodating to our needs. They made sure that we had everything we needs and were very accommodating to the changes we had to make. They were a joy to work with. The rentals were also very high quality and priced well.
Very affordable and accommodating! The woman helping me was not very organized which was a little bit frustrating. Overall I am pleased with this company.
Tera was extremely helpful and flexible. Up to the last month we had some changes but nothing shook her. Choosing linens, chair covers, etc. can be quite overwhelming but Tera was patient and had some very good ideas. She also worked with our caterer, Origins, and that contributed to a very smooth, stress free event. The linens were of high quality contributing greatly to a beautiful wedding. I highly recommend Robin Event Rental and would use them again.
I really enjoyed working with Robins Event Rentals. I came across them at a bridal show and then went to visit their showroom in Loveland. Their showroom was great, they have so much to offer from linens to cotton candy machines, to chairs, tents, and dance floors. We only got table linens and napkins from them. WE had a special color for out table linens and they ordered them for us without hesitation. They also called to confirm our order a few weeks before which was great because it is amazing what you forget when the date starts getting close. I felt like I got a great deal for my money and they even deliver and pickup your order. I would definitely use this company again!
We used Robin Event Rental for our wedding of 300 guests and the tent was perfect! We were able to rent everything directly from them which included, tables and chairs and a 40x100 enclosed tent! It allowed us to have the family farm wedding in the comfort of a beautiful tent that was nice to shield us from any weather. We LOVED IT! And the men they had set it up were pretty friendly! The only problem we had was a fire extinguisher was used, which we didn't know happened, and they charged us an additional $30. It was a little irrating for them to be contacting us the day after our wedding to be told they needed an additonal $30 after we had just paid them $5,000.
Got tables, table linins and napkins. Everything went smoothly
Under no circumstance would I suggest doing business with Robin Event Rentals. They "usually have 1 wedding each year" in which you end up buying your linens after you already pay to rent them due to their launderer not getting them clean. The stains were oil in nature which should be no problem for ANY linen/laundering service to get clean! She (Tera, owner) made almost double the money on our wedding linens and said she was doing us a favor by taking off about $1/table cloth. All in all, she was not in it for customer service, she was in it for herself and protection of her profit margin. It's really disappointing to try to keep money as local as possible and you leave feeling taken advantage of.
I rented everything that I needed to turn a backyard into a beautiful wedding venue from Robin Event Rental. Tara was great to work with and she made it very easy for me to figure out exactly what i would need. Everything was delivered and the tent was set up when they said it would be and we didn't have any complications at all. I will use them for anything in the future that I can!
