Robin Hills Farm is a wedding venue located in Chelsea, MI. This 129-acre farm is an idyllic property situated just outside Ann Arbor, with multiple unique spaces that set the stage for a memorable event in the heart of nature. Robin Hills Farm offers something truly different with three distinct event spaces on a beautiful working farmland. The Pasture Barn is an elegant space constructed from timber and surrounded by eight acres of green pasture and sweeping views of rolling hills. The Glasshouse is a modern and sophisticated space with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer sweeping landscape views. It has a spacious, connected patio, making it a stunning backdrop for ceremonies. Host events with up to 150 guests in The Nest, a contemporary event space with an expansive outdoor patio. This space also has an industrial indoor bar, a private get-ready suite, and a dedicated dance floor. All three venues are accessible and offer seamless indoor and outdoor flow, giving you the flexibility to create a celebration that's uniquely yours. Both the Pasture Barn and Glasshouse offer flexible capacity options, seating 150 to 250 guests with additional strolling space for over 300. Guests can also enjoy outdoor entertainment with lawn games and a fire pit. Robin Hills Farm provides everything you need for a seamless celebration. Each venue includes essential amenities like private parking, heating, and cooling. Tables and chairs with house linen, and complete AV equipment with wireless internet are provided. The team takes care of everything for you with setup and teardown services, coffee service, and catered food options.

of a barn - RHF hit the nail on the head for all of these! There were some communication issues in the winter/spring as people left and joined the venue staff, however our experience working with Veronica (their new Event Manager) was fantastic. She addressed all of our concerns and needs, was at the venue helping to coordinate food deliveries, setting up chairs, allowed us to request specific alcohol, she really took care of everything. She is an absolute gem and fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend working with her enough and the wedding was simply beautiful.

the venue itself is beautiful and well-kept. After we had booked the venue there were some event and venue management changes that occurred. This did add some stress to the wedding-planning process, but once everything fell in Veronica and Amanda's hands I had never felt more comfortable. They truly went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

wever, there were serious communication issues we had with the 2 venue coordinators working there that took over in Jan. 2025. As of last week they got 2 new coordinators recently hired there to replace them. We had already scheduled a final walkthrough of the venue at 1pm this week, and nobody was there to let us in, gate locked. We reached out to known contacts and the RHF team was apologetic and responsive. They came out immediately to meet us for our walkthrough after they learned we were scheduled to have our meetup. The owner met us out there with the new coordinator, and they explained that there were issues with the prior 2 coordinators not putting events into the calendar and coordinating with clients effectively. The rest of the walkthrough went very well, and the team was very helpful in answering my questions. They were very engaged to understand our wedding, and it felt very personal. It seems the communication issues we had are being addressed, and we are still excited to have chosen Robin Hills as our wedding venue!

use the venue is absolutely gorgeous, and we were really excited about the possibility of having our wedding there. However, my fiancé, both sets of parents, and I drove over an hour to tour the venue after booking the appointment through the online portal (and getting multiple confirmations) only to be let down. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there. I called the main number multiple times, but I was sent straight to voicemail. My fiancé managed to find another number online, which led to a person who no longer worked there. He was actually the only one who was helpful and got in touch with the woman we were supposed to meet. She explained that she had a family emergency to him, which IF that was true we completely understand, but if you're able to take a call from someone who no longer works there, the least you could do is inform the people who are scheduled to tour the venue about the situation. Or, if that's not possible, you could contact your colleague (whom the guy called as well, but received no answer) to step in and assist. This experience was incredibly disappointing and, unfortunately, it confirms the negative review I had read earlier.

Hills was perfect. The team there was great to work and were more than accommodating for us. They went above and beyond for us all weekend. It’s a beautiful property and I would definitely recommend for your ceremony or reception.

Their property offers so many options, even a spot to host your rehearsal dinner in the prairie house with access to the patio that overlooks their pond. Photo opportunities are plentiful on their grounds too!

eady on the second floor of the barn. The property is beautiful. We got married in the greenhouse and had our reception in the barn. We also had our rehearsal dinner at another building on site, which was convenient for guests. When we were taking pictures at different locations on the property, Adam drove us around on his golf cart so we didn't have to walk, which prevented my dress from getting dirty. The bartenders were amazing. They were very friendly and one of them even offered to watch a dog one of my guests brought unexpectedly. The planning process was flexible and I'm very happy with how my wedding went, I couldn't have picked a better venue. I would highly recommend

was so stressful but I truly believe it happened for a reason because we got married at Robin Hills Farm and it was the best day of our lives! We got married at the pasture barn and it was the perfect size for our intimate 50 guest wedding. Adam was so accommodating in working with us on such short notice to put together the wedding we dreamt of. He was there bright and early the morning of setting up and cleaning the barn to make sure it was in perfect condition! The inside of the barn is GORGEOUS and so roomy! The upstairs was the perfect space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready. It’s air conditioned and complete with couches, mirrors and plenty of outlets. There’s a bar downstairs as well as two fully functioning bathrooms. Our guests LOVED the barn and had so much fun at our wedding. We are still getting compliments a month later at how beautiful it turned out. I was also very thankful that Kelly was available the day of my wedding to help coordinate and organize the last minute details. She was so sweet and helpful. We can’t wait to visit Robin Hills Farm in the future and to relive the most amazing day. I HIGHLY recommend this venue if you’re looking for a rustic, but chic, wedding!

kept! It truly does look like it is brand new. There is an upstairs floor level that is perfect for getting ready. I would highly recommend that your Bride stays there to get ready! There are big mirrors, couches, tables, and plenty of outlets to use if necessary. It also has a nice overhang of the reception downstairs. This property is gorgeous and it feels completely secluded from the other areas surrounding it. We had the entire place to ourselves and it made for great memories and beautiful pictures. Adam is wonderful to work with and all of the event staff was extremely sweet and accommodating in every aspect! We couldn't have chosen a better place with better people!
